It was very quiet and no jam like other parts. Made us comfortable quick. Very nice staff as well.

Nothing really stood out maybe the carpark can be well lit and maintained. Was very eerie to park at night

Mattress pillow condition is comfortable. Water pressure n heater function good. Toilet is clean n well maintained.Glad to Have water purifier. Keep it up the standard. TQ.

The lobby n rooms lobby lights area seem not bright, look scary n un safety due to have many wooden animals display. Suggest Must have brighter n warmth feeling.

Carpark at basement seems gloomy and not well maintained although there are limited CCTV. Hotel room door is suggested to fix a door viewer to ascertain the person visiting.

- Customer service - front desk need lots and lots of training on HOSPITALITY. - NO BREAKFAST. Simple B-fast like bread and egg will be very helpful for people like me. Need to start work at 8am and rush for b-fast and then rush to work. - TV was stone age - Add few more hangers for cloths - No window.. if small window allowed to air movement .. No getting bit stuffy as not much ventilation

Glad was given room at high floor facing the train track. Quite night sleep, very easy & convenient check-in. Room is a little old but clean. Value for money.

Ambience of lobby and hotel location is great.

There wasn't any glass screen at the shower area and water would splash onto the floor in front of the sink during bathing. Since my travel companions are all seniors, the risk of falling onto the wet floor was high.

The size of the room can accommodate 4 people easily.

The air-conditioner unit is too small for the size of the room. The room was hot and we could only feel the chill air early in the morning. Sleeping was not very comfortable. The bathroom did not have a partition for the showering area. As the bathroom was very tiny, it got wet each time we showered.

The room was clean, well-maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located near to the main road makes it slightly noise.

The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. The air condition was not working the first room given, I called the front desk and complained about the room. They come to to check and give us another room for use. There's a lot of plugpoint nearby the bed. There's fridge provided as well. Basic amenities like toothbrush are provided. The bed is comfortable and water pressure are good. There is free parking provided at B1 and you can take the lift to go straight to the hotel. We moved to another room that is not facing the main road and it was pretty quiet.

More lights at the basement parking because it's a bit dangerous for woman since it's quite dark there. The shower partition so that the water from the shower doesn't spill to the toiler area. It would great if the entrance lamp and toilet switch are separated since if we suddenly wake up in the middle of the night, the light will disturb other person who are with us.

All meet my expectation except the bed condition. Horrible and my whole body aching.

Surroundings-Location is good, near train station, next to Cowboy warehouse- interesting place to see. To have breakfast- more eating options when crossing busy road outside. Interior- Would prefer if they provided a tissue box at the bed area. Bedroom area is big and has 3 charging ports. Pillows are rather soft, would prefer a more firm pillow. Do not need to boil water since water dispenser is provided at hotel room floor area. Shower pressure is good and it will be better if they included a shower curtain so water does not splash out and make whole toilet floor wet.

Location is good and driving distance to most eating place. Ample parking. Bathtub in my room. Creator hotel theme song playing in the lift. Can see the train pass by.

Room looks old. The ‘white’ towel provided looks grey and well used with fraying threads at the end. Bring your own towel.

Overall facities in room

The lobby and common areas are well-designed, the rooms are rather basic, but I can't expect much for Kulai. In all, I think it's not bad if you need to stay in Kulai. For the price point, it's decent and safe.

There was no TV and amenities are sparse in the room.

Easy access to any recreational point of activities and the room is exceptionally big.

Overall was quite good,but the soundproofing is poor. The neighbours slam their doors too loudly in the middle of the the night ,causing the alarm go off, couldn’t sleep well

No mirror in single bedroom. Difficult to dress up.

My blanket have big circle of black stain , and the bedsheets have alot of blood stain.

Convenient for transport e.g. Grab, railway station nearby, people picking you up as it's along the main road. The road leading to the highway is also pretty nearby. There's a big supermarket downstairs so very convenient for business travelers.

hotel has no food and there's not many choices of food within walking distance in the morning.... probably have only 2 choices and both serves nasi lemak. Main road is right in front of the hotel (which makes transport convenient) but it's not easy to cross the road safely.

Booked the twin beds-room facing the railway line (back of hotel) - so quiet and peaceful! Popular F&B places like Indahpura just an easy, short Grab car ride away.
