The staff were lovely, its a good basic hotel in a good location. The pool is lovely and the bar too!

There were multiple stag and hen party's and they took over the pool were very loud, drinking a lot and often not behaving very well at all to other guests. Party's in rooms too with loud music at all hours. It wasnt for us at all, so we wouldnt stay again - but if you are going for partying and stag and hen party's then I think this would be ideal for many - especially young people (under 30).

Great facilities, we had a baby with us and the apartments catered for everything we needed. Bar staff were very friendly and pleasant. Pool area is exceptionally clean. Plenty of sunbeds and seats.

Very uncomfortable beds! This is our second time staying at this hotel and they haven’t got any more comfortable!

The pool got the sun all day without having to move about.

Only 1 lift was working with a weight restriction for approx 3-4 people so u either had to walk up (11 flights of stairs for us) or wait a while.

Fuimos de vacaciones mi marido y yo y al tercer día de estar allí a las 6:30 de la mañana nos entró un hombre en la habitación para robar, por parte del alojamiento pésima seguridad y trato después de lo ocurrido pésimo ya que ni se disculparon ni nada y no fuimos los únicos a los que nos pasó porque a varias personas más también le entraron a las habitaciones a robarles NO VOLVERIA JAMAS A ESTE ALOJAMIENTO

La localizacion del local y la amabilidad de los trabajfores. Julen el mejor camarero. Todos en general de 10. Repetiremos seguro

La cauzione da pagare di 300€ oltre gli 848€ che avevamo già pagato, un po troppo alto come prezzo sommato assieme, inoltre le altre persone che soggiornavano alle 3/4 di notte si sentivano rumori forti e passi al piano di sopra a noi, i vicini cucinavano entrava una puzza forte di spezie e cipolla che invadevano la mia stanza il resto tutto sommato bene il personale era simpatico e disponibile

Mi è piaciuto molto la vista mozzafiato e il balcone, il bagno spazioso, l'aria condizionata dell'appartamento e il bar della piscina.

La finestra della camera con chiusura rotta, le piastrelle intorno alla piscina scivolose, l'interno dell'ascensore molto caldo e a volte difficile da chiamare con il pulsante.

La campana rota,la puerta del baño no tiene cerradura,como hemos alguilado bomo un apartamento ,pensabba que tendria todos los utensilios, vasos de beber los tenia pero muy pequeños, y.muchas cosas de la cocina no ñas tienen,el horno tampoco.

It was clean and tidy had all the facilities to b able to eat in if u wanted, didn’t have to fight for sun bed and all staff and customers were lovely to be around x

La habitacion , casi no salía el aire acondicionado, la nevera roto los cajones, aunque nos lo cambiaron, el personal siempre nos desviaba las quejas y reclamos que teníamos.

Me gustó la localización y el apartamento.

El personal de la barra de la piscina deja que desear y nos entraron a la habitación a intentar robarnos pertenencias. Intenté poner una queja pero no nos hicieron mucho caso.

Ascensor averiado casi a diario, puertas hacen ruido por falta de lubricación y lavabo atascado, costaba que se fuera el agua.

The property was very clean, spacious apartment and very good beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful including supporting me with hiring a scooter. We did pay a little extra for the top floor but I have to say it was worth it. The staff also ensured we had two apartments together because our daughter and partner came with us. Yes, there is a bit of waste land to the front of the apartments but this was not an issue for us and I don’t see what the problem is apart from it’s quiet at night which you want in Benidorm for sleeping! The pool is beautiful and easy for getting in and out of. The bar was a bonus and we enjoyed using it. We loved it didn’t open till 10am and there was no reserving of sun beds and people took their towels at different times and sun bed worth always available. For us we will be definitely be going back to these apartments. Right location and had everything what we needed. Thank you for a fantastic stay 🥰

There was only one washing machine and dryer for all the apartments. It would be beneficial if there are two washing machines and dryers to prevent waiting. It would be good to have a hand rail by the steps going into the pool. I was reliant on others for supporting me getting in and out of the pool.

