W obiekcie nie było ciepłej wody ani rano ani wieczorem, personel udawał zdziwienie , że to nie możliwe. Dodatkowo od środka nocy do czasu wyjazdu nie było prądu. Śniadanie zimne , kawa zimna , woda zimna. Podali tosty do samodzielnego wypiekania w tosterze bez prądu. Na prośbę o zwrot części kosztów stwierdzili że to nie możliwe bo panienka jest tylko od brania kasy i prowadzenia recepcji a nie zwrotów . Na basen też można było tylko popatrzeć, bez możliwości skorzystania. Generalnie nie polecam !

Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ziemlich umfangreich. Der Pool war auch toll und die Liegen sehr gut. Vier richtige "Betten" mit Beschattung sind auch vorhanden.

Leider hatten wir wohl ein unrenoviertes Zimmer, Die Küchenzeile und das Bad war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bei dem Preis von 100 € pro Nacht erwarte ich zumindest Einhandmischer an den Waschbecken! In der Dusche musste man sich spielen um das Wasser auf die richtige Temperatur zu bekommen. Wir waren zum Glück nur zwei Nächte am Schluss unseres Urlaubes dort weil wir Heraklion besuchen wollten. Zwei Wochen Urlaub möchte ich dort -zumindest in diesen Zimmer- nicht verbringen.

The hotel was very clean . The staff very friendly. The breakfast had plenty to choose from. The bedroom was ok the bathroom was new.

The only problem was not enough storage space.

On arrival meet by a lovely lady who checked us in, hotel also very kindly accommodated our request for a sea view. Room was very clean and towels, toiletries provided - we stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was served till 1030 and had a reasonable selection of both hot and cold items, we were always down about 10 and most of the fresh fruit had gone but you could ask for more. The staff were all very friendly, the pool area clean and the cabana's very comfortable. Safe was charged at EUR2 per day and tax of EUR3 per day paid on arrival. There is a Chinese restaurant at the front of the hotel, you then cross over the road and down a slope to the beach area. There are a couple of bars/restaurants on the beach where sunbeds are provided. for a fee. There are some other local restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk, a pharmacy a couple of minutes walk and large supermarket around 7 minutes walk. There is some private parking area at the hotel.

Bathrooms are compact. The shower in the room we had was awful, tiny cubicle & no water pressure just came out as a dribble, the shower head appeared to be old. Only there for a couple of days so I used the showers down at the pool area which was fine, couple of other guests were also doing this. Bathrooms were quite old and in my opinion could be modernized to a wet room We never had issue getting one of the lovely cabanas around the pool, however other than the 4 cabanas there was a total of 9 sunbeds which wasn't many given the number of rooms.

The staff was extremely nice, the breakfast was pleasant and the pool was great! Nice sea view from superior apartment.

The beds could be more comfortable and the superior rooms are pretty dated and very used. The apartment was very dark but it still worked it our situation.

Η τοποθεσία, η θέα από το μπαλκόνι, έχει πολύ κοντά στάση λεωφορείου ΚΤΕΛ απευθείας για το αεροδρόμιο (περίπου 15'), πολύ ευγενικό και φιλικό προσωπικό έτοιμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν κάθε αίτημα των επισκεπτών.

Στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχαν σίτες οπότε είχαμε θέμα το βράδυ με κουνούπια, στο μπάνιο η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας ήταν κίτρινη και μύριζε συνεχώς μούχλα και σάπιο, το δωμάτιο περιμέναμε να είναι λίγο πιο ευρύχωρο για 95€ που δώσαμε για διαμονή 1 βραδιάς όλο κι όλο. Η προηγούμενη εμπειρία μας (σε άλλο, βέβαια, δωμάτιο του ίδιου ξενοδοχειακού χώρου) προ 2 ετών ήταν πολύ πιο ευχάριστη. :/

Nem messze a reptértől, emiatt sok repülő járt arra, de éjszaka úgy is csukva volt az összes ablak, így nem volt zavaró. A recepcióstól a takarítóig, mindenki nagyon kedves volt. A reggeli nagyon jó, bőséges a választék.

Egyedüli probléma a minden apró mozdulatunkra nyikorgó ágy volt (normál súlyúak vagyunk, így biztos nem az volt a gond).

