The air conditioner temperature could not be controlled, the room was dirty, and there was a two-hour power trip in my room, which made my family suffer in the heat. The maintenance team came late to fix the issue. I requested compensation with a late checkout as I lost valuable time, but the manager ignored my request.

Thankfully for the toiletries provided but a bit upsetting that there is no ample space to place it in the bathroom. The space given too small. Plus, the aircond is at the best service however it is only one way, when we sleep on bed, we didn't feel the aircond.
