La ubicación céntrica, a unos metros de la estación de autobuses ADO y la limpieza.

Cama cómoda, pero las almohadas son muy gruesas.

Nos dieron una habitacion de las remodeladas, camas comodas y personal muy amable, no apto para fumadores en ningun area del hotel. Nos dejaron mantener el auto en el parking aun despues de nuestra estadia. Bien ubicado sobre una avenida a cuadras de la plaza del centro y en una via directa hacia la zona hotelera y hacias puerto juarez.

El hotel es agradable por la ubicación.

Ya me había hospedado anteriormente ahí, y las habitaciones son comodas y amplias, pero ahora me dieron un cuarto de los más antiguos, en un rincon del segundo piso. Las llaves de agua estaban oxidadas. En la noche no caía agua, ni fría ni caliente y la regadera estaba llena de salitre. Finalmente solo era una noche pero el cuarto era bastante burdo.

Todo fue perfecto e inmejorable

La ubicación es excelente, las habitaciones y alberca están muy limpias al estar recién remodelado.

La vicinanza alla stazione Ado che ha reso il tutto molto comodo. Si trova anche in una posizione piuttosto centrale, che ti permette di camminare a piedi e raggiungere tutti i servizi che sono vicini.

Le lenzuola non sembravano pulitissime, una federa presentava un alone giallo e c’erano dei capelli attaccati sopra.

Está céntrico (aunque no lo aprovechamos), la habitación era cómoda, y el personal muy amable.

Premesso che abbiamo soggiornato qui solo una notte, prima di prendere il volo di ritorno, per noi è stato perfetto: vicino alla stazione Ado e alle fermate dei colectivos, personale sempre presente in reception e stanza moderna, bella e pulita. Ci tornerei.

קרוב לתחנת ADO הופתענו מהרמה הגבוהה והתמורה למחיר למטה יש חצר יפה, יש מעלית חדשה, המקום עובר שיפוצים - אנחנו לא הרגשנו בהם אבל החדר היה נראה טוב בהרבה מבתמונה ומצוחצח. יש מיזוג אוויר טוב ותאורה נעימה הצוות נחמד ומקצועי הכל היום מושלם!

Estaba en obra y nos enteramos al llegar. Como nos levantamos temprano no fue problema el tema de los ruidos de la misma.

il ragazzo in reception è veramente bravo e carino, penso sia il responsabile, la posizione molto comoda per chi arriva direttamente con gli ado perchè dista 5 minuti a piedi. Le camere da poco rinnovate semplici ma comode.

In reception solo il responsabile parla inglese, il resto dello staff non riesce a capire neanche quando chiedi un taxi, questo è molto difficile soprattutto in centro a cancun in un posto altamente turistico.

El trato fue nefasto. No me dejaron dejar las maletas en una habitación y no pude hacer turismo ese día. Tardaron muchísimo en darme la habitación que dejaba mucho que desear. Había muchísimo ruido del exterior. No me gustó nada el trato del personal.

Goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Schone kamer met 2 goede ruime bedden en een uitstekende douche. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar niet slecht. Voordeel van dit hotel is dat het op loopafstand is het ADO busstation.

Solo una vez completada la reserva hemos sabido una información que el hotel está en obras y la piscina no está disponible.

Se ve que han estado reformando el hotel. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes. La cama es cómoda pero no cuenta ni con cajones o perchas para colocar la ropa.

The pick up location for all tours where just 9 minutes from the hotel.

Unfortunately, because we arrived a little after midnight, we were given a very old room. The lady at reception told us to go and see the room first, saying it was the only one they had available and that if we didn’t like it, we could simply leave. However, it was already very late at night and we had nowhere else to go, so we had no real choice but to accept the room. The room was nothing like the well-maintained photos shown on Booking.com. The Wi-Fi didn’t reach the room at all, everything looked very outdated, and the sink faucet was rusty. We were very disappointed with the condition of the room, especially compared with what we expected from the photos. The hotel does have excellent amenities and the location is convenient, but unfortunately, our experience with the room was very disappointing.

