Everything... it's a lovely place to stay. The location was fabulous for us, for others it depends on what they are doing.

The bfast buffet was limited, but good enough for a small boutique hotel, and the price is super reasonable.

كل شي ، التشجير ممتاز ممتاز ممتاز وجميل ، بركة السباحة مرتبة ومحاطة بالأشجار الجميلة وكأنك في غابة 🌳، إطلالة الغرف رائعة جدا ، تعامل الموظفين راقي ويقدموا الاستشارة والمساعدة وأخص بالذكر Sunday الذي قدم لي معلومات عن ثقافة المدينة وكان ودود جدا ، Sue بشوشة وتساعد في كل شي حيث إني أضعت بعض الاغراض مع سأئق تكسي وتواصلت معه بنفسها واجتهدت في ذلك، كما ان موظف المطعم Phoom راقي في التعامل ويشرح عن الأكلات والوجبات التي كانت تناسبني ، خدمة بولت للتوصيل متاحة موقع مثالي بإمكانك قضاء يوم كامل في الفندق كما أني مارست الرياضة بالقرب من الفندق والمسار رائع المكان يمنح خصوصية رائعة الطاقم مهتم بأدق التفاصيل ماء مع العسل الذي يقدم مجانا لذيذ وصحي إلى الان اتذكر طعمه

La propreté les chambres étaient clean, cela ne sentaient pas l’humidité alors que il fait très humide en ce moment, le personnel était hyper souriant et agréable. La piscine était incroyable.

Hotel is a beautiful garden with pool. Amazing! Stuff is so friendly and helpfull.

Just a little bit old equipment and outside from city centre

The presentation and atmosphere of the facility was absolutely wonderful. I loved the garden, balcony and how private it felt.

The bathroom needed work. There was loose tiles in the floor that was rather concerning. The PowerPoints were coming off the fixtures which was dangerous. The shower was a big disappointment as it was inconsistent and we could only either have extremely hot or cold showers.

Everything. The staff was always kind and gentil. The facilities were exactly what I expected and the food is delicious, either the breakfast or lunch/diner were amazing

The garden area was very beautiful. I particularly loved the hammocks and swings

The bathroom could do with a face lift with a good clean and fresh paint. It also took an incredibly long time for the hot water to come in then was low pressure.

Nice site among the trees and a very nice garden. However, opened 10 years ago, the rooms need to be renovated, especially bathrooms and the ground floor.

The lack of maintenance and renovation. Breakfast could get more assortment - no bakery as example -

The food that hotel served is good and decent. Breakfast has variety. Cosy hotel where the environment is good and relaxing. Surrounded by lush green garden.

The water pressure is super low where it took a long time to bathe. A water pump is needed . Furnitures in the room need some upkeeping.

Das Hotel ist wirklich einzigartig und hat einen ganz romantischen Charme. Man muss nur bedenken das man in die Stadt ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto braucht. Wir haben alles mit Grab gemacht die uns direkt vor dem Hotel abgeholt haben und das war auch nicht teuer.

Flot hotel, i rolige og eksotiske omgivelser. Gode værelser, og hjælpsomt personale.

Vi havde set frem til afslapning ved pool. Men solen rammer ikke poolmrådet, grundet træerne rundt rundt om, hvilket også betød at poolen var meget kold. Vandet i bruseren var enten meget koldt eller meget varmt. Man kunne høre børn råbe fra værelserne om morgenen.

Piękny ogród, smaczne śniadania, pomocny personel.

Obiekt bardzo mocno dba o swój ogród, ale o pokoje nie umie już zadbać. W pokoju na całym suficie był grzyb i pleśń, a meble śmierdziały stechlizną. Pokój był powierzchownie sprzątnięty, w wannie były jakieś włosy :/ szkoda bo obiekt całościowo wygląda bajecznie, ale wchodząc do pokoju można szybko zmienić zdanie. Przydałby się remont pokoi.

Nice quiet relaxed green space in on the front of the hotel.

Could be closer to the Old Town, but if you have a car or use Grab is fine.

W pokoju śmierdziało wilgocią, zapachem też przesiąknęła pościel i chusteczki do nosa. Wanna miała obdrapane farbę z zewnątrz. Podgląda sprawiała wrażenie brudnej.

Breakfast adequate. Staff did their best to accommodate my dietary needs. Location perfect because I was attending a course that was within the hotel.

