Great location, price, host. Clean and tidy. A great base to see HCM from.

The location is right nearby the famous Bui Vien street, but the hotel could stay quiet at night. The room is a bit old style but absolutely clean and comfortable! The staffs are always welcoming with the heartwarming smile.

ロケーションは便利でよかった。ブイビエンに近かったが両側のストリートに比べてローカルな小道で静かでよかった。ownerも親切でランドリーも一日で気持ちよく仕上げてくれた。狭い小さな路地やバックパッカースタイルだから少しでも余白がほしくてバルコニー付きの部屋を探していたが、バルコニーも小さいながらも街の息吹を感じられる屋外に出れてよかった、屋上のルーフバルコニーで近所で購入したバインセオやフォーを夕食にとったが、それもよい使い方ができて好感度でした

The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is located on a cute little side streets with some Cafes and restaurants but the street itself never gets crowded. Turn onto the main street and bui Viên is right there, yet from the room you don’t hear the noise and chaos.

Nothing. It would be nice if hotels have a lobby or patio to hang. But no biggie. For 2-3 nights this place is just what I needed.

Hi have been in this nice hotel for couple days. It Is located just 2 minutes walking from bui Vien ( famous pedestrian street and night life area of Saigon). Room was clean and nice. Balcony and everything you need Is into the room. Many 24h shops in the area and even a ln automatic laundry 24h as well ( i didnt Asl but i am sure they have this service inside hotel). For exploring other area of city just call grab and enjoy. Ah. Lee Is super cute and funny, ready to help you on everything. ( Fabio)

Unglaublich stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet und familiengeführt! Ich habe den Aufenthalt geliebt und mich so maximal wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden für einen Teil der Zeit kostenlos geupgradet, aber auch die günstigste Zimmerkategorie war so süß. Absolut wohlgefühlt hat man sich auch aufgrund der professionellen Sauberkeit.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a package delivered there with no difficulties at all. The rooms were super-clean and the air conditioner was powerful.

Ik heb hier een aantal dagen verbleven met mijn gebroken enkel. De familie heeft mij ontzettend veel geholpen. Ze zijn zo vriendelijk!

Мой любимый отель в Хошимине. Чистота, уют, в центре туристической жизни, но не в самом эпицентре громкой, ночной жизни - выспаться отлично. Горячая вода всегда. В моем номере и номере с двумя кроватями, в котором я жила ранее, есть балкон и ванна. Все принадлежности в ванной комнате имеются. Кондиционер работает. Чистейшее белье. Есть лифт. Хозяйка милая, чистоплотная и дружелюбная женщина, предоставит транзит в аэропорт по недорогой цене. Несколько лет подряд останавливаюсь в Kim Hotel и довольна сервисом, отелем, хозяйкой и расположением. Рядом с отелем есть недорогие семейные кафе и автобусная улица, где можно купить билеты на слипен бас, просто автобусы для путешествия по стране, сим карты и т.д.

The receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful. The room, although small and dated, is clean. A flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and a mirrored dresser with a chair are also provided. On the first day, two bottles of water were offered, but not after that. However, you can buy small bottles of water on the street for 5000 VDG. The room is cleaned daily as needed. The elevator is a bit small and old, but essential and therefore a big plus. Amenities are provided. There is a safe in the room, albeit an older one. A private taxi to Can Tho (2.5 million VDG) was easily arranged by the lovely receptionist.

Unfortunately, there's construction work next door... Noise (loud hammering and sawing) from 8:00 AM onwards... Only quiet on Sundays... The mattress and pillow are among the hardest I've experienced on my travels... Absolutely uncomfortable. Some noise from the Bui Vien does drift over, even though it's otherwise quieter despite the proximity. Otherwise, it's extremely noisy... The air conditioning works, but it takes an extremely long time to cool the room down. Using the air conditioner and fan simultaneously helps the most. Warning: The provided hairdryer is life-threatening. It once got so hot that the casing melted... We didn't touch it ! It should be disposed of immediately! The shower is slippery... There's no window in the shower, just a barred hole in the wall. Consequently, the room is very hot. For some reason, the stay had to be paid for in cash...

