Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Das Wellnessangebot ist hervorragend und das Frühstück lässt mit seiner riesigen Auswahl keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal ist äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist zudem die Nähe zur Seilbahn, die direkt in das Bergresort Rigi Kaltbad führt.

Lage direkt am See mit Zugang zum Lido (See-/ Strandbad)und eigenem Zugang zum See. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet.

Frühstück war top, gratis Kajak und Sup, Baden direkt im See sowie Saunas, individuelle Einstellung in Saunas auf Anfrage auch schon morgen früh, Essen (Halbpension) sehr fein

Lage, Pool, Seezugang

Keine Klimaanlage im Dachgeschoss-Appartement, die Nächte waren unerträglich. Der Müll vom Vorgänger war noch in der Küche.

Die Lage direkt am See ist sehr schön und man konnte kostenlos ein Fahrrad ausleihen, da das Hotel doch etwas abgelegen ist. Auch SUP's können kostenlos unkompliziert benutzt werden.

Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Parkplätze dementsprechend auch nur für Kleinwagen möglich. Ein Kiesplatz etwas weiter weg ist dann für diejenigen, die keinen Platz im Parkhaus finden. Dafür sind die Parkplätze kostenlos.

The hotel was about 45 minutes from Lucerne so it was perfect as there were no crowds. The hotel is immediately in front of the lake. The front desk personnel were extremely friendly, sweet, welcoming and helpful. The dining area of the hotel faced the lake and there was another place to get a drink. The hotel restaurant served great food and drinks with a highly attentive international staff who spoke many languages. The hotel had its own access to swim in the lake only a few steps away. Within 15 minute walk from the hotel there are other restaurants and a tourist center with a dock where you can buy tickets to Mt Pilatus (incredible must do experience, do the golden circle) and launch your trip from the dock. A highlight of our Europe trip, this hotel, would love to return.

- les 2 ventilateurs mis à disposition étaient vieux, faisaient un bruit insupportable pour les laisser la nuit et étaient sales (merci pour les toiles d'araignées dessus) - notre chambre était située juste au-dessus des cuisines et nous avons extrêmement souffert de la chaleur la nuit (sachant que les ventilateurs étaient vétustes et inutilisables) - douche peu fonctionnelle - meubles de la chambre cassés - pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et pour le prix que ces 3 nuits nous ont coûtées, nous sommes déçus de notre séjour et ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional level of hospitality. We were warmly welcomed with complimentary drinks and invited to relax in the restaurant while completing the check-in forms, which immediately made us feel at home. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were outstanding throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how family-friendly the hotel was. Our room had a breathtaking view over the lake, which made the stay even more special. We also loved the thoughtful touches, such as providing bathrobes and towels specifically for the spa area, including children’s bathrobes. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The staff were happy to prepare separate toast for our children on request, which we really appreciated. We would happily recommend this hotel to our friends and would love to return in the future.

Wellness hotel Gerbi is located along the stunning Vierwalstaettersee (Lake Luzern) in the small and picturesque village Weggis. We came from Luzern by boat, which is highly recommendable. The village is, although there are a lot of hotels and rental houses/apartments, very quiet. There are many hiking trails in the area and there is a nice public swimming area in the lake (Lido). It's just outside the hotel and free for hotel guests. Swimming temperature is very nice (27oC in the Summer). The hotel is built in a very nice local style with a lot of wood. Our room was spacious and clean and had a beautiful view over the lake (we booked lake-view, so no surprise). It was just above the terrace so there was some noise. The bathroom seemed to be just refurbished, which was very nicely done. The shower head could have been larger though. Towels were large and fluffy. The big downside of the room was the lack of an air-conditioning. At this price and in today's day and age, this is not acceptable. Our night was noisy (storm through open windows) and still hot. The small and noisy table fan didn't help much. Most people in the hotel were very nice and hospitable. Unfortunately, two ladies of the breakfast staff were grumpy. Dinner is of good Swiss quality, with mostly local ingredients. The wellness area was very good, with an indoor and outdoor pool and a good sauna area. All and all, a very good hotel, which could get to a 10/10 by installing air conditioning and retrain some of the staff.

Het hotel is wat verouderd, er is geen airco, sommige ramen konden niet verduisterd worden. We hadden wel een zeer ruime kamer, maar vonden de prijs in vergelijking met andere hotels die we al deden daarom wel wat aan de hoge kant.

Tolle Lage mit Lido und privatem Seezugang gleich vorne dran. Super Frühstück, allgemein gute Gastronomie, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel und der Zugang zum Spabereich Alexander auch eine tolle Sache!

Auf den Fotos der Website wurde die große Baustelle nicht gezeigt. Stattdessen grüne Wiesen. Pool mit Bauzäunen umgeben. Liegefläche durch die Baustelle stark eingeengt. Ein schreckliches Ambiente,Betrug durch fehlenden Hinweis auf die Großbaustelle. Stelle hiermit Regressanforderung, da der Preis viel zu hoch ist.

