Hotel bellissimo, pulitissimo. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con due letti alla francese per 2 adulti ed una ragazza di 14 anni. Ci si stava benissimo. Colazione per tutte le nazioni e buonissima. Posizione ottima!

There is no self service laundry. The hotel's laundry service is expensive.

Almost nothing except location

Supposed to be nonsmoking hotel, but actually it smells everywhere even in the room, lobby and elevators. Staff doesn’t speak English. Poor breakfast for 5* hotel. Cleaning service is disaster.

We really enjoyed staying at Marriott. We celebrated NYE in Shanghai so we wanted to stay at special place and it really felt like it there. Amazing breakfast! The best we have had in our lives tbh. 😅

They charged us two times but send the money as soon as we let them now it happened. So everything good afterwards.

Ein tolles Hotel, sauberes Zimmer und das Personal war freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

They assigned us a room next to a construction site. Every morning at 6 am we had to wake up because of the works.

The facilities, staff, and decorations

1- The first room was polluted by smoke smell, the second was clean, but our neighbor was smoking all the time, and the staff did not take any action. 2- There was no Halal food in the hotel restaurant as well as the nearby restaurants.

Αυτό που δεν μου άρεσε θα ήθελα μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία στο εστιατόριο το βράδυ καθημερινά δεν βρίσκαμε σαλάτα καθώς και κάποια πιο μεσογειακά ευρωπαϊκά φαγητά για έναν ξένο τουρίστα ευρωπαίο όπως εμείς φύγαμε

일부 직원들은 친절하나 프론트 직원 중 일부는 hospitality attitude 가 전혀 없음. 양쪽 옆 방에서 발구르는 소리 복도에서 소리지르는거 다 방안으로 들어오고 밤늦게..첫날은 잠 못자고 방 바꿔달라고해서 둘쨋날은 괜찮았음. 일부 프론트 직원은 전혀 불편함을 경험한데 대해서 전혀 상관도 않함. 지하철 역이 멀어 한 여름에 지하철로 다닐려면 매우 더움.

Great hotel and great staff. It is the across the road from yeh lovely Daning park which also has water fountain displays with music which we were able to watch from my room. Breakfast was the best I have ever had! A huge range of Asian options as well as western options and the best pancakes ( better than my own). It is a bit away from the main part of town but easy enough to get DiDi into the main part for at the most $10 Aus dollars.

Not a lot. One small thing more hooks in the bathroom and maybe another chair for the table. So when you are dining in your room there are 2 chairs.

It’s indeed the 5 stars experience that we are looking for our vacation. Front desk ladies and men were very nice and they’re there to assist you especially with language barrier. Food has a lot of choices and we even got complementary by bumping our room to suite!!! Recommend this hotel when you bring your family! We will definitely come back here again!

Great value for money

호텔방은 크고 깨끗함. room 배정 받을때, parkview 받지 못해 아쉬움. 조식식당은 벽으로 둘러쌓인 방이다 보니, 개방감이 없어 좀 답답함. 식사는 일반 호텔 조식, 다만, 과일이 종류가 많음. 주위에 아케이드, 새벽부터 입장 가능한 park가 있어 좋음. park 호수 물이 깨끗하지 못해 죽은 물고기도 있으나, 다양한 종류의 새가 많아 가볼만함.

Personnel above any expectations. Superina professional, always available and willing to help and support customers. Hotel is very well maintained and rooms are super clean. Breakfast simply incredible, one of the best. Will definitely be my first choice in Shanghai

Overall great, but the location is not the best. Breakfast needs improvement, except for the fruits and eggs. Don’t understand how ikea’s cups end up in a 5 stars hotel.. I don’t want to drink my morning coffee or tea in these. It’s the first time in my life that I see that. Staff and room were great.

Ótimo custo benefício. Hotel 5 estrelas de padrão médio, bom café da manhã e localização boa, fora da rota turística de Shanghai, mas enfrente a um parque bem grande e com um shopping outlet ao lado com alguns restaurantes. Estadia ocorreu sem nenhum problema.

This Marriott Parkview hotel is located near a major city park and shopping center, and quite close to a subway station. The facility is excellent, but food service for both breakfast and lunch buffet is declining in quality, not fitting for a 5-star hotel, and not nearly as good as the other Marriott we stayed previously.

