Lo que más nos gustó fue el buffet por la variedad de platos en todas las comidas. Un punto a favor es que aunque no tengas pensión completa puedes comer por 12€/persona. También es de agradecer que puedes dejar las maletas al llegar, y también te ofrecen duchas de cortesía tanto a la entrada como a la salida para que puedas disfrutar de las instalaciones en todo momento. Los espectáculos nocturnos en el salón jacaranda están muy bien, recomendables. En general una estancia muy buena.

Lo que menos nos gustó es que el personal se dirige a las personas en inglés directamente. Entendemos que es un hotel en una zona muy turística y que casi todo el turismo es internacional, pero primero podrían dirigirse en español, parecíamos nosotros los turistas.

Mancanza del bidet, tv con applicazioni inutilizzabili data la mancanza di rete, pranzo/cena di scarsa qualità (salvo alcune preparazioni) e peraltro costoso contando che bisogna pagare le bibite separatamente.

Stanza e bagno spaziosi e puliti.Piscine pulite e molto ben organizzate con ampia scelta di spazi dove poter prendere il sole e spazi all'ombra. Struttura con molto verde.Orari ampi di ristorazione. Receptionist molto cordiali, disponibili e preparati.

Ristorante con ampia scelta che dovrebbe però variare di più, maggiore attenzione nel riassortimento dei piatti finiti , ogni pietanza proposta ha la sua descrizione in varie lingue che molto spesso non corrisponde al piatto stesso, attenzione a come sostituite le portate!!! Lettini in piscina sporcati dai piccioni e cibo e comunque poco puliti, bordo piscina in legno da sistemare!Ill verde è molto apprezzato ma da togliere le piante finte nelle isolette delle piscine,sono inguardabili!!!!

Situado en un lugar inmejorable, y con unas instalaciones maravillosas. Habitaciones amplias, excelente buffet y un trato inmejorable por parte de todo el personal, hacen de el un lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones en familia. Volveremos una y otra vez!

Very honest review after returning from a 10 day holiday with our children (5 & 6 years old). Location - Great location, short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Hotel - Hardly any Aircon! No aircon in the reception, entertainment or restaurant areas. Aircon in the rooms work but not enough. It's an outdated hotel, with some areas needing work. Pools are overcrowded on the bottom level and you need to be up putting a towel down at 6am to get a sunbed. The splash park is quieter (opens at 10) and the kids loved it, however they kept cutting their feet for the first few days on broken tiles - recommend wearing pool shoes! Rooms have a very basic clean everyday - (pre warning- the cleaners do not take notice of the do not disturb sign on the door and walk in without knocking). Our shower wasn't working so reported it to reception and it was fixed the same day. Entertainment - we never saw any day entertainment for the children. There was one lifeguard at the splash park who was brilliant and engaged with the children. Evening entertainment was very basic. Food and drink- Always food available. Restaurant was lovely and clean. Food was nice although a little repetitive. All inclusive cocktails were not the greatest but you can pay for premium ones. Staff in the restaurant are lovely. Late checkout- check out was at 12pm and our transfer was at 7.30pm. you need to go to reception at 8am in the morning to see if you can pay for a later checkout. We were only offered 1 extra hour in the room which is not ideal with young children. Overall, we did not think this is a 4 star hotel. It needs updating/repairs and for the money we paid, we expected more.

We had a great time, weather was lovely and pools were great!

We’ve just returned as a group of 15 after a 10-night all inclusive stay with a mix of adults and children aged 5–16. Overall, it had a few real positives for families, but there were also some issues that affected the comfort and the overall “4-star” feel. What we really liked Pools & splash pool were great, especially for the children. Sunbed availability:despite the size of our group and the number of guests, we were genuinely amazed that we never struggled to find sunbeds. Where it didn’t feel great Rooms are basic:they have everything you need, but they looked tired and could definitely do with updating (especially decor and general upkeep).. Beds weren’t comfortable or several members of our group. Tea/coffee provisions: only provided on arrival. After that, you have to pay around €3 per day to have it topped up. Fridge refills were limited on arrival it included just a small water bottle plus a Coke and Fanta For an all-inclusive stay, this felt quite sparse. Water availability: we found it wasn’t easy to get water around the hotel before 10am Food quality: there was always a choice available, but the quality wasn’t what we expected. It felt heavily focused on seafood/fish, and although there was usually something we could eat, there were a few nights where the options weren’t great. Drinks: the self-serve bar setup was a positive and drinks were topped up regularly. Snacks throughout the day: the snack bar was okay (fries, burgers etc.), and it meant the kids had something accessible between meals. Entertainment & atmosphere Hotel entertainment was very hit and miss. Out of the 10 nights, there was only one evening that we genuinely enjoyed/watched properly even the children didn’t seem interested. The entertainment area is indoors without air conditioning and on some evenings it became uncomfortably warm, leading us to leave. Staff Some staff were polite, but overall we found many were unhelpful or dismissive, especially when trying to sort issues or ask questions. Cleaning / maid service (important for us) Daily maid service felt poor. -We found cigarette ends and rubbish under the beds on arrival, and unfortunately these were still there when we left. We found a bag of cannabis on the balcony on arrival this area had obviously not been cleaned Towels weren’t always changed as expected. Would we return? -Honestly, it isn’t a hotel we’d return to and in our view it isn't 4 star and more like a 2 star - The pools are a definite highlight, but overall the experience fell short of expectations for us — especially for cleanliness, comfort, food quality, and the entertainment.

