Terrible rooms. Asked for cleaning and the staff never came back. A/C wasn't working and the staff never came back. I had to go to the lobby to solve the issue. Swimming pool was on maintenance and only found out when I checked in. Very loud traffic noises from the street.

I loved the swimming pool, the AC in the room, and the kettle for making tea. The breakfast was delicious.

No lift, my room was on the third level, it was a bit hard to get there, especially after a long day of walking.

The location’s walking distance to the beach, coffeeshops, and restos

The location was a winner since Alona Beach was near. The room was spacious like some of the old hotels that you visit here in the Philippines.

安く街中に泊まれて、プールもあるので約10年近く使っている。 マッサージ施設が出来ていて、個室で綺麗で良かった！

朝5時ぐらいから廊下付近や入口で話したり、歌ったり声がうるさい！ これがなければ、大満足。

Facilities were old dated

pool clean, rooms clean, they have bar and restaurant with a nice food. mini fridge and cold ac and tv, staff are helpful and accommodating. easy access to all other bar and restaurants, close to the beach.

I put the " the signage as Do Not Disturb' at night But I don't know what happen, why did I heard somebody opening the door in the next morning without knocking and closed it straightaway when found out we were still asleep, I was half asleep under the blanket and exhausted enough to get up to check who it was. Hope this should not be happening to others in the future.

Beware loud motor cycle noise till very late and very early in the morning room was good size with 2 bed outlet were broken could have been nice

Gutr Lage zu Fuss ist der Alao Beach gut erreichabr. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Sauberes Zimmer. Guter Wasserdruck bei der Dusche.

Hotel ist lieblos Eingerichtet. Frühstück hat kaum auswahl. Preis- Leistung zu Teuer

La colazione inclusa ha poca scelta e i tempi di servizio sono lunghi. Anche nel menù a pagamento non è tutto disponibile

Lokacija v centru mesta 5 min od plaže, sobe z udobno posteljo in lepo čisto posteljnino in lahko odejo, veliko odlagalnih površin, mizo in stoli na terasi s pogledom na bazen in prostorno kopalnico.

Zajtrk v sklopu hotela zelo skop, zgolj filipinske jedi in palačinke. Če si želel kaj drugega je bil zajtrk za doplačilo. V restavraciji izredno hladno.

Хорошее расположение, пешком до пляжа мирут 10, есть вайфай.

Завтраки брать не советую. Они по меню. Рис с мясом, рис, с курицей, рис с рисом, рис с яйцом, пенкейки и вишенка на торте: фруктовая тарелка, которой никогда нет. Я не ем мясо, не ем мучное. Фруктовая тарелка была бы идеально, но ее никогда не было,ходила на ресепшн, просила отменить завтраки, так как еды там для меня нет. Фокус не удался- не хотите не ешьте, ваша проблема. Уборка-это вообще нечто. Лежу сплю, стучаться, не открываю. В итоге открывают своим ключом, забегает 5 человек и начинают убираться в номере. Уборка длилась 5-7 минут ушли. Полотенец не оставили, в номере сломался дозатор шампуня, который так и остался лежать, сломанный на полу. Бассейн-грязный и старый. Я не рискнула. Вечерами возле нашего отеля собирается толпа попрошаек, их никто не гоняет, они просто лежат на наших ступеньках. Кондиционер орет так, что уснуть не возможно. В итоге я съехала раньше времени, деньги естественно не вернули.

Posizione perfetta. È nel centro di Alona quindi tutto è a portata di mano e anche la spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Camera con bagno pulita. Per 3 notti va più che bene.

L’hotel è diviso in due zone: la parte nuova a sinistra e la parte “vecchia” a destra. La piscina della zona nuova era decisamente pulita con i vari lettini, ombrelloni e un piccolo bar ospitale; mentre era tutto un altro mondo nella parte vecchia: piscina sporca con muffa verde sulle pareti, bagni sporchissimi e lerci che probabilmente non vengono puliti da mesi. Per quanto riguardano le camere, le porte sono sporche e necessitano di pulizia così come i dispenser per l’acqua posti in ogni corridoio e i tavoli fuori dalle camere perché erano pieni di polvere.

