We really enjoyed the pool, it is spectacular. The SPA massages were absolutely superb, and the on-site restaurants are cosy with a wide variety of delicious dishes. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Massages were very good and not expensive. Location was very quiet.

A very calm beautiful older hotel with very gracious service. The pool is the nicest I have been in for a long time and immaculately kept, there is real sand for you to walk into the water and this is put back in its place every night so it is perfect for the morning. The beach is always clean and the ocean clear of the plastic pollution found in other areas. We had meals at the three restaurants on site, they were all good but the Italian deserves a special mention. It is a ten minute cheap taxi ride to the Bali Collection which has many shops, restaurants and a theatre, there are a couple of good restaurants and Mini Marts across the road.

Quiet beach side hotel with a multicultural clientele. No bogans in sight. Surrounding area is quiet, but has a good mix of restaurants/bars. Great sunrise views over the beach & glimpses of Mt Agung on a clear day. The beach is golden sand and kept clean. The tide goes out extensively in the late afternoon, so water sports mainly in the morning. Excellent pool. Varied and extensive buffet breakfast. Gym overlooks pool/garden. Rooms are large - the bed was bigger than my Australian king size at home! The mattress is very firm - some may prefer a softer one. Clean, spacious bathroom - rainfall & hand held shower, with excellent water pressure. I've stayed here twice - this year the whole resort looked much fresher. The bathroom hardware appeared updated. A very good "how to use "equipment guide with pictures was provided. The sun loungers also looked improved. The staff are, as always, wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Spa needs an update and price review. The basic Balinese massage at the Spa costs 400,000 rupiah for an hour compared to surrounding local Spas that charge 120,000 - 130,000. The Spa decor and facilities are not significantly better to justify that higher price level. This deterred me from using the Spa.

Lovely location, very quiet, super breakfast buffet and restaurants. Pool really clean and plenty of space. Gardens all looked after and staff so friendly.

WE BOOKED THE BEACHFRONT SUITE WHICH WAS HUGE, BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, RELAXING POOL WITH HAPPY HOURS. REALLY NICE RESORT TO JUST RELAX AROUND POOL.

There doesn't seem to be any sustainability policy in this hotel. I placed my towels on the rack but then they changed them for new ones. AC set to 16 degrees which is way too cold so changed it to 24. Then the next day housekeeping changed it back to 16 and left all the lights and AC on. Breakfast so many things using plastic for things you don't need to like jam sugar etc. The world as we know is heating up, so why not put some sustainability policies in place, which will save you money and help the environment at the same time?

We liked the fact that we were right on the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and the surroundings. We were very happy with the system for booking a poolside lounge and found it a very fair and well regulated concept which was supervised extremely well by the pool staff. The breakfasts were very substantial and delicious. Breakfast restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating as were the poolside restaurant staff when we ordered coffees drinks and snacks. We think and would appreciate the restaurant/bistro by the pool to stay open for dinner ( not close at 5) as the food is very tasty and family friendly. It ran rings around the Italian Restaurant upstairs. Our room was beautiful - well appointed and very comfortable. We appreciated the water bottles every day and the coffee machine in our room was a real treat.

We didn’t like at all the Italian themed restaurant facing the main road. The food was terrible and my dish - I believe was not cooked on the premises and seemed like it was warmed in a bag and put on a plate, smothered in a tasteless cheese. There was not one scrap of Italian love in any of our dishes. We ate outside because the inner part of the restaurant lacked any kind of ambience or atmosphere- however the noise from the busy road stopped any attempt at conversation in normal voices. We didn’t try the Japanese themed restaurant because of the experience in the “Italian” Restaurant.

Прекрасная гостиница, очень вежливый и дружелюбный персонал. У нас был поздний рейс, разрешили остаться на весь день и потом принять душ в spa, подарив фактически ещё один день. Рядом много кафе, магазинов, массаж и т.д.

Nice pool area. It had all the facilities of a large resort. Welcoming drink was delicious. Good location.

Nothing bad, just needs a bit more attention to detail. This place could be fabulous but it wasn't as good as we were hoping for. It would have been nice to have people taking orders for food and drinks poolside, instead of having to go into the restaurant to order. Some of the pillows in our rooms were smelly and stained.

Facilities were great. Great breakfast. Awesome staff.

Unfortunately you have to leave the pool area to have a cigarette. So when you like to have a drink and cig by the pool you can’t.

Het is een super mooi en net hotel met een super mooi zwembad gelijk grenzend aan een mooi schoon strand dat wat je niet overal hebt in bali! En een pluspunt is ook het onbijt groot en veel keuze! Mooie ruime kamers! Dagelijkse schoonmaak mooie ruime badkamer met douche en appart een hoekbad! Op de hal is wel iets gehorig maar was niet storend!