Honest Review - The Hotel is a little Tired in places but is very big so obviously hard to keep up with The upkeep etc! Food is very hit & miss, Not much difference between days. You can grab snacks at the pool bar between 12.30-4ish, Pools can get busy , Lifeguards can be seen on there phones a lot so watch your kids!! Pool on level 5 much quieter and a bar there also. Entertainment is ok. Loads of places a short walk away! Would I come back, Probably not.

Interconnecting rooms We had room A519-A520 these rooms were spacious, basic and clean and minimal noise, was so handy keeping the interconnecting doors open, family of 6 (2 adults 4 children) Fridges, safes and kettles. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Hotel was basic, clean and tidy. Food was repetitive yet edible and a big selection and there's microwaves if you want to give your food a quick zap. Entertainment was ok, kids enjoyed the disco and Micheal Jackson show. We didn't use the piano bar. Pools were all great 👍 floor around pools were too hit to walk on! (Location is excellent, everything was so close by! We loved siam park, loro parq and monkey park. Taxis were cheap. The market was good, and you can really haggle prices down at the market and in asian shops. The location and views are perfect. There's so much we wanted to do and didn't have time to do. We won't return to Tenerife as it's gone down hill a lot since the last time we were there 10 years ago but we throughly enjoyed ourselves and this hotel, we were very glad to have booked via Jet2 all inclusive with the unlimited Siam park, we definitely needed 10days for sure, we ate out a few times)

Absolute rubbish fight for sun beds cold food bad drinks walkways round pool dangerous

I dont usually write reviews but I dont want anybody else to waste their hard earned money. The only place with air con is in your room, weather was 40° and none of the windows in the restaurant were open as it lets "stale air in" and with some cooking being done where food is served temperatures were easily 60° in the restaurant. Food was very basic and very repetitive with not much variety i had two decent meals in the two weeks we were there and it felt as though they brought out different food when there was new arrivals. Majority of the toilet doors didnt shut properly and the ones that did, didnt have locks on or the locks were put on backwards and some didnt even have handles on, or they were about to come off due to the door being so tight once it was shut. Apparently no swimwear in the restaurant and a woman and her daughter came in wearing a bikini covered but a net outfit yet when my 5yo took his t shirt off in the piano bar because the room was stifling was told he had to put his t shirt on, yet a couple of days later a teenager walks in without a t shirt on and nothing was said. The lifts were out of action more than they were working. You weren't allowed to take your drinks out of the bars, but again other people did it seemed that it was one rule for one and another for others. Some staff were rude, the best waitress was Nogore, she was the only one who asked if everything was fine with the food and actually took time to talk. Some plaster fell from the ceiling and was left there for a few days a d also some fell from the wall. Cockroaches are everywhere. The pools are small for the size of the hotel, and some could have been made wider rather than having islands in them with trees planted the splash park was open and that was really good. The location of the hotel was really good, a 30 second walk to the shops across the road and 2 minute walk to the beach, also a ten mi use walk to costa adeje market and other shop. First time to tenerife and ill definitely be back, just not at this hotel.

Uffffff... Es tanto lo que te go q decir q no creo q tenga espacio .. Sólo llegar, nos encontramos una recepción lenta y mala en la gestión. Una vez entregada llaves nos pusieron en una séptima planta con una persona de 80 años y movilidad reducida. Al salir del ascensor, nos reciben tres cucarachas enormes muertas, pisadas por alguien. La limpieza del apartamento, los muebles repletos de polvo. En la noche, cucarachas en el baño. Bajamos a recepción con las fotos y vídeos de las cucarachas y nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación. Terrible. No había quien durmiera. Pusimos toallas bajo la puerta y balcón cerrado para q no entraran ya q eran voladoras... Un desastre Pagamos 1.700 euros por 4 noches tres personas y la comida q nos ofrecieron era pura basura. Ensaladas, chuletas congeladas y pasta de todo tipo, eso sí, parecía q hacían la comida con las sobras... Los empleados, lo mejor, pero lástima que esté hotel haya bajado tantísimo de nivel... El agua de la piscina, pongo en duda q estuviera apta para el baño. Todo roto y viejo... El director o responsable del hotel debería de dimitir e irse a trabajar al pirs pq de hoteles entiende poco o nada ... Me puse tan tan tan malo con la comida que termine en urgencias con el estómago destrozado... No recomendado para personas q quieran descansar pq los colchones son de cuando franco era corneta... La que limpiaba, entraba, hacia las camas, un poco de ambientador y ya... No fregó el piso jamás y los muebles seguían sucios. Insisto, calidad precio, cero. Para mí y mis acompañantes, es un hotel de 2 estrellas por ser generosos ... La piscinas de arriba con las escaleras rotas y peligrosas. La bebida, de marca blanca y barata Los postres y el pan, todos congelados. Insisto, me da pena por el personal, pero ahí, jamás. Agradecer al director, que debe de ser un golfo, que nos llamara tras el incidente de las cucarachas. No nos llamo ni perri.

Tiene una buena ubicación, cuentan con parking que es una gran ventaja, las instalaciones limpias y muy bonitas.

