Szuper helyen van, nagyon közel van a tengerpart, az akvárium, buszmegálló, bolt, éttermek, bárok, motor kölcsönzés. Rendkívül kedves és segítőkész a személyzet.

Sajnos nem franciaágy volt a szobában, hanem két egyszemélyes ágy volt összetolva. Illetve két személy számára kicsi a ruhásszekrény.

Под балконом оживленная дорога и шум, но благодаря хорошему климату в номере ,балкон открывали редко, шум был минимальный.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Die Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick sind sehr laut. Diese liegen direkt an einem Kreisverkehr und einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. Auch Busse verkehren dort wodurch die Luft nicht gut ist. Es ist nicht möglich mit offener Balkontüre zu schlafen. Leider sieht man die Straße und den Kreisverkehr nicht auf den Bildern, denn dann hätten wir das Hotel nicht gebucht. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Obwohl wir die Badematte welche schmutzig war im Vorraum am Boden gelegt hatten, wurde diese nicht ausgetauscht, sondern einfach wieder ins Badezimmer gelegt. Der Fußboden war ebenfalls nicht sauber. Unter dem Bett wurde schon länger nicht herausgewischt. Der Fernseher ging nicht obwohl der Techniker da war. Die Badezimmertüre schleift und geht nicht zu.

Das Frühstück hat meine Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Das Zimmer war echt spitzenmäßig. Der Strand ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und sehr sauber. Das Highlight ist auf jeden Fall die Sunset-Bar am Dach. Wir gingen jeden Abend hin um den Tag bei traumhaften Sonnenuntergang und exzellenten Drings ausklingen zu lassen. Werde sicher wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen. Top Hotel Top Team 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Standard rom- Mot stille gate som var helt greit. Noen i betjeningen var veldig hyggelige. Rengjøring hver dag.

Synes ikke hotellet var kvalifisert til 4-stjerners. Mest tyske gjester. Ikke spesielt god kvalitet på matvarene i frokostbuffeen. En av de ansatte var svært krenkende, Kom springende etter deg etter frokost for å se om du hadde stjålet med deg noe fra buffeen. Aldri opplevd liknende.

Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und abwechslungsreichen Angeboten! Auch die Lage ist super: Ein größerer Supermarkt ist schnell zu erreichen und die Bushaltestelle liegt nur etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Auch zahlreiche Restaurants sind bequem und schnell erreichbar. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass der Strand nicht überfüllt war und man dort wunderbar entspannen konnte. Insgesamt eine tolle Lage und ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Leider lässt sich die Klimaanlage im Zimmer nicht individuell einstellen. Sie reagiert automatisch auf die Raumtemperatur und kühlt das Zimmer entsprechend langsam herunter. Sobald man das Zimmer verlässt und später wieder zurückkommt, ist die Temperatur allerdings wieder deutlich höher. Gerade bei warmen Temperaturen wäre es schön, wenn man die Klimaanlage auch selbstständig auf eine angenehme Temperatur einstellen könnte.

It is on a busy roundabout. The toilet in the room was tiny, spotless and new but no room to move in it

Only thing that I liked was that the room had a balcony.

I felt completely robbed with respect to the room price and what it offered: 1. The AC wasn't working and the temperature that day reached almost 40°C. 2. The room kept a smell to humidity, almost feeling like some fungal stuff in the air ducts, which were actually dirty. 3. We asked the staff to check the AC and they did, they even offered to change the room another day because the hotel was full. However, they never did!! 4. Bathroom wasn't clean enough. One can even see some fungus on the walls.

Das Einzige, was mir beim Aufenthalt negativ aufgefallen ist, war die Situation beim Frühstück. Ich hatte um ein Omelett gebeten und hatte den Eindruck, dass die Dame etwas enttäuscht bzw. eingeschnappt war, weil ich zunächst kein Trinkgeld gegeben hatte. Sie bereitete daraufhin zuerst die Omeletts der anderen Gäste zu. Das empfand ich als etwas unfreundlich. Ich hätte durchaus vorgehabt, ihr Trinkgeld zu geben, wollte dafür aber erst meinen Geldbeutel holen. Nach dieser Reaktion ist mir die Lust darauf allerdings vergangen. Meiner Meinung nach gehört die Zubereitung des Omeletts zum Frühstücksservice und sollte daher unabhängig von einem Trinkgeld freundlich angeboten werden

Gros manque de propreté surtout pour un 4 étoiles , le sol était hyper sal sans parler des cheveux sur les serviettes. Une tache au sol était la quand on est arrivé et elle y rester tout le séjour cohabitation pas voulu ! le sol y’avait des miettes le balai et l’aspirateur n’y sont pas passer . Vraiment dommage

A very good hotel, just two minutes from a large, free public beach in Playa de Palma. Exemplary cleanliness, polite and friendly staff, always willing to help. Breakfast was rich, tasty, and well organized. The hotel has its own pool and a rooftop terrace. The location is excellent, right next to the Palma Aquarium and just one minute away from public transport stations, from where you can visit most of this amazing island at a very good price. The airport is about 10 minutes away by taxi, which is another great advantage. I warmly recommend it!