De locatie van waar het hotel staat! er is niet heel veel te doen aan de straat waar het hotel staat als je echt leuk wil winkelen of iets dan heb je al snel een taxi nodig!

Mooi hotel met ruime kamers. We zijn 2 volwassene met 2 kinderen van 11 en 15 jaar. We kregen een connecting kamer. Mooi zwembad Onze jongste dochter had last van haar oor. Er was een verpleger on call. Daarna kwam de dokter die haar nogmaals nakeek en medicatie voor schreef. Hele fijne service. Receptie en concierge ook super gastvriendelijk. We komen graag nog een keer terug

Niks waar het hotel wat aan kan doen maar het zou leuk zijn als het strand wat meer betrokken zou worden bij het hotel.

The pool facilities were great, the restaurants had really good food and breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The room has mould on the walls, ceiling, furniture and around aircon duct, it had a strong damp smell. The pillows had yellow and mouldy stains and smelly.

the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and courteous the location of the hotel was beachfront and amazing with lots of food venues and shopping close by

Vermiş oldukları odada inanılmaz bir rutubet kokusu vardı. Geldikten sonra uzun zaman temizlik işlemi bitsin diye bekledik. Temizlik yapıldıktan sonra dahi o koku geçmedi. Otel sanki 1950 yıllarından kalma gibiydi. Ayrıca denize girme şansımız olmadı deniz suyu öğlen saatlerinde geri çekilmiş oluyordu farklı alternatif otellere gitmenizi tavsiye ederim. Balayı için 3 günlük tatil yapmak istedik ama memnun kalmadım.

It is quite old and worn out. Quite expensive to eat and drink in the hotel but a few good places nearby.

The Swimming Pool. The breakfast place.

The staffs at the Breakfast fast place. They we very accommodating to westerners. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Staffs must be briefed to respect all.( only the young staffs were very good ). Please make the staff visible. Western tourists take non western tourists for restaurant staff. Can you imagine a stupid western tourists asked me to clean his table. I yelled at him and almost slapped him. If not for his wife apologies to me.

Hotellet ligger på stranden med egen strand. Det är en massa vattensporter utanför dessa stränder för den som gillar det. Långgrunt och pga vattensport kan man inte simma längre ut vid högvatten. Vi gillar att snorkla och jag gjorde det vid lågvattnet. Såg några fina små färgglada fiskar och en muräna strax innanför rev brytet. Vågade ej simma till utanför revet. Många gick ute på sanddynerna vid lågvattnet, även jag, vilket var härligt. Bra solstolar, stor pool med bar i poolen. Både den japanska och italienska och lunchrestaurangen i hotellet var riktigt bra, dock mycket dyrare än dom extremt billiga restaurangerna på gatan utanför. Personalen väldigt trevlig, frukosten riktigt bra. Gymmet är litet men öppet hela tiden. Trevliga och stora sällskapsytor att sitta i vid baren. Stora rymliga rum.

Lite dåligt städat. Det var dock fräscht så ingen stor fara. Att vattensport gjorde det omöjligt att simma i havet vid högvatten. Det är perfekt hotell om man hellre hänger i poolen.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are large in Balinese style. Right on the beach, huge pool, great breakfast, every choice you can think of. The hotel is 27 years old but still stands the test of time. Staff very helpful. Plenty of beach chairs around pool and beach, plus shade if you need it. We are an older couple a d we loved it. Oh, and there are life to floors.

綺麗でサービスも良く最高でした。日系のホテルということもあり朝食ビュッフェに和食があったり、和食のレストランもとても美味しかったです。 スタッフで日本語が話せる方もいてとても安心でした。

Fabulous Resort & pool in a great location. We loved our stay & all of the staff were very helpful & friendly.

The pool was great, warm enough to swim all day with a swim up bar and happy hour. Staff were extremely friendly.

My children’s bed sheets had a stain on them. Rooms were dated but clean. The noise throughout the hotel at night was very loud with banging doors and people in corridors. One particular night people arrived at 2am. The noise of yelling and screaming continued throughout the whole night. They were in the pool and bouncing basketballs throughout the property. We felt that staff had no control over the situation and it could have been handled better with security that actually walked the property to ensure a peaceful environment at night for other guests.

Location of the hotel was good. Staff were excellent and super-friendly. Facilities were generally good.Breakfast buffet was very nice and coffee was good. The pool was lovely and poolside restaurant (Luna) provided excellent food and service.

Very noisy air conditioning in rooms made for poor sleep, and in one of our rooms it functioned poorly for the first 2 days...first too cold, then too hot. Fortunately it was repaired on the third day. The rooms were very spacious and generally comfortable (aside from the noisy a/c) but a little dated. Rather small beach swimming area was disappointing.