El personal del hotel (en especial del restaurante, limpieza y bares muy amables y preocupados por nuestro bienestar continuamente. Ha sido una de las cosas que más nos llevamos de nuestra estancia allí. La sepación de las piscinas me parece un acierto para dividir un poco a la gente en dos o más partes del hotel.

Si buscas tranquilidad en las piscinas para tomar el sol no lo tendrás. En los carteles claramente indica que no se pueden lanzar los niños a las piscinas, que está prohibido introducir hinchables pero absolutamente ninguna de estas cosas se cumple. Cuando te metes, estas completamente rodeado de gente lanzándose y con flotadores, sin ningún tipo de orden. A las 7:00 de la mañana ya no tienes sitio para poner tu toalla, porque aunque está prohibido reservar las hamacas, nadie del hotel vela porque esto suceda. A las 7:30 todas las hamacas cubiertas y nadie en la piscina. Mucha suerte buscando sitio. El tema de las bebidas de "Todo Incluído" es muy, pero que muy mejorable. Ni un mojito te puedes tomar porque te lo cobran. Café con leche incluido pero capuchino no... Bebidas preparadas en dispensadores el 100% (incluído el restaurante). Bebidas alcohólicas sin ningún tipo de vigilancia de menores.

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel ha sido agridulce. Creo que es un alojamiento que puede resultar muy adecuado para familias con niños que buscan entretenimiento y actividades durante sus vacaciones. Sin embargo, si el objetivo es disfrutar de unos días de descanso y desconexión en pareja, considero que no es la opción más recomendable. Hemos estado alojados durante el mes de agosto, por lo que entendemos perfectamente que haya una gran afluencia de huéspedes. El problema, desde nuestro punto de vista, no es la cantidad de personas, sino la falta de control en determinadas zonas. Por ejemplo, hemos llegado a coincidir con más de 12 colchonetas en una piscina, además de niños jugando a la pelota, que en algunas ocasiones nos ha golpeado, o empujones en los bordes. Entendemos que son situaciones propias de un hotel familiar, pero creemos que debería existir una mayor supervisión y unas normas más claras, especialmente por una cuestión de seguridad. La limpieza de la habitación nos ha parecido correcta. Las instalaciones, en general, creemos que podrían mejorar, sobre todo las relacionadas con la zona de piscina. Sin duda, lo mejor de nuestra estancia ha sido el personal del hotel. Queremos destacarlo especialmente porque nos hemos encontrado con trabajadores amables, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, además de recibirnos habitualmente con una sonrisa. Para nosotros, su trato ha marcado una diferencia muy positiva durante la estancia y creemos que es justo reconocerlo. En definitiva, nuestra valoración no pretende ser una crítica negativa hacia el hotel, sino una reflexión desde nuestra experiencia. Si viajas en familia y buscas un hotel con ambiente, actividades y entretenimiento para los niños, probablemente sea una buena opción. Si, como en nuestro caso, buscas una escapada en pareja para descansar, relajarte y desconectar, creemos que hay alternativas que pueden encajar mejor.

En realidad todo estaba muy bien,las habitaciones,los desayunos las comidas y las cenas tematicas. Los espectaculos para todas las edades y las instalaciones correctas,los empleados educados y serviciales.

La falta de respecto del resto de los inquilinos.no respectan nada. En las piscinas juegan con balones donde hay carteles que esta prohibido balones y flotadores, es imposible relajarse en el agua.los vigilantes llaman la atencion algunos y otro solo estan ahi para cobrar, pero los padres son los principales culpables por no darles la educacion que se merecen a los crios. Bastante vergonzoso la verdad. Tambien lo de reservar amaca y sombrilla esta prohibido pero alli se hace igualmente y ningun encargado e gerente se ocupa de vaciarlas para que eso no pase. Los baños son anticuados eso si, podrian renovarlos al menos la ducha, el resto esta bien todo.

Good location, very large hotel, the buffet served more than enough options by far, I am not one who likes a bland buffet and even I found lots of good, high protein, well seasoned meals, one night they had a delicious paella. Nice roof top pool area, was happy with the room as well.

This definitely NOT a 4 hotel the rooms are very dated and tatty .We were in room 426 and to be honest as soon as we opened the door it felt depressing .We faced the main road the balcony was dark with no sunshine at all !.It felt like being put in a cell .We went as a family of 8 so 4 in one room and 4 in the other we weren’t put next door to each other as is general practice for a group booking we were miles apart from other. The hotel is a big hotel which had as I can only explain as dark tunnels to other parts of the hotel. The staff are generally polite but some are rude !The cleaners weren’t the best they either come first thing in the morning and get you up or late afternoon when you feel like a siesta 🙄and don’t clean to good standard . The food is edible I suppose but it is li”luke warm and repetitive . I would not come back to this hotel it really is a dump more like 2 star and we payed for a 4 star hotel.

The beach is not far from this hotel, and there is a shopping strip right outside including a supermarket. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There are 3 pools on the ground floor and another couple on level 5. The hotel runs activities every evening, from gymnastics displays to cabaret acts. The food is wide ranging for a variety of different tastes. Great value for money. We will definitely be going again.

Nice location, near the beach and kind staff

Installations need renewal. All included option does not include drinks. Reception and restaurant staff doesn't inform about it. However, they give you a receipt without inform you about the price and that the drinks will be charged to the room.