La posizione molto vicina al mare e ai negozi/ristoranti. Il personale molto gentile sopratutto Elizabeth e Sofia sono state tanto tanto carine con noi . È il secondo anno che alloggiamo in questo hotel e anche quest’anno non ha deluso le nostre aspettative.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questa struttura perchè la mattina successiva avevamo l'aereo di rientro la mattina sul presto. La posizione è ottima perchè molto vicina all'aeroporto e ad una spiaggia discreta per l'ultimo bagno serale. L'accoglienza è stata molto calorosa, ci hanno anche omaggiato con una bottiglia di vino. Difronte c'è una taverna ma noi abbiamo preferito un chioschetto poco più avanti per cenare, buona opzione economica.

Il paese in cui sorge l'hotel è brutto quindi lo consiglio come appoggio di una notte per l'aeroporto ma, considerando le bellezze di Creta, assolutamente niente di più. Ho scelto questo hotel perchè mia figlia voleva fare un bagno in piscina ma alle 18.45 circa già era chiusa; alla fine il mare di fronte è pulito quindi si è comunque divertita, ma la spiaggia è quasi inesistente perchè consiste in una stretta striscia di ciottoli e sabbia.

Fijne locatie, dicht op het strand, eetgelegenheden en supermarkt. Elke dag kamer opgeruimd, om de dag schone handdoeken en beddengoed. Airco op de kamer ook heel fijn. Gebruik van koelkast op de kamer. Heel vriendelijk personeel, wilde alles voor je regelen. Leuke tips voor uitjes. Fijn zwembad, genoeg bedjes, geen gedoe met handdoekjes leggen. Prima ontbijt, voor een week fijn om dat erbij te hebben.

Het voldeed aan onze verwachtingen wat betreft prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Als ik een puntje mag benoemen is de waterdruk van de douche, die was wel minimaal, vooral met uitspoelen van langer haar.

My family and I had a fantastic 4-night stay at Dimitra Hotel & Apartments! The location is excellent just a 2-minute walk to the beach, with a lovely, spacious pool on-site that we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious every morning and gave us a great start to the day. What truly made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff. Everyone from the receptionists and bar lady to the kitchen team was so welcoming. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staffs, who went above and beyond and was exceptionally kind and friendly to my 17-month-old son. We were thoroughly impressed and would love to return!

Posizione fronte mare ok, colazione buona, letti abbastanza comodi.

Bagno piccolo non da 3 stelle,con scarico water difettoso, doccia senza chiusura e si allagava il bagno, la camera non era ancora pronta al nostro arrivo e siamo entrati alle 15.15 con il pavimento bagnato, le pulizie si svolgono solo a meta' pomeriggio.

Bardzo blisko plaży, kameralny hotel, śniadania były przepyszne ! Personel bardzo pomocny.

Trochę musieliśmy się doprosić o nowe ręczniki i posprzątanie pokoju, ale później Panie przychodziły codziennie. Prysznic trochę źle zaprojektowany, podczas mycia się cała łazienka tonęła w wodzie i mrówki, ale mrówki są nieodłączną częścią Grecji, zwłaszcza kiedy nasz pokój znajdował się tuż przy ogrodzie.

La struttura in sé non è male negli spazi esterni, le camere però sono vecchiotte e non tenute troppo bene. La pulizia era scadente, la cucina intoccabile per quanto sporca. Letti e cuscini assolutamente scomodi. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera per 4 persone e il condizionatore era presente solo nella camera da letto, nel saloncino dove c’era il divano letto non era presente, faceva molto caldo e non c’erano le zanzariere quindi zanzare assicurate. Presenza di formiche nelle camere. Da migliorare.

La struttura è pet friendly ma bisogna pagare 10€ a notte per l’animale domestico, avrei voluto saperlo prima di prenotare, soldi sprecati considerando che per loro non ci sono servizi esclusivi. La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo ma è estremamente sbilanciata verso il salato. Per chi fa colazione dolce c’è davvero poca scelta: cornettini (pochi), pancake, qualche biscotto e qualche volta si trovava qualche pain au chocolat, buono ma molto poco.