Very nice staff, great location. Seconds from the promenade (tourist street). Close to downtown and shopping areas. Lots of great restaurants around. Night life streets were close by but we were not disturbed by noises at night. Large rooms.

What really makes this place special is the people. Ly Kim, in particular, was incredible — tireless, always available, and genuinely caring. Her dedication completely elevated our stay. The hotel itself is simple, but honestly, that’s not what matters here. It’s all about the context and the experience. Located in a vibrant area full of life, local spots, and authentic energy, it offers a real immersion into Vietnamese culture. The room was clean and perfectly adequate. If we return, there’s no doubt — we would stay here again.

The only small downside would be the sound insulation, which could be improved given the lively surroundings — but that’s also part of the experience in this kind of location.

Sehr nahe an der Party Meile und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. In der Straße fahren keine Autos oder großartig Roller. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nicht zur Straßenseite und es war sehr leise. Die Möbel sehen alle etwas älter aus aber alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Und die Besitzern ist Gold sie ist so lieb, nett und hilfsbereit sowas habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gesehen.

De lokatie is top. Midden in het centrum en toch rustig. We werden verwelkomd door Lee die heel enthousiast is. Ze kan zorgen voor tours, taxi en heeft leuke tips voor restaurantjes. Kamers zijn ook prima. Biet groot maar schoon en alles is er.

Petit hôtel qui propose des chambres bien agencées disposant de tout le nécessaire. La gérante est adorable et propose son aide spontanément. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter et pour les prises en charge des excursions nécessitant d'être dans le district 1. Très bon rapport qualité prix, avec le sourire en plus.

Chambre un peu petite pour trois personnes, mais d'autres sont peut être plus spacieuses.

De ligging is ok! Dichtbij bezienswaardigheden. Maar wel naast het uitgaansleven. Ik heb hier niet veel last van gehad. Ik lag aan de achterkant.

Zeer slechte Wifi verbinding. De ijskast maakte giga veel geluid. En de temperatuurregeling laat ook te wensen over. Geen flesje drinkwater op de kamer. Je kreeg 1 flesje bij aankomst maar het werd niet standaard ververst.

Die sonst so freundliche Mrs. Lee hat mich genötigt meine Buchung für den 1 Januar zu stornieren. Sie hat das Zimmer auf einer anderen Plattform zum 3 fachen Preis verkauft. Als ich mich weigerte wurde sie frech und aggressiv sagte wenn ich nicht stornieren würde, würde ich umsonst anreisen, Sie hat kein Zimmer frei. Ich habe Booking com eingeschaltet und als ich Sie das nächste Mal sah, hat Sie sich entschuldigt und die Buchung könne bestehen bleiben. Na vielen Dank, hatte mir zwischen zeitlich was anders organisiert. Unmögliches Verhalten! Anstatt sich zu freuen das die Gäste einen weiteren Aufenthalt buchen, Geldgeil und unverschämt.

Endroit très sympathique et convivial, situé dans une rue piétonne mignonne comme tout, le Kim Hôtel est simple mais tous les atouts d'un bon hôtel, en en prime un balcon. Sinon il t'a un roof top pour petit déjeuner ou se prélasser loin du bruit du quartier. Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel. Li est charmante et très accueillante.

A estadia foi muito boa. A Lee que nos recebeu é um amor de pessoa. O Hotel é simples mas aconchegante e perto da rua mais agitada da cidade. Aos arredores tem restaurante barato, lavanderias, aluguéis de moto, bares e o que mais for necessário. Foi tudo perfeito, ótimo custo benefício.

Das Zimmer war sauber und wie auf den Bildern ausgestattet. Sehr zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig, da das Hotel in einer Seitengasse liegt. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und stets gut gelaunt.

Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad hier! De eigenaresse is super vriendelijk en helpend. De meest enthousiaste hotel medewerker tot nu toe! De locatie in het centrum is perfect. Vlakbij de drukke straat maar in de kamer hoor je er nauwelijks iets van. Schone en gezellige kamers voor een goede prijs! Aanrader voor verblijf in Ho Chi Min😊