Location is good, near to beach, shopping centers and busstop. The hotel is a bit out dated, you can see that in the halls and bathroom (block G). Lobby, restaurant and pool are better maintained. The beds are a bit stiff, but that is what I like (75-80kg). I had a good night sleep, even without alcohol :). Everyday the room is cleaned properly. Staff is very friendly at reception, restaurant and bar(s). The restaurant lacks atmosphere, but I didn't mind. Food was good enough. Every day there is a different theme for diner. There was some noise when other guests walked down the hall with suite cases, due to the tiles. No other noises which had an effect on the stay. In my opinion price/quality value is good.

Возле главного бассейна курить запрещено, нужно выходить из отеля и курить стоя возле урны, не очень приятно идти через все лобби отеля в купальнике.Курить можно возле бассейна на крыше , в уголке отведенным для курильщиков. Кровати - они были на колесиках которые фиксировались что бы кровать не ездила по полу, но даже эти фиксаторы не помогали , кровать очень перемещалась даже после того как ты повернулся на другой бок. Мы с мужем засыпали рядом а просыпались по отдельности , так как две односпальные кровати сдвинутые в одну за ночь отдалялись друг от друга 😂

Ana-Maria from reception was very helpful and miss Celia too... Pool are very nice. Atmosphere in hotel is relaxing and free for happyness. Food not very good but diversity make the chalange for making yourself taste.

Pyszne jedzenie, codziennie sprzątane pokoje, lokalizacja, miła obsługa hotelowa. Idealne miejsce do wypoczynku. I zawsze jakieś miejsce parkingowe było przy hotelu. Ogromne pokoje, wanna z hydromasażem.

Quizá lo único que sugiero es que las actividades tengan un poquito más en cuenta al turista español. En la mini disco y demás actuaciones a veces no nos entrábamos bien de las cosas xq las decían en otros idiomas.

El personal siempre muy amable y simpático . En especial Johanna del Bar Piscina me ayudo mucho. Pero en general todos.

El hotel se ve viejo y descuidado por parte de mantenimiento. Muy sucio a los alrededores del hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Best Jacaranda for 10 days. Starting with the positives, the hotel is in a fantastic location. It's close to almost everything, with the beach only a few minutes' walk away. There are two hills on the way back to the hotel which aren't particularly steep, but in the heat they can be challenging, especially for older guests or families with young children. Even so, the location is ideal. Costa Adeje Market is around a 10-minute walk away, there are plenty of shops right outside the hotel, and the bus stop for Siam Mall and Siam Park is just minutes away. The pool areas were excellent. There are four pools on the lower level, all of which are a consistent depth rather than gradually sloping, so be aware that the deep pool is very deep. On the upper level there are three more pools: a gradual-entry saltwater pool, which my little one absolutely loved, a baby pool, and another smaller but quite deep pool. There are also two pool bars, one in each pool area, which was very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, and the housekeeping staff were lovely. We received fresh towels every day, although our bed sheets were only changed once during our 10-day stay. Normally, this wouldn't bother me, but considering the length of our stay and the hot weather, I expected them to be changed more often. The rooms, however, are very dated and could definitely benefit from refurbishment. We stayed in Room 865, and my family stayed in Room 864; both rooms had cracks around the bathroom door and showed signs of wear and tear. The rooms included a small fridge, a safe, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable, although the sofa bed wasn't the best. Thankfully, our little one didn't seem to mind. Unfortunately, there were several small issues with the room. Everything was set up for only two guests, despite there being three people in each room. There were only two chairs on the balcony and only two drinking glasses. We didn't raise this ourselves, although another guest told us she had mentioned it, and nothing changed. There was also no dressing table or vanity area, which wasn't ideal, especially if you're travelling with teenagers or planning to get dressed up for the evening. The only mirror for makeup and other things was in the bathroom, along with the only suitable socket for hair straighteners or curling tongs. As there was no extractor fan, the bathroom became very steamy, making it inconvenient if someone needed to shower while another person was getting ready. There were also very few power sockets in the room, and some didn't work properly, as was the case with a couple of the lights. We didn't report these issues because we managed to work around them, but they are worth mentioning. The biggest disappointment, however, was the food. I'd read mixed reviews before arriving, but unfortunately, they were accurate. If you're considering staying here, I honestly wouldn't recommend paying for the all-inclusive package. I understand buffet food isn't always perfect, but much of it was either dry, undercooked, or overcooked. We've stayed at several all-inclusive hotels before, so we know what to expect, and this was definitely below the standard we anticipated. Considering the extra cost of all-inclusive, the quality should be much better. The children's food options were also very limited. Even at the pool bar, there were only burgers and hot dogs available. If you have a child who doesn't like those foods, there weren't many alternatives. Something simple like chicken nuggets would have been a great addition, as they're a popular option for many children. A few of the lifts were also out of service during our stay. At busy times, the working lifts became very crowded, and because of the hotel's layout, having all of them operational is really important. To get to our room, we often had to take the lift from the main reception to the fifth floor, walk across the pool area, and then take a second lift up to the eighth floor. It became quite inconvenient, especially after a long day or in the heat. That said, the floor we stayed on was very quiet, and we had no issues with noise during our stay. The alcohol was another disappointment. If you're happy drinking the local beer, you'll probably be fine, as my husband didn't mind it. However, the cocktails included with the all-inclusive package were all made from pre-mixed syrups from a machine, and we didn't think they tasted very nice. There were premium cocktails available for an additional charge, and while they were noticeably better, it felt a little unfair to have to pay extra after already paying for the all-inclusive package. One positive was the downstairs pool bar, where you could pour your own drinks, which was convenient. Unfortunately, the mixers weren't particularly nice, which took away from the overall experience. There also wasn't much poolside entertainment compared to other hotels we've stayed at. There was an aqua aerobics session each day, but it was always the same song and only lasted for that one routine. There was also a game of water polo, but apart from that, there wasn't much else happening around the pool during the day. Another issue was getting a sunbed. Although the hotel has a policy stating that sunbeds cannot be reserved, by around 7:30 a.m., nearly all of the downstairs beds had already been claimed with towels. You could usually still find a bed elsewhere, but not in the best locations. The frustrating part was that many of these reserved sunbeds remained empty for hours, with towels left on them while no one returned, making the hotel's policy seem unenforced. Overall, Hotel Best Jacaranda has an excellent location, great pool facilities, and friendly staff, but the outdated rooms and disappointing food quality let it down. If we returned, we would probably stay on a room-only basis so we could enjoy the many excellent restaurants nearby instead.