Für eine entspannte Auszeit vom Alltag bietet das Dimitra Hotel und Apartments genau das richtige. Die Lage ist genial und es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Pool lädt zum verweilen ein sowie ist das Meer mit vielen kleinen Strandabschnitten leicht zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer bot alle Annehmlichkeiten für meinen Aufenthalt. Ein bequemes Bett, einen grossen Kühlschrank sowie einen gemütlichen Balkon. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und frisch, so lässt es sich entspannt in den Tag starten.

Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. La personne en salle est vraiment très gentille. La piscine est très agréable. Très bon accueil avec un verre de jus d’orange frais Juste à traverser la route pour aller à la mer mais la plage est très petite (10 personnes maxi) et avec des galets. À proximité à pieds du supermarché.

Le logement n’était pas propre à l’arrivée (cheveux dans le frigo non dégivré, les draps et couvertures piquaient, ils nous les ont changés le lendemain. Nous avions réservé 2 logements identiques , l’un d’eux était vraiment petit, sans balcon ni terrasse. Service de nettoyage quotidien à revoir, le sol n’est pas nettoyé donc il y a des fourmis partout et il n’y a pas de balai dans le logement pour au moins enlever le sable. Il manque de la vaisselle (saladier, égouttoir, couteaux qui coupent) et un micro-ondes. Salle de bain à refaire, porte en bois abîmée , l’eau de la douche coule très peu, pas de vitre donc on met de l’eau partout, moisissures, pas de rangement. Parking pour 4 voitures seulement. Pas d’animation dans cette station traversée par une nationale.

Η Ελισάβετ,η Σοφία, ο κυριος το απόγευμα στην ρεσεψιόν- δυστυχώς δεν ρώτησα το όνομα του- ο ιδιοκτήτης η κοπέλα στην καθαριοτητα όλοι άψογοι Πολυ καλη τοποθεσία, πλούσιο πρωινό, Καθαριότητα Μας καλωσόρισαν με δροσερό χυμό στην ρεσεψιόν στο δωμάτιο μας είχαν ενα μπουκάλι κρασί και γλυκά την δε τελευταία μερα που είχαμε εναν επισκέπτη μας κέρασαν το πρωινό του. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Tutto ottimo, a cominciare dalla colazione ogni giorno diversa e sempre squisita. Ottimo da provare ovviamente lo yogurt greco, delizioso. Inoltre lo staff è stato meraviglioso, ci ha fornito dei teli per il mare ed è stato davvero molto gentile consentendomi di fare la doccia in piscina anche dopo il check out. Hotel star consigliato!!!

The breakfast the hotel provided was delicious. Staff were very helpful when it came to booking taxis/ transfers. We also had some air conditioning issues in our room which they tried their best to help us fix. The location of the hotel was not a far walk from some very delicious taverns, as well as a yummy Chinese restaurant when you want a break from Greek food!

Unless you have a car, it is a bit hard to get around. The taxis were quite expensive. However, if you are wanting to just relax by the beach it is a great location for that.

В нашем номере (202) было абсолютно всё необходимое для комфорта, а из окон открывался чудесный вид на море. Персонал невероятно отзывчив — на любую просьбу реагируют мгновенно и всегда готовы пойти навстречу. ​У нас был тариф с завтраками, и мы остались полностью довольны. Единственное, стоит учесть, что здесь вы не найдете привычных хлопьев с молоком, но в остальном выбор блюд на завтрак действительно разнообразный, сытный и на любой вкус. ​Рядом есть несколько пляжей на выбор. Стоит иметь в виду, что в июле и августе в этой части Крита довольно ветрено, поэтому на ближайших пляжах бывают сильные волны. Однако буквально в 10 минутах ходьбы есть отличный пляж, который идеально подходит для отдыха с маленькими детьми — там очень пологий вход в воду и практически нет волн. Сам пляж не слишком широкий, но свободного места достаточно — никто не лежит у вас «на головах». К тому же отель очень выручает с пляжными мелочами: здесь бесплатно выдают полотенца, можно взять зонтик и детские игрушки для песка. ​Вся инфраструктура находится в пешей доступности: отличный супермаркет и таверны на любой вкус и бюджет, а прямо за углом — автобусная остановка.