-Very good value for money in short walking distance of everything in Benidorm - Pool and bar area was very nice - Rooms were very spacious with a large balcony - Fantastic air conditioning

- Rooms could do with some updating - Room had noise most of the day every day coming from the neighbouring hotel (although good for people watching and if you like to hear music!) - Would’ve preferred more frequent cleaning and bed making/ changing - One of the lifts was not working for most of our stay meaning that the remaining lift was always busy

Mala limpieza, mobiliario en mal estado, mal olor, el sofá cama está roto y se notificó nada más llegar, al segundo día encontramos 2 cucarachas en la habitación y no fueron ni a limpiar, ni a desinfectar la habitación, y tampoco nos quisieron cambiar de habitación. Las peores vacaciones de mi vida.

La ubicación, las instalaciones todas súper bien la zona de la piscina cómoda y te das un buen baño

De toda la estancia nos encantó el apartamento con su pequeña cocina (pero muy práctica y con todo lo necesario), el baño era más grande de lo que esperábamos y la habitación también era amplia. Había aire acondicionado y nos sorprendió que también hubiera un ventilador de pie, muy efectivo para por las noches. Nos tocó la planta 9 y había unas vistas buenísimas. No había ruido por las noches así que se dormía genial. También nos encantó la zona porque está a unos 10-12 minutos andando de la playa y de un montón de restaurantes y bares. Hay muy buen ambiente en esa zona con muchos ingleses.

En este caso, el alojamiento había que dejarlo a las 10:00 de la mañana, así lo hicimos pero cuando fuimos a preguntar si podríamos utilizar un rato la piscina aunque ya hubiésemos dejado el alojamiento, nos contestaron de muy malas maneras. En este caso fue mi pareja el que preguntó y la persona de recepción (una mujer cuyo nombre no sabemos) le respondió resoplando a cada rato, diciéndole "creo que no lo estas entendiendo" con mala cara y además le comentó que debíamos sacar el coche del parking cuando habíamos pagado 8€ por el día completo y eran las 10 a.m. El resto de personal fueron super agradables en todo momento, con muy buenas palabras siempre.

Stayed a good few times , it’s ideal in the summer with the pool and location ( 5mins to beach ) good aircon Separate bedroom for kids , nice big balconies. Bar staff and lady on reception lovely and really helpful.

Starting to get a little tired , tatty draws in wardrobe , pool needs vacuuming as could be cleaner . Think we only had apartment cleaned once in 10 days !! Lots of people do not like the little path you have to walk up especially at night . ( not sure the hotel can do much about this ? ) Washing machine did not work for the whole of our vacation.

Pool was a little crowded as the apartments were full. No problem getting a sunbed however.

The location was fantastic, close enough to everything in the new town within a 5 min walk but far enough away the noise was not a bother. Only 5-10 mins in a taxi to Aqualandia. Nice pool area and rooms had everything that we needed. The view from the balcony was great and right next to the outdoor market on Sundays.

We were on the 14th floor, room 1401. There was an ant issue. We didn't eat in the apartment as originally planned as we did not want to attract more. This became more expensive for us. The ants were coming out of the bottom of the door frames to the bathroom, bedroom and balcony. I did report this to the desk and they sent someone in when we were out. They changed the bin that didn't really have anything in it and they applied some kind of greasy substance at the bottom of the bathroom door but not the bedroom. It made no difference, the ants still remained for the duration of our stay.

La piscina fue una auténtica decepción. Había huéspedes bebiendo, comiendo e incluso fumando dentro del agua, dejando restos de comida y bebidas. Lo peor es que el propio personal del bar lo permitía, ya que incluso después de quejarnos siguieron llevándoles las consumiciones y la comida a la piscina sin hacer nada al respecto. Algunos, al beber, se creían los dueños de todo y no mostraban ningún respeto por el resto de huéspedes. Las almohadas muy incómodas.

