La habitacion muy descuidada y olia feo

El servicio excelente, las chixas de resepción muy atentas, servicio en general bien. La ubicación excelente.

solo temas de limpieza xk matamos algunas cucarachas y la pisina estaba superrr caliente no la pudimos disfrutar.

Siempre el staff es súper atento.

Mucha mosca en el cuarto, muy corto el tiempo para ir a desayunar, 930 ya no te daban el ticket del desayuno que ya se habia pagado

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel. Nos encantan las habitaciones y el desayuno.

Staff where very friendly and informative though language difference (spanish Vs english ) but effort was made to communicate ,room were clean .Well located place and in the middle of stores ,eating places . The reception even booked my UBER (very helpful)

More english speaking facility.and to have a phone in the room for communicating directly with the reception. (in case there is need )

La atención es buena, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Los desayunos son básicos pero muy ricos. La alberca es de buen tamaño, con área de chapoteadero para niños, muy linda. Mi habitación estaba muy amplia, limpia y cómoda; tenía microondas, cafetera, tazas, café, lavatrastes, jabón y un minirefrigerador. Lo recomiendo.

Er zat een klein keukentje plus magnetron in de suite. Echter geen bestek te vinden, zelfs geen lepeltje om je koffie te roeren. Er was een bar in de keuken met maar 1 hoge bar stoel en een 1 lage stoel aan eettafel. Wel een tweepersoons appartement

La atención en recepción falta cordialidad y comunicacion acertiva, el desayuno es repetitivo y casi todo es picoso muy limitado si te quedas varios días, los sillones de las pérgolas de la alberca falta limpieza muy sucio esa area, la limpieza en los cuartos muy por encimita , no sirve de mucho tener cocineta si no tienes ni cucharas a disponibilidad, 1 cama estaba genial pero la otra rechinaba mucho cada ves que te novias muy ruidosa

No tenía disponible la habitación qué reserve. Muy sucio el pasillo de la habitación y no dejaron papel en el baño. Muy duras las camas.el baño muy viejo.

when i first got the room the air conditioning didnt work. i asked for a crib and it was broken they changed my room around 10pm there was no water messaged customer service in the morning they said they could change me to another room

La llave de acceso nonprofit ser preogramada y nos tenian que asistir a la entrada, elmdesayuno incluido tiene pocas opciones y las instalaciones les hace falta mantenimiento en varias zonas.

no me gustó que en la cocina no hay siquiera un mísero tenedor o cuchara, no tiene ningún utencilio ni para prepararme un sandwich, qué caso tiene que tenga cocina? pésimo servicio, no puedes utilizarla porque no hay nada, ni un plato, tampoco el agua salía caliente! tenía ganas de tomarme un buen baño caliente y salió a penas tibia

The room was very spacious and comfortable, stable wifi, great housekeeping, nice swimming pool also for the little ones and enough sun beds/chairs

The kitchen had zero equipment, not even a bowl or spoon The breakfast was nice but we had to ask for water every morning, fresh fruits were only once on display and one piece per person allowed, otherwise no fresh veggies & fruits at all.

The beds were fairly comfortable.

There was a very musty smell to the room which did not go away even with the door and windows all open. The kitchenette did not have any dishes or cutlery. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. The bathroom window handle was broken and the window had to be closed from the outside patio. The couch was too stained to sit on comfortably. The breakfast was disappointing. The only fruit available was some apples that had gone soft, and some bananas that were very brown.

I liked the room and its location, the staff was very friendly and tried to help. The people at reception tried to help as far as possible. but there was no manager to talk to. what i didn't like is the important part: 1. no directions of the location and how to get to the hotel with public transportation. 2. the hot water in the bathroom had a problem and the guy trying to fix it didn't know how.

i already described what i didn't like the main issue is a lack of management with authoritative power.

Excelente ubicación, tanto para ir de compras como para salir en transporte, el personal de recepción, limpieza y restaurante muy amable, la comida del restaurante rica y variable, el chef excelente servicio, muy buen ambiente para el desayuno!!! Las habitaciones bonitas 10/10 muy relajantes, cómodas y sin nada de ruidos a pesar de las obras, se descansa muy bien, el mini refrigerador, horno y estufa funcionando al 100% La alberca con su área para niños y para adultos muy bien

No es que no nos haya gustado, pero seria bueno mejorar. Tarda un poco en salir agua caliente en la ducha por lo que se desperdicia. El agua de la alberca algo fría. si se puede meter y nadar muy bien, pero estaría mejor si estuviera un poco mas templada!!!

Segunda vez que voy y me siento muy cómoda. La alberca es preciosa y todo bien, solo hubiera faltado que al lado de la cafetera me dejen cafe :) EL desayuno muy bueno tambien.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, pero se genera mucho tráfico, la piscina esta grande y comodo. Considerando el desayuno pésimo se me hizo caro el hopedaje considerando que no tiene vista al mar.

