The bedroom, the cleanliness.

It took me quite a long time to get the room key and I've never waited that long to just get the room key. And when I was staying there, one of the staff approached me to ask for my opinion about the hotel. When he asked me about the food especially the breakfast, I told him that the fried rice was bland and it didn't taste like fried rice, but he told me that they usually serve many kinds of fried rice, but that wasn't the point, though.

It's apparent that the hotel is not being maintained at all. Cleanliness is questioned cause parts of the furniture & remote were still greasy so I had to clean them with wet wipes. The drain did not function properly. When taking a shower, the water will stay for minutes. Walls are not insulated, you can hear everything from the other rooms & elevator. On top of that, the AC keeps turning off every hour, I got woken up several times throughout the night.

This is a very great hotel I have stayed here few times good service great location very close to McDonald's . Very clean room nice size.

I like the location... its very near to shopping plaza and some resto.

What I didnt like from the hotel is the toilet door. Pretty annoying if u stay with other family member... lack of privacy

Relatively clean room, comfortable bed, tv channel has movies to watch, delicious breakfast.

The key card to on the power seems to have some issues that I have to try a few times to activate the power. Even have some electric sound that makes it scary. The sink stopper is not working that I have to manually take out the stopper to drain the water. Floor seems to feel oily when I first stepped inside, including the bed when I first slept inside the blanket. Have smell of cigarettes at times, despite non smoking room.

チカラン駅からGrabcarで20〜30分ほど。 歩いて行ける5分以内の範囲にマクドナルド、BaksoとMie ayam,Bubur ketanの美味しい店あり。道を挟んで反対側(これも5分以内で行ける距離)にスーパーマーケットもあるモールがあって、とても便利。レストランも中華、日本食、インドネシア飯と選択肢多数。 ホテルの部屋は、木目調で統一された落ち着いた雰囲気、トイレ、シャワー、洗面台が別々なのには驚き。 使い捨てスリッパもあり、便利でした。 多少エアコンが匂うとか、wifiが遅いとか、ドライヤーがないとか…は、ありますが、インドネシアでこの価格でこのレベルは驚き。次もチカランに来る時は絶対ここに来ます。

Overall one of my favorite hotels i stayed at. Friendly staff and walking distance from things to do.

高速出口より近いですのでジャカルタ、カラワン方面の移動もすんなりと行けます。周りはモールがあり買い物も便利です部屋の中は静かで快適な睡眠ができます。

３回宿泊しました。食事も美味しく綺麗な部屋で満足しています。

部屋は普通。湯量問題なし。 non-smorkingでも部屋がとても臭い。部屋変えても一緒。 モーニングのスタッフは対応よく、オムレツを焼いて持ってきてくれます。他メニューはパン、シリアル、現地向け。 立地はいまいち、南の高速周辺まで少し遠くGrabで40万IDRは掛かる。北のChikarang駅も同様。 お勧めする点はない。

スイートルームに宿泊させて頂きました。 安価で心配していましたが、室内は広くて清潔でとても満足しています。 また利用したいと思います。

2月のインドネシアでは、どのホテルも中国正月の飾り付けで、絢爛ですが、Batiqa hotel Jababekaもたいへん綺麗でした。Cikarang Barat の高速道路のインターやモールも近くに位置し、とても利便性の良い場所にあります。部屋も綺麗で従業員も片言の日本語でおもてなし。宿泊費用も安く、気に入りました。

Very clean and nice room. Breakfast varities and served ss early as 6am local time. In room massage service and pricing reasonable.

ビジネス滞在。客室は悪くない。一階ロビーは蚊が多い。食事中も困った。

レストランも充実。コンビニも近い。一般的にインドネシアのホテルは暗い部屋ですが、ここは明るいので快適です。

フロントスタッフはもちろん　すべてのスタッフが親切で良好。 笑顔での対応が心に残ります。 次回も宿泊したいです。

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. I spent the extra $4 to upgrade to a premium room. Wow. Can't believe it was only US$24/night including breakfast. Breakfast was good, including an omelette station. My new go-to when doing business in this area

全体的に清潔感があり、雰囲気がよい。マッサージやラウンジにビリヤード台があるなどホテルの設備も充実している。

No hair dryer in the room

Clean room and friendly front desk. Right in the middle of Jababeka II. But no dining within walking distance from hotel. Only one McDonald. Personal preference: bed pillow is too high. Breakfast is also basic.
