It was quiet and welcoming, the sunbeds where lovely and comfy

Nice hotel, quiet area, but a little out of the way of most of the town and the port. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was a reasonable size.

The shower has a glass window which opens onto the balcony and outside, whilst it seems to be tinted, its not privacy glass and Im sure someone could see us in the shower from outside if they had wanted to. The whole layout of the room seemed to be designed by someone who wanted it to look trendy, but in practical terms it doesnt work - the bathroom sink is next to the bed, and the toilet and shower are at opposite ends of the room. It felt like the toilet and shower rooms should be swapped round - the shower room was very small but the toilet room oversized.

Just overall good value for money - great standards across the board

Common areas are clean and organized and the hotel in general smells amazing! Very nice pool and the parking although not theirs is free in front of the hotel and we had no issues finding parking ever. We had an issue with the shower drain during our stay and reported them. The next opportunity they had already fixed and everything was great!

I never complained about this so it might be that they would have simply fixed it as well but the shower would randomly move from hot to cold while showering haha

Fijn en sfeervol hotel. Erg goede locatie! We hadden een comfort kamer. Dat is de kleinste kamer. Toch voldoende ruimte. Enige nadeel is dat de kastruimte vrij beperkt is en er is geen ruimte voor jurkjes 😅

The staff were amazing, the location is good and the price was reasonable.

The challenges were: 1) Wifi didn't work in some of our rooms 2) AC didn't work in some of the rooms as well. When we checked in, one of the rooms had a mildew smell so we needed to change rooms. Otherwise, it was a great place for our trip.

Beds sheets a little tough and not very comfortable and the roof bar isn’t open every night would have been nice to have a pre drink before dinner.

Great stay, the pool was gorgeous and clean with super comfy beds, good location for bars / restaurants and the cocktails were top class.

Compliqué de s’installer dans le coin piscine car les personnes laissent leurs serviette sur les transats alors qu’il ne sont plus là et personne vient les ramasser La porte de la douche ne se fermait pas bien et pas pratique avec le tapis de bain

: You have to stop people putting towels on the pool beds- it brings down the look and feel of your lovely hotel. At times we saw no one on beds for over 4 hours, it really is a problem. : We were in room 705- happy with the room but the lift woke us early and kept us awake in the evening- I did report this but there was nothing they could do as apparently awaiting a part for the lift. As we are business people we really needed to sleep and catch up on sleep for a few days, this obviously didn’t happen.

Rent, trevlig personal, snabb o enkel in o utcheckning. Bra sängar, rymligt rum (juniorsvit, 3 vuxna), lugnt vid frukosten som höll bra kvalité, ordentliga solstolar, trevligt lugnare poolområde.

Det var tyvärr lite väl lyhört mellan två av rummen. Väggen verkade vara en typ av vikvägg för att hotellet skall kunna öppna upp mellan två rum.

Das ganze Hotel Personal, waren ausgesprochen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Hotel war sooo sauber! Einfach Top- Fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Liegen am Pool waren sehr bequem. Nachts am Rooftop war die Aussicht ein Traum 😍 Super Lage Ich empfehle das Hotel aufjedenfallfall weiter, und würde nochmals Leonardo Boutique buchen!

Property was close to bus routes, the port and lots of lovely places to eat and drink. The pool area was nice and had plenty of beds. Room itself was spacious and clean with a nice balcony

Room was a smidge too warm but I’d imagine that was due to the very high outside temperatures during our stay but other than that it was perfect

The rooms were lovely, nice bathrooms but lack of hanging space for clothes in the bedrooms. We had to live out of a suitcase for 10 days. The staff were nice and very friendly. Overall it was a good stay.

Duche entupido no primeiro dia. Ficou mais ou menos resolvido. E o wifi nem sempre funcionava.

Shower water temperature changing while showering. The bed was 2 single beds turned double using a topper so not the most comfortable when sleeping in the middle. Shower was not 100% clean when checking in.

De locatie - prima afstand van het strand/haven. De eetgelegenheden in de haven waren wel erg prijzig!

Todo el personal muy amable, la habitación triple muy cómoda y espaciosa sobre todo para colocarlo todo en orden . Las camas muy cómodas . La ubicación muy cerca de un puerto deportivo donde había tanto restauración como algún bar para tomar una copa .

Cuando entrabas de la calle al hotel había muchísima diferencia de temperatura la cual hacía que no pudieras estar en el holl un ratito . La botella de agua de un litro a 5€ me parece algo excesivo por mucho que sea un hotel .

I paid double what the room was selling for on the day of my stay. Very poor service, rude staff, and disappointing breakfast. Definitely not worth the price.

Todo el personal que trabaja en el hotel son excelentes, buen desayuno, bien comunicado con Palma o con el aeropuerto por una parada de bus cercana. Tienen el detalle de proporcionarte una ducha el último día después del check out por si quieres seguir disfrutando de sus instalaciones, además de toallas para la piscina. Recomendado 100%

Deberían cerrar la mampara del plato de ducha para que no se salga toda el agua.

Storage in room was terrible. the wardrobes are tiny and you cant fit a long dress or even a long top in. no hooks for jacket or bags so was difficult to hang anything.

Incredible hotel. Gorgeous room - spacious, light, comfy, tasteful, great indoor and outdoor restaurant, delicious food, gorgeous pool, huge sun loungers, friendly staff.

Gostei muito do hotel, os funcionários são super simpáticos e prestáveis, quartos com insonorização de ruído, excelentes espreguiçadeiras e vibe da piscina. Tem uma zona de estacionalmento mesmo à frente, super prática. Bom pequeno almoço mas acima de tudo excelente horário para o mesmo(até às 11h). o Hotel fica super perto de magaluf e de palma. Recomendo muito.

As portas para as varandas não trancam no piso 1. uma vez que a zona exterior é praticamente comum a vários quartos, deveria ser arranjado.

Being English, we missed a kettle in the room with English tea bags. I didn't like the sausages you have at the breakfast but it was great to have cereal and eggs and bacon available. Nice stroll into the Port from the hotel taking less than 10 mins.

The location was great , the hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful It was great that you could use the towels for the pool and the beach most hotels wouldn't allow that unless they charged you...

The lift was very noisy we noticed it more with our room being nearest to it, and the room we were in had a petition next to the single bed which I presume could be moved to make adjoining rooms but the light from next door was shining through and we could hear the person talking . I found it hard to sleep because of this.
