The Staff were very friendly and helped us with everything.. The stay was very homey and we were comfortable.. we will definitely come back and I recommend it

ROOMS SHOULD HAVE A SERVICE GLASS AND CUP WITH PACK OF COFFEE AND TEA WITH STAND-BY WATER HEATER. LASTLY, WITH SERVICE WATER AND CABLE CONNECTION NOT JUST A YOUTUBE. LACK OF STAFF, SECURITY GUARDS ACTING AS A ROOM BOY!

Good staff, theyre accommodating and responsive

The room we booked did not have a bidet, and mat (we had to request for it). Would be a better stay if the hotel provides flip flops to guests.

Location to tops and other venues great

Disgusting room not clean the cr. Ent had two inches of dirt on it nothing was clean disappointing room and outside pipes cracked tiles bad smells. The pictures online do not reflect the actual rooms

Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand. Abgesehen vom Verkehrslärm der Hauptstraße ist die Umgebung relativ ruhig. Vor dem Hotel gibt es auch noch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Die Instandhaltung wird vernachlässigt. Das Hotel hatte schon bessere Zeiten erlebt.

The place is peaceful.I like that we had a place to stay for our 9th anniversary.

The staff give their best. They were accommodating and responsive.

Facilities. The bathroom not flushing well, when you sit on the bowl, I can't push the cover, it stays pushing my back, something very uncomfortable. Water stays on the floor, draining need repair. There was no glasses/cups inside the room.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Fijn zwembad. Mooi gebouw.

Kamers en sanitair zijn sterk verouderd en hebben dringend renovatie nodig. Vanwege de scherpe prijs mag je niet te veel verwachten maar de kamers moeten echt worden gerenoveerd. Van dit hotel valt zeker iets moois te maken.

We checked-in late past 8pm and staffs are welcoming. Location is accessible especially when you come to visit the mountain resorts of Cebu. The place is clean and not noisy. There is a pool with crystal clear water.

Satisfied with breakfast but not part of room rate, we have to pay for it. It's our second time here, the location is okay for us, a view of the mountains that's not so far from the city. It has a cute pool for a quick dip this summer season.

They could have made the room smell better and the bed sheets too.

All is very nice. We were planning to stay for one day, but my family liked this place very much so we extended.

Not much to like very average accommodation Staff fullfilled There duty but below the standard of all other hotels I have stayed in in the Philippines

No Top sheet on the bed and when i asked for one i was told it would cost an extra 100 peso No bottled water in Room Refrigerator was turned off on arrival and the poorest quality that didn't cool our drinks

The Scam-- The staff is very accommodating and always smiling :)” The hotel could be so much more. The management staff picks scamming to be upfront. They lure you in with low pricing, that is a room with a mattress on the floor. They also charge you per item, for example, towels are extra. positive are the cleaning, cooking, people are nice people negative is up charging for the better room off the floor. very, very noisy place and busy road at all hours. motorcycles and loud music at all hours The cafe was good for the morning

It's a quiet place and it has a pool.

The restaurant only has breakfast. Would have been nice if they catered lunch and dinner too. Also would have been nice if check in time was at 12 or 1pm.

The entire place is dated and could use some upgrades but it’s otherwise well-maintained.

The faint musty smell when entering the room - perhaps because structure is quite old.

The hotel is very tired, everything is old, the room had an unpleasant smell of dampness, the bed linen was stained, there were cobwebs, the room was not cleaned properly

The pool was very clean and got sun in the day so quite warm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The warm shower was nice . The room was quite and we slept quite well .

Pros: Staff were awesome! We didn’t see any cockroaches or other bugs Good a/c Clean pool Hot water in the shower and good pressure Breakfast was good and reasonably priced Cons: Could be cleaner (windows and mirrors especially) Not a great neighborhood (however, we walked to downtown during the day, but I wouldn’t recommend doing so at night …having said that, it may be fine…you decide) For the price it is totally fine. Basic, but you get what you pay for.

not bad not great after a week stay I ask to check out one hour late and there was a extra fee for the hour security was very helpful there and even helped me with my bags and getting a cab everyone was friendly good ac units in the room the room i had could use a update there is a drug store next to the hotel that was handy for anything needed and little shops line the road very busy traffic but i think that is the norm here

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The pool was nice and open late and cleaned often. Great location for going into Busay and further into mountains to visit many attractions.

The hotel is a little old with basic facilities. But it does have everything you need.

It's very affordable. Downstairs you'll find a Mercury Drug store. You can buy food nearby. The view is the best. Overlooking the mountains
