シャワー、洗面台と温水が出ない。石鹼、シャンプー等全て無い。バスタオルが辛うじて有った。 プ－ルのトイレは誰が何時掃除をしたのか状態。

Location

They had a kitten that, poor thing, was very sick and besides the fact that none of them helped it, they didn't give it at least a plate of food and it was very weak! I told them if anyone was feeding it and they showed complete indifference! The rooms were very neglected and dirty. Also it’s not like the photos in booking.

The location, babypool , laundry was perfect, distance from airport also perfect, lots of restaurants and small shops near to it…..nearly 900m there is a beach…impossible to walk….but next to it are two shopping malls A Massage Center in the opposite of the hotel (they are wearing purple outfits) I can highly recommend(best customer service) You must visit Grandlucky and Krisna

No babycot, highchair or not suitable for families with little children. All in all no facilities for babies and toddlers. Sometimes they put the same bed sheet again and let us thinking that they put a new one. Cleaning was everyday but 50/50… You have to use the same glass and cups, not really clean. Very old property.During the heavy rain some pieces was falling down from the roof into the pool.Lots of Ants are running near to the water kettle and door…. They don’t understand English and breakfast always the same, very upset about the booking of the breakfast…bread butter jam, coffee one juice and water, two fruits. If you book breakfast with your room for example 2 adults and 2 toddlers. They only allow having breakfast for two adults!!!! No milk at all! We had big issues to get warm milk. No telephone in emergency cases…. I don’t know if the swimming pool water will be cleaned every day or through the week…the only catch the falling tree. Some people were swimming after 8pm that means also around 11pm. Smoking and eating in the pool, disgusting. Staffs didn’t tell them anything. AC was not working properly, fridge was over freezing, tv no chance to do anything with it Kuta beach, not safe, dirty!

The location on Legian was very good, near one of my favorite places for massages and hair treatment Ricky's Spa (a 1h full body massage is $A7). The room was fine and suited us, the pools were beautifully landscaped, and breakfast was the standard 5 options (and really quickly served). About a 10 minute walk to Kuta Beach and Poppies 1.

The bed was typically Bali-firm. The room was a bit musty.

El alojamiento no se parece en nada a las fotos, al entrar en la habitación no se podía ni estar del olor a humedad que tenía además que no estaba limpio, al final dejamos las cosas unas horas allí para ir a buscar otro alojamiento.

L’extérieur était magnifique et les gens du service autre que l’accueil était très gentil !

Les chambres sont très vielle et pas très propre mais au moins les lits l’était Cependant le lit dit double n’est au final que 2 lit simple coller …

The mixed tap for the shower/ bath turns off all the time and needs a better exhaust fan

I stayed in dormitory was okay for a couple of months toilets were always wet and not clean but it was perfectly fine. Good location for a couple of nights.

Cleanliness, no towel supply and was a dead bloated mouse in the bottom of the pool for two days straight and no one cleaned it even after I advised the staff

Rooms are dirty ,bed uncomfortable, no working tv stations no hot water,accmakes a noise . Rooms are nothing like advertised

The rooms were were tidy

The rooms didn't have locks inside, there was so many things falling apart and not working and no way to contact the front desk. The water didn't get hot, the towel was tattered there was no plug for the sink and the pool wasn't something I would have ever swam in.

Friendly staff. 2 nice pools. Room is fairly large for what you pay and the bed was comfortable enough.

Rooms look nothing like the photos. Smell of mold in the rooms. TV didn't work. Air-conditioner remote didn't work, couldn't adjust fan speed or temperature (thankfully stuck on coldest setting). Room was extremely dirty, ants and hair all over the floor, bathroom was honestly foul.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and close to everything you need. I don’t usually stay in this part of town but a friend was staying close and I wanted to catch-up. It was a good to experience another part of Bali and walk different streets. I highly recommend this property. It’s. It’s very good value.

Very dirty, especially the bathroom. Needs a good scrub. Difficult to turn the tap on in the sink because it wasn’t attached to the sink. No hot water for the shower!?

Good facilities in room including an in toilet douche,kettle,Aircon,Tv good wifi. Was presented with a bowl of fruit for staying here long time.

Hotel very old and out dated rooms had mold broken power points overall not the cleanest at all staff were very good this hotel is more for Indonesians , tv doesn’t have any English channels all Indonesian not room service or phone in room

Hotel agradable a 8 min de la playa, personal muy amable. No me gusto que le falta mucho manteniendo y limpieza de habitaciones básica, había polvo y la regadera arreglada con un liston, baño olia mal.

One night lay over. Clean, quiet close to airport. Staying again on way home.

Wasn’t cleaned properly even after asking again, spiders all over the bathroom and so much dust all over the room. Outdated appliances in the room too

The room, dirty, bathroom barely cleaned ,the sink rusty taps ,towel with holes and looking terribly old Unfortunately the staff on shift had ver little dominand of the English language making it difficult to communicate

Wush they clean better the place

we spent a very good weekend at the hotel, it is really different, and very large, two swimming pools, and not far from the clubs and the beach. the staff is very friendly and nice

what we didn't like is that the floor under the beds is not really clean, there are traces of ants' hair, but I think that's in relation to the price it's ok

The breakfast as extremely good value and very tasty, not a huge selection but everything was freshly made

The second pool could have been maintained a lot better, the main pool closest to the reception are was very good.

It was a bit run down... pools not maintained... The staff couldn't do enough for you bless them.. but the whole place needs some TLC and a lick of paint.. Not bad for the price and location though..
