Sobre todo la mala gestión de información que se da al llegar Solo nos entregaron las llaves y nos pidieron los 200€ De fianza que se da que por cierto se tendría que tener más visón a ello por que cuando llegue mi sorpresa fue con tarjeta o efectivo ?? Ni si quiera supieron decirnos que se podía entrar con el coche para poder bajar maletas si no hasta el último día que nos íbamos No pudimos estar en la piscina a gusto por que habían cristales dentro de la piscina que mi esposo se cortó un dedo del pie y al siguiente día otra persona en conclusión lo barato sale más caro.

The stay was average, a few areas in the room required a bit of upgrading but it appeared clean and was suitable for a weekend break with some friends. My issue was the entrance to the bar. No signage to advise that there was a step as you entered and the yellow and black tape that was once there had worn away (which was noticed after the incident)! ‘On the way to buy my first drink of the holiday at the hotel bar on the first day’ I walk in out the reception from the poolside and waited on the glass door opening for the bar, I then proceeded to walk in not realising there was an immediate step, down I went with a thud :(, I struggled for the rest of my holiday in pain and with a swollen foot/ankle only to find once I got home that I had chipped and fractured my ankle, and torn my ligaments. Now in a moon boot for the very minimum 4weeks and on pain strong medication. What should have been an easy fix by ensuring there was signage to advise that there was a step inside the door could have saved this from happening.

It’s perfect for young guys that go there for disco.

It was really dirty and the air conditioning was smelling really bad, there was probably mold in it.

Me gustó que sea tal cual se muestra en las imágenes y solicité una cuna y cuando llegamos estaba también añadida.

Que ponen platos que no se puede meter al microondas, por qué son de cerámica y pusimos a calentar algo y parecía que iba hacer cortocircuito , cambiamos otro plato que compramos y iba bien también que podrían poner más papeles higiénico para las personas según los días de estadía , y el palo de la fregona que se salía cada rato y baje 3 veces a decir y me decían que me pase por la mañana a pedirlo y en la mañana salíamos muy pronto hacer turismo y ya no pudimos pedirla y nos apañamos ahí para poder limpiar .

Sicuramente in un ottima posizione per raggiungere il tram, le fermate dei pullman e aa via principale su Playa Levante.

Stanza sporca (abbiamo trovato una blatta morta), l'aria condizionata emanava un cattivo odore e abbiamo dovuto chiedere l'intervento dello staff perché abbiamo trovato anche delle formiche.

La suciedad y los utensilios para la limpieza muy sucios, los lavabos muy sucios con orina en unos de los wáter. La piscina muy pequeña y con personas ebrias.

Todo estaba bien y según la descripción. Fui con mi perro, que es bastante grande, y no hubo ningún problema, todo perfecto. Para aparcar no cogí la opción de aparcamiento del alojamiento y aparqué muy cerca en parking públicos. Esta cerca de la playa y del centro sin que moleste el ruido.

Todo estuvo perfecto, de hecho el único problema que tuvimos lo resolvieron al instante. Las toallas no habían sido cambiadas y nos las reemplazaron enseguida.

We loved the location of the hotel, in the middle of the old town and the new town and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Everything was within walking distance, we even took the tram to the old town the station is only a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel is cheap and cheerful, the pool is clean and we always managed to get a sunbed.

As 2 couples sharing a room the only real issue was having no storage space in the lounge for all of our clothes etc. The sofa bed however was large and we made it work. I would say I didn't like ensuring the apartment was clean (mopping etc.) before we leave to receive our 200€ deposit back but after seeing groups of stag do's arriving the day before we left I completely understand and support the deposit.

Muy costoso para lo que era, 2 camas de 80cm para 4 personas, la piscina la abren muy tarde y la cierran muy temprano, de la hora de entrada ni hablar tienes que esperar hasta las 17:00 para entrar y entregar a las 10:00 en punto porque si te pasas 1 minuto te cobran se pierde casi un día de estadía, lo que peor me pareció fue que tuvimos que pagar 200€ de fianza los cuales avisaron después de haber pagado la estadía y a través de un mensaje, el personal con actitud terrible No ofrecen limpieza en medio de la estadía (de casi una semana) y el apartamento lo debes entregar limpio tu Recalcan que es apartamento no hotel En la publicidad decía que tenía lavadora y no tenía, publicidad engañosa, en fin no les recomiendo este lugar, tiene muchas limitaciones