El jardín, la piscina en mitad de una selva exuberante, los ruidos de la naturaleza en la noche, la amabilidad del personal, se preocupan hasta el más mínimo detalle.

C'était très calme, très verdoyant et chambre très spacieuse.

Soucis de réglage de la température de l'eau chaude.

Honestly, this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty, extremely uncomfortable bed, no Hot water in our room for three days (and staff just smiled and nodded anytime I went back to tell them , kept saying we sent someone up but clearly didn’t ) , paid for breakfast and told we couldnt haven’t it as it wasn’t included when we got there. Completely shaded pool, no sun at any point of the day, broken bikes..dangerous to use! Do not waste your money here, it’s expensive and a SCAM.

No hot water for three days, HARD bed..awful! , completely shaded pool! Terrible location! Broken bikes outside the door for customers ( literally a hazard) , almost all food on the menu was out of stock. All round awful hotel! Staff were ridiculously bad and zero help.

The surroundings are the only thing to like as there were trees and flowers in the area.

Everything else is bad. The location is too far from city. The room has insects and a lot of mosquitoes. The breakfast is very poor. We purchased their breakfast for 250 baht per person and not a lot of options and always the same for the next three days. The breakfast in our budget hotel in the town is so much better than theirs. If you go one hour before it ends, they dont refill anymore. The staff smiles at you but it doesn't feel sincere at all. We came here to relax but can't do it as the pool was cold and not heated.

Der Pool war in gutem Zustand. Wir haben ihn aber nur ein Mal genutzt. Die Mini Terrasse vor dem Zimmer ist süß mit einem netten Blick in den Garten welcher wirklich sehr gepflegt ist. Wenn man Moskitospray dabei hat, lässt es sich dort gut aushalten.

Das Zimmer glänzt nicht wie auf den Bildern. Wir hatten uns auf eine schöne Woche in einem Mini Resort gefreut und waren dann froh so wenig Zeit wie möglich dort zu verbringen. Im Zimmer war Schimmel und und auch die Tapete blätterte von der Wand. Es war auch nicht sauber, keine Ahnung wann der Boden das letzte Mal gewischt wurde. In Summe roch es die ganze Zeit muffig, auch unsere Kleidung nahm nach der Woche den Geruch an, alles was leicht modrig. Was auch kein Wunder ist, da die Feuchte von draußen rein kommt. Kein Fenster oder Türe schlossen luftdicht ab. Wir hängten uns tatsächlich ein mitgebrachtes Moskito Netz auf. Wir buchten über das Hotel ein Moped für 5 Tage für einen Preis von 300 Baht. Als uns das Moped am nächsten Tag gebracht wurde, wurden auf ein Mal 400 Baht pro Tag veranschlagt. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher so lala, wir aßen dann einfach immer Toast und Obst und gingen lieber in der Stadt essen oder in süße umliegende Cafés. Die Lage, es ist schon ein Eck weg von Chiang mai. Mit Grab oder Moped aber machbar; aber je nach Tageszeit sollte man ca 30 min Fahrt einplanen.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Zimmer sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Top Frühstück (auch zum mitnehmen). Bar und Abendessen sehr sehr gut

Das Frühstück ist etwas chaotisch und manchmal muss man auf Besteck oder Tassen warten. Das Personal erfüllt aber alle Bedürfnisse schnell.

E o oază de liniște în care te poți bucura de o vacanță departe de agitația orașului.

Singura variantă de transport confortabil înspre oraș este Bolt, dar raportat de prețurile din Chiang Mai, merită!

Pool area was pleasant, Room was well designed and we liked that the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very nice.

Room had a funny smell like damp. Location wise there’s not very much around.

I like the pool and environment. The location just near the Night Safari.

Just one thing i don't like about was when we stayed there for a week and there's one group of people singing with the karaoke they provided, shouting and staff until around 7 p.m. A place like this hotel shouldn't allowed such kind of behavior.

ห้องออกแบบมาดีมาก ขนาด การใช้งาน ทุกอย่างเฟอเฟ็คสุดๆเลยค่ะ ห้องใหญ่เพดานสูง สวนสวยมาก รู้เลยว่าดูแลดีจริงๆ พนักงานน่ารัก เป็นมิตรทุกคน อากาศดี ทางเข้ามีป้ายตลอดทาง ไม่น่ากลัวเลย

ปัญหาคือกลิ่นอับในห้องค่ะ แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ก็เข้ามาสอบถามช่วยเหลือ ให้ย้ายห้องได้ ใช้เครื่องปรับโอโซนให้ ฉีกสเปย์กลบกลิ่น แต่อาจจะเพราะความชื่น กับห้องไม่สามารถโดนแดดได้ เพราะ ดีไซน์และต้นไม้ล้อม ก็เข้าใจได้ค่ะ แลกกันกับห้องที่เย็นสบาย

Hotel bellissimo immerso nella natura. Camera molto bella e possibilità di massaggi tipici thai direttamente in camera.

