We got a smaller room than what we paid for and nobody took accountability towards it. They just told us that everything is sold out and we couldn’t get any compensation. Hotel was already fully paid. It was really bad.

La calidad de las Toallas del baño. Estaban bastante gastadas. La reposición del jabón en el baño , tuve dos días sin el y tuve que solicitarlo. No puede quedar baño/ducha sin el. La cena, no variaba . El menú era acotado. Solicite una noche algo extra simple, porque nada del menú me gustaba y me dijeron que no. Me fui a dormir sin cenar.

Super petit déjeuner, le personnel est accueillant et agréable. Très bel établissement avec une belle piscine et pleins de services.

Le service de ménage est assez moyen, à deux reprises des serviettes propres ont été oubliées. De plus, lorsque que nous mettons la pancarte pour le ménage nous nous attendions à avoir des draps propres et au minimum un petit passage d’aspirateur (en bord de plage il y a très vite du sable partout) en vu du prestige de l’établissement.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Die Lage und die umliegenden Buchten sind sehr schön. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Poollandschaft ist einladend und sauber. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr geschmeckt und es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Das à la Cart Restaurant hat uns nicht überzeugt. Das Essen war mässig und es gibt eine sehr kleine Speisekarte. Wenn man eine Woche da ist, ist das schon störend. Uns irritierte die Asiatisch angehauchte Küche und fehlte die Mallorquinische Küche.

They upgraded me for a better room after a sleepless night because of bad neighbour room Pool area is very nice, though empty of pool towels all the time! Brekkie was quite good, but they need to get a new blender and make proper juices/smoothie, that sugary machine stuff was gross! and the 1 smoothie they offered was done very lazy ( full of shells/chem.) U needed a spoon to eat the smoothie They upgraded me for a better room after a sleepless night because of bad neighbour room

The guys age 50+ always giving me bad looks in the restaurant/breakfast area, IDK why! Noticed they certainly where super friendly and smiley with all the younger female guests :/ The walls are paper thin so make sure you dont have party people next door! When complaining at constant music/noise next door at 3AM to receptionist, he actually tried to convince me that it was not their responsibility, which is utter nonsense! Just fix the problem, dont argue with guests that pay alot!

Ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück selbst für den verwöhnten Gast sehr gut. Wir fanden immer einen Parkplatz und am Pool immer eine freie Liege.😉

Nur das Kopfkissen hat mein Genick arg strapaziert. Sehr lang, sehr schmal, SEHR HART.

The rooms felt cheap. The glazed wall to the shower into the bedroom leaked, causing water to enter the sleeping are. There was little room to put clothes away.

I really loved the structure and layout of the hotel. A special shout-out goes to the restaurant staff—the waiters were exceptionally polite, friendly, and welcoming. Both breakfast and dinner were wonderful, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The only thing worth noting is that our bed linens weren't changed through the 4th night of our 8-night stay until we asked. However, as soon as we mentioned it to the gentleman at the front desk, he arranged it immediately and had them changed right away.

La atención y el trato del personal. Una ubicación muy recomendada por se una zona muy residencial con pocos hoteles cerca y una cala a 200 metros. El buffet del desayuno espectacular, 💯 recomendable, máxima variedad de productos, huevos, tortillas y tortitas al momento. Relación calidad precio buenísima.

El diseño de las habitaciones en particular tema baño, un diseño muy innovador poco funcional. Ducha y lavabo por separado. Lavabo de manos integrado en la habitación. Ducha semi transparente, y por temas de humedad el marco de la puerta del baño estaba hinchado y desconchado con lo cual la puerta del baño no cerraba bien.

Room was ok, clean and nice. beds were comfy to sleep on, and they had those long pillows you can cuddle up to :) pools are small and quiet, ok for a chill and cooling of when you don't feel like going somewhere, but he beach is just a few minutes away

De kamer, de badkamer en kamer stonden elke dag blank van het water omdat het water niet goed wegliep, melding van gemaakt maar ons vertrek was weer na 2 nachten dus kon niet tijdig hersteld worden,…en de locatie, wel dicht bij het strand maar was toch erg ver gelegen(te voet) naar het centrum van Portals Nous(de jachthaven)

We originally booked five nights at Tacande Portals, but loved it so much that we extended our stay for another two nights! Every single member of staff was friendly, polite, efficient and incredibly accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we were made to feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Our room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated in a contemporary, high-quality style. The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable, the air-conditioning was excellent, and the luxurious robes and toiletries were a lovely touch. Breakfast was outstanding, with every conceivable choice you could want. Everything was fresh, plentiful and beautifully presented. We had a truly wonderful and relaxing stay and would not hesitate to return. Extending our holiday by two nights is probably the best recommendation we could give!