Stayed all inclusive for 10 days, two adults and one 9 year old child. Pros - Rooms a good size and clean. - Plenty of pools to choose from with varying depths. - Good selection of food, although not so much if you don't like seafood. - Self service bar. - Good location, close to amenities, bus stops and market. - Pool towels provided for deposit. - Friendly restaurant, bar and cleaning staff. - Piano bar is a good space to relax. Cons - Found reception staff unfriendly and not particularly helpful. - Weren't allowed to use basketball court with no explanation other than "it's closed". - Maintenance issues - broken / sunken drain at pool for days not cordoned off, lift broken for 10 days we were there. - No shower gel in booked courtesy room, seemed a hassle when we asked for some. - Night time entertainment was poor. Overall a bit disappointing for a 4 star, wouldn't return.

So let's start: Problem is my wallet was emptied out in my 4th day there . Most easy to point the finger is staff, rather than imagining someone parkouring over the balconies and opening the balcony door which was closed, as there wasn't anything else missing from the room. Most of the money was in the safe, just some spending money in the wallet, left untended for a few hours, even took my doctors prescriptions. Rooms: Outdated 3/5 Staff 2/5: Disappointing, I barely sat at the dinner table, staff came in asked if we would like something to drink, I said let me a couple of minutes to decide, took the menu of the table and left. No other further interaction. Water is free at breakfast but at dinner you can only buy it. Went to talk to the manager: basically said nothing we can do(in more politically correct words) , go talk to the police. Cleaning: Only changed towels and did beds, does not sweep or vacuum the room. Rules of the hotel are only there in writing not enforced by anyone. People are reserving sunbeds at 6-7 in the morning although it says it's forbidden. Because of the theft my review will remain 1 star for the hotel. Except this, the price is just a bit high for what they are offering, but reasonable enough given the location of the hotel, 10 min walk to the beach/port/malls etc.

The location is great with a lot to offer to families, and extremely enjoyable experiences. But I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Ana at the reception. She helped us with a super room, a lot of advices regarding our choices for the holiday that proved helpful. She made our staying at this hotel great throughout her actions and advices. The atmosphere is as it should be in a large hotel but what I appreciated is the hours picked for meals. Those are great, I didn’t felt tired or pressed by those. I cannot say many things because we liked having a stroll and admire the ocean so we weren’t staying at the hotel. The value is a matter of personal evaluation, for us was a good value for money and a great memories for our children Anghel Family

We have stayed here several times.We feel the standard of the evening meals has slipped quite a bit. It wouldn't stop us going here again. We will just do breakfast. Not all inclusive or half board. The pool area got quite dirty .food and drink utensils left lying around this definitely needs to be attended too.

Visited this hotel for the last 3 years my children absolutely love it entertainment it’s brilliant. Ana very good friendly and very approachable. Dario Edu Angles Mattia All fantasist.

The location was ok. The room was spacious. The food was varied and you could pick from a lot of things.

Some features in the room didn’t work and the reception said it’s normal. The cleaning staff didn’t change the bed sheets in a week and didn’t change the towels even if we put them on the floor. The sun beds in the pool area weren’t enough for all the people in the hotel. The bathrooms in the restaurant area weren’t ventilated and there was always a bad smell. Noise on the hallways after 11pm.

So i went in mid june, weather was lush. The hotel does look a lil older fashioned / not as modern but inside with the pool/rooms view in centre it is infact beautiful! Our room was actually very nice, once again not new and modern but cozy and cute, bed was cozy and bathroom was nice. Clean. We were half board, food was ok. Lots of choice but breakfast was a little tasteless, but had pastries / hot cooked food, crepes, ect ect and made to order omleyes and fresh fruit - was nice but just did not taste of much! Dinner had a theme every night so stayed similar but did have some changes each night was was nice, once again i personally found it not to be very tasteful but was nice. If i was to go back i’d probably do breakfast or room only and eat out as lots of options around! Pools were nice. Location was great - 10 min walk from the beach, and 15 min walk from a beautiful beach called Playa Duque! Overall great hotel, reception staff weren’t the smilest and warmest but canteen staff were all so lovely! Would come back :) Also if you go to tenerife you must go to Sian park!!!

