The staff was super kind and welcoming. We used the laundry service which was quite helpful and very well done. The pool was nice. The room design and balcony was authentic.

Fridge was making a lot of noise so we disconnected it at night. Breakfast could use more variety. They could think about introducing more fruit options.

Confort, propreté, bien situé au sud pour visiter la ville et aller au marché de la porte sud. La piscine agréable, la gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner bien aussi. Ainsi que la salle de gym, avec un vélo, un tapis de course et des poids. À noter que le service de lessive prend aussi les chaussures, ce qui était parfait pour nous après un trek dans la jungle.

Great location, very clean rooms, excellent and helpful staff in every area. Toi, Mai and the front desk staff as well as Wasana our room attendant, were very caring and made my husbands birthday very special with a cake and decorations. The daily breakfast was great and Alisa (I think I spelled that right) and other kitchen staff took great care of the kitchen and our needs.

Situat a fora del nucli antic, a 10 min a peu. Al costat del mercat de Wualai. Instalacions correctes i netes, llits còmodes. Personal molt amable. Vam fer una rentadora, molt de preu i van tornar la roba neta i planxada.i també vam reservar una excursió a través de l'hotel, amb descompte. Molt bona opció a Chan Mai, còmode i fincional

Molt ben decorat. Una piscina maca. Un ascensor panoràmic. L'esmorzar era bo: continental i tailandès. El personal agradable. El centre a la ciutat antiga a 20 minuts caminant. L'aparcament te'l "guardaven al carrer amb uns conos.

Vam coincidir amb uns veïns una mica sorollosos, però bé. El WIFI no anava del tot bé.

C'est un hôtel à taille humaine, avec un personnel sympathique et efficace. Nous avions pris les chambres supérieures car nous voulions avoir un balcon véritablement intégré à la chambre et des fenêtres qui donnent sur l'extérieur (et pas sur un couloir passant) et nous avons été très satisfaits. Les chambres étaient propres et confortables. La petite piscine est un vrai plus après les visites de la journée. Les gérants de l’hôtel ont manifestement tenus compte des remarques faites les années précédentes : il y a désormais une machine à café qui fait du bon café et le petit déjeuner est copieux. Il y a à proximité un marché sympa qui se tient le matin, et un night market le soir. En marchant 10 mn à pieds, on atteint l'enceinte sud de la vieille ville.

Des petits conseils, pas très importants, l’hôtel étant vraiment bien : enlever le transat de piscine qui est collé à l’ascenseur, car il est perpétuellement souillé par les pigeons. Au petit déjeuner, ne pas faire tremper le jambon dans de l'eau chaude pour le tenir tiède, car cela lui retire tout son goût.

Desayuno no era como lo esperábamos según los comentarios leídos (además muy pocas mesas para todos los huéspedes). La piscina no tenía el agua muy limpia (estaba como de color verde).

This was a good place for a one night stay before our flight. The rooms were clean and with all the amenities we needed. They had an express laundry service and the staff was helpful.

The window in one of our rooms faced an internal corridor. For staying longer we would opt for a different location (this is outside the old city).

המיטה הייתה קצת קשה מידי בשבילנו. חדר הכושר מאוד קטן ועם מעט ציוד. המיקום קצת פחות נעים אבל קרוב לעיר העתיקה אז זה בסדר.

The hotel was very nice and the breakfast staff and cleaners were exceptional. Alice always went above and beyond to make sure our morning started out right.

The rock hard bed in our king mountain view room. But our son loves his in the room next door. Also there is little soundproofing between the rooms and outside.

We picked this place for its convenient location near the Saturday Market, and we were pleasantly surprised by just how close it was. The reception manager (the woman with the black-framed glasses) was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. My family had a wonderful stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a lovelier place.

The balcony door in Room 207 couldn’t be locked.

L’emplacement est idéal, proche des commerces et des restaurants, ainsi que de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le rapport qualité/prix est bon.

L’hôtel propose peu de choix pour le petit déjeuner et il était difficile de régler la température de la douche.

Pool area & breakfast were great. Room was clean & more than sufficient for our needs. Also a private balcony with a ceiling fan overlooking the pool which allowed smoking. The staff were amazing, they helped organise rides locally & also helped book a bus (including printing the ticket confirmation). Nothing was too much trouble. It was down a side alley which made it very quiet but still only a short walk to restaurants & 7 eleven

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms had everything you need with a very comfortable, large bed. Breakfast was amazing, with lots to choose from.

NIce pool and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast rather limited but adeqaute. Exercise room a disappointment but nobody seemed to use it anyway.

There did not seem to be any decent restaurants within walking distance, only ones I found were closed at the weekend!. There is a 7/11 about 10 minutes walk away.

