La proximité de la mer, des transports publiques, de Palma et de l'aéroport. Le petit-déjeuner très varié et bon. Les collaborateurs très sympas, professionnels et efficaces. Les spécialités locales de très grande qualité.

Chambre un peu vieillotte, literie peu confortable. Intérieur de l'hôtel avec climatisation trop froide. Piscine trop petite et chaises longues toujours occupées par des serviettes mais sans personne... Le buffet du soir était moins varié et les protéines (viande et poisson) insipides. Spectacles et musique de qualité moyenne hormis le lundi avec deux superbes chanteurs avec de la musique latino de haute qualité ! Merci

Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Strand und in der Nähe des Flughafens. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick haben eine fantastische Aussicht. Die Speisen am Poolrestestaurant sind grosszügig und preislich absolut in Ordnung, auch das Personal (beim Poolrestaurant) ist sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grosszügig und sehr gut, es hat für jeden etwas dabei. Der frischgepresste Orangensaft ist ein Traum und auch der Kaffee ist sehr gut.

​Wir waren zum 4. Mal hier, aber diesmal war es enttäuschend: ​Zimmer (4. Stock): Balkon ohne Dach/Sonnenschutz tagsüber unnutzbar. Balkonlicht ließ sich nachts nicht ausschalten. Bettsofa wurde an einigen Tagen gemacht, an anderen "vergessen"? Wir hatten immer dir Superior Apartement mit Meerblick, dieses Mal nur das Appartement mit Meerblick. Würden wir nicht mehr buchen. ​Service: Trotz Vorab-Anmeldung mussten wir 3x nach Bettwäsche für das Bettsofa fragen. Das Frühstück kostet vor Ort 17 € (ab 3 Tagen 15 €) statt der bei Booking angegebenen 16 €. ​Poolbereich: Sehr unfreundliches Personal, als die Pooltücher ausgingen („Gibt halt keine mehr“). Wir kamen halt frisch an und hatten keine Tücher. Liegen werden den ganzen Tag ungenutzt reserviert, ohne dass das Hotel eingreift.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L’emplacement de l’aparthôtel est vraiment idéal, juste face à la mer, ce qui était particulièrement agréable pour moi qui voyageais avec mes parents. Tout est facilement accessible et la promenade en bord de mer est très agréable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la propreté de l’établissement ainsi que la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, toujours accueillant et sympathique. Malgré la présence de nombreuses familles et d’enfants durant notre séjour, l’établissement reste relativement calme et l’ambiance est agréable. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien et avons passé un excellent séjour.

Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, mais quelques points pourraient, à mon avis, être améliorés. Tout d’abord, l’accès à la piscine mériterait d’être davantage adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Mon papa ayant un handicap, il lui était difficile d’entrer et de sortir de l’eau avec l’escalier actuel et nous devions systématiquement l’aider. Heureusement, nous avons toujours pu compter sur la gentillesse des personnes présentes, notamment du personnel de la piscine, qui avait très vite compris sa difficulté et n’hésitait pas à lui venir en aide. Une rampe ou un dispositif d’accès plus adapté serait vraiment un plus pour les personnes en situation de handicap. Concernant le restaurant, nous aurions apprécié un peu plus de variété, notamment dans le choix des viandes et des poissons. La restauration était correcte, mais c’est probablement le point qui nous a le moins convaincus durant notre séjour. Enfin, concernant l’eau servie au restaurant, les bouteilles en verre étaient apportées ouvertes et sans bouchon. Même si je comprends qu’il puisse s’agir d’eau filtrée et d’un choix plus écologique, j’aurais préféré que les bouteilles puissent être refermées ou qu’une solution permettant de conserver l’eau restante soit proposée.

De uma funcionária do bufê que estava sempre a controlar a ver se levávamos comida enquanto todas as mesas também levavam sandes em guardanapos. Sentimos nos muito desconfortáveis.

Locatia, sala de gimnastica, piscina si personalul care s-a ocupat de curatenie.

Zgomotul foarte mare, copii care tipau si alergau prin fata usilor fara sa li se atraga atentia, practic se jucau pe aceste coridoare. Peretii foarte subtiri, se auzea inclusiv cand se tragea apa la toaleta din apartamentele superioare. Lipsa preocuparii personalului in rezolvarea problemelor semnalate. Intreg sejurul nu am avut posibilitatea sa vizionam nimic la televizor din cauza ca nu au reusit sa rezolve o problema banala, mai exact lipsa telecomnezii din camera. Am semnalat lipsa acesteia i , iar dupa 2 zile ne-au adus una defecta. Am semnalat din nou acest lucru si sejurul s-a incheiat fara sa primim telecomanda pentru televizor. Din punctul meu de vedere, raportul calitate pret nu se justifica si nici cele 4 stele.