Egy hetet töltöttünk a hotelben. A szálloda 4 csillagosként van feltüntetve, azonban véleményem szerint a valóság ezt sajnos nem tükrözi. A szoba állapota kifejezetten csalódást keltő volt: a függönyök koszosak voltak, hajszálakat találtunk a csapon és a padlón, a fürdőkád tisztasága és általános állapota pedig szintén hagyott kívánnivalót maga után. A napi takarítás nagyjából a törölközők cseréjére korlátozódott, érdemi tisztasági javulást nem tapasztaltunk. A kültéri napernyők állapota sem volt megfelelő, láthatóan régóta nem újították fel vagy cserélték őket. Az utolsó este ráadásul a szobánk felé tartva egy csótánnyal is találkoztunk a napozórész közelében, ami különösen kellemetlen élmény volt. Az étterem viszont pozitív benyomást tett ránk. Bár a reggeli minden nap szinte teljesen ugyanaz volt, az ételek ízletesek voltak. A vacsora választéka változatosnak bizonyult, és az ételek minőségével is elégedettek voltunk. Összességében a szálloda állapota és tisztasága nem felelt meg a 4 csillagos besorolással szemben támasztott elvárásainknak, ugyanakkor az étterem színvonala pozitívumként emelhető ki.

Easy access, very nice facilities all round some staff friendly others not so much but that’s anywhere would stay again. Close to the beach-ish great shops across the road

Was a cockroach first night had to call twice for someone to come up (I know that sound dramatic) that’s me clutching at straws though everything else can’t really think of a flaw, they sent someone up to my room but the cockroach went under the floor board so they gave us a spray for when it came back out so overall I feel it was handled great for something that couldn’t be avoided really.

I booked this hotel through Jet2 holidays and was due to go with my parents and 2 children 9 &6. Unfortunately my parents couldn't make it so travelled with my kids. You have to be up early to get a sun lounger as people put their towels down early, not my idea of a relaxing holiday so we just took whatever was left. On the 2nd day my daughter became very unwell and the usual painkillers didn't seem to be breaking her temperature and when she stood up she was dizzy. I called reception as I couldn't leave the room but my 6 year old still needed water & food. I explained the situation and they replied that they don't offer room service, again I said my youngest didn't have food or water but they reiterated their policy is they do not offer room service. Not one ounce of human compassion for a 6 year old but happy to take our money. We had the doctor out and I contacted Jet2 in the UK who told me that was the hotels policy and they couldn't influence that. Luckily I was contacted by Jet2 rep of the hotel Isabella who came to the room and saw the situation we were in and took my 6 year old for some food & juice and checked on us every day. As long as the hotel is filling its money coffers who cares what's happening to their guests eh. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, what an awful way to treat your guests.

Hello. I will remember my stay at the hotel very fondly. What influenced my review was the friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurants, who were always smiling and eager to help. The room was always clean, and the cleaning ladies were incredibly nice. The hotel's location is perfect, close to everything. For less demanding guests who prefer to spend time by the pool, there are several pools here. Everyone will surely find something to enjoy. As for the meals, there's something for everyone, always a buffet, and the themed dinners are a big plus. Warmest regard’s to all the staff who helper make my say unforgettably.

We had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Best Jacaranda. The hotel is exactly as described, with a very good location, close to everything you may need during a holiday. The food was very good, varied and plentiful, with many options available every day. We also appreciated the swimming pools, especially the warm water pool for children, which was perfect for our little one. A special thank you to Ana from the reception team. She was extremely kind, helpful and professional throughout our stay. She always welcomed us with a smile, had a lot of patience and gave us many useful recommendations whenever we needed assistance. Her attitude made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her support. Thank you, Ana, and thank you to the Best Jacaranda team! We highly recommend this hotel.

Thanks to Eduardo / Mattia / Dario and all the team for helping give the children such a good experience on there first trip abroad - we really enjoyed our time here Every member of staff in the restaurant/ bars / reception are very friendly and accommodating If I’m honest the arcade wasn’t great very few machines worked and there are no out of order signage so you waste money or time having to get it back, that area is also not the cleanest despite being for children but it wouldn’t stop me from coming back!

I was apprehensive about this hotel. I had read some very negative reviews prior to our departure. We arrived later than scheduled at night. Check in was easy and we had been given an accessible room as requested. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and conducive to a good nights sleep. The blockout curtains were very effective and the floor we stayed on was quiet. The bathroom was spacious with a walk in, mid height taps and shower seat if needed. Hot water was plentiful and water pressure was good. The towels were not marked or threadbare. They too were spotlessly clean and fit for purpose. Our room and balcony were cleaned and floors mopped daily during our stay. The pool area was clean with a plentiful supply of loungers. The grounds were interspersed with tropical plants and flowers providing bursts of colour..The unexpected surprise was the restaurant. It was well planned and spacious. It’s designated tables for disabled and guests with limited mobility.. these tables were placed closer to the buffet area. Yes the food is buffet style. There was always pasta dishes and beef burgers and chips. The remainder of the choices were varied a different roast meat daily, seafood including crayfish and prawns, stir fry’s. There was a plentiful supply cold meats, cheese and bread. The presentation was lovely and often interspersed with flowers. Water, non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks were available. Considering the size of the resort and the number of guests catered for it never once felt like canteen mass produced food or food of a poorer quality.. The hotel needed a littleTLC in a few areas. There were some cracked floor tiles near the lifts..The decor was lovely but the colour scheme a little dated. Nevertheless the communal areas we kept clean, tidy and litter free. The jewel in the crown of this hotel has to be the stall. All staff encountered throughout our stay were pleasant and helpful and had the best needs of their guests at heart. Queries and requests were dealt with efficiently. Many went above and beyond their duties to help. This enhanced our stay. We have nothing negative today about our personal experience of staying at the lovely Best Jacaranda hotel.

