It was a pleasant stay

Location

Very badly mantained. Unclean toilets, no toothbrush , no slippers.

I didn’t like anything , the reviews on trip.com are fake for this property and also in google map , very poor hotel and dirty , mosquitos are everywhere, dirty old toilet and dirty bedroom.

Good

None

Budget friendly

Hotel was in a very narrow lane, hence difficult to get in with own car. Lot of dampness in the rooms No options at all in breakfast expect paratha and kulcha. So had to skip that even though I paid for it.

Merci pour l'accueil et la gentillesse de toute l'équipe. L'établissement est dans un quartier très calme à proximité du métro et nombreux commerces. Je vous recommande. C'est toujours avec plaisir que j'aime passer quelques jours ici.

Location and staff

Little bit expensive

Staff was really helpful

Location was difficult to search

The breakfast was excellent... The location was good, it was calm and peaceful...

The room size could have been bigger for morethan 2 persons....

Great hotel with friendly staff. They help you with everything. Laundry was good for a reasonable price.

Clean and well-maintained, friendly staff.

Not necessarily the property but difficult to find.

Just to state the facts, I was charged an incorrect amount when paying. After that, I called the hotel representative several times to check the status of the current refund process, but the response was not sincere. I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of sincerity and unprofessional attitude towards the customer afterward, rather than the incorrect amount being charged.

Double room didn’t provide two separate rooms. Rather given two beds in same room

After switching rooms we had a nice stay. The breakfast is brought to the room. The staff if helpful. The second room was smaller but much more comfy. Hot water and wifi worked Most of the time.

First room we stayed at was Very loud. You could hear neighbors through a weird connection door clearly and the room had no window. Laundry service was a bit pricey, but of good quality. Breakfast quality and selection could improve.

Good location in a "safe" area. Affordable hotel.

We arrived at this hotel shortly before check-in time, yet the receptionist told us our room was already ready. Unfortunately it wasn't true and we had to wait for the staff to finish cleaning the bathroom and the floors. I found the hotel to be quite dirty and badly maintained. There was no window in the room, only in the dirty and smelly "kitchenette" where we didn't dare to go. The mirrors were also very dirty, like they haven't been cleaned for months. We were there in December and the bathroom was freezing at all times because someone thought it would be a good idea to place there a window that never closes for ventilation reasons. I did not enjoy my stay.

nothing at all

too expensive, worst breakfast provided. And worst customer service. They were forcing us to vacate the room at 11am and they kept calling us before the checkout time and made sure we leave the room by 11am.

location, staff n overall service

bath accessories cud be better

Location, friendly staff, and managers in Krishna and Ajay Pandey. Decent suite. Comfortable and spacious.

Poor breakfast and bathroom furniture. TV working in one room only.

Location good. The "Bengali Sweet" restaurant close by is very good. These are serviced rooms so breakfast in the room. Quiet area. Helpful staff.

Sheets while clean were worn.

Very good location, facility is clean and things work. The staff speak well and are polite. Door man is also polite. Laundry service is fast and clean. Extremely good value for money.

Can be chilly in winter. Ask for a heater.

No comments for this hotel a total waste of cost

Staff were at times inadequate

Location is very good. Even few minutes walk from the South Ex metro. We were even upgraded to a suit (without any extra charge) which had a very spacious attached room containing six seater dinning table, an area with six seater sofa and center table and a separate TV.

1. There were damps on the wall. 2. Bathroom was not very clean (commode has stains) 3. TV in the drawing room did not work (we did not bother much though) 4. No drinking water was provided unless asked for. 5. At the time of checking out (around 10 AM), hardcopy of the bill was not provided citing the reasons that billing manager has not yet come.

Comfortable room with good food.

The adjoining room was used by the hotel staff and it brought disturbances during night hours.

The room we got for that price was good. The entire room came with a sitting and dining area. Bathroom was also good.

The A/C unit was not working properly. The room has no door so the A/C in the room is not useful at all. There were fans but if you are coming in hot weather days be mindful of this. We were not given a wifi either. The tv was not working as well.

Hospitality, Food, cleanliness of the room, Staff very courteous

un hôtel un peu loin du métro mais dans un quartier résidentiel calme belle chambre avec de l'espace. parfait pour se reposer même dans Delhi ^^

The trip was good.

Really couldn’t stay at this hotel... dirty ... very bad area

Big rooms and clean , location is difiicuft to find out.

Fine stay, good breakfast. The check in could have been smoother.

Booked this Hotel thru Hotels.com and got a good room per requirement. Almost a clean and good room. Had need another night to stay due to change in plan and able to reserve same room.

The staff were very welcoming to all in the group. The beds were comfortable and clean towels, bottled water, and other things promptly provided daily and/or per request. We were there for 5 nights and they allowed us to prepare our own dinner in a small kitchen when we asked. Breakfast included regional and continental fare and there was plenty of it. We had room service the first night we were there and it was reasonably priced and delicious.

An affordable favorite with many repeat foreign customers. We spent a week here and a little longer in other hotels in other places. The kind owner was present every morning to oversee breakfast service, which was described as continental, only because people who want toast and cold cereal can have it. They also serve Indian bread, curry, vegetable biryani, and hot hardboiled eggs, milk, juice, and fresh seasonal fruit every morning. Sometimes some of the food was overly spicy for some of us. The owner and his staff is very knowlegeable about the surrounding area, and give expert advice when we ask, and are in good relationship with reliable taxi service. We've had some trouble communicating with some workers, but things worked out. They really care about their guests. There is a guard posted outside at all times, for added security. Also there are great shoppng nearby, and also a Bengali Sweets Restaurane, where you can get gourmet sweets and tasty, cheap Indian and Indo-Chinese food. McDonalds and Subway ( they deliver) for when you crave American Food. The only negative thing was that most of the time the WiFi access wasn't good.

Comfortable rooms and wonderful staff. Nice to be outside of the center of Delhi, yet convenient to many sites. Kudos to the hotel, we were very very happy with our experience and would definitely stay here again.

This is a small hotel located in a quiet area, not visible from the road/market. All areas inside the hotel are quiet clean with few rooms in each floor. Room was not so big, but the double bed was large in size. Both room and bath were good and clean. We enjoyed breakfast too. We will recommend the hotel if you want to stay in a clean and small hotel environment. Shopping area/market is in walking distance.

The room was good. However accessing the premises was a nightmare. Uber drivers kept going round and round. Staff cannot speak english though they try to communicate to their best. Even the receptionist had to write down numbers since he couldn't convey the breakfast time. Overall i won't recommend this place for foreigners.

Stayed for about 8 days, friendly reception, good room, good bathroom, but an underfurnished kitchen (no microwave) although the kitchen gets your food warmed up asap on request. Free breakfast,I will give restaurant recipes 3 stars. Room service is in request and funny enough ur asked what they should clean in the room when they should know what to do ab intio ( however room service clean up, no airfreshner). Hotel internal environment is calm and quiet ( although rooms are not sound proof). Location is close to center of town in close range with AIMS, embassies, Khan market. Also in walking distance is Bengali sweets. I enjoyed quiet time in Skylines till my work was done.

okay

Below substandard

Very economic price but room, service very good.

We have stayed there once before.we came back because of the service and location.its near to where we need to go.will be back again in august

The bed-linen was soiled and used when we checked in.