Don’t be put off by negative reviews! Stayed as a group of women aged between 30-63. On check in there is a €200 deposit per room. If you pay in cash then you will receive this on check out minus any breakages. If you pay on card then it can take up to 30 days depending on your bank’s protocol. The apartment was a nice size with everything you need for a self catering holiday. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. You get 2 toilet rolls per apartment and you can buy more from reception at a cost of €1 per roll. ( never had to do this before even when I’ve stayed at Pierre & Vacances other hotels) when leaving you must empty the bins and place bedding & towels in the bathroom. The pool opens at 10am and does get busy. No lifeguard and no parasols. The no parasol’s was a problem for us and we found ourselves chasing the shade around the pool area and for this reason alone we wouldn’t go back to this hotel. There are signs all around hotel & pool area stating no smoking, drinking or food around the pool area although many people were. There are vending machines in reception with drinks and snacks and a small bar at the front of the hotel which sells alcohol and limited hot food. There was a games area which we didn’t use. The staff were not the friendliest but were not rude either. Just putting that out there as other reviews have mentioned how rude the staff were. There are shops and restaurants all within a short walk and the beachfront is a 10 minute walk at most. I think all in all these apartments are perfect if you are on a budget and you are only there a few days. The lack of parasols around the pool area was the reason for 4 stars for me but everything else was great 😊

I was dreading what this hotel and experience was going to be like after reading trip advisor reviews We are a group of 4 ladies 38 to 48 staying for 4 nights. We stayed on floor 7 apartment 5. The check in was flawless and friendly 200 euro deposit per room either via credit/debit card or cash. On check out place all bed sheets and towels in the bathroom and leave the apartment as you found it. Allow a little time prior to getting your transport to airport as they will check your room to enable your safety deposit to be returned at that time. The apartment was clean, fresh, crisp clean towels and linen and well equipped. Rooms only cleaned every 5days which includes clean towels but we only stayed 4 days. However you ate supplied with a room brush, dustpan, mop and courtesy cloth washing up liquid etc as needed. Pool area was clean, they would benefit from.a few more beds. Intially it appeared not enough sunbeds at first glance but we always managed to get 4 as people dont use them to put their towels on for hours. You can only consume drinks and food from the bar which is through reception around the pool. The barman was friendly and a bit of a comedian. It was closed on one day and after discussion with security guard and receptionist we were able to take in our own drinks this day. I honestly cannot fault the hotel apart from the pull out sofa bed wasnt uncomfy and we struggled sleeping all night. The staff were friendly. The room well equppied and clean and pool was clean. Location within walking distance of everything. Good value for money. Benidorm new town is a crazy!!! Around great holiday with the gals.

We stayed here for a week and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the lack of basic customer service. On one occasion, we ran out of toilet paper and went downstairs to ask for more. We were told that they had no toilet paper available and were instead told to go into the men’s public toilet to get some ourselves. When we did this, security became very rude and confrontational with us, despite us explaining that we had been told by staff to get it from there. We were then offered a couple of toilet roll sheets , but when going down the next day to get some more were insisted that we pay for a roll that had already been used. This was extremely unhygienic and completely unacceptable. The staff were generally very rude and unhelpful whenever we raised issues. We also stayed for a full week and our room was not cleaned once, despite the accommodation stating that rooms would be cleaned. We raised this multiple times during our stay, but nothing was done. The pool was also very dirty and was not a particularly pleasant area to spend time in. On top of this, we were charged €8 for an extra towel, which felt excessive considering the overall standard of the accommodation. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay. The lack of basic cleanliness, housekeeping and customer service really affected our experience, and we would not stay here again.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, particularly considering the additional costs and the level of service we received. When checking in, we were asked to pay a €200 security deposit, which I understand and have no issue with. However, we were told this had to be paid entirely in cash or entirely by card, with no option to split the payment. We also paid €21 for use of the safe for the week, plus an additional €10 deposit. The rooms themselves were very basic and had limited storage space, which made it difficult to organise our belongings during a week-long stay. The biggest issue was the lack of basic amenities and communication from staff. When we started running out of toilet roll, we were given just four sheets of paper and told that was all they had. The following morning, when we went to reception to ask for more toilet roll, we were rather rudely told that we had to pay for any additional toilet roll. Having booked a week-long stay, I find it unreasonable to expect guests to pay extra for such a basic necessity. We were also told that our towels and bedding would be changed after five days. We specifically checked this several times because we needed fresh towels. However, the cleaners never arrived to change them. When I went to reception to ask for fresh towels, the receptionist asked for my room number, which I gave him. He then walked away, blew his nose, returned to reception and began having a conversation with another guest, before coming back to me and asking for my room number again. After I repeated it, I was then told that reception could not give me any towels because towels were the responsibility of housekeeping, and that I would have to pay if I wanted them from reception. This was particularly frustrating because we had already been told that our towels would be changed after five days, and we had specifically checked this information more than once. As the cleaners never arrived, we were left without fresh towels and ultimately had to buy our own clean towels. What made this particularly frustrating was the lack of accountability. Whenever we raised an issue, we were repeatedly told that it was not that person's job or that they could not help, rather than anyone taking responsibility and actually resolving the problem. Finally, when checking out, we were informed that in order to receive our €200 deposit back, we had to ensure that all rubbish was removed, the kitchen was thoroughly cleaned and mopped, the beds were stripped, and all bedding and towels were left on the bathroom floor. While I understand leaving a property reasonably tidy, the amount of cleaning expected from guests at the end of a stay felt excessive, particularly given the lack of housekeeping support during our stay. Overall, the accommodation was very basic, but it was the poor communication, unexpected additional costs, lack of basic supplies and unwillingness to take responsibility for problems that made the experience particularly disappointing. There are plenty of things that could easily be improved to make guests feel more welcome and looked after.

