The location is great. Really close to San Marco and the Rialto bridge. They have someone at the reception desk 24/7, which is great for late check ins, early check out or anything you may need. The stadd is really helpful and friendly. The breakfast have a wide selection of food.

Got a room here at a special price last minute. Cute and comfortable hotel centrally located in San Marco area about 5min walk from St Marks square and 10min from Rialto. The room I got was a basic no frills single room with private ensuite. It was air conditioned and had a comfy bed with a nice buffet breakfast included. Friendly staff at the desk and in the breakfast area. Excellent value for Venice

Hot water in the shower wasn’t very hot. Room temperature at best. It wasn’t really an issue for me as I only stayed the 1 night during summer but it would be if I was staying longer or in winter. Note there is no lift. Again not an issue for me as I only had a backpack but the staff are friendly and may help with heavier luggage.

Me metieron en un apartamento que parecía un zulo, mal olor. No había luz natural ya que hay dos ventanas muy pequeñas por las que no entra luz ni ventilación, que dan a una zona oscura. Apartamento muy viejo, muy pequeño, cocina de hace 50 años sin vitro y con fuegos a gas. Baño muy pequeño, si entras a la ducha para salir te tropiezas con la taza del water. A penas hay espacio en el baño. No puede haber dos personas al mismo tiempo dentro. No todo vale para sacar dinero. El hotel en sí no sé cómo estaba. El desayuno era normal, no había fruta, solo manzana cortada, tampoco ensalada ni verde. La mantequilla estaba mala, abrimos varios paquetes y todos mal. La leche había que echársela en los mismos vasos que el zumo porque no había tazas. Poca variedad. Falta mucho detalle. Una pena. No volvería. Cobran mucho para dar ese servicio….

Nada. Poca luz, muy viejo, instalaciones viejas. Mal olor. Baño pequeñísimo y sin espacio.

The steps. I have tripped many times because the floor isnt all uniformly leveled. I understand its an old building and its not 1 plain platform but i did fall and trip many times. There are signs on thr floor but I never got used to it.

The location was close to the things we wanted to see in Venice, although Calle Goldoni was not a well known street, and we often had to ask multiple people for directions. The staff was efficient and trustworthy. The room was very clean. The bed linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choices and it was tasty as well. The entire hotel was filled with beautiful artwork, and it was aesthetically pleasing.

There is no elevator. Staff helped us get our luggage up the stairs, though. The water pressure in the shower was low and there was a handheld shower head that was installed at about 5 feet, so I couldn't stand under it and wash my hair. The water temperature in the shower was very hot, and in both rooms my friends and I occupied, we could not get cool water in the shower. The tub drain was rusty, and the porcelain chipped.

Great location, friendly staff, fancy Murano chandeliers, near Rialto and San Marco square. Easy to walk to sights. Good shopping and eating near by. Comfortable rooms with great breakfast!

Shower was a tub and hand held shower didn’t quite reach all the way to standing.

The hotel was close to main attractions, like the Doge Palace/St. Marks Basilica and to Rialto Bridge. Breakfast is good. Staff is good and gave great restaurant and activity suggestions.

I didn't dislike anything. Just note that there are no elevators.

Ich Hatteras Hotel schon lange gebucht. Bis ich kurz vor Anreise , feststellte, dass das alles fake war. Booking hat aber nicht die Buchung storniert! Deswegen musste ich kurzfristig ein Hotel, dass viel teurer war buchen. Von Booking habe ich bis jetzt keine Antwort bekommen...

Personalen i receptionen var toppen, väldigt trevliga, informerande och hjälpsamma. Mysigt boende med prisvärd frukost. Rummen var alltid bra städande och fräscha.

Frukostpersonalen upplevdes nonchalanta men hjälpsamma. Glutenfria alternativ på frukosten var sådär. Fanns tyvärr ingen kyl på rummen vilken var synd.

Petit hotel de charme simple mais typique Vénitien , bien situé dans une petite rue à proximité des principales visites à faire à Venise ! Bon accueil et personnel disponible pour rendre service et certains parlant le Francais. De bons conseils pour vous proposer un bon restaurant! Bon petit déjeuner avec un buffet varié. Chambre déco simple , pas très grande mais confortable et très propre! Accés facile et proche 5mn à pied des stations vaporetos pour Murano et des gares bus et trains.

