The hotel’s location was highly convenient, making it well suited for both business and leisure travel, with easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive especially the reception team and Ms. Thao.

Staffs behaviour! We reached early in the morning at around 6.30am, at that time there are many guests checking out, we were so tired after a long journey bus taken, so we would like to request check in earlier and willing to pay more. Initially the first receptionist who serving us told us our room is ready and should be no problem, but don’t know why after an eye contact with the other receptionist beside her, then situation changed! The other receptionist told us no room available for early check in but there is one room left and we need to top up another around VND1,600,000, total VND2,800,000+ for the room! After a quick argument with the receptionist , we insisted to keep the remaining room we booked and asked the team to inform housekeeping to clean the room immediately for us to check in early with additional charge of VND700,000 instead of VND1,600,000. After around 15mins, the room was ready and when we entered the room, we felt that the room is not just cleaned few minutes ago, the toilet was very dry and the room has no chemicals cleaning smell at all! Breakfast buffet is not good! 8am stop replenishing, drinks served were tasteless, too little foods selection!

It wasn't comfortable. The room was noisy as there seem to be a water pump on top floor running all day & night. Breakfast is limited for vegetarian. Wifi is like in 1990s

Best hotel in town. And the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Big comfy rooms and very helpful staff, especially Mrs Triang. Ideal base for exploring historic sites, especially Beatrice, which is walking distance. Other places need taxi but these are cheap. They sorted us a car for the day, transport to Son La and recommended a great Black Thai restaurant.

It’s a chain hotel so some may see it as charmless, but it’s the people that count and they are lovely.

A large modern hotel. Better than most similar hotels in Europe/US etc. Our plans had to change and the staff were very accommodating. They were efficient with all requests for help. The breakfast bar is comprehensive. 100% would stay again.

There was a large and loud public big screen outside our apartment, but this was temporary and is not the hotel's fault. Nor will it matter if you are reading this, it was for a public event. There were some minor misunderstandings due to language. Again, nothing at all serious. I wish the breakfast bar was open a little longer (closes at 9).

This hotel was better than others in DBP.

This hotel did not meet the standards of other Muong Thanh that I had stayed in Việt Nam. It was not as clean and the breakfast was disappointing. There was some sort of festival during my stay and all rooms were booked. We came to breakfast at 7:00 am and a lot of the dishes were already empty. The staff did not replenish these items.

Amazing hotel, really clean and comfortable. We got upgraded to a beautiful huge room with modern living space.😍 The perfect place to relax for a few days. Breakfast was also delicious, fresh eggs & Pho as well as a buffet. Thank you for an enjoyable stay and making us feel so welcome!

The room seems to be newly renovated, so everything is new and clean, and very spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Central location and easy to get a taxi quickly.

My bed is quite uncomfortable to sleep in, feels like the mattress is old and the springs don't work anymore. The room is not soundproof and I get woken up by the same lady every night. Buffet breakfast has lots of variation but is only average for my taste.

Nice buffet breakfast included. If you want to have dinner you need to make a reservation and order from the menu in advance. I ordered the carbonara and didn’t realize I had to specify the type of pasta. I was served just the sauce (strange they would think this is what I wanted for dinner). Definitely some language barriers. Room was great, we got a corner room with an abundance of windows. It was a nice surprise.

Hotel is in works, pool is green with algae probably not the best value for money in Dien Bien Phu.

Not recommendable because bath room condition is poor.

Property was a little far from attraction site for walking.

호텔 내부는 깔끔하였고 객실 내부도 깨끗했다. 다만 복도의 소리가 잘 들린다는 것이 단점이었다. 베트남 아이들이 새벽부터 복도에서 장난을 쳐서 시끄러웠다. 조식도 종류가 많은 편이었는데, 이른 아침 투어를 진행하는 베트남의 특성상 아침 일찍 가지 않으면 먹을 것이 별로 없다.. 리셉션의 직원도 영어를 할줄알았고 호텔 내부에 루프탑바와 수영장, 기념품샵 등 편의 시설이 많다.

One of the only options in DBP, but much better than the LP review - clean, large rooms only slightly rough around the edges. Get there early for the buffet breakfast though, a small selection of european foods.

It’s one of the best hotel in Dien Bien, it’s close to any tourist sites. I like my room. It’s very spacious. I booked executive suite with reasonable rate. The staffs are friendly with very limited English.

수압도 별로이며, 특히 욕조는 따듯한물이 안나옴. 전기가 자주 끊김. 면적은 넓지만 바닥이 카페트라 청결하지 않음. 욕실 어두움.

Possibly the nicest hotel in Diện Biên Phủ, but not luxurious by any standard. Nice, fairly clean but a 2 or 3 star hotel at best.

This is probably the best hotel in Dien Dien Phu! Reception staff were all right but forgot to book my taxi. The service in the restaurant was poor and local lads kept coming in and out of the kitchen. The range of breakfast food was very narrow. The bedroom carpet was very dirty. I imagine that it has seen better days.

Nobody spoke English!!! It isn't normal in a 4 stars hotel!!! There were people smoking in the hall and the staff didn't help me doing a bus booking, so there wasn't any tourist desk! The pool is in the car parking (in fact nobody used it!). Very poor breakfast for a 4 stars hotel
