For us, this was a perfect hotel. Extremely clean and fresh.

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was good, The staff was helpful The room size was big with a kitchen

The breakfast was not diversity of international meal, there were no cheese no ham no sausage If you want a little clubs sandwich, you should order it, I wasn't satisfied with breakfast

Very nice rooms, staff was excellent, breakfast was really good and worth it imo. Excellent location as well. My only issue is there was a pest problem, but if that gets sorted its a 9/10.

The entire hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious with a great variety of options. The hotel’s facilities were excellent and added to the overall experience. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely love to stay here again

Hotel was centrally located. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was excellent value with a wide range of choices available. The cost of the accommodation was also very affordable and the standard was great value for the price.

Not what we expected

Ruime en propere kamer. Hotel heeft busje dat je gratis naar terminal 21 brengt.

Bij het ontbijt is er erg weinig keuze. We hebben er voor gekozen om de andere dagen in de stad te gaan ontbijten. Jammer en totaal onverwacht tegenover de uitstraling van het hotel.

Location is in a calm neighbourhood. There are three 7/11s nearby. I've stayed here before and will surely consider them if I visit again.

I don't thing there's anything that I did not like.

Our room was large and very comfortable. Bed and pillows were beautiful ro sleep on. We even had a massage chair in our room. Staff were great. Complimentary bus to close areas. Pool areas were lovely. Was slightly out of the chaotic part of Pattaya, but a cheap Bolt ride into main parts.

Didn't love the breakfasts. Even with western Meala prepared of eggs and bacon, I didn't enjoy. Coffee was never hot enough and milk for cereal never cold enough. Others had large breakfasts if Asian foods and seem to enjoy whoever I couldn't come to eat these for breakfasts.

Check-in was 2 pm, and our room was not ready till 2.40 pm. Was offered another room, at a cost, feel should have been at ktk expense, Noticed when leaving, arriving guests offered a welcome drink something we did not receive. Overall, stay pleasant. You asked what I didn't like, so have told you.

每天打扫房间卫生可以再精细一点，感觉除了把床铺整理一下，其它没干啥

Outstanding hotel, highly recommended! I enjoyed every moment of my stay 😊 The staff was courteous, professional and always happy to help with any request with a smile. The room was clean, very spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent and convenient, close to major attractions of restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. The variety of food in the hotel restaurant is rich, very varied and delicious.

1) Неудачный номер рядом с дверью на лестницу, которой хлопают с самого утра. 2) Неудачное расположение отеля - такси не понимают куда ехать, музыка долбит с вечера до 5 утра всегда, даже по будням 3) Медленный интернет 10-15Мбит, не соответствует заявленному 4) Днём сотрудники делают ремонт, молотками перфоратором и т.д. вне зависимости от того, что ремонт заявлен в объявлении на другие даты Итог: больше устали чем отдохнули. Не спасали даже беруши и наушники.

Like the outdoor seating, pool area and the room was spacious. Good location, quiet are but a short walk from the hustle and bustle

The bar/restaurant. Their was no real interest there by the staff to sell products. You have to go look for someone every time you want to order a drink, no one came to your table. It's a shame because it could be really good.

Staff were so friendly and attentive. I felt like a VIP all trip Room is spacious

L unica cosa che cambierei e il motore del climatizzatore sui balconi che sparano aria calda sul bel tavolino con le sedie!!!! sicuramente so che non c era posto per poterli mettere almeno girarli con lo sfogo d aria verso l esterno!!!!per tutto il resto tutto perfetto

I had excellent experience at Ktk Pattaya Hotel and residence. Good location, large and always clean room comfortable bed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent brekfast. Well recommended.

We got complimentary room upgrade. The hotel has good facilities: 2 swimming pools, 2 pool tables, gym, mini golf. I think it’s old but in a good condition.

Sometimes too loud at night. I think same thing everywhere near the Center of Pattaya .