スタッフが感じがよいです。大通りに面していてタクシー横付けができ安心安全です。 ホテル回りにはお店や屋台、食堂があり便利です。ADOバスセンターまで歩いて5分、建物も見えているほど近い距離です。部屋はリノベーションされたばかりできれいで快適で使いやすかったです。中庭もいい感じです。ベッドも広々しています。アメニティはシャンプーと石鹸があります。金庫もありました。町の中にあるのに静かです。

ドライヤー、冷蔵庫、コップがないです。シャワーのお湯は出ましたが水圧が弱いです。ハンガーを増やすとよいと思います。

El hotel está muy cerca de la terminal de autobuses ADO y del centro de Cancún. Actualmente el hotel está en plena remodelación, aunque esto no fue ningún inconveniente para nosotros, al contrario. Nuestra habitación estaba prácticamente nueva a estrenar, era moderna y muy limpia.

La zona de la piscina necesita una remodelación, entendemos que se hará próximamente.

Camere pulite e ottimo qualità prezzo, posizione a 1m dal centro con farmacia,fermata autobus e ristorante sotto casa. Ci hanno cambiato stanza gratis dato che la nostra non aveva il wi-fi. Parcheggio gratuito e al sicuro.

Lo que me gustó fue la ubicación, buena conectividad. Y al tener una alberca, mi mamá lo disfruto mucho para relajarse.

No contará con un mini frigobar o cooler para poder mantener agua helada en la habitación.

Me sorprendio que no permite entrar con bebidas alcholicas ni el la alberca ni en la habitación para que te relajes un ratito.

Central Cancun, not the hotel zone. $46 a night. Clean, located within walking distance of the grocery store, Pharmancy and many restaurants. A town square w nightly dancing and music is literally across the street (5 minutes walk). I walked at night, no issue. I am currently here August 8th. 2026 for a total visit f 10 days. . They are doing daytime construction but it stops at 5pm. The pool is small and indoors, nothing special, but the kids like it. ( closes at 10 pm. ) A outdoor balcony with tables to sit and enjoy the day or evening. A group room which just had chairs. A small cafe open in the mornings and lunch. And a bar immediately next to the entrance ( small). There are dozens of bars and shops within walking distance. The bus to the hotel zone is literally across the street. Uber and taxis are everywhere. Bring utensils if you want to eat at the grocery store. I bought a fork and spoon at a booth. Currently 100 pesos is about $6 so don’t expect dirt cheap prices. Tour offers are on every corner. The Dental tourism here is amazing. I have met people from all over the world here to get dental work. It isn’t pennies on the dollar, but it is less than half of what you’ll pay in most countries. The dental office is picking you up from your hotel and drop you off at your hotel. It would be my recommendation that you hire a guide if you don’t speak Spanish, simply to be able to go to places where English is not readily accessible. Just about a place I went. Accept credit cards.

Het hotel wordt helemaal vernieuwd en we hadden dan ook een spiksplinternieuwe kamer met goeie bedden en douche. Overlast is er niet echt want je bent toch op pad. De locatie is helemaal top, tussen Via Nader en parque Palapas in en daar gebeurt het dan ook. Fijne restaurants aan de via Nadar.

Het hotel is nog niet helemaal af. Zo is het zwembad nog niet heel uitnodigend maar ze gaan er in slagen en de prijs-kwaliteit is top! Zo vriendelijk ook. Je gunt het ze!

El personal. Estaban más preocupados porque les firmara un papel que deslindaba responsabilidades por las remodelaciones que por brindar una buena bienvenida. Es ridículo que en Cancun no puedas tomarte una cerveza en la alberca, porque esta prohibido aunque la consumas de su propio bar.

Es un buen hotel en Cancun centro. El servicio esta bien y tiene buena relación calidad-precio.