Bagno vecchio e non molto pulito.

Sono stato solo una notte di passaggio per dormire, camera con vista sul giardino e piscina in lontananza, spaziosa, abbastanza pulita. Ampia porta finestra che porta al balcone, letto comodo.

Non è la posizione ideale se si vuole camminare nei dintorni perché non sono presenti marciapiedi sulla strada che porta all'hotel. Pulizia leggermente migliorabile ma tutto sommato ok.

Okay for us as we don’t mind walking and we wanted to be away from it all. But, there isn’t too much around the area

I liked the quietness and architecture of the hotel. It felt very private and calm and the building and garden are beautiful and with character.

The location is a bit far from the town, and although it turned out completely manageable and even easy to go out and come back by taxi, it’s good to bear in mind you won’t be able to walk to places from the hotel. But what didn’t like about the hotel was the bedding in the room, which was made of synthetic and unbreathable, especially during raining season in Chiangmai. Chiangmai was very humid and sleeping with the duvet I was always covered in sweat, but if I didn’t use the duvet I was cold. It was something I wish the hotel would consider doing something about: change the bedding to real proper cotton bedding.

The room and the pool are so cute! Love the silk blanket ❤️ The view from the balcony feels like living in the jungle — so peaceful and wild at the same time.

We saw scorpions 🦂 on the way to the room downstairs 😅 and found little cockroaches 🪳 inside the room 😂 — we killed them. The hot water also takes a long time to heat up, had to wait forever!

Spacious bedroom and bathroom, beds were very comfortable, we had a great night sleep for both nights. The hotel garden was very beautiful and well-maintained, it really made us feel refreshing and peaceful at the same time. Staff are also very attentive, friendly and helpful.

The hotel has the best garden with a nice big pool. I felt very at peace there.

Not all staff felt me welcomed. As a backpacker i didn’t feel very welcomed by the lady at the reception, more like a intruder. But the man was really nice and very helpful! I booked a massage and it was convenient to get it in the room, but i wasn’t that great. The lady was on her phone while massaging and stopping all the time to replay. I got the idea that she didn’t like her job. There was also no hot water in the shower.

The hotel is gorgeous, the customer service is really nice. Main issues are that it's not really near anything and the food at the hotel restaurant is not good.

The room was fully equipped with everything in the right place. The hotel grounds were well planted, a bit like a little oasis in the city. The pool was cold but well appointed. Breakfast was good with the staff member doing everything to make it perfect.

Food in the restaurant was not so good which was surprising as the breakfast was great. Could do with a better coffee machine though! There were doors banging all through the night from the other guests. Could do with some soundproofing in the rooms.

Loved the serene, countryside aspect of the hotel. Set in gorgeous gardens. Super-sized bedrooms with heaps of storage. Dedicated work area. Fabulous staff - especially FOH who allowed us to check in early.

Beautiful gardens and great service, rooms were a great size with a view out to the gardens, and close to the night safari and Carp Cafe.

Would have been nice to have a traditional Thai breakfast buffet rather than Western style. It is a long distance into the old city, a bus or transfer would be good (would have happily paid) otherwise I recommend prebooking your grab ride.

Beautiful and serene hotel about 25 min drive outside Chiang Mai city center. The pictures dont do the garden and outdoor lounge areas justice. This place is gorgeous. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The only negative issue we had was very slow (25-35min) wait on absolutely anything from the kitchen, even a fried appetizer. Even when our group of 4 was the only table in restaurant. So be very prepared and patient. The food is super delicious when it comes. Because this hotel is not really close to anything else you kinda have to deal with their restaurant or get a car to someplace else. No hard liquor only beer and wine available, just fyi. Byob! I would stay here again but with the understanding i need to order food long before i get hungry. Friendly staff, relaxing location. We did 3 nights here and 2 in the city to explore the night market. Perfect balance.

The place is amazing. Lots of green and very clean, comfortable rooms. The food was really good, although breakfast could be better

The walls are quite thin, and location is about 30 mins out from town. But we loved that it's out in nature
