Dobry obiekt, że świetna lokalizacją, w samym środku atrakcji turystycznych a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Nasz pokój posiadał na dachu taras- uważam to za duży plus. Przestronny i dobrze wyposażony apartament . Jedna cecha, to bardzo strome i dość wąskie schody prowadzące do pokoju- nie dla wszystkich

Magnificent town with lots of bars and restaurants. Strikingly beautiful. Our accommodation was across two levels.

As Monopoli old town is car free, the free parking, if you have a rental, is a long walk. However, being car free improves the experience enormously. Essentially overriding the dislike of the walk to the car.

La camera di perbse era molto bella

Camera a piano terra, con portafinestra con tapparelle interne al vetro. Isolamento acustico e luminoso assente. Non sarebbe un problema se non per il fatto che c’è un’auto parcheggiata davanti che va in giro a tutte le ore della notte, oltre al fatto che la raccolta della pattumiera viene fatta davanti alla porta. Se vi piace dormire più di 3 ore, spero non vi capiti questa camera

É zona ZTL você tem que estacionar bem antes e andar 20 min, e com cheio de mala, não direi que é muito comodo, e chegando la na recepção nos levaram a um quarto longe no qual a porta dava pra rua e nao nao tinha uma cortina para cobrir a luz do dia totalmente

The apartment was amazing, down a beautiful little side street. It was updated and modern with a large bathroom for a full family. It was also nice to have two Queen beds instead of a sleeper couch. The apartment also included a fridge for any food items which meant that we could eat and bring food and wine home with a place to store it!

Centrally located in the heart of the old town. The space was clean and well positioned, and the bathroom was beautiful. The girls at reception were very nice, warm and welcoming, and a young man helped us carry our suitcases upstairs. The breakfast was nice with good selection and pleasant atmosphere.

It is not clear exactly which room you are booking or selecting. Our stay was short, so we could tolerate the noise from the neighbouring apartments. Unfortunately, the plastic cover on the bed was quite uncomfortable during sleep and created a noise with every movement.

Wat een fantastische ervaring om in Albergo Diffuso Monopoli te verblijven. In plaats van een standaard hotel verblijf je hier midden in het historische centrum van Monopoli, waardoor je echt het gevoel krijgt onderdeel te zijn van de stad. Zodra je de deur uitstapt, sta je tussen de sfeervolle straatjes, gezellige pleinen, authentieke restaurants en de prachtige boulevard. De kamer was ruim, schoon en stijlvol ingericht, met een perfecte combinatie van moderne voorzieningen en de authentieke charme van het oude Monopoli. Alles was goed onderhouden en je merkt dat er veel aandacht wordt besteed aan detail en comfort. De locatie is werkelijk uitstekend. Op loopafstand vind je de haven, het strand, tal van restaurants en gezellige bars. Vooral 's avonds komt de stad tot leven en is het heerlijk om door de smalle straatjes van de oude binnenstad te wandelen. Ook het personeel verdient een groot compliment. Ze zijn vriendelijk, behulpzaam en geven graag tips over de omgeving, leuke restaurants en activiteiten. Dankzij hun gastvrijheid voelden we ons direct welkom. Wat Albergo Diffuso Monopoli echt bijzonder maakt, is de unieke combinatie van de service van een hotel met de charme van een eigen appartement midden in een authentieke Italiaanse stad. Het geeft je de vrijheid om Monopoli op je eigen tempo te ontdekken, terwijl alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik zijn. Kortom: een ideale accommodatie voor iedereen die het echte Puglia wil ervaren. Comfortabel, sfeervol, gastvrij en gelegen op een absolute toplocatie. Wij zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw verblijven.

Monopoli exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place for what my wife and I were looking for: somewhere quiet, close to the beach, with great food. Albergo Diffuso made sure we had a wonderful place to stay. The staff was incredible, starting with our driver, who picked us up from the train station after a long and exhausting train ride, even though it was already past their usual hours. The woman who showed us our apartment was also wonderful. She answered all of our questions and gave us great information and recommendations about Monopoli, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and Monopoli is definitely a place we would love to return to. Thank you to everyone at Albergo Diffuso

Loved the location. Really convenient to beaches, restaurants, harbour front and only a short walk to the train station.