Der Ausblick von unserem Zimmer war erste Etage und das der Bewegungs melder im WC zu schnell das Licht ausstellt.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Es liegt direkt am Strand und an der schönen Strandpromenade, sodass man sich diesbezüglich wirklich nicht beschweren kann. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich außerdem ein Carrefour, was im Alltag sehr praktisch ist. Das Apartment wurde in der Regel täglich gereinigt bzw. gewischt, auch wenn dies nicht immer der Fall war. Es gab einige kleinere Mängel im Apartment, allerdings nichts, was unseren Aufenthalt maßgeblich beeinträchtigt hätte. Der Balkon mit Meerblick war schön und auch der Pool war insgesamt in Ordnung, wenn auch nichts Besonderes. Das Essen war grundsätzlich gut, allerdings mit der Zeit etwas repetitiv.

Leider war der Service für uns der größte Kritikpunkt. Wir hatten insgesamt nicht das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit dem Dresscode im Restaurant. Grundsätzlich kann ich nachvollziehen, dass ein Hotel gewisse Kleidervorschriften für den Speisesaal hat. Allerdings sollte diese Regelung dann für alle Gäste gleichermaßen gelten. Ich wurde von einer Mitarbeiterin aufgefordert, den Speisesaal zu verlassen und ein T-Shirt anzuziehen, weil ich ein normales Unterhemd trug. Ich musste deshalb extra zwei Etagen zurück in unser Apartment gehen, um mich umzuziehen. Gleichzeitig befanden sich währenddessen zahlreiche andere Gäste im Restaurant, die ebenfalls gegen den vorgegebenen Dresscode verstießen unter anderem mit kurzen Hosen, Flip-Flops oder Slides. Ich habe selbst ungefähr 20 Personen gesehen, bei denen die Regeln offensichtlich nicht eingehalten wurden. Wenn ein Dresscode durchgesetzt wird, sollte dies meiner Meinung nach konsequent und gegenüber allen Gästen gleichermaßen geschehen. So entsteht schnell der Eindruck, dass mit zweierlei Maß gemessen wird. Auch dass Wasser beim Abendessen zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss und man teilweise nicht einmal eigenes Wasser mitbringen darf, empfanden wir als unnötig und sehr kleinlich insbesondere bei dem ohnehin hohen Preis für den Aufenthalt. Ein weiterer klarer Minuspunkt waren kleine Ameisen auf meinem Bett. Das ist für mich in dieser Preisklasse ein absolutes No-Go. Der Fitnessbereich könnte ebenfalls deutlich besser gepflegt werden. Bei mehreren Geräten, etwa 3–5 Maschinen, funktionierte die Einstellung der Gewichte nicht richtig. Insbesondere die Stange bzw. der Mechanismus, in den man den Sicherungsstift für die Gewichte steckt, funktionierte teilweise nicht. Es machte leider den Eindruck, als sei sich darum schon länger nicht mehr gekümmert worden. Auch die abendliche Unterhaltung war für uns eher störend.

The location is definitely the biggest advantage — right by the beach and very convenient for exploring the area. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We also appreciated the overall atmosphere and the convenience of the hotel.

The pool area is quite small and can get very crowded. Maintenance could also be improved. We reported burnt-out lights in the bathroom shortly after arrival, but unfortunately they were not fixed during our entire stay. A little more attention to these details and faster response to guest requests would make the experience much better.

Nice environment, clean and in a great position, quiet and comfortable with all you need for a lovely holiday. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Not much but a personal view is the breakfast could be a little earlier maybe 7 or 7:30.

Localisation was very good. Just next to the best beach close to Palma. Large public parking in vicinity. Nice swimming pool area.

The room was very outdated. Airconditioning was broken and it had only two states on and off. With on it was loud and became cold very quickly. With off it started to be hot after couple of minutes. And it was plus 38 C degrees outside. The apartment was composed of a living room and bedroom - there was no window in the bedroom so I felt claustrophobic. On the corridors of the hotel there was no airconditioning. Food was terrible. I recomend to take only breakfast in the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants outside.

The location

Several things: - the hotel is not at the 4 star level - the rules inside the hotel are not enforced therefore people are blocking the pool area even if they don't use it - the beverage rule for the dinner (including water) is bad and if you buy water you pay 2.3 euros for 500ml of tap water. I paid for demipension to not think about paying again. At least keep water included. - the room cleaning was always very late and one day not even happening.

