Overall for the price , it’s a great place to stay. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast staff during the week were exceptional. The pub attached to the hotel was great for dinner and a beer.

At this price point , I have no negative feedback . It’s a 3 star room to stay in , that’s clean quiet. Staff is very friendly.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and clean. One bed was comfortable and one was very creaky sounding. Towels were nice. Room had an iron and ironing board

Some of the lamps didn't work or we couldn't reach the plug in behind the TV to plug it in in room 426. Creaky bed was a bit annoying. A full length mirror would have been nice but not necessary.

The first room they gave me had a very very bad odour- like body odour. They did give me another room, the hotel is old and tired, could hear noise from next door, upstairs and doors in the corridor, the air con is very noisy.

Location was really good for what I needed and the pool was clean.

My room had an extremely overwhelming smell of cinnamon when I got it. Almost unbearable. My toilet did not flush and my AC was blowing bugs from outside on to my bed. Woke up covered in little black flies.

Servers were very good Only suggestion would be that it would be great if they left cleaning/ servicing the pool till after check out as we wanted to get a quick swim in before checking out and they said they were just cleaning it starting at 10:30 am. Great property!!!

Excellent location in ST. Albert. The room was clean, the Staff were friendly. Breakfast included is good. The price is Excellent. The hotel was Quiet.

The beds are hard, and not comfortable for two people to share. Sheets and blankets were stiff and a bit uncomfortable. THe pillows were fantastic though.

This was the 4th time my family and I stayed there, we come to visit family every summer and we had the worst room so far this time. It was in the older part of the hotel. It was not bad, it was just not as nice.

Our Terra Star Truck was vandalized in the Hotel parking lot on Friday August 14/2026. They had vandalized our Truck between the hours of 19:00-06:00 as our Truck Diesel Tank had 60L of water in it. When we parked the truck for the night we had diesel fuel in it and when we went to operate in the morning, our truck went into limp mode and we had to drain our fuel on the side of the road and drop our fuel tank and syphon out the water and then run a diesel conditioner through it with diesel to get the truck back up and working. This vandalism situation took our crew off of work for 5 hours to rectify this situation. On the day this occurred, we had called the Hotel to speak with the manager and security to see if they could have pulled any security footage for us to send to the police. At that time, I was transferred to the manager's voicemail and we have had no return phone call back yet. It has been 1 week since this incident. Unfortunately due to this, we will not be staying at this hotel again.

St. Albert Inn and Suites is perfectly located close to roads to get into Edmonton and around on Anthony Henday. The bed was the very best and most comfortable bed at any hotel I have ever stayed. The building is clean and tidy. The housekeeping was exemplary. Nice to have a pleasant breakfast menu to choose your choice of selected meat, bread, muffins, yogurt, and drinks. Made to order. Quiet rooms, rarely heard others except when they were directly outside of room. Would highly recommend.

Access to plug in outlets was difficult/sparce. Wallpaper a bit dated.

It took three days to get my room cleaned. I was there for a 7 night stay. I purchased my own cleaning products to keep my room clean. One of the staff who was cleaning the opposite room across the hall was raising their voice causing us to wake up. One of the hotel staff was rude to my mom for getting another key card. I wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was 3/10. Stay 4/10. Location 9/10.

Water slides and pool area are well maintained. Lots of seating for breakfast and easy access to highways. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The staff really are lovely and make up for some of the shortcomings. Breakfast was very good except the eggs which were actually awful, they felt like eating powdered eggs that had been steamed to cook.

Room feels neglected and has a lingering smell I assume because it was a pet room. The lamp was stained and did not work. Hard to find an outlet to plug in a phone charger. Internet didn’t work during our stay. We would sign in and it just froze. One bed was very soft and one was very hard. There was no extra information in the room for food, map of hotel, hours for breakfast, or amenities which would have been helpful as a visitor to the area.

The breakfast items were all overcooked, it was not enjoyable.

The room was clean. The staff were amazing. We stayed there as my friend had an operation in the city. They were attentive and very helpful and made our stay comfortable.

The only downside was that the rooms were a little dated. They were very clean.
