Best Western Plus St Albert

It was clean, and the location was good

The beds are uncomfortable, and so are the pillows.

Quiet

Took a while for the shower to get warm.

Breakfast was best

Nothing

The breakfast with real scrambled eggs, real ham with everything else offered was excellent

Shower head was beyond literally reach. For $90 bucks you can buy a wand attachment requiring no drilling or screws! Also toilet way too low!

Spacious and clean room. The spa tub was great.

breakfast had great varity, was always looked after to make sure items were replanished and fresh. items varied daily, which I Iiked. room was kept clean. we had a great breakfast experence over all,

THE PANCAKES WERE NOT GOOD. QUALITY WAS POOR DEFINITY NOT RESTRAUNT QAULITY THE BATHROOM IN THE ROOM WAS SMALL AHD TIGHT WHEN 2 PEOPLE USED IT.

Very clean, great salt water hot tub and pool, friendly staff, varied delicious breakfast, spacious suite, excellent value and location

Breakfast selection great, lots of options for vegetarians and waffle and pancake station amazing with healthy choices. The crackerjacks popcorn that was available for purchase was a trip down memory lane!

The location was very convenient for where I needed to be for this work related trip. Also, I really enjoyed the pool facilities.

Unfortunately the breakfast did not meet my expectations. I ended up going elsewhere for breakfast most days despite breakfast being included and on site.

Room for animals. Has wood laminate floors. Breakfast.

Front desk staff were excellent, very helpful

Bed mattresses are too high, difficult for short people or people with mobility deficits. The shower head in our bathroom was poor, no pressure at all, very difficult to get shampoo & conditioner out.

Cleanlliness

Good location. Walkable aread.

I couldn't get warm water in my room. My mom had the same problem in her room. As bad as that was I was even more annoyed by the way they make up the beds. They fold the sheets and quilts down to make them look fancy. When I unfolded the coverings I realized that it would got up just past my hips. Its a ridiculous way of making up a bed. So each night I had to pull off all the coverings and re-make the bed. My mom said she had to do the same in her room. I don't know how this stupid trend started, but please stop it.

Have stayed at the hotel many times over the years. It has always been clean, quiet, and good location.

Was deeply disappointed at the hot tub facility was out of service. Was a highlight of the hotel we were counting on. There was no consideration for our disappointment.

The hot tub water appeared grungy and wasn’t clear … then after being in the hot tub .. it was closed 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great breakfast.

I was there because I was having surgery the next morning. Not able to eat but breakfast sure did smell good.

automatic door entrance to main floor rooms. Hard to open manually when using a walker.

Location is good. Nice breakfast. Enjoyed the pool.

No kettle

the bed is worn out

Nice place good facilities

Breakfast was great 👍. The pool and hot tub was very enjoyable.

Didn't go for breakfast p

The breakfast was very good. Clean hotel

The pullout bed was not comfortable (the next day they rectified that with a new mattress)

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The Breakfast provided a great selection of hot and cold option, and the staff were very attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A great stay!

Room very cool and comforter no thick enough. Furnace kicking in on and off every few minutes

Is my go to place to stay

The hot tub wasn’t working , shut down for maintenance the entire time we were there

Breakfast included is great. I love that you have hot items and not just continental breakfast especially since I’m gluten free…I was able to have bacon and eggs. 😃

Wifi seemed a little slow and I had to use my own hotspot off my phone for my tablet.

Pool and Hot Tub. Breakfast. Executive suite Room...size Comfortable Bed...size Situation of hotel in St Albert. Staff were excellent.

Dark living room.....lack of window or good lighting. The rest of the hotel was a great stay.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to the hospital

Nice property. Room was clean and spacious. Friendly staff

Hot included breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and large

Clean, good breakfast. Close to Tim’s

Very clean and close to many amenities

Location to our family as well as the size of the suite were in.

Outstanding service, clean rooms and comfortable beds

It's a great hotel. I just found it a little loud being right next to the Tim Hortons drive-thru

Lovely clean rooms with great staff on hand

Great staff! Spotless room. Comfy bed.

It’s quite reasonably priced, quick and easy drive into Edmonton. Lot of restaurant options nearby.

Excellent service

Awesome, clean and friendly staff.

Would definitely stay there again

Clean and new feel. Liked coffee in the room.it’s of amenities nearby

Beds were not so comfortable for me. Noisy hallways.

Friendly staff

Did not use gym. Front staff was excellent at check in.

Very good

It was nice, clean and great location.

The price, it was raised due to availability. I paid more than double for my room.

Great place to stay

Seeing a little aging of the hotel but still a good place to stay. It’s a good value and wouldn’t hesitate too stay here again.

Were able to grant our early check in request, was super quiet even though fully booked. Clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast far exceeded our expectations. There was nothing we did not like.

We have stayed here several times and would always return. Service is great and clean place to stay.

The room amenities were nicely done, it was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

Great hotel, nice and clean. Didn't like that the hot tub was not working It's our second stay and hot tub was broke

Very clean & well maintained property with an excellent location neary by all kinds of Amenities

Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. Surrounding area had everything we needed. If I'm ever in St. Alberts, I'll be staying here again

Location was good for the purpose I needed

The peloton bike didn’t work, screen would not allow for touch response. Not a big deal but minor annoyance

Amenities were appreciated

A very nice place to stay. The staff were pleasant and professional while the room was clean and fairly quite. Very good breakfast in the morning as well. Lots os shopping and restaurants close by, many within walking distance. The only negative was that the hotel as on a very busy street with lots of traffic.

Wifi wasn’t the best

Overall very good. My door access lock did not work however they were able to provide another room of the same standard quickly to address this issue.

Pool

Cupped fresh fruits tasted a little bitter, the addition of almond/oat or soy milks would have been great. A water filling station that does not require a key would have been great too

Good as always. My go to place in St Albert.

Breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfortable.

We were shocked at the grounds around the hotel!! The weeds at the entrance sign and around the hotel were completely out of control. Canadian thistles everywhere. Rag weed 4 feet high!! The lack of tidiness around the exterior entrance did not sit well with us. If the owners neglected caring for this, what else are they neglecting? Food safely, cleanliness? Will not be staying here again. The Best Western Plus are our "GO TO " hotel when traveling and we have never seen this in other location.