La ubicación del hotel. Perfecto para ir con niños, en primera linea de playa. El bar de la piscina está muy bien, con una relación calidad precio muy buena y con una carta variada y raciones abundantes.

El bufet. Los horarios no son los habituales para España, y mucho menos en verano. Comienza a las 18:30 y finaliza a las 21:15, lo que no te permite disfrutar de la tarde. Además no dispone de buffet al mediodía, por lo que no puedes utilizarlo para comer. No incluye las bebidas y ademas se cobra por agua filtrada.

Comfortable room in an amazing location, right on the main tourist beach in Palma. Incredible views!

Everything was good

Чудове розташування, в тому районі достатньо тихо, музика від готелю закінчувалася к 23.00. Поряд магазини, ресторани. Дуже багато та різноманітні. Набережна просто нескінченна!5 хвилин до зупинки автобуса, щоб поїхати в «старе» місто. 5 хвилин пішки до Акваріума. Від готелю до моря 2 хвилини. Це просто кайф! Пляж облаштований парасольками та гамаками, але вони платні. Біля басейну безкоштовно. Сніданки різноманітні, смачні, багато фруктів, свіже вичавлений апельсиновий сік. В номері комфортно, прибирання кожного дня.

На момент нашого перебування три рази зі стелі з системи кондиціювання капала вода, це завдавало незручності

La posizione è perfetta propio alla riva del mare,la struttura è l’appartamento era pulito e spazioso. La colazione eccezionale c’è tanta scelta. Piscina carina un pochino piccola. Tenuta bene la struttura pulivano e sistemavano la camera tutti i giorni.

We stayed for 3 nights and we could have stayed longer, right by the beach which was absolutely stunning.. hotel was great, bar staff were class and very friendly..

Was a little loud at night (ive 5 kids and noise doesnt bother me) but this was men shouting and playing music until 4/5am.. Hotel staff did sort the problem out fair play..

Dusjen på badet trenger en oppgradering da bruk av akryl nødvendigvis bare blir ekkelt og grobunn for møkk. Lite med kaldt vann i dusjen, noe vi meddelte og ble delvis ordnet. Håndklemafiaen for å ordne seg solsenger rundt bassenget levde særdeles godt, noe hotellet ikke brydde seg stort med, så det var bare å bli en del av den, hvis du skulle få plass. Personalet i «beachbaren» kranglet høylytt om at det var idioter de jobbet med og at det var et dårlig sted å jobbe. Noe av personalet der valgte også å ta opp bestilling/servere de spanske besøkende før andre.

Die besten Ferien, da es einfach ein schönes Hotel war mit allem drum und dran. Der Strand war super sowie die Lage auch. Das Personal war lieb und sehr hilfreich. Die Restaurants neben dran waren auch sehr gut, kann ich nur jedem weiterempfehlen

Palju ruumi ca 40m2 ja suur rõdu. Ranna ja promenaadi ääres.

Antud hotell on mõeldud väikeste lastega peredele. Ehk kui soovite, et lapsed karjuvad ja hüppavad basseini ääres terve päeva ja pritsivad sind veega ning viskavad sind palliga, siis see hotellon teile parim valik. Lisaks, et saada basseini ääres lamamistool peab selleks kell 8.00 minema alla basseini ala ukse taha ja jooksma ning rabama neid, siis kui see sobib, siis on see hotell sulle parim - GO GO GO! Minu arust kui maksta 2000 € ühe nädala eest 3 inimesega ja ilma hommikusöögita toa eest, siis on see ikkagi super üle hinnatud, kuid sellised hinnad on Mallorcal kõikjal, mõistlik oleks puhkust planeerida kuskil mujal, turist ei ole sinna saarele enam teretulnud. Üldiselt kui hinnata tuba ja teenindust, siis see oli ok, tuba puhastati iga päev ja teenindajad olid abivalmid ehk hotell lihtsalt ööbimise mõttes on ok. Kuid konditsioneer oli päris mürarikas.

Im Restaurant und auf der Terrasse ist ein neues Team, aktuell klappt noch nicht alles reibungslos, aber das wird sich einspielen.. WLan könnte besser sein

Közel volt a part és nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, mindenben segítőkészek voltak. Szuper ételek!

A medence körüli napozóágyak kevesek voltak, mar korán reggel elfogytak. Ezen kívül szuper minden :)

It's just across the street from the beach. The food was quite good. It's really big with families with children and it has some entertainment for kids.

