Reviewed May 14, 2026Location was decent and it was easy enough to get around via taxi. Staff were so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Hotel breakfast was good and the pick up service was smooth and we had good communication with the driver.
Minimal to no soundproofing in the room we stayed (209), we could hear the next room turn their light switches on. We could also can hear all the noise and music from the lobby inside the room which is a shame. We did not have daily housekeeping unless asked for and there was only 1 bedside table with a plug socket that was different to our adapter.

This hotel is a disaster, food is horrible and bad quality. All of had stomach problems with their food, rooms are cramped, AC didn't work, bathrooms don't have latches, all outlets are loose, pool had algae. Only good thing is location and friendly and helpful staff. Other than that- horrible.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2025Comfortable stay at the hotel. It is also close to Kathmandu airport, and I enjoyed the scenic drive to the hotel from the airport. The owner and the staff of the hotel are great and take good care of us. I like the hotel's environment and architecture. I love this hotel as it is near Patan Durbar Square, and I enjoy the walk to the museum in Durbar Square. We enjoyed our visit to the zoo and had a great evening at Jhamsikhel, where we enjoyed dinner. I will definitely visit again at Hotel Goodwill.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2025Location of the hotel is near Patan Durbar Square and shopping belt of Jawalakhel. Room service was good and breakfast was served fresh. Stay was enjoyable and service was attentive to us. Hotel also had a parking space. Airport is near from the Gwarko.
Food selection in the menu could be better.