The only minor issue was that, although the television offered UK channels, the signal was extremely poor, so we were unable to watch them and simply didn’t use the television during our stay.

La parte piscina ha bisogna di essere rinnovata. Prezzi del pool bar esagerati. Polol bar non altezza di un 4 stelle. Reception con aria condizionata fortissima.

Zimmer wurde mehrmals nicht sauber gemacht

Direkt bei Ankunft wurden wir extrem freundlich begrüßt. Wir durften bereits 3 Stunden früher einchecken, obwohl das Zimmer noch nicht bereit war. Wir durften bereits alles nutzen. (Pool etc.) Möglichkeiten sich dafür umzuziehen wurden uns bereitgestellt. Jede mitarbeitende Person war exzellent!

Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es anzumerken. Das Frühstück startet um 07:30 Uhr. Wenn man morgens direkt etwas benötigt, ist es schwierig Personal zu finden. Das allerdings ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Familjerum deluxe kändes absolut inte som 37 kvm. Rummet hade en balkong mot en sidbaksida. Dåligt med garderob. Så man fick ha allt i väskor på golvet. Hotellet ligger mitt emellan så taxi eller hyrbil behövs för att ta sig vart man vill. Och då behöver man boka i god tid.

The pool bar is awful. My 5 year old niece could’ve made better food. The “gold level” really is not worth it. Bali beds and what I’ll call a toe pool is not good. There really isn’t bonuses for gold level at all. The taxi issue is big - would suggest renting car but not who the hotel suggest we rented one and it broke down a few hours later. “Sea view” is pretty disappointing. Property is a lot bigger than looks in pictures. The other 2 pools you can at least swim in however it is packed. You couldn’t swim even if you got in cause so many bodies in there.

Douche et toilette avec vitre directe sur la chambre. C'est pas très agréable d'aller au toilette alors que l'on voit tout de la chambre (Vitre transparante des 2 côtes). Vraiment ce point la , il faut mettre une vitre que la personne dns la chambre ne voit pas l'autre au toilette. Et le lavabo devrait être dans la salle de bain, ce serait mieux.

Mauvaise literie: On a eu droit à deux lits simples collés qui n'ont pas la même hauteur ce qui n'était vraiment pas confortable, on l'a signalé à la reception mais aucune solution satisfaisante n'a été apportée durant le séjour. On a trouvé également une poignée de porte cassée mais celle-ci a été réparée très rapidement par l'hôtel et une serviette trouée.

Staff were nice. Was a bit remote. Had to get taxis. Paid for gold level but the shuttle had technical problem so had to pay our own taxi. Also on check out had to pay for 2 bottles of water.

Just as above . A lot of money spent for 3 nights. Gold service paid for and then having to pay 6 euro for water on check out I thought was ridiculous. 6 euro might not seem much but wen u pay a lot of money n to have gold service also it left a sour taste in my mouth. Also no full length mirror.

Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent stay at your hotel from Saturday, 1 August, to Tuesday, 4 August. This was our second stay at your hotel as a couple, and my partner's fourth stay overall. We have always been satisfied with the service in the past, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. Upon check-in, we were allocated an accessible room. While we understand these rooms are sometimes assigned, it was not suitable for our needs. We asked whether it would be possible to move to another room, but unfortunately we were not offered an alternative. The main issue, however, was the condition of the bathroom. The toilet was faulty throughout our stay and continuously poured water, creating a constant loud noise. The noise was so disruptive that neither my partner nor I were able to sleep properly on our first night. A technician attended after we reported the issue and temporarily resolved it. However, on our third night, the problem returned and was even worse than before. We reported it twice and were assured by the front desk that a technician would come to fix it, but no one ever arrived. As a result, our final night's sleep was also ruined. We chose to stay with your hotel again because of our previous positive experiences, so this was extremely disappointing. We feel that the issue was not handled appropriately, particularly as we repeatedly raised our concerns during our stay and were assured that action would be taken. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and let us know how you intend to address our complaint. We are extremely dissatisfied with our recent experience and look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards,