I will share positive and negative of this hotel. and there are not many positives. do not listen to the amazing reviews below, it will lull you into a trap. positive - its close to the beach. and maids are great. that about does it for positives. negative - staffing -- on arrival, reception staff rude, uninterested and I even once witnessed one of the staff mutter something under breath after a dissagreement. bar staff slamming fridge doors and one staff member didnt know how to pour a small pint. when attending the dinner hall for evening meal you needed to try and locate a staff member for a drink, please note you will not be asked if you would like one! it would be beneficial for the staff to undertake some training in customer service. Maintenance- in room we have exposed wiring on our kettle which does not work on arrival, door hanging off its hinges which is dangerous for children. room overlooks something from fast and furious, a dirty old parking lot. the pool on top floor has wooden peices missing and the floorboards. dented in when walking across pool, the ladder when leaving the pool is almost pulling away. the lower pool has bars missing where little children can easily get into the bigger pool, major hazard. the toilets had a major leak whilst we was staying, the leak occurred on the bottom floor, urine all over. this was also close to the pool area. cracks in the tiles on the lower area, main pool. easily lead to injuries. chairs in the entertainment room are faulty and there are missing wooden peices on the tables. noise levels, the rooms have paper thin walls. tragic really. Food - cold food AM and PM. the pool bar is open for dinner service, I witnessed birds eating from the buffet, this was not changed or replenished. the food was then consumed by children after the birds had been eating. if you are going all inclusive remember there are only 4 cocktails to choose from and lads please remember the ale is like warm carling. disaster. entertainment- for a family hotel the hotel is lacking. entertainment that was planned on the board but then didnt happen. the kids show lasts for 20 mins. no structure to the shows. when entering the venue the bar does not open for 20 minutes, sitting waiting for a drink. the shows finish at 10am. then your option is to attend the piano bar which reminded me of a funeral, lights turned on brightly with no atmosphere, all staff disinterested and the whole experience of the entertainment was diabolical. bingo with toothpicks instead of pens was interesting. please be aware that this is a cashless venue until you check out, if you are not all inclusive you will be asked to pay a bill at the end of your stay. hope this helps.

Hotel in general was passable, not 4*. Rooms are dated and need updating. Especially the bathroom. Our bath was showing rust on the side. Bathroom door and frame had damage caused by water. Floor tiles showing signs of some remedial grouting work.

Overall my holiday was amazing i believe a holiday is what you make it. I try not to dwell on the negative as it just ruins your holiday however for this review i will be honest Room. very happy big comfy beds big balcony kettle in room and fridge big bathroom hot shower Reception staff- the gentleman with the shaved head was so welcoming polite and helpful Buffet hit an miss the staff 10/10 the food lots variety but im fussy and struggled with the differnt meats Bar’s amazing during the day but at 6pm all outdoor bars close this is annoying it’s still very hot and would be nice to be able to sit outside and have an evening drink. Salon bar is inside and this is where the entertainment is the Micheal Jackson show was amazing. acrobat show was boring and like watching paint dry. the kids disco repetitive costumes looked like Halloween outfits and only on for half hour. The salon bar closes early around 10.30 you cant get a drink by 11pm the hotel turns all balcony lights off around 11pm so you can’t even sit outside there and have a drink after the entertainment has finished. Staff some walk round looking miserable and in snack bar staff extremely rude slamming fridges and here u go kind of attitude not what you want on a holiday u spent so much on. Pools. So around 6 in total ones on roof are the best I think more chilled kids had loads of fun choosing which pool an we spent a lot of happy times by pool Location amazing close to everything you need Hotel up keep I visited this hotel 20 years ago and it was so much nicer then. The tiles around the pool out side the kids club are broken with loose pieces very slippy floor. New pool being worked on that looks like it may have some features in it be interesting to see what it is. Overall I paid jus under 2000 for a family of 3 with a free child place fot 7 days it only cost me 3000 for Mexico for 2 people for 2 wks in comparison I feel this holiday over priced when you get here your encouraged to up grade your all inclusive to gold only 4 cocktails are included in the standard and they come out a machine and dont taste very nice any of the nicer ones you have to pay for felt it’s a bit of a con everything in Mexico was included in the price of the holiday. The hotel 20 years ago was so so much better the entertainment back then was amazing the staff back then were a lot friendlier. The big question would I stay here again……. Yes I would I did enjoy my holiday it really wasn’t all bad when talking to other guests was the same things they were moaning about a lack of smoking areas.

