Estuve en una habitación , que tiene una pequeña ventana y no se ve nada, parecía un tapanco

El restaurante me pareció caro en comparación con otros sitios que hay para comer en San Cristóbal

La ubicación

La atención de la recepción ya que no quieren hacer nada, pedi el apoyo de un taxi y dijeron que no porque siempre fallan así que mejor lo consiguiera yo, pedi servicio de despetador y que no podian porque aveces se quedaban dormidos, el papel sanitario de mala calidad así como los articulos de limpieza personal; la pantalla pequeña, la de recepción no te facilitan.

No tiene Estacionamiento propio y con horario restringido es de apartar lugar, las cama están muy dura.

Location was good, central to all the historic area of San Cristobal.. Very safe property, 24 hrs front desk service, very clean rooms. Attentive to our requests.

For the room fee, They charged my card in usd$ when the booking was made in MXN currency. ON my reservation with Booking.com, it stated that the bill would be paid onsite at hotel in the local currency (mxn). This inflated the final price. It was a much lower exchange rate than my card would have charged.

I like the location and convenience

No AC or at least a fan would have been nice to have in the room to help circulate the air. The bathroom was not that clean . Sink was stopped up.

solicité una habitación en planta baja ya que viajé con dos personas mayores, mi solicitud no fue atendida, la disposición de las ventanas del 3er piso hacen imposible descansar ya que dan hacia el parque central.

Lo céntrico del hotel

No me gusto que quiten las mesas que eataban fuera por que es un lugar lindo para centarte en la tarde noche a tomar un café y a las 6 de la tarde recogen todo no hay donde sentarte deberían dejarlas por que es el atractivo ver hacia la plaza tomar café algún alimento escuchando la marimba que se presenta ,eso si fue una desilusión

Que se me acabaron las vacaciones

Excelente atención !! me apoyaron con el huésped que lleve en silla de ruedas.. Descansamos muy bien.. El buffet fue excelente El personal muy atento.. Habitación limpia.. Nos recibieron con un ponche, delicioso !!!

Me negaron una coca sin azucar como bebida de cortesia. La persona de la recepcion insistio que solo podia ser sprite, fanta o una cerveza. Algo bastante ridiculo en mi opinion. El internet no funciona en algunos de los cuartos.

Un lugar céntrico, seguro, cómodo, limpio y sobre todo una atención muy cálida, respetuosa y amable.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. So close to everything relaxing. The staff are amazing and do try to make your stay a great experience.

People and location were great. Window was broken- would not close- fixed quickly. Pillows still need an upgrade- hard/uncomfortable.

Hotel itself is nice, it’s located in an amazing area but it is not sound proof. You can hear every single noise from both inside and outside the hotel all day and all hours of the night. There is a night club close by I am guessing because the thumping and bass of the music ran until about 4am. Noticed that Sunday there was no music. If I had known I would have brought ear plugs or my white noise machine.

Great location and friendly staff. This is my hotel of choise when I'm in San Cristobal. However, after arriving late, we inquiered about our welcome drinks (expedia benefits). We were shown some coupons and we asked whether we could use them the following day because it was late at night after a long trip. The person in the front desk said no. This lack of flexibility was a bit unwelcoming and not very service-oriented in my opinion.

First room what they gave has bad smell coming from bathroom pipe.

Great location, good restaurant and friendly service. View from balcony of the main square with marimba band every night until 9:00pm.

Disco at night next door. Loud boom music until 3:00am. Had to move our room so we could sleep.

Location is superb, and the restaurant within the hotel is ok as well. Parking on premises is a plus, being so close to the central plaza.

Very loud during weekends due to being so close to several bars. Not te best place to relax and sleep in. Ventilation is very deficient, so it gets quite hot in the rooms and there is no AC available.

The beds are very hard- like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were incredibly hard/firm. Sleeping on the floor with rocks as the pillow. Entire group of ten all made this comment. Staff is wonderful! Very clean

It was right in the middle of the city and close to a lot of amazing restaurants.

Bathroom was in need of updating Not enough amenities. No lotion or body wash. Only one bar of soap. Shower doors need to be repaired. Not on the track.

Beautiful old world hotel. Clean a very well maitained. Locatio is awesome except for the disco next door the thilumped till 3:30am monday -sat. Other wise would be a 10 out 10

Location is really good! Restaurant excellent, the waiters were smiling and very helpful! The only inconvenience is that the water in the shower is not hot enough and the water pressure is very low!!

The WiFi service is IMPOSIABLE!!! It need passward each time you get out of the room, the login needs 2 passwards, the passward is TOO LONG and unable to remember, the signal is too weak. If you need WiFi - DO NOT arrive at this hotel!

Hotel is very clean and staff could be a little bit mire friendly! Location is excellent! When reserving at this hotel please note there is no elevator! But other than that it is a very nice hotel! Although Hotels.com failed to put my VIP status on the reservation so I was denied my free breakfast benefits.

The employees are not friendly at all, the breakfast person made me feel very bad with the treatment there is too much noise I asked for another room and they only looked at me they did not have the courtesy to say that it was full

Esta muy frio, no hay aire acondicionado en los cuartos. (No air conditioner). No cambian las sabanas de los cuartos son las mismas los 3 dias de mi estancia. Muy ruidoso

The beds are superbly uncomfortable. The room was mega cold. The restaurant staff were rude and demean guests.

This hotel is in the perfect spot in San Cristobal and is incredibly convenient. That being said, there were a few issues. The WiFi is a joke. They force you to login through Facebook, which is incredibly buggy and unreliable. It is constantly disconnects. Why anyone would use Facebook for this is beyond me. The water pressure in the shower is like a trickle and it never got hot. The walls are thin and there is a lot of noise from neighbors.

Beautiful colonial architecture and was located in the very center of the city so i could walk to the most important places i wanted to see. Because my stay was over a holiday weekend, there was noise from outside the hotel thst was audible in my room until 4 each morning. It was not loud, but was audible

We have stayed at a few of the hotels in San Cris, and so far this is the best. Location - cant be beat, in the center of it all. Somehow, the place manages to be both in the middle of it all, and a refuge from it when you need it. Be sure and ask for a room way at the back if you need it quiet at night.

It Easy in the middle of allá the important Places. Excelent location just in front of cathedral chruch, the main park AND near of the 3 main walkers that have stores, restaurants, a lots of things. Is great to move by walk AND explore all the near places. Wonderful weather, beautiful Town. Get a personal tour Is a great way to visit all the important places in your own time .

The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants, shopping, disco and historically places. The staff were very friendly and communicative between each other, they were very helpful. At the time of check in, because it was VIP they gave us a free drinks and breakfast.
