Beautiful. The buffet for breakfast provides many options. The hotel understands both the filipino culture and outside culture as well. The pool is spectacular. The service is top notch.

Good location and good food.

The reservation department did not act on the request made weeks before for a change of dates. They only acted when I explained in person and already there.

Our family has stayed here many times the last couple years. Always top notch service. The rooms are a good value. No complaints.

First time staying here and did not regret it. A great hotel with excellent location. There are a lot of food options nearby and even a mall in just under 5mins walk.

Breakfast was great!

Checking in was a bit of a problem since I made 2 bookings…they couldn’t find one of the 2 bookings…but Ian was very very helpful and made things as seamless as possible. We left early the next day for a meeting, and we did not return till 7pm…we were hoping to return to a clean and made up room and were quite disappointed to find our rooms the way we left them…I had to call 3 times before someone came to clean, and give us water, new towels and toilet paper…although Wowee(the housekeeping guy) was the absolute most respectful and was utterly apologetic for neglecting to oversee the cleaning of our room. However, the person I spoke to in front desk was very curt and apologetic and tried to spin the blame on us by telling us that we probably left the “do not disturb” sign on…which was off! Check out was easier although they failed to print out a receipt…

The buffet was the best, it had only 2 twin beds instead of 2 full beds or 2 queen beds. Also they would let up people (family) come up to the rooms without us letting them. There should ge some type of security. We even told them the last day not to let any one up and say we checked out. A drunk family member came up before 6am banging on our door had to finally call security

The only annoying thing about the hotel was the first shower in the morning took like 20 minutes of running water to get hot. Otherwise everything was great. Staff and service was 5star excellent

The staffs are very responsive , very respectful, friendly! Food was superb! The room is clean .however we dont have hot water in our shower.

Reception and breakfast area are in desperate need for a change in the air con system. It stinks of mould as you enter the hotel Bed is really hard, couldn’t sleep at all. Breakfast is mediocre, lots of options but really low quality, my husband got food poisoning , It was really hard do find a place to sit after 7 am. Not the hotel’s fault but there is a river/ sewage canal near by that makes the pool area very smelly

Would suggest management should be stricter in implementing to have guest refrain from wearing pajamas in the dining/buffet area. Blaring music was too loud in the adjacent function room having zumba next to the buffet area that it took away the peace and calmness of enjoying breakfast. It was too loud. Complete disregard for other guests.

It's connected to the mall via a bridge so a lot of restaurants are accessible. Hotel feels modern and new. Staff were very attentive. I would highly recommend.

The hotel is very nice. The pool and pool bar are a nice option for lunch and a swim. My wife enjoyed the taste of the food offerings. My only issue was that the staff was not as friendly to my 2 year old as I am used to at other hotels in the area. I was also underwhelmed by the executive lounge. I will go back to the hotel but they need to step up the service compared to the other major hotel in CDO.

Needs to improve their breakfast options especially their coffee. it was so funny how the security guard doesn’t believe me that I’m a guest just because the way I look. didn’t know there was a dress code!?

Staff hospitality is good, but that's apply to most hotels i stay in the Philippines.

I'm actually surprised with the overall very high and positive reviews by guests. 1. The light sensor in room is just a joke, i was doing work on desk and the light went off sudden, i know it is sensor but when i stood up, the sensor triggered again but i have to turn on the light manually, this has been going on 2 - 3 times within few minutes, talked to hotel staffs with very ridiculous reason given, the card wasn't slot properly and advised to slot 2 cards, but outcome still the same, didn't solve the annoying light sensor problem. 2. Water heater turn heat very slow. 3. cleanliness is just so so, still seeing dust on surface. 4. Breakfast has more variety, but taste sucks.

Staff was amazing , food was extremely good. Pool was clean . Air conditioning in the room was great.great place to stay.

When I check in I requested an additional day or extension and I was told to just let them no later and when I came to ask on a later they that all room was taken. I have to move to another hotel.

I cant think of one negative thing to say about this place. Every staff member here is very professionl and friendly. The pool is very nice. This is a beautiful hotel that is connected to a huge mall. So many restaurants and places to go to within walking distance. Security is very professional and helpful. Laundry service is excellent. There is a 711 next doot and 24 hour restaurants nearby. Housekeeping does an amazing job as well as the servers for the breakfast buffet ( so many options) This is a very comfortable place. I highly recommend. My new favorite hotel. I will be back!

Comparing to other hotels this one is slow service. They will accommodate their guests but wait for a little bit more time

I was booking this for a friend and she and her daughter enjoyed their stay at the Luxe.

They did not respond to my message for a special request (birthday cake). I am not sure if they are even reading it. I am out of the country and did not have energy to call by phone.

Wow what a lovely hotel close to shopping mall, property well maintained. Staff are very professional and breakfast has plenty of food options. Will definitely comeback again!

Tv was not working as no signal. Hot water was none existent first day. Tea sugar was not replenished. There was no mini bar as advertised. I was expected to use my own Netflix. The safe was broken. Towels were not changed.

Bad service considering the price. TV's remote is not working so i ad to manually turned it on. We requested a service water last night but nobody delivered. They also misrepresented their advertising. It says higher floor but we're only at 9th floor and its a 20 fl bldg.

So so property. I paid extra and booking top floor acomodation. However the experience was very unpleasant. My room was 1712 and it was right next to service lift area. The walls were so thin that i was almost awake entire night due to noise from the corridor and lifts. The Aircon was very bad and I was sweating throughout the night. I would highly unrecommend this place. Breakfast was also bland. They even charge for fruit juice! only water is free! Seemed like I was in victorian era.

We loved our stay! We loved the hotel restaurant, food and drinks are wonderful and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the piano bar every night with music and dancing.

For guests who bring family members to use the pool, paying 800 php per person does not make sense when you have to order food from the restaurant and pay the fee per person as well. It’s too much and not worth paying the fee. I was told by the front desk that it was the hotel’s policy. I need to read the fine print next time. There’s a powdery smell near the carpet/entrance of the hotel which gave me a headache- i’m sensitive to smells.