A group of 16 women aged 18 to 61 stayed at this hotel and here’s an honest review. I emailed the hotel numerous times before arriving to try and arrange early check in, both through their website and direct on email. I didn’t receive a reply to a single once of them. We arrived early in the day and were told we could leave our luggage in the luggage room so we got changed and sat round the pool. A few of us had been to the supermarket to buy water etc for when we got in the room. The only drinks we were consuming were the ones that were purchased from the bar. Out of nowhere, the security guard came and started taking all our bags from the supermarket without explaining anything. Apparently the rule is no self brought drinks around the pool, which if this had been explained we would have put our bags in the luggage room with everything else! The fact you have to buy your own toilet roles is astonishing. The cupboard and drawer space is ridiculous, especially with four adults sharing a room. On our second day one of our group was in the pool and drinking from a bottle at the side of the pool. We were all chatting and floating around and didn’t realise that one of us had moved away from the edge of the pool with a bottle of coke in her hand. A Spanish family staying at the hotel reported this to security and again, lots of shouting instead of explaining clearly. The Spanish man then started screaming and shouting at our friend, saying some terrible things and making us feel very intimidated. He wanted to call the police as she had a drink in the pool!!! We felt very threatened. The manager, George, came out and handled the situation very well and listened to us and what we were saying, I cannot fault him. However the next day the Spanish man in question, along with his two sons openly made the group feel threatened when we were around the hotel. On our last day a large group of boys arrived and a large group of women arrived, all of which were feral. The atmosphere around the pool was manic. That evening there was screaming, shouting, someone with a megaphone, partying and slamming until gone 6am. There was also people having very loud sex in several rooms, which could be heard around the hotel. No intervention from security. No phones in the room to ring reception to report and I didn’t feel safe enough to go down and make a complaint. The next morning we all checked out after taking out the rubbish, stripping the beds and giving everything a once over. We were being picked up at 11.25 so all went out for breakfast and then at around 10.45 met in the bar area. We had a few cases with us, but the rest were in the luggage room. We were drinking water bought from the bar and after having very little sleep the night before the atmosphere was quiet. Out of nowhere, Samual behind the bar starting shouting there were too many of us and we needed to leave, he swore several times. I will be honest in that did shout asking him where this has come from and said he cannot speak to us like this when we hadn’t caused a single problem in the entire time we were there. His reaction was to swear again! We found this very upsetting and I asked the manager, a lovely lady whose name I didn’t catch, to come to speak to him with me. He then proceeded to shout, in spanish while pointing at me. I calmly asked him to speak in English so I could understand what he was saying. The manager said his English wasn’t very good, but I assured her that his English was impeccable when he was shouting and swearing at us minutes before. We laid over 7k as a group to stay there. The rooms are small and inadequate for self catering. You had to pay 6e to change bath towels after two days of a four say stay. The view from the room on the first floor was the roof of the reception with various clothes, thousands of cigarette ends and a towel covered in human excrement. More litter and disgusting items appeared as the week progressed. I totally get that the Spanish may get sick of rowdy groups of English people in Benidorm but my group were far from that. We were simply a group of 16 celebrating a 50th birthday and feeling intimated and not having any sleep on the last night were not on the wish list. Also, the advertised bar food menu is never available and the shop is none existent. It is a shame as George was an amazing man who genuinely listened to what we were upset about. I would never, ever return to this hotel. The barman was an absolute disgrace. Swearing at customers is not acceptable. He’s a big man and very intimidating. The last night we spent there was like a scene out of our worst nightmare.

