Rooms not very soundproof

Decent breakfast. A good location and staff were accommodating when trying to arrange a quiet room.

Er waren maar 3 ligbedden bij het zwembad. Slecht ontbijt en het was er erg druk in de kleine ontbijtruimte.

The location was good for walking to the Main Street and close to the wine route highways. The beds were comfortable and the main floor room was easy to access.

As we weren’t travelling with children, we should have asked for a room further away from the pool.

Breakfast was great, looked forward to it each morning. The lady hosting was very friendly and kept us happy.

Hot tub was just ok, the jets were a bit weak even after turning them on. Pool was fine for cooling off.

The pool area was great. The room was a good size. The pillows were comfy.

No elevator so it was a bit of a struggle getting all our stuff to the 3rd floor

Ideal location, walkable to Gyro Beach and many restaurants, stayed here 2 summers in a row. Perfect for families with kids who enjoy the pool.

BBQ''s can use a bit more TLC or maybe be replaced, however good enough for burgers, pizza and wings Bring your own cooking spray, brush and tongs We had a suite with a kitchenette, so we lucked out with some supplies. Like a cutting board, large knife and bowls.

The property was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

There was a water advisory that we did not know about at the time of the booking and we have kids and elderly with us. There was 3 families that booked this facility and we could not use the hot tub, pool or showers which caused a great inconvenience for me and my family members as we were expecting to have a good trip and use all the advantages this hotel had to offer

The beds were comfortable and sheets were good quality.

The shower has one temperature, the valve wouldn’t move left or right, it seemed as if it was temepature controlled

Phil was the perfect host

The room was very clean and large with two queen size beds. The building entry security was good. The juicy fruit farms and one of the USA border entry points are close. The window shading mechanism to block out the view and light from outside was great. The facility is very close from grocery stores, gas stations, and is easy to access from the major road system.

It was pricy for the location. Balcony had other residents' foot traffic from the facility swimming pool.

Suggestion…put grab bars in Bathtub …we are seniors and felt a little unsafe while showering.. also provide a bath mat for the tub.

The facilities and location make it very attractive. The cost is good and the breakfast attendant was on top of everything

The hotel seems a bit dated, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub outdoors would be great for visiting families. There is a basic breakfast included that is mainly continental with a pancake making machine for something warm. Restaurants and the main pub are all within 10 minutes walk down the street and there is a grocery store and fast food across the street. Phil at the front desk is a gem!

The bathrooms are a bit dated and quite small. The rooms are not very soundproofed, so you do hear quite a lot of noise from other guests

Breakfast was great. The space was clean, tables were clean, it was not busy and the staff was very nice.

Our room only had one chair for 3 people. We are used to a lot of space, so our room was a little cramped.

Children running and yelling and staff didn’t deal with them

I used their hot tub and got a terrible rash. We were on a one week vacation and I suffered from the rash the whole time. Not a very good experience

Room was well renovated but bathroom was very small, door was almost touching the toilet.

Room doors all opening to central courtyard can be noisy. Multiple sports teams had remaining hotel booked and were out socializing and running around the halls and yelling until 11pm. Hotel staff did nothing.

Overnight stop and need a good sleep and directions to a good meal. Phil at the front desk was excellent in achieving both. Would stay there again. Nearby was a good place to walk about and explore.

Small balcony but covered in bird poop. TV was very confusing to use, everything was streamed from services you had to pay for. Phil from the front desk came to sort us out but there was nothing really available.

Clean room

Good property, only Problem was the proximity to the high way, lots of traffic noise and the in room AC unit is very loud, especially whe. It kicks on and off,every 10 mins or so, makes sleeping impossible

Clean room and convenience to town. Only thing was the rooms were loud in the older building.

The room was clean and spacious. We were on the main floor of their second building so we had access to a little patio area off our room. It would have been too hot during the day, but the evenings in Osoyoos stay warm in September and we ate our dinner out there and it was lovely. Location is just over a kilometer from downtown, so easy to walk to shops and the lake. Breakfast was more basic than other hotels on our trip. No eggs/bacon/sausage/hash browns, mainly continental with the addition of a pancake machine. Unlike most places it worked, but there was only one and it was set to make a single small pancake. We were very early so it was no problem, but later on I'm sure it would have been a very long wait to get near it. Phil at the front desk was personable and helpful. Nice to encounter someone with a personality.

Unfortunately very noisy due to a few teams. Pool was closed, hot tub unavailable because of the kids. Breakfast was ok. Not bad overall

Great parking area, very warm welcome and check in. We had last room as there was a sporting event. The youth were polite and were quite by 10:30 pm, we pack ear plugs.

We were put in the older part of the hotel and there wasn’t a luggage cart for this area. Since we are seniors, luggage is heavy without a cart. The man at the front desk however got a cart from somewhere and loaded it and helped us, which was very appreciated! Otherwise, our stay was fine, room was clean, and bed was comfortable.