Onaangekondigde renovatiewerken recht tegenover mijn kamer van 8u tot 18u30. Bij check-in om 22u kreeg ik een papier te tekenen in Spaans ivm renovatiewerken, er werd mij verteld dat er niet veel lawaai zou zijn maar ik kon niet rusten van mijn reis. Met wederzijds akkoord mocht ik annuleren met een refund. Na checkout kreeg ik een bericht dat ik de refund niet zou krijgen. Ik had die refund nodig opeen nieuw hotel te kunnen boeken. Elke dag een bericht dan wel een refund dan niet een refund. Booking.com zijn fout, neen de fout van het hotel, neen booking. Com neen het hotel ligt dwars.... Elke dag weer een ander verhaal met tegenstrijdigheden. Dat psychologisch spelletje ging zo een week verder tot de stress mij een dreigement liet sturen ivm naar de media te stappen met mijn verhaal met een lokale journalist, lang verhaal, kreeg ineens wel mijn refund. Fuí de paso 2 veces, la primera vez estuvo super bien porque me dieron una habitación recien remodelada, la segunda vez me dejo el avión y regrese ahí porq me habia gustado (cañidad-precio) pero oh sorpresa! La segunda vez me dieron una habitación muy muy muy deteriorada, en todos los sentidos. Entonces si toca habitación vieja los vas a odiar.

Close to the bus terminal

The room smelled strongly of mold, and the bathroom and closet doors wouldn't close. There was no exhaust fan, and because the building was old, it was difficult to open the windows.

Stanza confortevole, bagno nuovo con doccia spaziosa, aria condizionata, bottigliette d'acqua di cortesia. È un'ottima sistemazione per un breve soggiorno a Cancun, infatti la posizione è comoda, essendo vicino sia alla stazione ADO che alla fermata del bus che porta alla spiaggia. Il personale è stato molto gentile nel tenerci le valigie anche dopo il nostro check out.

Il bagno è un po' piccolino, infatti per accedere alla doccia bisogna per forza chiudere la porta del bagno altrimenti non si passa.

It was supper closed to the ADO bus station. In front of the of lots of available restaurants and at the ground floor is a restaurant the owner was super friendly and good portions. The Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful.

Nothing really just at the end of our stay, it was construction activities on progress and it was a bit noisy.

Like most hotels in Cancun, this one was above the price typical for places in the Yucatan (though well below the cost of hotels on the main beach strip). It's in the "old town", and for me its main advantage was that it's very close to the ADO bus terminal, for Valladolid, Merida, and beyond. That's why I booked it. Price aside, it was fine - I had a good room with good wifi and aircon. I didn't use the pool. Staff were helpful.

Nothing really, except the price, and in fairness, even this was probably about right for where it is in Cancun.

Me gustó la ubicación, la limpieza del cuarto y el estacionamiento.

Que el joven de recepción siempre estaba molesto, las chicas de la tarde eran más amables. Que no avisarán que el hotel estaba en remodelación, hasta que desocupamos el hotel me llegó correo de que está en remodelación, demasiado tarde, así como mi factura me llegó hasta q salimos, todos los días preguntaba x ella. Muy estrictos en su reglamento, con algunos como siempre ya que no pude hacer check in 15 minutos antes. Todas las instalaciones decían que eran libre de humo y en el lobby bar estaban fumando. Tampoco promocionan lugares para visitar.

Me gustó, la verdad lo recomiendo, buena calidad precio, las habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas y una de las cosas que más nos encanto es su ubicación en pleno centro de Cancún, a pocos pasos teníamos restaurantes, farmacia, súper mercado, centro comercial y de la terminal de buses. Si vuelvo a ir Cancún, seguramente lo volvería a elegir como primera opción.

Did not get the room I reserved as they were out of that room type. Was offered a shrug as compensation. Would have booked at a different hotel with a room type that fit my needs had their availability been accurate online.