Que pedí limpieza porque pagué 5 noches y pues ya tenía 4 días hay y me dijeron que no se podía. Pedí papel de baño y me dijeron que no había, 2 rollitos para 4 personas para 6 días y pues no me rindió. La limpieza de los apartamentos no es buena un 5/10 daría en la limpieza y dice en la publicación que a 8 minutos y pues no son exactamente 12 minutos de la playa. El parking en pago 15€ el día súper costoso, la fianza no dicen en la publicación RESULTA QUE HAY QUE DAR 200€ de FIANZA, aún no me llega el dinero toca esperar.

I’m not even sure where to begin. I have never in all my life been to a hotel where the staff treat the guests like an absolute inconvenience. we stayed here for 5 days and not once did the staff smile back to us. The bad vibes started immediately as soon as we arrived we was told “we don’t have an apartment for you” which already sparked fear, luckily they clarified that the room wasn’t ready but we didn’t appreciate the heart attack that we thought we didn’t have a hotel room, we then was asked to pay a €200 deposit for the room which is completely unjustified considering there’s not a single object in the apartment that costs that much. Considering this is an “adults recommend” hotel they run this place like alcatraz. the rules are absolutely endless, it’s literally impossible to feel relaxed when you have the hotel staff coming around monitoring making sure you’re not only NOT drinking alcohol by the pool but you’re also not allowed to drink pop or water that was purchased off site. the pool security was also incredibly racists towards middle eastern people as he used awful terminology that isn’t accepted in today’s society. Also considering the hotel has 20+ floors they won’t allow any more than 4 people in a lift at once which is an absolute pisstake. Another thing I feel is important to mention is my friend on this holiday unfortunately encountered an injury at a club to her back which resulted in her being in absolute agony and needing treatment at the local hospital. whilst waiting for a taxi to collect she was sat outside on the chair for the hotel bar. she was demanded than she stand rather than sit because she didn’t make a purchase from the bar. Also you’re expected to carry all your own rubbish down 20 flights of stairs (obviously if you’re a party of 4+ you can’t all get in the lift together). Also considering the security are quick enough to take drinks off you that weren’t purchased from the hotel. when my friend was being harassed by 2 men in the hotel lobby in the early hours hotel security done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but just sit and watch. they only care if you’re not giving the hotel money! Honestly there are a handful of other issues that we experienced that I cannot be bothered to get worked up about so allow me to summarise. PLEASE READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS AS SOME OF THE ISSUES ARE MENTIONED. I have stayed in young adult hotels in Ibiza, Magaluf and all over the place and I have never in my life had such an awful experience with an hotel. we couldn’t have been more respectful following every rule just to be treated like a dog in a kennel. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE IT WILL MAKE YOU DEPRESSED

I arrived late on July 28th 2026. While I wasn't expecting luxury, the experience was unacceptable from the start. The front desk staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful. Later that evening, I discovered the bathroom was heavily infested with toxic black mold. I went to the lobby to request a room change, explaining the room was unfit for stay. I was told the hotel was fully booked and that the manager wouldn't be available until 8:00 AM. While at the desk, the night clerk—unaware that I understand Spanish—mocked me on the phone while speaking to his manager. At 8:00 AM, I spoke to the manager (Erica) and faced the same evasive tactics. I was finally granted a new room after about an hour. Shortly after, the manager brought a housekeeper to my original room to inspect the bathroom. Both claimed the conditions were "normal." Once I informed them that I hold a PhD in microbiology and pointed out the specific mold hazard, their tone shifted slightly, though they remained uncooperative. The manager even claimed that all bathrooms in the hotel were in this condition. Unless you are a young partygoer unconcerned with hygiene and health standards, stay away. This is by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had.

Avoid at all costs. The requirement to pay a deposit was not made clear during the booking process. The hotel seemed to charge extra fees for almost anything. There weren’t enough sunbeds available for all guests. On checkout, we were expected to strip all the beds, mop the floors, and clean the accommodation to receive our full deposit back. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. We won’t be back. Staff rude.

