Como una pega, es que recogen el desayuno y la comida antes de fin de servicio. Si bajas a las 9:45 no hay nada y rlas 10

O Hotel correspondeu a nossa expectativa. Foi apenas 1 diária, de modo geral gostamos mto.

Great location , clean and tidy.

Staff were miserable and not very inviting. One of the front staff got aggressive with me when my girlfriend came too visit . Ordered me too pay €70 or she couldn’t come into the building.

La comida del buffet fatal malísima y fría sosa sin gusto y la atención y los horarios del buffet fatal un desayuno de 8 a 10 y si bajabas a desayunar a las 9 o 9:30 ya recojiendo las bandejas y todo frío en la comida igual y cena nunca más lo cojo con pensión completa😱

La único bueno la piscina

Precio elevado. Mobiliario anticuado. Buffet muy escaso y poca variedad. Plazas de garaje muy pequeñas, no se pueden abrir las puertas del coche. Únicamente 2 ascensores para 11 plantas de hotel, imposibles cogerlos.

Absolute surprise, superb value so expected basic. Exceptionally clean, even had toiletries, all staff were friendly and helpful, more than adequate for short stay in Benidorm 👌

Dejé mi monedero en la habitación y me robaron todo el efectivo

La cama era buena, la limpieza de la habitación la atención del personal

La demora de los ascensores en todo momento pero sobretodo en las horas de las comidas. Tener que pagar aparte por el AGUA en la comida y la cena,1'30€ por 1/2 l yoteniendo contratado pensión completa,si fuera vino o cerveza lo entiendo pero el agua no. Piscina pequeña,parecíamos garbanzos en un cocido.

El ambiente. Personal muy agradable. Huéspedes españoles y familias con niños y adolescentes. La piscina está muy bien. El ambiente familiar por las niches con juegos para la gente joven.

Los baños necesitan un cambio. Los dos ascensores no don suficientes para tanta gente. Te pasas el dia haciendo cola para subir y bajar de las habitaciones. La comida del buffet bastante mala pero no se puede pedir más por 10€

Las instalaciones un poco viejas , los ascensores tenias que esperar mucho y el agua de la piscina estaba caliente con el calor que hacia te refrescabas mejor en las duchas

La comida, la fruta estaba deliciosa y los postres los demás muy normal, el ascensor la gente se pelea por subir y bajar me parece un agobio que entre 8 personas.

The Location was great. Walkable distance to the beach... local shops and pubs... and the entertainment place known as the strip... and the local town

Very comfortable place to stay. Room was a decent size and I was pleasantly surprised to have a mini fridge to chill drinks and snacks. Air-con was good too, so along with using the shutters the room never got too hot.

As everyone says, it is dated. Compared to other places it’s a few decades behind. The lifts can be a pain to wait for and there is usually a fair few people waiting for them. The Wi-Fi isn’t great, fine for your basic messaging but with the amount of people using it, watching videos is almost pointless as speeds drop. It’s very popular with the Spanish holiday goers, so those with limited Spanish might feel more comfortable in a different setting.

la chambre est petite, le mobilier est ancien, le matelas est de mauvaise qualité, les draps une honte, tellement c'est de bas de gamme, aucun produit à part un savon en liquide immonde en odeur. On a payé le même prix qu'un autre Hotel à Barcelone, la différence est flagrante.

Er zijn twee hele kleine liften voor alle gaten van de 11 verdiepingen. Voor het ontbijt meer dan een half uur staan wachten voor de lift. Heb een rollator en kon dus niet met de trap. Iets wat heel veel gaten deden. Zonder rollator maar twee verdiepingen.

The public areas are quite dated and quite clinical , breakfast was ok but not of a great quality, I'd prefer less choice but better quality, the coffee was good from the machine

Solo 2 ascensores para la cantidad de gente y plantas que hay en el hotel, se saturan.

La buena ubicación del hotel.

Las habitaciones necesitan una reforma integral después de muchos años. También sería necesario ampliar el número de ascensores claramente insuficientes los 2 que hay en estos momentos. Además, uno de ellos estaba fuera de servicio y las colas en las horas punta eran insufribles sobre todo para las personas mayores.

El aire acondicionado un poco antiguo

I love this hotel! I have stayed here 4 times now! It is close to shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest stunning beach is 10 minutes away & the 'strip'.

One of the lifts was out of order, so there was a wait alot of the time,. However the staff were doing their best to get it fixed.

Facilities were poor , had to buy an iron from local shop. There was only one lift and I had to use stairs continously which wasn't best as my room was on 7th floor

The location is good, as it far enough from the noise. Good parking.

Desperately needs renovation. Lifts are always occupied, so I had to take all the luggage by stairs. Cleanliness could be better, and the beds are uncomfortable.

Room was excellent, nice comfy bed with large bathroom. All very clean.

I may have been wrong, but was led to believe breakfast was available from 8-10 am, however arriving in the cafeteria shortly after 8 am it was getting cleaned and i was (kindly) informed it was closed.

Good location and the staff are excellent. The hotel is showing its age and one need of a refurb. Would not recommend for a stay of more than 1-2 nights. The staff are very good though!