Some people staying at the hotel were rather rude. The personnel doesn't check if people are really at the pool and sometimes you can't find a spot around it because each chair is "occupied".

Duży apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze. Kolacje przepyszne i codziennie inny zestaw potraw. Bliskość plaży dopełniła całość. Na pewno tu wrócimy.

Śniadania - codziennie serwowano to samo a smak potraw mógłby być lepszy. Rezerwowanie leżaków przy basenie z samego rana przez gości ręcznikami i niepilnowanie przez personel, że zarezerowane leżaki bywają puste przez wiele godzin i nikt inny nie może z nich skorzystać.

Lokalizacja, czysta, piaszczysta i bardzo bliska od hotelu plaża (10m)!

Хубав хотел със страхотно разположение фо всички удобства ,включително транспорт.Бонус беше, че имаше забавления за децата всяка вечер - шоу с папагали, фокуси , цирк....Бих се върнала отново.

les chambre ne sont pas très bien insonorisée nous entendions nos voisins allemands parler ou crier . le petit déjeuner il y avait des œufs pas frais (mauvaise odeur et mauvais gout) nous ont avons fait par au personnel qui les ont jetés .

It’s an old hotel. 4 stars, but barely 2 stars for me. Beds are very uncomfortable. In rooms you can feel the bad smell. The view from our room - awkward. We had a bit of a see view, but exactly in front of us - an old private house yard. The pool it’s quite small. Breakfast - no vegetables at all to choose from. Just a cabbage and some tomatoes. You have to pay for sun lounges beds at the beach.

Ми провели чудовий відпочинок у готелі Aparthotel Fontanellas Playa сім днів.Нам дуже сподобалось кухня ,нереально смачна і різноманітна їжа,риба,мʼясо,морепродукти.(Нажаль на сніданок завжди була одна і таж їжа) Поварам готелю велике спасибі за їх роботу.Також класне розташування 🥰 до моря На рецепції працюють чудові люди,які завжди уважні і приємні .Дякую вам Класно тут ще те що можна купатись у морі до різного вечора,море прекрасне

Дуже грязний номер🫣,розводи по дзеркалах,рушники не міняють,душові кабіни хочуть ретельно миття Готель потребує ремонту ,це видно зразу при вході…. Також здивувалась рішенням готелю про платні напитки на вечерю …

Zimmer ohne Fenster, Bar sehr unfreundlich. Frühstück früh um 7.00 Uhr nicht möglich als wir nach Hause fliegen wollten.

Der Pool war sehr toll. Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Und das Frühstück war sensationell.

Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Das Bett hat modrig gerochen. Das Bad war auch nicht sauber. Und geputzt wurde auch nicht sauber, es wurde zwar gewischt aber der Boden war leider trotzdem dreckig.

Todo correcto. Excepto los otros usuarios alemanes de otras habitaciones, por la noche recepción tuvo que llamarles la atención en varias ocasiones y días. Mucho ruido y voces a altas horas de la madrugada.

Alles Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr schlecht. Der Schimmelgeruch war unerträglich, und die Rezeptionistin war sehr unhöflich und unfreundlich. Als ich wegen des schlechten Zimmers stornieren wollte, obwohl ich ein ganzes Apartment gebucht und das teuerste bezahlt hatte, log man mich an und gab mir ein völlig anderes Apartment gegenüber dem Pool. Der Schimmelgeruch war unerträglich, und meine Kinder und ich bekamen starken Husten. Als ich um Stornierung bat, versprach man mir ein besseres Apartment, was ich jedoch ablehnte. Daraufhin wurde mir ein Viertel des Preises abgezogen.

Lo staff molto gentile e ottima posizione, pulizia puntuale e quotidiana. Ci hanno regalato una bottiglia di cava per il compleanno, gesto molto carino.

Non posso esprimermi sulla stanze perchè abbiamo preso un piccolo appartamento per tre persone. Struttura, bagno e arredamento andrebbero migliorate e rimodernate almeno un pochino per essere piu accoglienti. Piscina sovraaffolata, no teli a disposizione.

Nagyobb méretű törölköző szárító is elfért volna az erkélyen. Apartmanban voltunk és egy pici dolog még jobban segített volna a kényelmünkön: mosogató csepegtető tálca. A földszinti szobából nem látszott a tengerpart. Amúgy minden szuper volt.