Una auténtica vergüenza de apartamento. Desde el primer momento recibimos un trato desagradable y totalmente inapropiado por parte de los anfitriones, llegando incluso a insultarnos y llamarnos literalmente “niñatos de mierda”, algo completamente inaceptable hacia unos huéspedes. Además, en la reserva se indicaba que la estancia incluía servicio de limpieza y cambio de sábanas cada cuatro días. Durante toda nuestra estancia, del 7 al 13 de julio, no recibimos ninguna limpieza, tampoco nos facilitaron productos o utensilios para poder limpiar nosotros mismos, y en ningún momento nos cambiaron las toallas ni las sábanas. Por todo ello, consideramos que el precio pagado es completamente desproporcionado para el servicio recibido ( ni uno) . La falta de profesionalidad, el incumplimiento de los servicios anunciados y el trato recibido han hecho que nuestra experiencia sea muy decepcionante. No recomendaríamos este alojamiento a nadie. Por si fuera poco, la nevera hacía un ruido constante durante la noche y además temblaba lo que dificultaba el descanso y desprendía un fuerte olor por la parte trasera, similar al de vómito, que terminaba impregnando toda la vivienda y hacía muy desagradable permanecer dentro del apartamento. La limpieza de las piscinas también daba vergüenza, todo lleno de colillas y de botellas de cervezas vacías Para el colmo cuando llegamos de tres ascensores que había solo funcionaba uno y cuando los arreglaron seguían funcionando mal y no hacía gracia subir 11 pisos andando todos los días. También me gustaría hablar sobre el personal ya que menos dos recepcionistas y los demás seguridad todos los demás nos han hablado mal y sobretodo las limpiadoras que nos han hablado sin respeto desde el minuto uno sin razón y poniéndonos malas caras.

Purely my own fault for not taking notice of the reviews but these are not the apartments for over 40s.. Fine for stag & Hens but not for older couples.. Booked and requested a double bed and a low floor.. no response to my email but just thought it would be fine.. On checking in was told double beds are only on the higher floors..ended up on floor 4 which was ok with single beds.. Pros.. 1..Apartment clean & spacious 2..Bar man very funny & pleasant Cons.. 1..Not suitable for anyone with health issues long walk to beach uphill coming back 2..Towels have to be kept for 5 days before they are changed also housekeeping came into our room once in 11 days. 3..Toilet rolls . 2 on arriving 1 complimentary if you need any more you buy yourself. 4..Take your own rubbish out.. 5..Reception staff very unhelpful we were being picked up at 5pm on day of leaving we asked the day before re late checkout room was told to come back next day.. asked on leaving day..one word spoken "impossible" very rude.. 6..Also no shade round pool.. Well you get what you pay for and the Riviera this is not..

After reading the reviews, I was practically dreading coming here, but wow—I was pleasantly surprised! It was absolutely perfect for our group of four. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tidy when we arrived. The pool was a little on the small side, but it wasn’t really an issue. Some days were busier than others, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. On our last day we struggled to get a sunbed, but people were constantly coming and going, so beds did free up throughout the day. The location was great. It’s about a 10-minute walk down to the strip, and getting a taxi back to the hotel cost us around €5–€8. We found it was much easier and cheaper to get a taxi from the taxi rank rather than hailing one. Whenever we wanted one from the hotel, the reception staff were more than happy to order us a taxi, and it was never any trouble. Overall, I honestly don’t think this hotel deserves some of the negative reviews it gets. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay without spending a fortune, I’d definitely recommend it. We’d happily stay here again!

Es un edificio de apartamentos destinado a gente joven que van de fiesta. Los trabajadores hacen caso omiso a las "normas" ya que la piscina todo el borde eran vasos con bebidas alcohólicas , colillas ,botellas de cristal,la piscina sucia . Ruido a las tantas de la mañana ya que hacen despedidas de solter@s, el apartamento sucio , el baño con cortina se ducha lo mas antihigiénico.. NO SE LO.RECOMIENDO A NADIE QUE QUIERA DESCANSAR , si au objetivo es ir de fiesta adelante . Y ni que decir que si van con niños como nosotros,busquen otra cosa. Ojalá yo hubiese leido un comentario como este.