The only thing we didn’t like is that the walls are indeed quite thin, so you can hear almost everything. Fortunately, we were lucky to have quiet neighbors, so this aspect didn’t bother us at all.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einem guten Standort – nicht zu nah am Ballermann, aber auch nicht zu weit entfernt. Zu Fuss ist alles gut erreichbar. Die Anlage selbst ist eher klein, aber fein und angenehm. Ausserdem arbeiten an der Rezeption sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute.

Unser Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts leider nicht richtig gereinigt. Ich finde es schade, dass die Zimmerreinigung offenbar nur am Vormittag stattfindet. An einem Tag haben wir das Zimmer beispielsweise erst gegen 12 Uhr verlassen, danach wurde es am Nachmittag überhaupt nicht mehr gereinigt. Für mich ist das definitiv ein Minuspunkt. Teilweise mussten wir uns sogar selbst frische Handtücher zum Duschen holen, weil die benutzten bereits schmutzig waren.

Всегда находила место для парковки. Достаточно тихо и спокойно(если нет футбола). Также,любезно предоставляют комнату для хранения вещей в день отъезда. Мне Очень понравилось. В номере есть чайник,чашки,чай,кофе,холодильник,работающий сейф.

The food got really repetitive over only a few days personally I wouldn’t go for half board because it wasn’t worth the money, we were stunned about how drinks at dinner needed to be payed extra. One night the AC didn’t work which they had explained as a complete failure in the entire building which was solved after one night but the AC never really cooled to the wished amount we had put it on. The pool bar was good but we had a really weird encounter on the last day of our stay in which we were thrown out of it because we had our towels wrapped around us and didn’t have clothes on which wasn’t a problem the days before and which isn’t said or put on any label on the door or on the bar table that clothes should be put on to order. Also very important to know is that for pool towels and beach towels need to be paid by a deposit of 10€ per person and if you want it to be cleaned you would need to pay a euro for it to be done. My towel had a stain on it when I got it but also the towels in the hotel room had tiny stains but these were only little remarks about the cleanliness.

L’hôtel est très bien situé : proche de la plage et facilement accessible en transports en commun depuis l’aéroport et le centre de Palma. C’est très propre et lumineux. La piscine et le roof top sont au top. La chambre était spacieuse, le lit confortable et nous avions un balcon avec une belle vue sur la mer.

Le système de climatisation n’est pas du tout performant : la 1ère nuit, il y a eu une panne générale donc il n’y avait pas du tout de clim => cela arrive et nous avons eu un geste commercial de 50% sur le prix de la chambre. Merci pour cela et je comprends qu’en période de canicule, cela peut se passer. Pas de problème. Par contre, les deux autres nuits, le système était réparé mais ce n’était pas suffisant. La chambre 501 est au dernier étage donc la chaleur monte. Or, on ne peut pas laisser la clim la journée (pas de soucis pour cela, je comprends également) mais du coup quand on rentrait dans la chambre, il faisait plus de 30 degrés et comme la clim n’est pas assez performante, il fallait au moins 4 voire 5 heures pour que la chambre descende à une température « décente ». C’est beaucoup trop lent. La pièce étant grande, nous n’avons jamais été bien. Pour dormir un minimum, tous les soirs, nous avons du déplacer le lit juste en dessous de la clim autrement dit contre la porte d’entrée pour avoir un peu de frais et un peu d’air. Quel dommage car sans cette histoire de clim, notre séjour aurait été parfait. A cause de cela, nous n’avons pas été satisfaits.

Все хорошо, номер светлый, чистый, просторный, современный🫶…очень удобный, балкон, с боковым видом на море👌, но вечером не работала подсветка на балконе…🤷‍♂️, пляж рядом, хотя на него не попали), был другой…) Питание 💣… все👌, но на ужин не хватало порционных салатов(), то что было…ну не то..() спасибо большое за десерты😇🔥, уборка номера просто супер🫶, всегда чисто и аккуратно 🫶, спасибо большое! Ну и интернет)), работал👌, но телевизор, не работал вообще((((.Расстроило…

Ми чудово провели відпочинок у цьому готелі. Персонал дуже привітний, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти. Сніданки були смачні, зі свіжими продуктами та хорошим вибором страв. Номер прибирали щодня, тому всюди було чисто й охайно. Готель розташований дуже близько до моря, що було великою перевагою. Особливо хочеться відзначити, що в готелі було дуже тихо. Не було шумних вечірок чи гулянок, тому можна було спокійно відпочити та добре виспатися. Дякуємо всій команді готелю за чудовий сервіс! Із задоволенням повернулися б сюди ще раз і рекомендуємо цей готель усім, хто шукає комфортний і спокійний відпочинок.

