Reviewed Oct 16, 2023Llegué a las 6 de la noche, mi habitación estaba SUCIA!!! la cama deshecha el cuarto olía feo, todo lo que me ofrecieron fue un desayuno de cortesía y que esperara hasta que limpiaran la habitación, que según todos las otras habitaciones ya estaban ocupadas así que no me ofrecieron otra. No tienen estacionamiento proprio pero te dicen que puedes quedarte en uno publico “cerquita” que está a 10 minutos caminando. No es tan cerca en especial si traes muchas maletas. La atención del personal fue terrible y ni siquiera se esforzaron por ayudar. Un desayuno de cortesía y “una disculpa”? Arruinaron mis planes para aquella noche. Terminé por quedarme en otro lugar a 10 minutos mucho mejor y LIMPIO. No lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo.

ADEMAS ES MUY CARO, NOS COBRARON 1.066 PESOS. AL DIA SIGUIENTE NOS QUEDAMOS EN CUERNAVACA, EN EL HOTEL GS DE UNA CALIDAD MUY BUENA, HABITACIONES ENORMES Y CON TERRAZA, BUEN RESTAURANTE VISTA BONITA A LA CIUDAD, ALBERCA, ELEVADOR, ETC... Y SOLO NOS COBRARON 850 PESOS. LA DIFERENCIA EN PRECIO FAVORECE AL GS CUERNAVACA Y LAS INSTALACIONES SON MUCHISIMO MEJORES.