I was a bit nervous staying here reading the reviews, I was so scared about paying the deposit on card but I didn’t want €200 in cash on the last day. I paid the deposit on my Starling debit card and it went straight back on instantly. The staff were ok, the atmosphere round the pool was fun at times. The worst part was our room smelt foul, I think it was the drains. We didn’t say anything as we only stayed two nights and we got used to it (ish) It was ok, no major complaints, the room was clean and spacious. I wouldn’t stay again but it wasn’t as bad for us as people have reviewed previously.

Perfect for a group and ideal location to everywhere! 10/15 min walk is all to strip, spacious apartments huge balconies also.

Could do with a few umbrella’s by the pool for some shade

Pros- The apartment is big and spacious and the aircon works well, there is a washing machine and dishwasher which I liked and also a large balcony with a table and chairs and nice view across Benidorm. The beds are also comfortable and there is a free bus every 20 minutes taking you to the beach and back, although this stops at 8pm Cons- the apartment is at the top of a big hill, which is struggle to walk up if you are staying when it’s hot. Our balcony on room 7B was loose and wobbling which was concerning. Please if you’re staying here with children be careful of this! The fire doors leading to each floor had door which kept jamming and you couldn’t open them from the inside, this is also a cause for concern as if there was a fire we would have been stuck. The lift break down a lot, one time we were stuck inside and the door wasn’t opening. The hotel is also very loud, guests listen to music loudly and it’s more of a party goer place than a family friendly apartment.

we came back over a week ago and still haven’t received our deposit when we got told we’d get it back. we had to take the bins downstairs with all our luggage then take them outside into the main bin last minute our taxi’s were waiting when they booked if for us, we had no prior acknowledgment that we had to do this.

It’s a basic apartment with kitchen area, balcony, bathroom and one bedroom with two beds. The pool area was very good and had lots of sun loungers.

Booked for 3 of us staying and we were only given sofa bed and two twin beds, was a bit disappointing and we also haven’t received our deposit.

Stayed here for a 4 night stag weekend. Literally perfect, polite bar and hotel staff, always happy to help, 200 euro deposit back instantly (paid in cash), no problem getting a lounger, even at 11am, drinks purchased at the bar aloud at the pool, no issues, we always disposed of our empties etc, rooms spacious, clean, steady walk to the beach and bars. If wanting a cheap and cheerful hotel, especially for a hen / stag do, it’s perfect. Thankyou for a great stay.

Avoid if possible! A self catering hotel but you get shouted out for bringing your own drink. Refused ice (!!!) for water If you didn’t purchase the water from them. Nothing replenished in the room so if you run out of toilet roll you’re expected to pay €1 per extra roll! €200 euro pre authorisation held on arrival which Is fine but make sure you read the T&Cs as the rules aren’t explained! The manager Johnathan shouldn’t work in hospitality! Marched over to a group of only girls and shouted at us all telling us how the British are the rudest and most disrespectful! Demanded us all to Prove we only had water in our drinks Bottles even though there was no disturbance from our group to justify the confrontation. Can see below he’s done This before so clearly a male power trip to intimidate groups of just women. Walked past me and said “f** clean” In reference to mess other parties had left and not ours. Johnathan your hotel is based at an 18-30s holiday resort. If you don’t have want large parties or hens/stags don’t accept the booking! If it wasn’t for Johnathns and his disgusting attitude, would we return? Probably. But for as long as he’s managing i would avoid at all costs. Terrible management reflects a terrible hotel and this shows. 1 special shoutout to a male member of the reception team who was absolutely incredible to us all during a medical emergency as well as the days that followed. An absolute credit to your team.

Location was a little out but didn’t make a difference to us as we like to walk, the apartment was clean and big enough for 4 adults, with en suite in both rooms , the staff was friendly and helpful, definitely value for money , will stay there again ,

The hotel was nice and clean and our room was so good it bit got loads of room and the balconies are so big we had 5 women in our room and it was plenty big enough

No music around the pool

Dropped off at hotel at 2am, checkin slow and the guy was rude on reception. Sent off into complete darkness to find the other part of the hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Only a handful of sunbeds. Check out was again slow with the same attitude. Make sure you get your £200 deposit back, im still waiting for mine. Also no access to any stairway on third flow so if there had been a fire we would of been stuck

Deberían mirar el mantenimiento de los desagües. Esos apartamentos huelen muy mal fatal Y te hacen pagar el aparcamiento jamás me habían cobrado por aparcar en instalaciones de alojamientos deberían ponerlo claro antes de la reserva