Really no notes - the place was beautiful. Well equipped, air conditioned, clean, staff were so nice and helpful throughout our stay.

A szállás elhelyezkedése tökéletes a programok szempontjából, maga az appartman is nagyon jó elosztású.

A szállás autómentes zónában, az óvárosban található, igy az autót egy nyilvános parkolóban kellett hagynunk. A szállásadó transzfer szolgáltatást nem biztosított, amelyről előzetesen nem tájékoztatott, csak a helyszínen a becsekkoláskor, a parkolóból a csomagok feljuttatása a szállasra egy 20 perces sétával volt teljesíthető. Telefonos visszahíváskor sajnos nem voltak elérhetőek a foglalásnál megadott telefonszámon.

The location was perfect as it was accessible to all facilities in Monopoli. The hotel had 2 locations, one at the reception area and the other in Piazza Garibaldi. We had the room overlooking the Piazza, which was beautiful. The staff were fantastic and very helpful in everything I needed.

We stayed in the Piazza area, so we had to walk roughly 150 meters to have breakfast at reception area location. The breakfast made up for the little inconvenience.

La posizione dell'hotel. Davvero nel pieno del centro storico di Monopoli che è spettacolare

L'accoglienza e la gestione del parcheggio. Purtroppo in una città turistica così piccola per chi arriva in auto è impossibile trovare parcheggio e per di più una volta trovato con valige e sotto al caldo bisogna arrivare in struttura. Male male male. Per di più ho chiesto di allungare il ceckout di qualche ora A PAGAMENTO e mi è stato rifiutato. 120 a notte per tutti questi disagi non saprei (la stanza bella si ma minuscola, sproporzionata al prezzo)

Este foarte bine pozitionata, in orasul vechi, aproape de far si de barcile albastre. Camera mare si spatioasa.

Am avut un pat care scârțâia din toate incheieturile si din pacate nu am observat decat noaptea, asa ca prima noapte a fost de cosmar, cea mai mica întoarcere de pe o parte pe alta înseamna trezirea, asa ca nu am dormit deloc toata noaptea. Din fericire problrma a fost rezolvata profesionist a doua zi. De asemenea putin cam zgomot si seara pana mai tarziu ( de asta am stiut de la inceput, din comentarii, dar fiind destul de in centru, era normal) si dimineata un zgomot de sticle sparte. De asemenea parcari se gasesc destul de greu dar si asta stiam. Am lasat masina intr o parcare fara plata, in port, cam la 20 min de mers pe jos. A fost foarte ok, doar sambata seara cand ne am intors a fost foarte greu de gasit loc de parcare.

Emplacement exceptionnel, en plein cœur du centre historique de Monopoli, très confortable, climatisé. Le personnel est attentif et parlait français, la chambre était prête avant l’heure prévue du check-in !

Loved the location and beautiful town of Monopoli. The air conditioning was great and when there was a problem staff did their utmost to fix it in a timely manner. The shuttle bus was totally worth it too.

Location (very close to many shops and restaurants)

They have many accommodations scattered throughout the city. And you have no previous idea where you will stay. We got an apartment on the third floor with a very tight spiral stairs. People who have mobility restrictions would certainly have problems. Especially with luggage. On the second day the air conditioner stopped working. And was not fixed. We received a fan. South of Italy, summer, high temperature and you pay for a room to sleep with a fan... No more comments.

The check in was slow and late

We had a wonderful stay right in the heart of Monopoli's beautiful old town. The location was perfect, with so many fantastic restaurants, bars, and attractions just a short walk away. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. They kindly looked after our bags before check-in, gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat, and even helped arrange our airport transfer. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make our visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality and would happily stay here again.

I like everything. Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we have nothing negative to report.

Il n’y a pas de volets, nous avons été réveillé très tôt par la lumière du jour… Situé dans le centre historique, assez bruyant notamment le matin (éboueurs / poubelles / lavage des rues…)

La struttura è nel centro storico si può dire, l unica cosa è che con la macchina non si può entrare per ZTL quindi si deve parcheggiare 1 chilometro prima… però se non devi prenderla durante il soggiorno la struttura è perfetta! Staff super accogliente, ti danno a disposizione anche delle cartine e per ogni cosa sono lì!

