The room is spacious and the view is good. The location is good, near to many places of interest. The staff are friendly.

The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but it's better when switch to quite mood.

The primise.

Room.. cleanliness, Food was good .. location very good.. near bus stand and taxi ... food was around the conner.. I like the location vary much. Also the view to muar river was amazing because it was behind the hotel.

Reception staff response was fantastic....experience, fast and resolve my query.

Breakfast buffet.....seems been spread out for a while even as we went in at 8.15am and supposedly starts at 7am. Some are bit cold & soto soup ran out.

The location is in the centre of muar's hotspot like bentayan.

The bathroom's door is hard to close & lock. The sink keeps getting clogged because of poor drainage. The bathroom's floor also has poor drainage and takes a long time to get dry. Also its weird how they dont have extra mattress to be rented given that its a popular hotel.

We arrived late in Muar town and checked in this hotel without reservation. You could never miss the hotel as it is located just by the Muar river. The receptionist was very polite and explained to us the types of rooms that they have. We eventually booked a family suite with 2+1 bed arrangement plus breakfast. We went to our room without high expectations as we know that this is only a 3-star hotel in a small town. But we were so wrong as soon we step into the room. The room was very huge for less than RM300 per night. It's very clean, well lit with small sofa and coffee table, working desk and it is facing the Muar river. The bed was so comfy and rooms are quiet. Looovveee it to the max! Breakfast spread was simple but was delicious and up to it's standard.

Aspects of the hotel room need some attention but all worked fine and was in 7/10 condition, but overall the room was good

In the bathroom under the sink there were baby cockroach. Disgusting.

Breakfast was very, very simple, but the food was fresh and good for hotels in Muar.

1. The glass door on the balcony is not sealed and soundproof. It is really noisy. Don't choose this hotel who like quiet. 2. The air conditioner is installed on the side and facing the bed. The comfort is really poor. 3. The table in the room is too simple. 4. The lights on the balcony cannot be turned off.

i love everything from parking inside the hotel compound to our 3 person room that have a river view . breakfast was ok and the location was near the bas terminal and the Sultan Ibrahim bridge , the hotel is located a the walking distant for food

The room

People smoking during breakfast at level 3 restaurant, the staff say nothing about this even though there is a 'no smoking' sign there.

The check in process was fast and simple. The location of the hotel is good, being close to eateries, beauty spa, Muar river, money changer, laundromat etc.The view of the Muar river is beautiful.

The carpet in the rooms are dirty and old. The pillows and bed are hard. The sink in Room 8003 does not function properly, it is leaking underneath and water leaked and dripped onto the floor underneath and wet the bath mat. This needs to be repaired.

I like starting from the parking lot to the room. Polite and friendly receptionist, very spacious family room, clean room condition, comfortable mattress and pillows, eating places are all walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast is quite limited in food choices, but you can order special lontong from the chef.

Requested for an early check-in and they accommodate that. The room is clean especially the bathroom. Nice view of the river and bridge. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking as well. Would stay here again.

I liked that we got free upgrade since the room we booked was filled with the smell of cigarrette.

The toilet was small and mouldy, especially at the corners. Maybe ventilation was not good enough. Hotel management should have paid attention to the cleanliness of the toilet more.