La comida, en julio del 2024 me había hospedado ahí y me encanto el desayuno y senti que le daba un plus al hotel esta vez era buffet y considero que en ese sentido se igualo a otros hoteles que ofrecen desayunos, pero con la intención de que no lo consumas. No sé qué tanto se reduzco el gasto pero este caro para ese desayuno. Ademas nos comentaron que a las 10 de la noche ya no debería haber ruido y como a las 12 habia unas personas con bocina en la piscina.

La ubicación, la cama y el cambio de toallas ok.

Pagamos un alojamiento con cocina (tipo apartamento) tenía heladera, Anafe. (No tenía ni un utensilio (ni para calentar agua) y cuando pedimos nos dieron 1 olla y dos cucharas, y para que nos dieran un cuchillo, debíamos dejar una identificación. En varias oportunidades no pudimos lavar y/o secar ropa, porque no tenían fichas para las máquinas. Nos cobraron unas fichas y no tenían cambio (lo fuimos descontando cuando lograban tener fichas… porque el cambio nunca lo tenían para devolver) El desayuno (Pésimo)

Chuveiro frio, sem nada de água quente. Cama dura e desconfortável. Café da manhã muito fraco.

La ubicación es muy buena y las habitaciones están bastante bien equipadas, el hotel cumple en general, es muy bueno que tenga incluiodo el desayuno

EL personal de recepción tiene un trato auqnue no grosero, poco amable y asertivo, al hotel le falta mucho en el tema humano. mismo caso del restaurante. NO saben como resolver

Ahorita están construyendo me imagino que un distribuidor vial y es un verdadero caos poder llegar al hotel. Tienen una vía para bicicletas, el hotel podría arreglar con el municipio el poder usarla para llegar al hote, ojo, uso exclusivo para los clientes. Son 150 mts que haces hasta media hora en recorrerlos por el tráfico tan pesado. Entiendo que no es parte del hotel pero deberían de poner un comunicado antes de reservar

La hubicacion del lugar est amuy bien cercas de super, restaorante y el centro.

El personal, tienen una señorita mal encarada que siempre esta de malas y te trata mal, como si fuera la duela del lugar les recomeirndo hablen con ella es una morena gordita.

Appartamento moderno e pulito... belli i letti ... la piscina super ... colazione messicana e anericana....

Ci hanno chiesto un documento per darci le utensili delle cucina... padelle, piatti etc... la T.V. non ha mai funzionato....

L’aménagement de la piscine et grandeur de la chambre

Le matelas le plus inconfortable où je n’ai jamais dormi (et j’ai dû essayé des centaines de lits différents. J’aime les matelas ferme, mais là, j’ai eu l’impression de dormir par terre. Aucun équipement, même pas de simple mouchoir. Infestation de fourmis. Et déjeuner qui aurait pu être bon, mais qui aurait dû être chaud, ou au moins tiède, mais qui était déjà froid à 9h alors que nous avions jusqu’à 10h30 pour déjeuner.

Very nice and clean, very attending staff

Great location, easy parking, great pool, awesome internet. Breakfast was great. The staff is very friendly and professional. Things to improve.. We had a suite with kitchen not a single utensil, pan, glassware, we were exhausted to ask for anything but makes no sense to have nothing. The breakfast coupon to be collected each morning at the reception makes no sense whatsoever, what a waste of our time. Just give them out at check in. Excellent for a place to sleep and rest after hitting the waves, would stay here again.

Very convenient: easy walk to supermarket and a few restaurants, and a reasinable walk to the beach.

Room layout a bit strange and dated.

We stay here often for one night stays. We’re expats living in Mexico and our home is not close to town. We stay for shopping trips or prior to airport departures. The hotel is basic by international standards, however, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The self parking is great, many good walkable restaurants and stores. Downside is no elevators with three stories. Pool is nice, great little restaurant for included breakfast.

Shower went everywhere but my head, staff couldn't allow us to our room even 15 minuted before check-in time (even though it was ready) and absolutely no plates/cutlery for the kitchenette. 2 mugs was all you got

To be honest....very convinience and walking distance to restaurants a d supermarket.

Decent price, nice pool, hot breakfast, nice multilingual staff, a/c in bedroom , convenient location next to supermarket and some restaurants.

Beds are uncomfortable, don’t bother with the “balcony” rooms as they face a loud street. FYI: Difficult to find public beach access as the path is rerouted through construction sites and most beachfront is blocked by higher end resorts

We booked a room with kitchen and refrigerator. We were given room 508 which only had a mini fridge. We could hardly fit a few bottles of water. The space for the full size fridge was empty just vacant space. The kitchen had nothing! No plates no utensils no glasses. We had to beg for two plates two forks and and two cereal bowls and had to buy knives and a frying pan from Walmart. The towels were so dirty , again I had to go buy from Walmart. Big mistake to choose this place. The only one that ever smiled was the cleaning lady every one else hardly showed any interest or cared. The so called breakfast is awful except for the coffee. Same overcooked scrambled eggs served cold, a bowl of granola with 3-4 tablespoons in it. There is massive construction and noise and dust a few meters away from the pool. Never had such a bad experience and we come to Baja a lot.