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La struttura è moderna, curata e dotata di tantissimi servizi: 3 splendide piscine, una palestra e una SPA perfetta per rilassarsi. Un punto di forza è sicuramente la colazione, ricchissima e abbondante, con un’ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, tutti di ottima qualità. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, contribuendo a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi cerca comfort, relax e servizi di alto livello. Se dovessimo tornare a Palma di Maiorca, sceglieremmo sicuramente questo hotel!

L’unico aspetto che ci ha lasciato un po’ perplessi riguarda il servizio ristorante: un giorno avremmo voluto pranzare in hotel, pagando il pasto a parte rispetto al nostro pacchetto, ma alle 13:20 ci è stato comunicato che la cucina era già chiusa. Lo abbiamo trovato insolito, soprattutto per una struttura di questo livello, e sarebbe utile indicare con maggiore chiarezza gli orari del servizio. Nel complesso, però, è stata un’esperienza molto positiva

La amabilidad del personal, el desayuno muy variado y de excelente calidad, las instalaciones hacen que se pase muy agradable en el hotel.

La habitación, me pareció incómodo a la hora de ducharse sale el agua por falta de una mampara completa, la puerta no cerraba y también falta un porta maletas, toca poner la maleta en el suelo o en la cama.

Rezeption war 24h besetzt

Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer für fünf Nächte gebucht und uns aufgrund der 4-Sterne-Klassifizierung auf einen erholsamen Urlaub gefreut. Leider wurden wir bereits bei der Ankunft sehr enttäuscht. Im Zimmer fanden wir eine Kakerlake sowie Ameisen im Bett. Darüber hinaus war die Lüftung im Badezimmer stark verschmutzt, die Nachttische waren nicht sauber und wiesen noch Rückstände der vorherigen Gäste auf. Auch weitere Sauberkeitsmängel vermittelten insgesamt nicht den Eindruck eines gründlich gereinigten Deluxe-Zimmers. Nach unserer Reklamation erhielten wir zwar ein anderes Zimmer, allerdings stellten wir dort ebenfalls vergleichbare Hygienemängel fest. Da wir somit kein Zimmer vorgefunden haben, das unseren Erwartungen an ein 4-Sterne-Hotel entsprach, haben wir den Aufenthalt nach weniger als 24 Stunden abgebrochen und sind auf eigene Kosten in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption freundlich waren und versucht haben, mit einem Zimmerwechsel eine Lösung anzubieten. Leider konnte dadurch das eigentliche Problem nicht behoben werden. Für den gezahlten Preis von rund 1.000 € für fünf Nächte entsprach das Hotel aus unserer Sicht weder dem beworbenen Standard noch dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Unsere Erfahrung war leider sehr enttäuschend.

Unica pecca l’aria condizionata era davvero tanto ghiacciata. In camera non si riusciva ad alzare la temperatura e l’abbiamo dovuta spegnere direttamente. La colazione dolce era un po scarsa rispetto a quella salata che era molto più abbondante.

Molto importante per chi è celiaco colazione gluten free anche il ristorante ha delle opzione senza glutine dunque per chi è celiaco non diventate matti come noi a cercare un ristorante in giro che possa farvi da mangiare non lo troverete, rimanete a cenare nel ristorante dell'albergo sono molto disponibile e potete mangiare senza paura di contaminazione. Piscine bellissime! tutto perfetto! torneremo!

La ubicación, muy cerca de una cala no había mucha gente. Zona muy tranquila y de fácil aparcamiento , no era de pago y solía haber aparcamiento siempre

El desayuno tenía poca variedad y todos los días era lo mismo se hacía un poco pesado. Tampoco tenía muchas opciones sin gluten (cereales,magdalenas) No podías tomar huevos fritos porque se hacía en la misma plancha de las tortitas.
