Bed is not comfy. Trash along side the hills left uncleaned. Extremely long taxi waiting time (more than 30 mins). And the taxis charge extra each time they climb the mountain.

I thought because we were by the paddy field it would've been a lot of mosquitoes but I was surprise of how good it felt and no mosquitoes at night. The pool temperature was good and we also had a nice view. I would highly recommend it to family and friends that want to get away from the village life for awhile. Also the staff were very attentive.

Il faut savoir qu'il y a beaucoup de marches, pas idéal pour les gens qui ont des difficultés pour se déplacer. On est loin du centre, il faut prendre un taxi à chaque fois, mais l'avantage c'est qu'on rentre au calme le soir.

The connecting room was perfect for our family, with a beautiful view overlooking endless green rice fields. The room felt warm and cozy, with unique interiors and charming colors that made it stand out from most hotels I've stayed in. The infinity pool is definitely the highlight of the property. Swimming while enjoying the peaceful rice field views was incredibly relaxing. I would highly recommend Victoria Nui Sam Lodge to anyone visiting Chau Doc. We will definitely come back!

Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant sans plus. Je suis un habitué des Victoria.

We decided to take a romantic getaway to recharge our batteries with a view of Cambodia, surrounded by a serene, natural atmosphere. What a treat! The rooms are huge and the private terrace is very pleasant. The pool is a delight with a breathtaking view. We extended our stay by one night because we didn’t want to leave. Breakfast is excellent, and so is the restaurant. The staff’s hospitality was absolutely perfect! We felt like we were on our honeymoon. We’ll be back. Thank you for everything xxxx Tara & Pablo

La piscine est agréable avec une jolie vue! Le petit déjeuner en buffet est varié et bon. Le restaurant de manière générale offre un très bon service. Le service du personnel est parfait.
La nuit est assez chère mais c’est un petit plaisir à s’offrir!

I've been staying at Victoria Hotels for years, and this is actually my fourth time here. The quality of the food has declined, the hotel room doors lack weather stripping... hence numerous bugs, and the staff is unresponsive and doesn't listen to concerns nor their own requests....

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026El hotel es realmente precioso: tiene un estilo rústico con muchísimo encanto, las vistas son absolutamente espectaculares y te dejan sin aliento desde cualquier punto (la habitación, la piscina o el restaurante), sobre todo cuando los arrozales están verdes. La habitación es muy amplia y cuenta con una terraza igual de grande, lo que lo hace aún más especial. Además, todo está impecablemente limpio, no hay ninguna queja en ese sentido. El personal es otro punto fuerte: muy amable, educado y siempre con buena actitud. Y, por último, la tranquilidad es total; al estar en lo alto de la montaña no se escucha absolutamente nada, lo que lo convierte en un lugar perfecto para desconectar
El precio es excesivo para tratarse de un hotel de tres estrellas. La cama no resulta especialmente cómoda y las almohadas son demasiado altas, incluso para alguien acostumbrado a dormir con altura, lo que dificulta el descanso. La piscina, aunque visualmente atractiva, no está bien pensada: el nivel del agua es bajo en relación con el borde, por lo que no puedes quedarte relajado disfrutando de las vistas desde dentro. La zona poco profunda es demasiado baja (unos 80 cm) y la profunda pasa directamente a unos 1,85 m con una pendiente muy pronunciada, lo que la hace poco práctica para disfrutarla con calma. Al final, es una piscina más para nadar y salir que para relajarse, y se echa en falta un diseño tipo infinity pool que permita disfrutar realmente del entorno desde el agua

Dîner assez cher pour les standards locaux. Compliqué de se déplacer par ses propres moyens du fait de l’isolement (une navette avec l’hôtel Victoria de Chau Doc ou un partenariat avec un service de taxi serait vraiment un plus pour avoir plus d’autonomie).

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026L' Hôtel est situé en dehors de la ville avec une vue dominante sur les rizières incroyable. La piscine est idéalement placée pour permettre justement cette très belle vue. La location de scooter sur place qui permet d'aller découvrir les environs ( forêt de Trasu et autres ).Le petit déjeuner buffet.
Pour des raisons pratiques, nous avons décidé de diner à l'hôtel. Grosse erreur car nous n'avons pas pu profiter de notre repas en raison d'une invasion de moucherons et moustiques à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Il semble que ce soit coutumier car le personnel n'était pas du tout surpris. Bref, repas chèrement payé gâché. Pour un établissement de ce rang, les abords de la très piscine sont sales, dommage. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une belle terrasse mais mériteraient une remise au goût du jour. Le rapport qualité / prix n'est pas bon mais dans ce coin là, mais les environs sont tellement beaux !

Non mi è piaciuto che in un posto del genere lo staff non parlava inglese egregiamente . Le escursioni con loro sono decisamente fuori prezzo, in 4, con due bambini per andare alla Sa Forest avremmo speso più di 5milioni di Dong, in autonomia ne abbiamo spesi 1milione.

Le bar de l'hôtel ferme à 22h, même le soir de Noël... c'est un peu triste de passer la soirée dans sa chambre aussitôt. L'odeur du shampooing et du gel douche ! La balustrade tout le long de la piscine qui gâche la vue sur la vallée (et l'état général de la piscine).

Reviewed Dec 8, 2025This hotel had a fantastic location with a beautiful balcony offering stunning views, and the hotel garden was lovely. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was exceptionally comfortable, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming! It was excellent value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025L'emplacement absolument magique. Les chambres extrêmement agréable et judicieusement organisées les unes vis à vis des autres pour être isolé. Le personnel. Les mets, les petit déjeuner...
La piscine, même si elle reste très agréable, et véritablement à rénover... d'autant qu'on frôle le scandale 😀 de ne pas en avoir une à débordement avec un tel panorama.

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025We had a family villa for 2 nights. Beautiful hotel. Beautiful view. People very friendly. Rooms are huge and well equipped. Breakfast was good and dinner ok - not the best food we had in the region.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2025La vue panoramique, la qualité des bâtiments , organisation par l'hôtel de tour pour la forêt de tra su avec guide anglophone, ainsi que des transferts privés vers d'autres villes. Très Bon repas le soir.
En dehors des différentes pagodes plutôt jolies et du mont Sam avec sa vue incroyable, l'attrait de Chau doc semble clairement être religieux. La forêt de Tra su à proximité vaut vraiment le coup pour les amoureux de la nature.

Reviewed Oct 30, 2025L'emplacement est parfait pour faire la balade sur Nui Sam. Il n'y a pas de Grab à Chau Doc mais le personnel est serviable, nous devions créer toute une organisation pour notre voyage et nous remercions Sang qui a été très efficace et aidant ! Merci encore ! Très belle vue sur les rizières, le petit déjeuner compris était royal autant pour découvrir les mets du coin que si nous voulons autre chose.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Very nice and helpful staff, also very good food! The view of the hotel terrace is amazing, especially during sundowns. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, no use of plastics in the hotel, which is also a huge plus.
