Overall sangat memuaskan dan sangat hospitality , dengan lokasi sangat strategis lokasi di Cikarang Baru dekat dengan mall dan tempat ibadah, dangan harga yang avordable, tersedia smmingpul dan mini gym menjadikan pilihan utama utk menginap kembali di Grnad Zuri bila berkunjung ke Cikarang

Loby hotel yang relatif minimalis, dan proses check in yang lumayan agak siang, serta antrian di receptionist ketika check out, mungkin lebih di tingkatkan kembali pelayanannya

As this was our 2nd time stayung at Grand Zuri Presidential Suite, we woyld say the cleanliness of the room was much better in comparison to the last time we were there.

1. There seems to be inconsistency of the elevator operations. During our 16 days, there are times both elevators were in operations and another just one in operation, causing waiting time to be longer. 2. There seems to not have any air condition on at the hotel lobby most of the time causing waiting at the lobby on some days felt warm and a bit stuffy.

Zwembad, restaurant en security staff was heel vriendelijk. De food was lekker.

断食時期の夕方6:00の断食明けの食事時間が想像以上に騒がしく 食事ができる状況ではない、外の客の事も考えてほしい。

Great hospitality, nice location, clean and tidy room, good ambience and facility

A bit difficult to get in or out the pool (main pool) with only two vertical pool-side ladders. I think it should be provided with steps (undakan) in one or two opposite side

The staffs were generally very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was strategic as there are lots of eateries around.

There were a few things that can be better. As we stayed at the Presidential Suite, we were disappointed with the maintanance of the room. 1. The floor doesn't seems to be cleaned properly. We had to use indoor slippers/our own slippers while moving around the room. 2. The toilet flush in the masterbedroom seems to have a problem. 3. The breakfast menu and the room service food could be better.

Great hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Pool and gym are clean and well-maintained. Location is convenient with a shopping mall across the street.

good facility in gym ,,but some electro machin no work,, no chair to put drink, towel,,,no alkohle spray,, totall room and buliding is new , beauty.. nice BF,,but no staff often,,, nice free room karaoke, bilkiyard..very good

room wall seems very thin,, all voice and speaking at neigher room sound clearly.. some past hair is in bath, toliet room, less cleaning. kids many,,so noizy in pool

Breakfast is ok. Location within radius of 5km to industrial area. Easy to find restaurant nearby.

Slow wifi

Rooms and bathrooms are clean . The staff is friendly and price is very reasonable. Just across the road of the hotel there is a good shopping mall. 200 m away mc Donald’s restaurant is located. 1-1.5 km away you can try all the local foods in many restaurants .

The air conditions are not good enough. It’s a central AC and the second day I have to call to hotel maintenance to check and do something. Internet is not much speed and stable . Felt that hotel food and drinks are pricy compared to others.

I saw good review and book. But really disappointed. Room 1020 bad. Water not flow. Smelly and old. Noisy also facing road

Location opposite mall

The bedsheets and towels looked unclean and had a smell. Walls are thin so could hear sounds from outside and next room. Breakfast spread and quality of the food were also quite disappointing. By the 3rd day, I packed croissant from the mall instead.

It is convienent as the mall and resuturants are just opposite the hotel.

Good location, across a big Plaza. Comfortable for rest after work.

My Family is frequent visitor to this hotel. Nice hotel, very kind staff, good swimming pool, great breakfast and the location is the best. The location is directly in front of Living Plaza Mall, we just need to walk accross the street to get there. Nice. The lounge is great with pool table and karaoke stuff available.

The only issue is that the room need to be upgraded due to it's old stuff and old wallpaper.

The food that i order very tasty, the location is easy to go everywhere and plus point closed to the mall.

I have been several times stayed in this hotel was always perfect, this time little bit dissapointed ,maybe the room that i stayed must get attention. Because the wall is dirty ,the wallpapers is old, the wardrobe old i cant even closed it (if i did made cracked sound), water jug was old and deffected (the cover was loose). The rest was ok. Especially the staffs they are friendly. I hope the management take this seriously because i will come back for sure to this hotel if they take a good care.

Air conditional at room 1002 not working 3 times during my stay for 5 night. They fix it and the next day not working agai. I have to open window to get cool air out site. Drain port of the sink clogged

Breakfast not so tasty. The dessert cakes are quite delicious. However, they sometimes go rancid. For example, the coconut milk that came with the sweet soup was rancid and bubbly one day as shown in the attached picture. It gave me diarrhea all day and then I investigated the cause. You should smell it before eating

The facilities in the room are quite old. Towels are too old and worn out. Wifi is the worst, the speed is about 250kBps making it impossible for me to work. If I go on a personal trip it will be Ok if the wifi is slow, but on an important business trip there will be no next time

The bath towels have seen its good years. The wall papers are peeling off and stained. The Aircon is not working properly.

There's table and chair in the room that make working at room is comfortable enough.

If we get the west side, the room feel hot when we came after work.

Very relaxed atmosphere.

I am alright but some may be surprised by the Muslim prayers.

Strange vibe of the hotel, breakfast was not very tasty, the mattress has been through a lot of rough days and would deserve a replacement

the location and the hygiene

the AC is always not cool. as i already few times here and no different.

The room always clean. Because the room attendant cleaned it everyday. Dimas did very good job.

Restaurant was not good. 2 times order and dissapointed. To long to wait, food was not taste(i order sop buntut bakar and burger for family) nasi goreng was no taste. The WIFI in the room was really bad. Security, little bit picky. Only guest who come with car they will friendly and open the door. But 1 security was really good ,he was from the back and help me carry things. The rest during my stay was ok.

ロビーは改装したのか新しいが、宿泊した客室は一昔前のホテルという印象。 エアコンはリモコンが無く、壁についたパネルで操作。しかも効きが悪い。 道を渡ったら直ぐにモールがあるので、立地を考えるとコスパは良い方。

Located in a convenient place opposite to the dorm and offer 24hr servicr for foods

The light is broken. Towel looks very old and brown color (originally white). The shower doesnt look so clean. Spa is available 24hr located in the 3rd floor has weird smell and loooks creepy...I would expect a 4 star to be much better than that. Breafast is ok but doesnt have much variety and mostly the same everyday.

Breakfast was Ok. Mostly are Indonesian menu.