Good hotel but not a 4 star, more like 3. Rooms clean but dated. Food was ok although texmex night and the pulled pork and garlic wedges are something I will be dreaming about for a while! Great location. Entertainment ok too however we only did a few of the nights and have older kids so the mini disco wasnt something we're interested in. Most of the staff are friendly. Facilities wise, snooker tables dont work properly and the arcade area is full of holes and mould. All in all though we had a great time, no major complaints and it is a good, cheap all inclusive hotel.

Not so great if honest for me and family

We have just returned home following a 7 night visit to this hotel on an All Inclusive basis, as a family of 4 (2 Adults, 2 children aged 6 and 3). This hotel isn’t a 4* hotel, more lightly to be a 3* with some additional facilities which most probably won’t use. Having visited Tenerife (Costa Adeje) on 20 occasions in the past 14 years, we have stayed in a number of hotels with a similar star rating and a similar price. This hotel doesn’t come anywhere close to the other 4* hotels in the area. We thought it was like the Solana from Benidorm! To keep this review as balanced as possible, I have noted the positives and negatives, to hopefully give an idea of what to expect, if you decide to visit this hotel. During our visit, the hotel was at a busy period (may half term for British schools) and quite a few guests from Italy and France. Notes: -Pool towels were available for a 10€ deposit per towel, which was refunded upon departure. -If you have a late flight, you won’t find out if you’re able to keep your room until 8am on the day of departure (not ideal with two children or if you like to plan ahead). Shower rooms can be booked for a 30 minute slot - this is a very strict 30 minutes too! We did ask if we could keep our room until 5pm on our second day, so asking early doesn’t help either. -One of the “big” pools and one baby pool is heated. -The hotel is quite big over 9 floors and can be confusing when first arriving, as to where to go. -Sun loungers aren’t able to be reserved, which isn’t enforced. Be prepared to be down at 7am if you don’t want to be in the shade. -Inflatables aren’t able allowed in one of the pools on floor 0 - I know other hotels don’t allow them. -Kids clubs are available for children aged 4+. -Restaurant dress code - shorts were able to be worn, just no beach wear on an evening. -There is an undeniable thirst for the hotel to upsell everything they possibly can. You can upgrade pillows for 10€, refill the free coffee in your room for 3€, upgrade rooms for a daily charge, every bar offers a daily cocktail for 3€, parking is 10€ per day, upgrade to premium drinks 15€ per person for a minimum of 3 days. All of this is constantly displayed on TVs around the hotel and on posters wherever they can put them. It’s constantly in your face. This wouldn’t be so bad, if the basic items were satisfactory. Positives -Location is very good and close to Fañabé beach, handy for restaurants and bars. -The food choice in the restaurant was good, for breakfast, lunch time and dinner. There was a snack bar by the pool serving burgers, chips etc, which the children enjoyed. The hotel did provide theme nights each night including Italian, tex mex etc. -There are posters up notifying guests of busy periods in the restaurant, which is helpful to avoid busy times. -The lady cleaning our room (block H floor 7) was lovely and very good - she should be recognised for her efforts. -Bar staff came across friendly and helpful. -A selection of Ice creams and ice lollies were included at both pool bars, along with slushes. Be aware the items on the large posters at the bars aren’t included, refer to the smaller laminated menus on the bar to see what is included. -The room was clean and spacious - the only positives you can take from the room. -The reception staff were great upon check in, although some could do with some training in customer service. There is a small gym and children’s play area which is in the shade - perfect if it’s hot. Negatives: -Two of the bars within the barrier segregating the baby pool and larger pools have bars missing allowing children to swim between them - a safety concern!! -The whole hotel needs a major renovation - the place is tired, with broken tiles, missing lift electrics with exposed cables (floor 7 block H). -Smoking areas are located at entrances into the hotel from the pool area. -Cleanliness in external areas and in common areas needs to be addressed. It probably doesn’t help when guests eat at sun loungers and leave dirty plates lying around - it’s a personal bug-bare. -The beds were very uncomfortable. -The air con unit leaked repeatedly for 7 days. We reported this to reception on a number of occasions to reception with no resolution. The water pooling on the floor caused the youngest child to slip on the tiled floor. Photo included of this. - Drinks - the beer at the pool bar is horrific - may as well be the slop from the beer pump tray. Soft drinks were flat in most of the self serve dispensers. Water dispensers would be a good addition! - Missing, loose and broken tiles around the hotel including outside of lifts and in busy communal areas - this needs major attention and isn’t just in one location. There were loose and broken tiles around the pool on floor 0. - Condition of the areas around the main pool (floor 0). The decking needs attention- missing fixings, very hot (it’s dark in colour) and very slippery. Over the 7 days we were there, I saw a number of people (adults and children) slip and cause injuries. We personally wouldn’t visit again until such time as this hotel receives a full refurbishment, given the price point of the hotel and its faults (see below). There are far better hotels in Costa Adeje around a similar price point.

A really beautiful building and great choices of delicious food at every meal. However, the kids club was appalling. They coloured. That’s it. There’s nothing in the kids club area except tables and chairs and all they did was colour. No games, no activities, nothing. It is not clear what’s included in All Inclusive and what isn’t. No one tells you at any point you have to guess as you go along. The mini disco entertainers are sub-par, costumes are cheap and activities are repetitive. The entertainment space is old, worn and lack-lustre. There are few toilets anywhere except in rooms and the entire resort needs some serious TLC. Wouldn’t stay agin.