It was a pleasant stay. We arrived around 11pm and we wanted to eat but restaurants in the hotel were closed. We ordered room service but it took an hour to bring to our room though we were told that it'll take 20mins only. But overall stay was good.

Happy with the stay here. The rooms were good. The gym was also good, although I did not use the pool. Breakfast was fine. Staff write helpful when asked for support. Buffet dinner was good all round. I don’t have much more to say about it really.

Worst service ever. I was here on a business trip as a foreign traveller. As Marriott, you failed terribly in terms of how you’ve trained your staff in providing a world class service tied to your brand. Friendly counter service? No, upon checking in there is a pompous look with your desk staff, a bunch of toothbrushes and toiletries are slammed on the table, well you should have provided a little bag. Excuse me Marriott? Furthermore, we have 5 rooms booked by different colleagues, but your staff gives double standard extension of rooms to 2pm. I don’t believe all rooms are booked to the full, it all depends on your nationality actually. Worst, there is also a toilet stench on the corridor, and the drainage is blocked in the wash.

Location is very convenient and staff is friendly and supportive. Rooms are spacious and clean. Fitness centre is well equipped.

Laundry service price is unreasonably high. Buying new clothes seems a cheaper option than doing laundry at the hotel.

Fabulous service, good food, and my room had access to the executive lounge which offered free food and drink in the evenings including wine and beer, and snacks and drinks during the day. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is located strategically with close proximity to major destinations. There is a big park which is within walking distance to the hotel. The hotel is spacious either in its common facilities or in the room. Its staff are well trained and provided superior customer service. The spread and quality of its buffet breakfast is impressive. Its Executive Lounge is well designed though its seating capacity is not high. The staff namely Vicky at the Executive Lounge is super-professional with a great heart to serve, she deserves the respect and credit. The only complaint during my stay was that some of the staff at the breakfast restaurant hardly smile particularly the male employees, which discounted the customer experience rating.

Delightful staying experience, the room is spacious and clean, the restaurant for breakfast is also nice. The staff in the check in/ out counter may need to improve since it wasted me lots of time to get the room and also get the receipt. The view from the room is nice and can feel spring is coming. Overall staying experience is great.

Nice room and Nice service, the location is not really far from the city center but you can get the high quality servive and bigger room in this hotel.

附近生活機能不足

I stayed at the Shanghai Marriott Hotel Parkview in November 2023. During my stay, I utilized the in-room safe to secure four envelopes of cash. Upon check-out, I discovered that each envelope was missing one bill, resulting in a total loss of $230 USD. Despite me bringing this matter to the attention of the hotel staff, my attempts to resolve the issue were met with unhelpful responses. The hotel provided me with data records of the safe opening history in the room, but the records they provided showed that the safe had only been opened AFTER I had already checked out of the hotel, which was irrelevant information. The records did not show my own usage of the safe during my stay. The hotel did not provide any further explanation for this and closed the investigation. This left me questioning the validity and accuracy of the document they provided, as well as Marriott’s commitment to guest security and transparency. In light of this experience, I advise fellow travelers to exercise caution if choosing to stay at this hotel. DO NOT rely on the in-room safe for securing cash and valuables at the Shanghai Marriott Hotel Parkview. It is my hope that this review serves as a cautionary note for future guests and prompts the hotel to address the concerns raised regarding the security of the hotel. 我在23年11月入住上海宝华万豪酒店，入住期间使用客房保险箱，存放了四个装有现金的信封。但退房之后，发现每个信封内的纸币都少了一张，共计损失230美元。我随后联系了宝华万豪，但酒店工作人员的调查结果疑点重重（疑点详情见下文），答复也很敷衍，明显违背了万豪酒店对客房安全和透明度的承诺。 鉴于本人的经历，我建议其他旅客在选择入住宝华万豪时谨慎三思。最好**不要**使用酒店的客房保险箱存放现金和贵重物品。也希望酒店方面能重视客房的安全问题，杜绝类似事件再次发生。 疑点1：投诉之后，酒店调取了保险箱的使用记录，但历史记录显示的第一次使用时间是在我退房之后。这个明显不符合事实情况，因为在我入住期间是用过保险箱的。但酒店以这个不准确的记录为依据，结束了调查。