L unica pecca è che c’era solo 1 finestra che non si apriva… quindi dovevo aprire la porta per far passare un po d aria. Però per il resto soggiorno TOP

Very clean and big room, comfortable bed, and great location in Old Town Monopoli! We loved our stay here.

The check-in process was a little bit tricky because the reception is closed from 1-4pm, so if you arrive in between that time, there will be no one at the front desk. But overall, everything was great!

The courtyard entry gave some privacy, the rooftop terrace was great to sit and have a drink, the breakfast in the courtyard was good

Plumbing wasn't very good. Odors from the sewer were coming up through the floor drain in the shower.

Atendimento excelente das rececionistas. Localização excepcional. Instalaçoes como um todo muito confortáveis. Linda decoração. Banheiro estiloso. Muito bem reformado. Excelente roupas de cama e de banho.

O horario restrito da Recepção. Fica como sugestão : baixar a altura do cabideiro de roupas. Baixar a altura do apoiador de frascos no box. A escada em caracol seria difcil p quem tem dificuldade de locomoção.

Silvia was superb! I was quite stressed with my journey and she looked after me exceptionally well and made sure I was happy with everything.

Getting to the location but not a fault of the premises, the lanes are a labyrinth of stone and all looks the same and arriving in the afternoon it was very hot, travelling alone I was a bit overwhelmed. No cars can get you to the destination - clue the black stones take you in and out of the lanes!

The description of the original room was not accurate. The front photo was a spacious old puglian interior. Then when we arrived it was no bigger than a bedroom and certainly not the square metre advertised, in fact it was a lot less.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I was not that happy with the initial accommodation so they made some changes to give me somewhere I felt more comfortable. This property was more comfortable for a single traveller. It had everything I needed for my stay and was in a great location.

The first accommodation was dark and smelly and some of the amenities seemed to be missing but once I was changed it was fabulous. The first one was also a bit more isolated for me.

L'appartement est réparti sur quatre niveaux : cuisine au niveau 1, chambre 1 au niveau 2, chambre 2 au niveau 3 et terrasse au niveau 4. Les escaliers desservant ces différents niveaux ne répondent pas aux exigences élémentaires de sécurité : marches particulièrement hautes, absence de rampe ou de main courante. Ils sont totalement inadaptés aux personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite et présentent également un risque non négligeable pour des personnes valides. Âgées de 70 à 80 ans, nous avons été contraintes de monter les escaliers à quatre pattes et de les descendre à reculons, également à quatre pattes, afin d'éviter tout risque de chute. Lors de la réservation sur Booking.com, cette caractéristique pourtant essentielle du logement n'était absolument pas mentionnée dans la description. Si cette information avait été clairement indiquée, nous n'aurions jamais choisi cet appartement. Nous avons naturellement demandé à être relogées dans un autre logement, mais l'établissement affichait complet.

Location was comfortably in the center of the old town. Room was clean and typical of an old town Tuscan villa. Bed was comfortable and washroom had no surprises.

If you are a foreigner and you speak Italian (or you would like to practice your Italian), don't expect to speak in Italian to the Italian reception staff. English seems to be their default customer language.

Die Küche für den Zugang zu Kaffee und die Größe des Zimmers und Dusche.

Das Zimmer war gefühlt im Keller. Ein kleines Fenster in der Höhe von 3m ohne Sicht. Die Beschreibung entsprach nicht der Realität. Kein Balkon und Zugang zu einem aussen Bereich. Das Zimmer befand sich nicht beim Hotel Diffusio und deren Ausstattung ( Tische, Garten)

L'emplacement du logement dans le vieux centre historique, un transport possible de l'appartement au parking extérieur pour 10 €. Un très bon accueil et du personnel qui parle français ! We enjoyed the kitchen and the wonderful space. It was also fun to sleep in a cave. Shower was large and water pressure was great. Lightning was very nice and I highly recommend prepaying for breakfast every morning. Very nice spread and convenient to eat and run to the days excursions. The staff were amazing and so accommodating.
