The room : excellent. Love it. It's better to change the bathtub with shower. The breakfast & the restaurant serve the excellent quality. The staffs are friendly.

It was my second stay at Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka, and it never fails to surprise me—in the best way possible! When I arrived, my room was beautifully decorated with birthday ornaments and lovely hand-drawn illustrations by the housekeeping team. Our suite was cozy and impeccably spotless. As soon as I approached the reception, the front desk agent recognized me and welcomed me back, instantly making me feel at home. As an IHG One Rewards Diamond Elite member, I received a complimentary choice of a slice of cake or pralines, which can be enjoyed at Delizio Restaurant. The Kueh Peyeum Gula Bakar is a must-try, especially when paired with their signature Tapecano—a tape-infused Americano! Bintang was incredibly warm, friendly, enthusiastic, and genuinely caring, while remaining discreet at the same time. She strikes the perfect balance between attentiveness and professionalism. The team also surprised my mom with a birthday cake during our afternoon coffee break, which truly touched our hearts. At breakfast, we absolutely loved the Nasi Bogana. We were served by Shelly, whose brightest smile and attentive service made our morning even more special. She made sure our coffee and tea were freshly prepared and even left a thoughtful handwritten note with our morning coffee. What an exceptional stay at Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka—it genuinely made me feel like I was staying at an InterContinental. The personalized service and genuine attention to detail were truly outstanding. To top it all off, they even offer a WhatsApp service, making it incredibly convenient to communicate any requests throughout the stay.

Best hotel for staycation in cikarang area. The pools are clean and various size, suitable for family with little kids. Completed with jacuzzi, onsen and gym as well. The foods are wonderful, and the room is cozy.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Holiday Inn Cikarang Jababeka. First, the service was very poor. The air conditioner was noisy, the mattress was deflated and uncomfortable, and when I requested a replacement, the staff made it unnecessarily complicated and refused to resolve it properly. I am a paying guest — not staying for free — and not just for one or two nights, but for an entire month. I was even told twice to move while sitting quietly on the sofa with my eyes closed. That was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The receptionist and the security staff lacked basic courtesy. One staff member in particular, named Selly, was especially unpleasant. She even mentioned that she was monitoring me continuously through CCTV, which felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. The bathroom also had issues, and at one point the water was dirty. Handling of this issue was slow and not solution-oriented. There was no compensation offered despite the inconvenience. What surprised me the most is that I am a Platinum member, yet there was absolutely no difference in treatment compared to a non-member guest. That is very disappointing. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn properties in Bandung, Gajah Mada, and Semarang where the service was polite and professional. Unfortunately, this location feels very different. The hospitality standards here do not reflect the usual Holiday Inn experience. Management seriously needs to improve staff training, professionalism, and customer service quality. Very disappointing stay.

Its always a pleasure to come back and stay here. From the moment we arrived the security greeted us and showed us the way to reception. The check in process was super smooth. The room was great, we had the room with the balcony so we could enjoy the pool view. The breakfast was amazing with the huge spread of choice dishes. From Indonesian, Japanese, korean & western food. The pool was amazing and it is my kids favorite. The checkout process was fast and we enjoy the stay.

Great staff but the poorest accueil I have ever seen in 35 years of business travel. Rooms are cleaned, workers are friendly but the lobby staff Is unbelivable.

The room was huge n very clean, thankyou for Anugrah n Umay for helping us checking in, we would like give some tips because Umay services very nice, but when we look back he was gone.. then in next day the breakfast so much variance, thankyou for Bunga she gave my kids tools for drawing, my kids was so happy.. overall good the housekeeping also nice with Erga, and the minus is a dirty pool..

Nice and well appointed hotel. Conveniently located with good facilities. Gymn has good equipment and clean. Room is spacious and well appointed, with nice comfortable bed. Lounge also has nice ambiance which is good for business or just hang out. Nice outdoor pool, unfortunately have no time to dip in in this trip.

Had a wonderful experience staying in Holiday Inn Jababeka. The front desk at this hotel is the best I have ever seen. Special Thanks to Dinia at the front desk, who went beyond and above to ensure a smooth stay for us. She was extremely helpful and ensured immediate medical assistance when I was in need. The room was clean and comfortable with decent amenities. But what really stood out was the hospitality - especially from the front desk team. a very pleasant stay in holiday inn cikarang for my daughter bday, first come into the room my daughter was feeling surprise and happy for the bday set up inside the room where she had a greeeting card and cake, the room also clean and tidy and hot water running well. We also feel welcome and friendly from all the staff, morning breakfast also great, my daughter and her cousin invite for cake decoration in pool area assist by cica, adel, kirana and solih and my wife also liked to thanks to aldo from hk for his assistance they all have doing their job very well and kind and thanks too for staff in the front office helping me for the free parking during check out. The hotel and the people’s hospitality were outstanding. I travel a lot, this year definitely this hotel where I had the best experience (out of 14 places i stayed). The breakfast was also really good with a huge variety of dishes. I also tried the Japanise restaurant twice. Overall the friendly welcoming plus the outstanding services define the conclusion that i definitely come back. Whenever I stay here I look forward to the breakfast buffet 😁 i also like the little notes they put on my cappucino saucer during break fast. At first i didn’t realize there’s a great hotel in Cikarang area. But when we started to enter the lobby, we were welcomed with warm greet. The hotel crews were amazing, so helpful and kind. We had a great assistance by mas Rully. The atmosphere is joyful and it makes us want to stay longer. Talking about the room, it was very comfy and spacious. About the facilities, the pool, gym with onsen it was amazing. The food was great. Lots of choices and you will have full stomach.

Chek in hotel is fast and easy, I was helped by Mba Mira thanknyou for your hospitality while process in become fast. The room is quite spacious and clean size of bed is large and the facilities in the room are quite complete. For the breakfast menu is quite varied with a pretty good taste.

방이 아주 넓고 쾌적합니다. 다만 욕실에있는 고정되어있는 샴푸 린스 바디워시 위치가 좀 높아서 욕조에서 쓰기엔 좀 불편하고 욕조 바닥에 미끄럼 방지 매트가 없어 조심해야 합니다.

部屋も綺麗で近くにモールもあります。ジムとプールも使えて快適でした。日本食レストランも一階にあって言う事なし

From the Bell Boy to Reception and the Restaurant, all are welcoming. The room was clean. The bed was absolutely comfortable. The breakfast was good.

They said non smoking Floor and Room. I stayed at 701. However the Toilet / Bath had smell of Cigarette smoke. The House keeping staff also confirmed it, it was at 11.00pm. He said may be from the exhaust system. Second night the room I could smell cigarette smoke. I had switched off the AC. I did complain to the receptionist and he said that it maybe from the Central AC but it shouldn't happen as it was a Non Smoking Floor. I had a Korean visitor too. He stayed in 801. The price of Beer is too expensive.