Salle de bain assez petite mais bien équipée et propre! Pas assez insonorisé .laisse entendre les bruits de couloir et extérieur de certaines personnes peu respectueuses !

Rooms are comfortable, with good air conditioning and black-out shades; antique furniture and quality linens. Breakfast is delicious and fresh, with nice coffee made to order, the staff is lovely and the location is perfect.

Στα μείον το γεγονός ότι δεν άλλαζαν όλες τις πετσέτες κι ας ήταν χρησιμοποιημένες και ότι δε μας άλλαξαν σεντόνια ποτέ (μείναμε 5 βράδια). Επίσης το μπάνιο είχε μυρμήγκια...

Hotel cómodo, bien ubicado, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar Venecia. No tiene lujos pero el edificio antiguo donde está, tiene gran encanto veneciano. Desayuno excelente, abundante y variado. Cerca de Plaza de San Marcos y de la estación Rialto del vaporetto. Habitaciones limpias, compactas y confortables.

Si acaso el baño un poco justo, pero funciona bien.

Hervorragende Lage in Nähe der Rialto-Brücke und des Anlegers und folgt man der Beschreibung des Hotels trotz des Gassengewirrs auch gut zu finden. Das Hotel hat Stil und ein außergewöhnliches Frühstücksangebot, sind doch u.a. bereits zubereitete Sandwiches (köstlich) im Angebot. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und spricht z.T. auch Deutsch. Serenissima - immer wieder!

4 Stockwerke ohne Aufzug halten einen fit, aber das Personal hilft auch beim Tragen des Gepäcks.

We liked the location, convenience, amenities etc. Breakfast was as well, though not enough sitting area. During breakfast hours it was way to crouded. However staff tried their best to satisfy everyone.

Ubicación perfecta, esto es lo mejor del hotel. Es pequeño y no tiene ascensor después de visitar todo el día se hace duro. El personal es amable y el desayuno no está mal.

Necesita una remodelación sobre todo el baño y el aire hacia un ruido infernal en pleno agosto que hay que estar con el encendido cuesta descansar si no te pones tapones.

Excellent location- you are at a mid point between Rialto at one edge of Venice and San Marco at the other. This makes getting around very easy. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the AC was set at a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was delicious too!

As is to be expected with an older property, you can hear *everything* happening in adjacent rooms. Would suggest bringing earplugs as even considerate hotel guests can be heard next door.

Emplacement absolument fabuleux. 8min de la place St Marc 5 du pont du Rialto. Glaces, souvenirs et supérette tout proche. Personnel très aimable et accueillant. Petit déjeuner très fourni et on trouve tout ce que l'on souhaite.

Odeur d'humidité assez présente dans la chambre mais bon à Venise j'imagine que c'est normal. Climatisation assez vétuste, difficilement réglable (pas de thermostat pour choisir une température précise) mais efficace. Attention à l'absence d'ascenseur. Cependant les employés nous aident pour les bagages et ce à n'importe quelle heure.

Petit hôtel charmant, très bien situé dans une ruelle calme. Petit déjeuner copieux, literie confortable, personnel agréable.

Good location, nice breakfast service.

I had a single room which was ok, but the bed was a bit lip side so I felt like I might roll out of bed. Dinning are was crowded so I had to return to room and come back at a later time and wait in a queue for awhile.

Great location a short walk from Rialto port. Very friendly staff, and it was very clean. Good breakfast with a lot of options. No elevator so there was someone to bring my bags upstairs. The rooms use actual keys, I liked that you hand it in to reception when you go out so there's no chance of losing it. I had to check out very very early in the morning and they gave me a breakfast box to go which was nice!

The room was quite small, especially the bathroom if you are a tall person (as in, you may have to sit sideways on the toilet because the wall is too close). I was only here for a couple of days so it wasn't too bad. Despite being a good location for getting around, it is still a high density tourist area. I'm not sure why some hotels still have unsecured wi-fi networks, it can be a major security issue. In general I wish more hotels would have a system for indicating you don't want your towels changed aside from leaving the do not disturb tag on the door all day, which is what I did here.