1. 알로나 비치에서 근접한 곳에 위치하여 좋았다. 2. 수영장시설이 괜찮았다. 3. 늦은 시간에도 수영을 할 수 있어서 좋았다. 4. 밤에는 느낌이 아주 좋았다. 5. 리셉션 및 식당 직원들이 아주 친절했다. 6. GYM 이 있어서 좋았다. 7. 샤워세드를 교체해서 사용했는데 물은 깨끗한거 같았음 전혀 변화가 없었음

1. 시설이 많이 노후되어있다. 2. 에어콘에 콤팡이가 심하게 있다. 이미 많은 사람들의 댓글이 있음에도 아직도 개선을 안 하고 있다. 3. 가성비가 있는 호텔로 알려졌으나, 실제이용 당시에는 금액이 저렴하지 않았다. 금액이 저렴했다면 가성비 호텔이 맞다. 하지만, 특정 기간 이였을 수도 있지만, 평소 금액이 아니라면 결코 가성비 호텔은 아니다. 4. 조식포함으로 이용했으나, 조식은 정말 별로였다. 정말 비추이다. 그냥 미포함으로 사먹는게 더 나은 선택이라고 생각한다. 5. 청소 후 수건 및 휴지등을 잘 보충을 안해준다. 컨플레인을 해야 해줌 그래도 말을 하면 조취는 빠르게 해준다. 6. 리모콘이 잘 안됨 에어콘, TV 작동 잘 안됨 TV 심지어 고장난것 처럼 작동 아주 잘 안됨 7. 그리고 방음이 잘 안됨

The hotel is very nice, the facilities, the pool, and the location are great. Most of all the service is top to top. Everyday cleaning and the girls at the reception truly helped us at everything, even when we ourselves did a booking mistake. And the bed was amazingly comfortable

The rooms are a bit dark, and not much air gets in without the AC, because there is only one window next to the door

Nos gustó el restaurante que está dentro del hotel y la empresa de masajes, aunque sé que no pertenece al hotel. La ubicación también está bien.

Primero nos pusieron en una habitación que daba a un pasillo interno que era extremadamente pequeña, hacía calor, el aire acondicionado era imposible de poner del ruido y entraba luz de día y de noche. Pedimos el cambio y nos cambiaron porque pagamos más de lo que costaba en ese momento la habitación. Nos pasaron a una zona más bonita y no estábamos en un pasillo interior, pero aún así en la habitación entra mucha luz de día y de noche, y el ventilador no funcionaba correctamente. Te cobran por todo. El gimnasio está súper mal cuidado y te cobran 300 pesos por persona. El traslado también te cobran 500 pesos por dos personas. Le pedimos tener una hora más la habitación porque teníamos una excursión programada y también nos quisieron cobrar, pero al cancelarnos la excursión, no nos cobraron. En general, en recepción no se enteran. Las excursiones con ellos son carísimas.

Good location in a city centre, 15 mins waking distance to beach and in the middle of restaurant spots and shops. Very private entrance away from main lobby.

Window facing directly the corridor, a bit too dark inside, curtains need to be closed not to be seen from outside.

Fantastic staff from front desk to house keeping, changed my room to a ground floor room because I have a knee problem, great main swimming pool, also a second pool,most important comfortable bed and great shower easy walk to alona beach, will definitely stay there on my next trip

3 floors in main building with no lift should have noticed when booking

The staff was very professional, friendly and responsive to the significant problems in our rooms The pool (about 3³½ meter deep) and grounds were nice. Given 1 day free breakfast after asking for it after numerous problems with room. The breakfast was good.

No drinking water in room. Dispenser outside. No phone in room. Had to go to front desk about (50 meters) to report multiple problems in rooms, Lots of damage in our rooms. Pipe under sink burst shooting across bathroom when toilet flushed hitting and bruising my wife. We had to pull fridge from compartment to plug in. TV did not work upon check in. Had to move to other room. Next room was extremely cold, could not adjust temperature or shut off with remote or manually. Neither could staff. Had to sleep with clothes on under quilt. Offered another room. Chose to checkout instead.

we dont like the shower as shower water room had no door water goes everywhere and blocked.. tv not working, asked the staff assistance and came to help but did not came back to till us tv is not working.

I asked about transportation to around 5min away, one way, was quoted p600... complete rip off. I dont know if hotel has bad deals with local transport where it takes a huge cut or what, but that is unheard of. Then, to go to the pool you have to cross a street to a separate facility on the other side... this was not the case a year ago, which is why i booked this place but now that they are separating guests to rooms across the street from the pool and restaurant - i wont be booking with them again. Booked this place for my Mom and Aunt in hopes of leaving a good impression of Panglao. Turned out to be the opposite.