Nice property with stunning views of Lake Luzern. Walking distance to food, a lido, and a ferry station. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to take us to the market and schedule transportation for us. The property also includes breakfast which provided a variety of options and was pretty good.

Would probably not recommend it for children or really large groups. We brought a lot of children and received quite a lot of stares. The pool was also part of a spa and moreso for couples than children. There was no air condition which made it very uncomfortable to sleep, but that seems to be standard in the area. The room I was in was also outdated and had a faint smell of smoke.

호스트와의 원활한 소통! 루체른 선착장에서 출발하면서 연락을 취하니 캐리어 이동때문에 차로 데리러 오셨다. 수영장과 사우나 온도가 좋았고, 사과도 맛이좋더라. 벽난로 덕분에 불멍도 할수있어 아이들이 좋아하더라 호수쪽에도 게르비 호텔쪽에서 준비한 의자나 그늘막 덕분에 호수 수영도 잘 하고왔다. 룸 클리닝 서비스도 해주셨고, 무엇보다 체크인이 2시여서 여유있었다. 화장실이 두개여서 여럿이 가도 편안했고, 내가 묶은 객실은 침대가 엄청 여유있다. 야외테라스 굿 수건을 엄청 여유있게 주셔서 수영장 하고 물기를 남김없이 닦고 나오기 좋다. 스위스 여행 통틀어 가장 만족스러운 숙소였다^^

Now ongoing construction next to the hotel which damages the view. Sometimes the friendliness of the lady at the reception felt a bit “colder”.

Personal scheint allgemein keine freude am job zu haben. Sie machten mir einen angespannten und überforderten eindruch. Es kam mir vor, als würde den gästen ausgewichen. Das macht schlechte stimmung. Sehr enttäuschend.

We had the best 3 nights in this gorgeous hotel located right on Lake Lucerne. The staff were incredible and our room was ready early which was much appreciated with two small children. We ate dinner twice in the delicious restaurant and sat outside on the beautiful terrace over looking the lake and mountains. My kids loved the swimming pool and trampoline. We will definitely return. Loved it!!!

Easily one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The staff were openly rude and inhospitable, and the furniture was filthy and outdated. The manager/owner was shockingly unpleasant — it’s no wonder the staff follow suit. A truly miserable experience from start to finish. Never again, and I strongly warn others to avoid this place.

Incredible location with beautiful views ok lake Lucerne from rooms, pool , restaurant etc. Great value. We had the 3 bedroom apartment which is the whole top 2 stories of the A- frame portion of the hotel. They have private lake area serviced by bar or bring your own with free kayaks and paddle boards. Beautiful pool and multiple saunas. Great and reasonable breakfast buffet. Very safe. They offer a free private shuttle to local restaurants and to the ferry station. This is a must do to Lucerne but will need to take a 100 franc taxi (family of 6 in our van) to get back after 8pm.

Our 3 bedroom (every bit of 4 bedrooms actually) apt had great views and very spacious with full kitchen and very clean with new carpets and great bedding but realize furnishings and kitchen are older than we are accustomed but we knew that and so clean it wasn’t a problem. Like so many places , no air conditioning so be sure to know your expected temperature

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und das gesamte Team außergewöhnlich herzlich und professionell. Vom Empfang bis zum Auschecken hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder.

הספא מאוד מאכזב. בעיקר החדר: הזמנו דירה עם מטבח. המטבח חשוך מאוד והמתקנים שבו ישנים מאוד. הספה ישנה ולא נעימה. בעיה קשה בתאורה. ציפינו להרבה יותר בשביל המחיר ששילמנו.

Wir waren mit unserer Familie in dieser Unterkunft. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, dafür möchten wir uns bedanken.

Leider war das Hotelzimmer nicht geeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Es gab mehrere unsichere Stellen, die für Kinder gefährlich sein können. Außerdem war das Zimmer sehr schmutzig. Überall war Staub, und ich hatte während des gesamten Aufenthalts starke Allergieprobleme. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt sehr alt, schlecht gepflegt und unhygienisch. Sauberkeit und Zustand des Zimmers entsprachen leider nicht unseren Erwartungen. Aus diesen Gründen würden wir das Hotel für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus hat Charme und eine wirklich gute Küche. Super Essen, perfekte Bedienung. Sehr nettes Personal! Die Zimmer sind gross, die Betten bequem. Schöne Holzmöbel.

Der Preis ist überteuert, die Zimmer sind gross, das Bad aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrassen sind klein und das Lido-Gebäude versperrt im 1. Stock die Aussicht auf den See. In der Strasse wird gebaut. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein und eher enttäuschend. Die Garage ist zu klein, eng und oft schon besetzt. Alles in allem nicht 4 Sterne sondern eher 3.

Ubicación idílica delante del lago. Las habitaciones son antiguas pero muy espaciosas, les falta modernizarse algo. El desayuno bien, te atienden personalmente y te hacen el café. Mesas muy bien preparadas y cuidadas. Teníamos habitaciones en el piso de abajo y nos cambiaron a una con mejores vistas.

Hay q actualizar el spa y como había obras de ampliación nos vallaron la piscina exterior. Mas amenities en el baño.