Perfect location to be close to Herakalion Airport and across the road from the beach! The hotel was very clean with a great pool area with lots of sunbeds available. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and had free parking in a lot next door. A fantastic staff that were happy and fun! A special thanks to Elisabeth and Ava for their exceptional hospitality and everyone there that I did not get names. Also the breakfast was amazing, they cooked our eggs to order and an amazing layout of food including really good bacon! We loved this hotel so much we cancelled a hotel at another location for our flight out Crete and booking this one again for one night when we departed. I would definitely stay here again!!!

The lady at the reception was extraordinarily kind. The breakfast is very good. The only issue was with the hot water. On the second day, I noticed it is a matter of timing: after 9 a.m. there was no more hot water. On the first day, we ended up having lukewarm water, which wasn’t great given how cold it was. This is something that should be reviewed. Everything else was good.

Ολα ήταν εντάξει. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό. Όμορφο και περιποιημένο ξενοδοχείο. Μας έφεραν και ένα μπουκάλι κρασί για το καλοσώρισμα. Πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό!

Beautiful hotel for a very reasonable price, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area. Cleaning staff did an excellent job, the whole place was immaculately cleaned daily.

Beds were very uncomfortable, extremely hard mattresses which made sleeping difficult. Room not very sound proof, could hear noise coming from other rooms and communal areas late at night and early morning

La struttura è veramente bella, super pulita, staff estremamente gentile, regalano un drink di benvenuto e disponibilissimo. Colazione continentale con varie scelte, ottima. Il tutto ad un prezzo contenuto per il posto e ciò che offre.

Book this if you need to get to the airport on time, and if you want to swim in the sea. It has the most amazing beach for swimming just outside. Also, delicious restaurant down the road. Can’t remember the name, but it was the second on the right, after turning left out of the driveway.

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest compared to the other 3 hotels we stayed in. The “Orange juice” was not orange juice, just some kind of chemical cocktail.

All the staff were so accommodating and lovely! Room was cleaned everyday, pool facilities were always clean, breakfast was amazing! Hotel is right opposite a lovely beach. And bus stops and shops were about 5-10 min walk which was perfect.

Kind staff and very helpfull!

Großartiges Frühstücksbuffet mit z.B. frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Insgesamt sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Besonders Sofia am Empfang war uns eine große Unterstützung. Ursprünglich hatten wir ein Superior-Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, waren damit aber eher unglücklich (doch sehr stark befahrene Straße und der Flugzeuglärm). Nachdem wir in ein Apartment im hinteren Teil der Anlage umgezogen waren, konnten wir gut zur Ruhe kommen. Das Reinigungspersonal tut alles, damit man sich wohl und umsorgt fühlt. Sehr gemütliche Poolsituation; überraschenderweise für diese Preisklasse werden sogar Poolhandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Badezimmer in unserem Apartment war doch sehr eng. Die Duschkabinenabdeckung ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen und könnte erneuert werden.

War sehr nett, aber da wir die ersten Gäste in dieser Saison waren,konnten wir leider das extra gebuchte Zimmer mit Whirlpool nicht nutzen. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Kommen aber gerne wieder.

Дуже гарний готель. Фото реальні. Біля басейну багато шезлонгів. В номерах свіжий ремонт, нова сантехніка. Є ліфт. Гарний вигляд з балкону. Персонал ввічливий, допомагає у всіх питаннях. Був пізній виліт, попросили сніданок у вигляді ланч боксу. Приготували воду, фрукти, випічку, горіхи і сухофрукти. В дорогу дуже продумано.

L'hôtel n'est pas loin de l'aéroport d'Héraklion donc idéal pour commencer ou terminer son séjour en Crète et juste à côté de la mer. Personnels aux petits soins et petit-déjeuner bon et copieux avant de commencer la journée. Piscine extra aussi.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff took excellent care of me throughout my visit. When I couldn’t make it to breakfast, they kindly prepared a lunch box for me, and when I arrived late at night, I was welcomed with water and another lunch box waiting for me. Everyone at the reception was very friendly, and we had lovely conversations. The whole atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and genuinely welcoming. A big thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant and thoughtful experience.

J'ai été logé à Gouves Bay Hotel avec demi-pension offert. L'emplacement est idéal, loin de la route. Les buffets étaient excellents avec un grand choix de plats de haute qualité. Le personnel au petit soin. Le seul problème est que j'ai grossi pendant mon séjour. Un séjour bien réussi.
