Misleading breakfast arrangement and overall quality does not match the 4 stars hotel expectations.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026I was on foot so no vehicle. The hotel shuttle gave me a ride to the MRT upon checkout. The room was very nice, I love the TV channels because I watch a lot. Love the coffee and tea in room. Bathroom facilities were great. I slept well.
The only thing was the in room safe did not work. It would be nice to have a nice breakfast spread as well but I know that takes a lot of extra effort. I made due with the 24hr Nasi Kandar just next door.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025The reception is helpful but unfortunately her knowledge about the parking fee is a little lacking, wrong info was given. Nevertheless,she is very pleasant. The room is clean & spacious for 3 of us.
There is no hand held shower, very inconvenient for those who don't want to wash their hair. The parking is very expensive, 1st hour RM3 & subsequent hour is RM2 per hour. I arrived at 11pm & left at 10am, total parking fee is RM24. Yes, I was told that the parking is under the management of the mall, so nothing the hotel can do about it but I think the hotel should absorb portions for our parking fee by giving maybe the first 6 hours for free, suggestion. So for those thinking of staying here & if you are arriving early, be prepared to pay an expensive parking fee, no maximum for parking fee, by the way!

The check in service by Nuraslina was appalling Anyone that is confronted with her attitude will know exactly what I’m talking about.She was rude and very unprofessional The rooms are disgusting ,old ,dirty and the foreign national make staff don’t have uniforms and don’t look like they take care of the cleaning in any diligent or professional manner. Definitely not worth RM 250 for a deluxe king room and definitely not a 4 star hotel ,2 star at most No free parking No breakfast available Just a waste

Room was clean and the staff were friendly in arranging a refund for the cost of our breakfast (see below). We only used this hotel for one night as a half-way point before flying the next morning. For that purpose it was ok, but I would not recommend staying here as a base for exploring KL - rather stay closer to the center.
Apparently the hotel has a swimming pool but it was closed. We paid for breakfast - planning on having a quick bite to eat before our taxi to the airport at 7am. Problem being - breakfast only starts at 8am and is offsite from the actual hotel premises. At least the staff were friendly and are in process of arranging a refund. It must be a popular hotel because the lifts were always very crowded.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2025The rooms are nice size rooms with a comfortable large bed and sofa and big TV. I slept well without disturbance. There was lots of pillows. The water pressure in the shower was good.
I probably wouldn't have purchased breakfast if I had realized that breakfast is down the street at a cafe. I also thought it was strange that there were people sleeping in the lobby when we arrived.
