The location is very nice. Especially the vegetation and the placement of the resort.

The employees are not paying attention to the tourists at all. Only some of them are speaking english. About the food, it all has similar taste and every day are the same types of food. The cleaning personnel is also bad while cleaning rooms. They did not clean the floor at all in 5 days. The A/C was very noisy and there was water leakages from the shower ceiling. I announced them and they only solved the noise of A/C. We wanted to extend our stay because of the nice location and clean water. We asked 1 day before checkout while we saw they still have available rooms on booking. They postponed our discussion 3 times and asked us to come again in the morning of the checkout to extend. After all they tried to postpone the discussion again for 1 hour(it was remaining only 1 hour before checkout). In the end after many insistences they told us 2hours before checkout that they do not have available rooms and we have to free up the room. I tried to talk to a manager but they did not agree. Awful experience, avoid them!

We had a wonderful stay at Sherwood this September, truly memorable by the outstanding hospitality and personal care from the entire team. Our dining experience was exceptional, thanks to the brilliant efforts at the restaurant. A very special note of gratitude goes to the restaurant manager, Mr. Niyazi Daghan, who went above and beyond every single day to make us feel special. His warm attention to detail, impeccable service, and dedication to creating a wonderful dining atmosphere truly made a world of difference. We would also like to express our sincere thanks to the main manager at reception. They handled our request for a room change with high professionalism and genuine care. Switching rooms during a stay can often be stressful, but it was resolved seamlessly and effortlessly, ensuring our complete comfort. It is rare to find a team so much dedicated to guest satisfaction. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable—we look forward to returning!

Ottimo cibo, con una buona varietà e una qualità che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Gli show serali erano piacevoli e ben organizzati, perfetti per concludere la giornata in modo piacevole. La piscina principale, immersa in un paesaggio molto bello e curato, è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza della struttura. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente anche il prato, sempre ben tenuto, dove vivono tanti gattini adorabili, che è possibile accarezzare e, in alcuni casi, anche nutrire. Per nostra figlia è stato un vero piacere poterli incontrare ogni giorno. Anche la spa merita visitarla e fare qualche trattamento.

Tra gli aspetti che potrebbero essere ulteriormente valorizzati, l’arredamento della camera è apparso un po’ troppo neutro e privo di personalità. Anche il kids club potrebbe offrire una proposta di attività e intrattenimento più ricca e coinvolgente, così da rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole per i piccoli ospiti.

Отличный отель! 🌿 Очень понравилась большая, зелёная и ухоженная территория — много растений, деревьев и красивых мест для прогулок. В отеле действительно приятно находиться и отдыхать. Отдельно хочется отметить питание: всё очень вкусно, хороший выбор блюд, свежие продукты, всегда можно найти что-то на свой вкус. 🍽️ Сервис тоже на высоком уровне — персонал приветливый, внимательный и старается быстро решить любые вопросы. Чувствуется забота о гостях. Остались очень хорошие впечатления от отдыха. Отличное сочетание красивой территории, вкусной еды и качественного сервиса. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Orman icinde bortu bocek cok normal ama oda sinekligi kapiyi tam ortmuyordu. Oyle olunca gece klima ile yatmak istemeyen bizim icin zor oldu kapi acik uyuyamadigimiz icin.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was delicious, beautiful and welcoming. The food was tasty and varied, the hotel was lovely and well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful.

Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Вернулись пару дней назад со вшами у ребенка!!! Плавал и в бассейне и в аквапарке. Номерной фонд очень очень очень старый и грязный, полотенца и в номере и пляжные изношенные. На территории в течение всего дня везде стоят пакеты с мусором, грязная посуда на подносах. В ресторане ездит тележка и прямо при гостях собирают посуду и сгребают в пакет остатки еды-очень неприятно наблюдать это когда ты ешь. Официанты не подходят сами носили себе воду, чай кофе. Посуда как в самой дешевой столовой, так еще вся разнокалиберная. Еда очень посредственная, спасает отдел с пастой и гриль, изобилие свежих фруктов. Пляж грязный, бычки, мусор. Лежаки ужасно грязные, много сломаных. Пирс прогнивший, все дерево бахромится, босиком не пройти. Душ на пляже сломан. При заселении был заблокирован сейф, в течении отдыха так никто и не пришел его открыть. Цена абсолютно не соответствует уровню отеля. Доверились оценке в букинге, и получили полное разочарование.

Le cadre est très joli et les piscines réparties dans l’hôtel très agréables

La propreté des chambres laissait à désirer, il a fallu se plaindre à maintes reprises pour qu’ils repassent refaire le ménage. Par ailleurs le service des restaurants payants est très loin du standard d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Enfin le Check in s’est fait de manière très laxiste, personne ne s’est vraiment intéressé à nous au delà du remplissage d’un formulaire.

Wij hadden een lagune kamer, heerlijk om voor je kamer te kunnen zwemmen in het zwembad. Genoeg andere zwembaden ook waar je terecht kan. Strand was dichtbij en mooi. Aquapark heel leuk! Groot zwembad in het midden waar ouders ook kunnen zwemmen terwijl de kinderen van de glijbanen afglijden. Mooie groene locatie, heerlijk!

Kamer was een beetje aan de krappe kant. DeLonghi zou best veel eerder open kunnen, die ging pas om 10:00 open. Ik begin de dag graag met een koffie.

