Les photos ne correspondent pas à celles sur le site de Booking. Le BBQ et l'internet étaient non fonctionnel. De plus, nous 'avons pas pu utiliser la télévision puisqu'il n'y avait pas d'internet. La propreté laissait à désirer. Le lavabo de la toilette de la toilette était bouché.

Lovely stay, with its comfortable beds and its quiet location I had the best sleep. It was nice to have a private barbecue, although we did not have a chance to use it.

The location was fab - we loved the private beach! The cabin was spacious and clean, and so well stocked with anything in the kitchen we could need. The person I talked to onsite was super friendly. Also, I forgot my air pods and you offered to mail them to me. So many thanks!

Ruime kamer. Ontspannen sfeer. Vertrouwen met sleutel in kastje. Eigen opgang naar het strand is leuk!

De bank. Bedbank, kon je eigenlijk niet goed op zitten. Niet erg, maar ook niet comfortabel.

Very comfortable cabin with abundant equipment.

We had a 2 bedroom chalet that was very comfortable and spotless. It had a full living room area with TV, kitchen and kitchen table. With 2 separate bedrooms there would be plenty of room for 4 people. The location was right off the main road but far enough back that there was no traffic noise. Close proximity to restaurants, Ingonish Beach and the Middle Head Hiking Trail.

Personne ne nous a accueilli. La clef était dans une boite aux lettres non sécurisée que n'importe qui aurait pu prendre. La pression de la douche était vraiment trop forte.

I was pleasantly surprised at extras - toaster, plates & cutlery. The log cabin type build keep it cool during the day while still staying relatively warm at night.

Somewhat dim/dark at night, not enough lightings, water in washroom slight pressure only,

The rooms were not clean — there were hair and mascara stains on the bedsheets and pillow covers. No one answered our calls, and we didn’t receive any call back even after leaving a detailed voicemail. Thankfully, there were extra bedding available, so we changed the sheets ourselves. Also, the “private beach” mentioned in the listing is actually on someone else’s property and was closed to public access.

The beds were comfortable. The livingroom was very nice to relax in with the very comfortable recliner and nice electric fireplace.

We were not really looking for a log cabin experience. Nevertheless, when we found Ingonish Chalets, we were smitten. Ingonish Chalets delivered by giving us a beautiful experience, meeting our every expectation. The interior design was comfortable and fresh. We enjoyed the soft beds and clean amenities. The location was excellent and private. It was cat friendly, even though we didn't bring ours in the end.

There was no plug for the bathtub and no igniter for the barbecue.

Beautiful location, clean and very cozy. Quiet and peaceful. Easy check-in/ check out. We especially loved the beach access.

We were only there for one night and realized later evening we had no hot water but felt it was too late to let them know. Left early the next morning and sent a quick message to property owners to advise them of the water problem. We had already left but didn’t get a response so hoping the next guests didn’t have the same issue.

Door lock was not in good condition. Also, there should be signs which says where to collect the keys from. Patio cleaning was not good.

Overall we enjoyed the stay and it was quite and warm. We were provided with Cottages that were little inside, so free from any kind of city or street traffic or people nice. We had quite nights :-)

The Bathroom Door Locks were confusing and I would ending up waking every friend and family in the cottage, due to it getting stuck or works the opposite way or something. Yeah, the unlock the opposite, but it used to take a while to open and pull the door causing a few minutes of frustration for every one.

Dark cabin, no kitchen even though this was listed in the booking.

Love the log cabin feeling, you can smell wood when you walk in which adds a nice feel to the place, it has such a cozy vibe inside. Bed was very comfortable, cozy living room to sit back and watch some television, plus the location is beautiful, and convenient.

Should be a sign upon pulling in that says "office" or "check in"

Morning noise from other guests I'm motel. Started at 6am. Mainly just their walking with noisy shoes on wood floors

The one bedroom units are in a ‘motel’ type of a building. The walls between the units are very thin and we could hear the other guests talking, coughing/hacking and other activities which was disruptive. The futon in our unit was broken.

We made our own breakfast and the kitchen was well equipped. It was a comfortable place.

The only thing was that the heater kicked on at 6 in the morning and made a loud and inconsistent buzzing sound

The TV did not work. This was significant as a particular show was to be watched that occurs only once a year. It was not our fault or problem. It would be nicer to have a real person meet , greet, and send us on our way.Lovely site and location.

We loved the rustic feel of the room. It had all the amenities.

Our cabin #18 was absolutely perfect. Quiet, peaceful, clean and very spacious. The front porch had great seating and a grill and the kitchen was very well equipped. Wish we could stay longer!

The chalets are old, needing maintenance & attention. The beach was spectacular, all and all okay.

Nice rustic chalet, clean and good private beach access to a semi private beach. Could use some minor maintenance in our unit. Area is very quiet.

Beautiful cabin, had everything we needed. We had some trouble with the kerig maker, but figured it out. Definitely would rent again.

No coffee maker that worked; limited restaurant options, although may be time of year.

Clean and quiet, well stocked, unfortunately the seating area was insufficient and very uncomfortable. There needs to be deeper cleaning of wooden walls ie...dust, cobwebs. Everything else was clean. More dish cloths, towels needed.

No breakfast, good location. The chalets were very nice and pretty inside!

This place was, in a word, okay. Not great, not awful. We stayed in a 1-bedroom cabin. The furnishings were tired and outdated but clean. The location was good - close to the Cabot Trail. Would I stay there again? Probably not.

Comfortable bed and high ceilings kept this small facility from feeling quite so small.

Floor was soaking wet upon arrival at 4:50 pm, as if it had a bucket of water thrown upon it, rather than damp-mopped-cleaned. No contact with property owner,/manager, rather key was left in an envelope with my name in an insecure mailbox. It included directions on how to get to the lake, but we attempted twice - once on foot, once by car, and couldn't find it. Better directions/signage is a must.

Nice comfortable chalet, coffee maker, toaster and water kettle in room. Easy check in and check out. Short distance to town (by car) and short walk down to the beach.

Lovely cottage in the woods.

It was very clean. The beach access was a great bonus. We were able to fix our own breakfast there before we left. Plenty of towels, bedding, supplies, etc.

The lighting was too glaring. There wasn’t really a suitable space to clean the dishes.

Comfortable furniture, very clean, had everything we needed for our stay, ample towels and pillows!

Lots of space, quiet, lots of extra towels and loved that there was composting and recycling bins with full list of what goes in each.

The walk to the beach was a bit tricky and the stairs to the beach were hard to manage.