Era un poco ruidosa la habitación, había obras al lado y por el baño se escuchaba, las cortinas no tapaban mucha luz y el balcón pensábamos que estaba en la habitación, pero está fuera en el pasillo.

We had an incredible 6-night stay! We were a large group with kids, occupying 3 rooms, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The entire staff was exceptionally patient and professional, handling our group size with a smile. The location is perfect, the pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. We truly appreciated the hospitality and highly recommend this hotel for families and groups!

Grundet vandskader på 2 værelser og flytning om natten hvor vi fik et mindre værelse end det vi havde betalt for og ejeren ikke ville give rabat, kan vi ikke give ejer nogen god karakter. Men manager og personale som ikke ejer hotellet , gav den bedste service de kunne. Vi har boet på dette hotel 6 gange , men dette er desværre sidste gang vi har boet der. Grundet den uheldige oplevelse. Men det ikke personalet skyld.

Das moderne Hotel ist sehr sauber und liegt in ruhiger Lage. Die Matratzen sind landestypisch eher fest. Es gibt einen Pool und ein Gym. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

We had to stay there for 10 days because of a broken leg. Everything was excellent for us. We had a first floor room with easy access to breakfast area. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great AC and great wifi. The staff was super attentive to our needs. They even gave me a birthday cake as it happened during our stay. We only have good things to say about this place . Highly recommend.

There are limited parking space in front of the hotel. The air condition position in my room is located at the side of the closet so it blocked the air flow to the bed.

One of the softest (still not Western soft) beds I've encountered since leaving the US a month ago. We stayed in several places across Japan and Thailand and still getting used to beds over here. Great breakfast each morning. Friendly, helpful staff. And steps away from Saturdays night market. Don't miss Napoli Pizza down the street!!

Staff was friendly and pretty central to a lot of places.

The gym wasn’t accesible, seemed like they had some construction going on in there and smelled musty and mildew, the elevator windows were very dirty covered in bird poop on the outside. I thought from the booking breakfast was included, but was not! Breakfast was just okay in my opinion for $100 baht! Nothing fancy! Beds were okay, I didn’t think they were comfortable and seemed like the bedding was a little dirty.

Blaming the hotel for that is… convenient."" how could hotel know what location did l pinned calling Grab from my phone? 2.how hotel gould pay for my grab rides?that's a lie.in that case(inpossible nevertheless)they should charge me,but they didn;t. 3.about taxi driver:she agreed for 75 baht,then she was asking 120 ,threating to call the police on me.l informed properly Grab about the case!!the rest is all lies.

I had a huge room at the end of the corridor with a balcony overlooking the pool (the other rooms along the corridor have balconies that are outside the room). The room had a spa bath, a shower, a desk and a seating area - all worked amazingly. As I was working, these things are important. Wifi was good. Room was spotless, staff were helpful and breakfast (whilst not amazing) was fine. Location feels local. I loved my stay here! Thank you.

- Leider wurde bei uns mehrmals das "Nicht-Stören" Zeichen an der Tür ignoriert und Room Service kam trotzdem ins Zimmer, das geht leider nicht - Bei Check-In wird eine Kreditkarte benötigt und deren Nummer notiert, im Falle von Beschädigungen im Zimmer - das gefiel uns nicht - Für den letzten Tag haben wir eine Frühstücksbox bestellt, da wir früh zum Flughafen mussten. Leider wurde die Hälfte im Paket vergessen

We stayed during Songkran and the property was in a quiet area, with a short walk towards the action. The pool was really nice to cool off in, our private balcony was great to chill out after a day of excitement and water fights. The staff were so friendly and helpful, even when we chose not to get our room clean, housekeeping left us a basket of fresh coffee/cups, toilet paper, and pool towels. I would stay here again!

We really appreciated the first lady that checked us in. She was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday which was great. The pool seemed great too.

We didn’t realize that the hotel is quite far from restaurants and the main areas of the city. It’s about a 30 minute walk, or a little over 10 minutes by car. The balcony is also not directly attached to the room, which wasn’t clearly indicated in the listing.

Breakfast was simple but good.

We found the property a bit far from Old Town likely because of the heat (31+ degrees C). We found it too hot to walk back and forth from the property.

Vielfältiges Frühstück mit opt. warmer Mahlzeit, Reis, Rührei, Melone, Ananas und leckerem Kuchen. Frühstückszeit von 6 Uhr bis 10 Uhr. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal.

WIFI oft ausgefallen. Am letzten Tag gar sämtliche Stromversorgung einschließlich Lift, kein Warmwasser. Direkt vor dem Zimmer ist der Gang, den viele Leute benutzen und ins Zimmer schauen können. Man musste also immer Vorhänge zuziehen.