We stayed at Sherwood Exclusive Kemer for more than 10 days, and our experience was truly exceptional from beginning to end. It is one of those hotels where the overall quality is not based on just one feature; cleanliness, service, food, staff attitude, atmosphere, and guest care all come together at a very high standard. First of all, the cleanliness of the hotel deserves special recognition. Our room, the common areas, restaurants, lobby, pools, and surrounding facilities were consistently very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Even during busy periods, the hotel remained organized, fresh, and comfortable. The service quality was outstanding. Staff members were professional, attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in making guests feel comfortable. We especially want to thank the Guest Relations Team and the Lobby Team. Their approach was warm, efficient, and highly professional. Whenever we needed assistance or had a question, they were always available and willing to help. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Cem, the Reception Director. His professionalism, kindness, communication, and genuine attention to guests made a remarkable difference to our stay. He represents the hospitality standards of the hotel exceptionally well. The reception team under his direction was organized, welcoming, and solution-oriented at all times. The food quality and variety were also excellent. During a stay of more than 10 days, food can easily become repetitive in many resorts, but this was certainly not the case here. There was always a wide selection of fresh and well-prepared dishes, and the overall quality remained consistently high. The restaurants, presentation, service, and variety contributed greatly to our positive experience. We also really appreciated the guest profile and overall atmosphere of the hotel.

Very friendly people in welcome desk. All of them try to give you maximum comfort for your stay. Tofic, Saida and Aicha helped us a lot. Also spa center Fatma was super cute and friendly. All restaurant people always smiling and trying to be attentive, all together stay was amazing, especially if you visit with your family.

Onze vakantie in Sherwood Exclusive Kemer was fantastisch. We hadden 2 kamers voor 7 personen geboekt en alles was perfect geregeld. • Personeel — supervriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd klaar om mee te denken. • Kamers — ruim, schoon en echt topkwaliteit. • Service — overal snelle en professionele ondersteuning. Hoewel de prijzen in Turkije algemeen duur zijn, waren de prijzen van Sherwood ongelooflijk goedkoop voor een hotel van deze klasse. Je krijgt hier luxe, kwaliteit en topservice voor een prijs die je bijna nergens meer ziet.

Waterpark was fantastic for the kids (aged 8 and 10). Evening entertainment was of a very high standard. Buffet food great as well.

Family of 4 in a deluxe room felt a little tight in the way of storage, and general space, for example only 2 chairs on the balcony.

Очень красивая и ухоженная территория. Хорошая кухня, достаточно разнообразная еда. Всегда есть неплохой набор сыров, включая дорблю, а также орехи. Приятная атмосфера, чисто и аккуратно. Номер в целом комфортный, территория отеля располагает к спокойному отдыху. Very beautiful and well-maintained hotel grounds. The food was good and quite varied. There was always a decent selection of cheeses, including blue cheese, as well as nuts. The atmosphere was pleasant, clean, and tidy. The room was generally comfortable, and the hotel area was good for a relaxing stay.

Мне не понравилось, что умывальник находится прямо в комнате, а не в отдельной ванной. Также душ и туалет разделены двумя отдельными стеклянными полупрозрачными дверями. Для меня это очень неудобно и не очень комфортно с точки зрения приватности. Мне больше нравится классический вариант с отдельной полноценной ванной комнатой. I didn’t like that the sink was located directly in the room instead of inside a separate bathroom. Also, the shower and toilet were separated by two different semi-transparent glass doors. For me, this was very inconvenient and not very comfortable in terms of privacy. I prefer the classic layout with a separate full bathroom.

The location is good, the hotel is surrounded by mountains, super green big beautiful territory. Beach is small, so so,,,

It’s not a 5 star hotel. Very old, everything is very old. Curtains in my room seemed to be never washed, the same with the table and chairs on a terrace. But the worst there is food… for breakfast it’s possible to find smth ok, dinner is horrible. Overcooked, over fried everything.,,watery mushed potatos etc,,, ice cream and other desserts just tasted like a dishwashing liquid…tried a lot of dishes, couldn’t finish any of that… In general it’s 3 star old concept hotel

Great hotel to rest with family! We liked food and territory. There are lots of entertainments for children, cool aquapark! The personal was very kind and responsible!

Номера нужно обновить: мебель старенькая, фен старый, полный комплект гигиенических принадлежностей получила на 2 или 3 сутки. Но эти минусы перекрывают очень значимые плюсы.

Очень уютный отель. Есть всё для отличного отдыха и времяпрепровождения! Рекомендую всем семейным!

The nature is literally amazing! Whenever you come out from your room you feel blessed with those colors. Food variety and theme nights (fish night, turkish kebap night etc) were pleasing -btw foods were beyond delicious! Guest Relations Team is all on point even for the smallest things, especially thanks to Zuleyha and Tofik. Sea is very clean and its the best cost of Antalya for sure. Bartenders were very creative, just tell them what kind of flavor you want 😌 this was our second time, highly recommended.

The WCs around the pools and beach were not clean at all. For the rooms i can rate their cleanliness 3/5. They should feed the cats in their facility (some hotels in Antalya have their own farms, cats and dogs, since it’s a kids concept it would be lovely) and donate the remaining foods to a shelter for sure (if they re not doing it).

No privacy in washrooms in the room

Receptionist (males ), who had no idea what customer service is, who was racing the voice on lady, as well front office manager who didn't bother to get out from his office to sort the matters. The most terrible check-in in my life. Definitely, front office staff needs a training at least how to smile to the guest and to be polite. Instead of showing the attitude, beings rude and by the way , speaking bad about customers in Turkish language was more than unexpected. You never knows which language the guest can speaks!!!!!

La qualité de l'animation. L'attention du personnel dirigeant. Le bon service des serveurs. Le parc aquatique et la piscine chauffée.

La qualité du nettoyage des chambres était fort limitée. Le chantier en cours. Le matériel de tennis. Le restaurant à la carte car les serveurs mélangeaient les plats et peu de choses à la carte étaient disponibles (pour le seafood restaurant, seul saumon et cabillaud étaient en stock)

The food was varied and delicious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool facilities were excellent — a holiday village right in the heart of nature. I plan to go back soon.