1 lift not working at all, and the other one was not working on our arrival, so we had to carry luggage all the way to the 14th floor with no offer of help, during the rest of the stay we had to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for the lift to arrive. Internet was not good. Bedding was not changed at all in the 5 days we were there and towels only changed once after we asked for them

Stayed here many times, all staff so helpful and friendly, very clean, great location near the strip but not on top off it

One lift was not working the whole week, the other lift broke down about three times had to walk up 14 floors on one day, also with the cleaners using the one lift sometimes you had to wait upto 30 minutes for the lift, as my 80 year old mum could not possibly walk up the stairs. A bit disappointing as was very busy. Won’t put me off staying again as long as both lifts in use

The location was ideal

On the 17th floor (Top floor) and no lifts working. The pool was also very dated and dirty. The water level had dropped and you could see green algae that had been scrubbed around the top of the pool. Pool tiles were also missing. Our balcony door didn't lock either so felt unsafe.

Didn't have breakfast ,the location was perfect within walking distance of the shops and bars and the beach ,loved the walk on the promenade the pool and pool bar was lovely

Didn't like that the lift broke down and had to climb the stairs all the way to the 17th floor and the 2nd lift was broken all the time we were there we also had to empty our own bins in the room

Het mooie uitzich omdat we 10 hoog zaten en aan de goede kant, dus we konden ook nog de mooie zee zien. Ook met het slapen was het lekker rustig. Pal naast het appartement ligt de grote markt die elke zondag en woensdag is.

Verder niks op aan te merken we hebben een super verblijf gehad. Het enigste was dat 1 lift 1, 5 week buiten werking was en moesten daardoor soms wel 10 minuten wachten.

A great location! Only a 5/6 minute walk to the strip / promenade. The rooms were spot on (We had a high floor and were glad as there was lots of early hours noise). Very spacious balcony, allthough you can be over looked by your neighbour as we discovered when our neighbour was walking around naked! The facilities were well maintained (with the exception of the lift). The Bar was good value for money. Overall good VFM and it was a shame about the noisey pool.

The Lift. Only one working the whole time we were there. It made waiting a pain and many times having to squeeze in with a laundry cart. The hotel was full of waves after wave of stag parties. To be fair they were all good natured and no hassle, but al very boisterous and very loud. We were hoping for a nice relaxing time by the pool, but no chance of that! No trouble, but no peace!

Large gangs of stags and hens, being loud and unruly. Also people using the facilities, including the pool that weren't even guests of the hotel. And gangs of yobs messing about with the lifts, exiting and pressing every button, so the lift stopped on every floor 1 to 17.

Great location. Short walk to everything. Apartments were very spacious and had a big balcony. Allows stag dos so that was a huge bonus for us.

No towels were changed on a daily basis we had to ask every time no towels were replaced electric was out nearly every day. Water was off one of the days unable to get showered and flush toilet bad hotel.

There’s nothing to dislike about the actual hotel but some people don’t feel comfortable walking up the path to it at night!

Facilities were good, staff were very nice and helpful,well mannered and approachable. Nice pool area with plenty off sunbeds drinks not expensive at all.

There wasent really anything apart from being on the 14th floor and the lifts being small so had to wait quite a while sometimes if full when they got to you. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Visited this accommodation many times, apartments are clean with massive balconies. All the staff are lovely.

This visit we had a corner apartment and it was very windy which resulted in the apartment being very cold, but the weather is not the Primavera’s fault!!

Voor ons [ 75+ ] was het matras te hard , en er was te weinig keukengerei oa. Pannen,kommetjes enz. Ook de kleren wassen moesten we in de gootsteen in de keuken doen beetje bij beetje omdat er geen wasmachine in het appartement aanwezig was,alleen maar in de kelder die niet bereikbaar was met de lift maar met de trap en dat konden wij niet ( jammerlijk genoeg )

There was plenty of choice of cafes for breakfast