Our family stayed at this hotel for a week, from June 27 to July 4. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Although the hotel is not new, it is well maintained and comfortable. The only real downside was the late check-in. We arrived at 10:30 a.m., but our room wasn’t ready until around 3:30 p.m. We had to spend those hours at the beach with our passports, money, and luggage, so we couldn’t fully relax on our first day. Another point worth mentioning is the room. We booked a sea view room and also requested a high floor, expecting beautiful views of both the sea and the pool. Instead, we were given a room on the second floor, overlooking an old building and the back of the property. Technically, the sea was visible, but the view was quite different from what we had expected. Keep this in mind when booking. The highlight of our stay was definitely the food. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely outstanding—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety of dishes every day. A big thank you to the chefs and the entire restaurant staff for their excellent work. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this hotel.

I choose Fontanellas for its location and nice facilities.

Location, top floor view with jacuzzi, large space with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms for 4, breakfast and dinner buffets were great, and friendly staff.

Pool crowded, guests placed towels on chairs first thing at 8am, but didn’t use them until afternoon.

Super tolle Lage, direkt am Strand. Geräumige Zimmer. Buffet sehr abwechslungsreich und großartig.

Reinigung kam täglich, aber nicht gründlich geputzt. Sand vom Vortag in der Dusche.... Überall Ameisen!!!!

Rooms are spacious, location is perfect, breakfast and dinner had many options and the food was good quality.

When we first got in the room, we thought that it hasnt been cleaned and complained about it at the reception. They apologised but the room stayed the same. The truth is, the room was cleaned before our arrival, but their cleaning service only changes sheets&towels, and nothing else. You get hair, crumbs and dust on the floors, as well as water stains on the sinks and shower full of sand. Also, we didnt have hand shower, only overhead shower and faucet with big hole where the hand shower should be. For a hotel of this standard, these shortcomings are unacceptable.

Ne-a plăcut foarte mult șederea la acest hotel. Camera a fost curată și confortabilă, personalul a fost amabil și atent, iar locația este foarte bună. Micul dejun a fost gustos și variat. Cu siguranță vom reveni și îl recomandăm cu drag!

Krásný čistý hotel, příjemný personál, výborné jídlo, hned u pláže, pěkný venkovní a vnitřní bazén, dostatek lehátek u bazénu, profi fitko, skvělá lokalita, blízko na autobus, do hlavního města busem č.25 je to 5 zastávek. Nádherná promenáda, spousta obchůdků a kaváren. Apartmány velké a čisté, denní precizní úklid. Určitě se vrátíme.

In piscina se non vai alle 08:00 di mattina a fare la fila non trovi i sdrai liberi. I lettini occupati tutto il giorno con i teli ,magliette ,asciugamani anche se c'è il cartello che è vietato 🚫. Noi va be andavamo sempre al Mare,però le bambine volevano stare anche in piscina ed era difficile o impossibile trovare un lettino libero. Per dire in piscina erano al massimo 20 persone tra cui adulti e bimbi e tutti i lettini erano occupati....ho fatto per curiosità il caso che erano dei lettini occupati tutto il giorno e alla fine non li usava nessuno. Questo è un grande MENO della struttura. Il resto tutto era al TOP. Torneremo di sicuro

The room was nicely designed, spacious, and clean. The cleaners are fast and they do a great job. The buffet had great choices. The location is great with a small convenience store right next to the hotel. We didn't travel with kids, but it was sweet that there was always an event/show for the kids. Makes it a great choice for families.

The pool space was a bit limited. For the size of the hotel, both the indoor and outdoor pools are too small and feel crowded. The other room that our group got smelled of cigarette smoke and the staff they reported it to wasn't very helpful. However, the problem was resolved the following day by another staff member. The wifi is not so strong/stable.

A proximidade da praia, direto da piscina. A simpatia do staff. Tornou a nossa estadia super tranquila, nas nossas férias em família com 2 crianças.

Śniadanie dobre, duży wybór dań. Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji 15 min samochodem z lotniska, podróżowaliśmy z małym dzieckiem i jest to duże udogodnienie. Hotel posiada basen a plaża zlokalizowana jest tuż za ulicą.

Słaba komunikacja hotelu, nikt nam nie odpowiedział na zadawane wcześniej pytania np. czy przygotują nam godzinę wcześniej pokój bo będziemy z małym dzieckiem po podróży.

Great location with a beautiful sea view. The hotel is very clean and smells fresh, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the apartment and bed are very comfortable. The beach and pool are excellent, and everything you need is nearby.

The Wi-Fi was quite slow. The kitchen was missing some basic utensils (e.g. a proper cutting knife), and the cooktop was not powerful enough to boil water for pasta.

Room felt small. Road busy the windows did not block the noise of buses outside - awoken earlier then would have liked.