The food was more than enough. It was varied, to meet any request (gluten-free, decaf coffee, many kinds of bread). I gained weight after this holiday :). Every day, the food was different, varied, and healthy. Thank you for this! We spent this holiday with our friends, whom we surprised by appearing there. Thanks to Anette, who was so kind to explain to us in detail how to get to interesting and amazing places in Mallorca!

We liked everything.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were kind, helpful and friendly. Great location for access to beach, transport to Palma and the airport. This is my 2nd visit to the hotel and will definitely come again.

A water station to fill up water bottles. This would help the environment and prevent build up of masses of plastic bottles that the cleaners have to deal with. So a win win all around.

Excellent location with easy access to the beach, a nearby bus stop, and convenient connections to both the airport and Palma city. The hotel also offers affordable car rental directly at the reception, which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. The pool area was cozy and relaxing, the staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the beach was wide, clean, and well-maintained, with reasonably priced sunbeds.

The only downside was the air conditioning, which blew directly onto the bed and made it uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, wir hatten nur einen Schrank für 11 Tage Aufenthalt für 2 Personen, keine Schubladen, die Koffer standen neben den Betten, das Bad hat auch wenig Abstellstellfläche und keinen Spiegel in dem man sich ganz sieht.... das braucht man doch als Frau..... ich bin immer zum Fahrstuhl da war ein Ganzkörperspiegel. Das schlimmste war aber die laute Beschallung mit z.T. nerviger, monotoner Musik am Pool von morgens bis Abends.... das hat mich fast zum Massenmörder werden lassen, von Erholung keine Spur. Essen war in Ordnung, hätte da aber von der Auswahl was anderes erwartet. 4 Sterne hat das Hotel nicht verdient.

L'hotel si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, a due passi dalla spiaggia. E' molto semplice trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Secondo me è un'ottima base per poter girare la parte dell'isola non troppo distante da Palma. (Palma città dista pochi minuti di macchina, l'aeroporto è vicinissimo). La stanza era piuttosto grande e con una pulizia perfetta. Gentile lo staff. Hotel 4 stelle con una piscina non molto grande che noi non abbiamo mai utilizzato per mancanza di tempo

Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr gut und alles dabei was man braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut , ganz in der Nähe vom Flughafen, Bushaltestelle , Strand und Promenade. Obwohl das Hotel doch an ein Kreisverkehr befindet, hört man nichts im Zimmer, wir hatten das Zimmer mit Meerblick.

Die Zimmer etwas klein und die Wände könnten ein Anstrich gebrauchen.

Really amazing and helpful staff, especially Ms. Monica. Food was great, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Even though it’s close to the airport it wasn’t noisy. Highly recommended, definitely will go back next time!!

Great location - the village is quiet, good now crowded beach in front of the hotel, the best view - like on photo! Friendly staff, +~normal price. Smart TV is a big plus for late evenings. Super comfortable rooftop

We booked it because of the incredible reviews but it was not what we expected. I NEVER leave reviews usually but felt like if I knew all these points beforehand, I wouldn’t have booked it. - it’s right next to a pretty busy road (big roundabout) so from all balconies you hear cars all the time - the pool is also right next to the road so not exactly the nicest place to hang out - walls are SO thin. We could hear absolutely everything from neighbors, or when people were talking outside - cleaning staff would start around 7.30 and would talk loudly right in front our door (which in my opinion you could also just whisper at that time), so we woke up every morning around that time - dinner choice is pretty limited- it’s often 2-3 main meals with the classic sides like chips etc, and only saw one vegetarian option one night - smoking is allowed at dinner (outside) and the pool which is extremely unpleasant for people who don’t smoke/ children etc - gym is very small and doesn’t even have a treadmill so wouldn’t exactly count it as a proper gym - showers only have a 2in1 shower gel + shampoo option, I would expect conditioner as well from a 4 star hotel - in my opinion it’s a 3 star hotel

The location is excellent, the staff are super attentive, and the food is wonderful! On our last day, we checked out at 11 am and were allowed to use the pool, shower, and luggage storage. The terrace is lovely and great for watching the sunset!

The problems were with the TV and the air conditioning in room 110. The TV wasn't working and they only promised to fix it, while the air conditioning wouldn't go above 26 degrees and they also only promised to fix it, but nothing happened during our 6-day stay.

Air conditioning unit was terrible never went below 27 deg the staff said close the balcony door or it won’t work and it take 30 minutes to get cool but only if you are in the room made the stay very uncomfortable.

Spoke with “jonny” on reception to report a fault with fridge and the tv not working. Met with resistance and the guy offered no solution. Awful attitude. Went down to reception to confront him and he tried to gaslight me into saying my energy was wrong when obviously his failure to offer any solution at any time was the cause. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and I can honestly say this guy takes the first place trophy for not only being short and rude and with no solution but being just a typical non ownership type. Sat there mumbling under his breath “oh my god” putting the bridge of nose in his hand and face palming.
