Дівчата з гест релейшнс дуже привітні. Аквапарк чудовий. Горок достатньо. Море ідеальне. Їжі більше, ніж можна спробувати навіть. Морозиво дуже смачне.

Good activities for kids (kids club and its staff, slides). Probably it is a decent chouse if you have kids from 1 to 10.

Reception staff gave us a wrong room from what I had booked and didn't want to change it. They started telling: "I'll be able to change you room tomorrow please come tomorrow" and so on. When I showed the room's photos from Booking reservation we finally got a correct room. Spa staff was very unpleasant. Bad wi-fi, we had to connect again and again several times.

Unser Zimmer für 3 Personen etwas zu klein, Klimaanlage müsste mal modernisiert werden in den Zimmern. Das Personal aehr geschult aber wenige sprechen englisch.

Had a small incident with a female member of staff trying to hug my daughter after she said no. (She is 3). Got locked (trapped) in my room on the last night. They refused to change our room and said they would sort it in the morning when we were checking out anyway 🫠 If there was a fire or emergency we couldn't leave room without phoning reception to come open front door

Das Personal des Spa Centers ist aufdringlich. Teilweise war viel Müll im Wasser direkt in Strandnähe. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte gesündere Varianten wie Müsli, Jogurts oder Aufstriche bereithalten. Die Pommes werden morgens bis abends scheinbar im selben Fett frittiert.

La seule chose qu’on a trouvé qui était différente et mieux des autres resorts qu’on a fait était l’aquaparc, à part ça tout etait médiocre surtout la nourriture pas bonne du tout, mais le personnel était accueillant et gentil par contre les chambres ne sont pas tres bien nettoyés

La nourriture n’était pas bonne du tout des plats étaient carrément pas mangeable, il n’y a pas de lait sans lactose donc ton iced latte tu ne l’auras pas lol, et la propreté des chambres ainsi que le nettoyage (housekeeping)est à revoir

Аквапарк работал не постоянно. Кофемашины периодически были неисправны, и невкусный кофе. Вид из окна оставляет желать лучшего.

Clean and the kids club is good, also the beach is good but too croudy , the location is pretty good in goynuk but its not kemer, i liked the sea food though it was only served once in the period of 7 days, i also liked the bars they served varied drinks with nuts i really enjoyed the aquapark and beach small buffet aswell but they had the same problem which was the very limited time of being open for 4 to 5 hours a day only which is pretty disappointing , i also liked the nature around the hotel especially the mountains behind the hotel

The hotel is small also the buffet is very limited and there isnt many options its like rice and rice and too many different type of rice and potatoes but the meat is very limited especially at lunch but dinner is good also the periods aree very short especially dinner its like 2h and if i came a little late i would find half of the food empty, also the hotel is russian and turkish oriented only and the English language is pretty useless because almost all staff do not speak it, the aquapark is a little small you’ll get bored of it in two days or so

Современный, отремонтированный отель с хорошим мини-аквапарком, реально отличные вечерние представления, разнообразная вкусная еда, мороженое, быстро убирают грязную посуду, на пляже вкусные лепешки, лежаков всегда достаточно, вежливый, отзывчивый персонал.

Заявлен теннисный корт, а по факту настоящего теннисного корта нет. Есть площадка с порванным покрытием искусственной травы, начертанными на ней линиями уменьшенного корта и сеткой, которая не держится из-за поломанных механизмов.

The environment around meals in the main restaurant was very stressful and noisy. Not nice at all even though a big variety of choices of food.

Ми провели в готелі 7 днів і залишилися дуже задоволені відпочинком. Територія готелю красива, зелена та доглянута, багато місця для прогулянок, басейни та приємна атмосфера. Окремо хочеться відзначити аквапарк на території готелю — це справді круте місце! Є гірки та розваги як для дітей, так і для дорослих, тому нудьгувати точно не доведеться. Для сімейного відпочинку це великий плюс. 💦😊 Персонал дуже привітний, уважний та доброзичливий. Харчування різноманітне, кожен міг знайти щось для себе. Номер комфортний, прибирання проводилося регулярно. Особливо сподобалося, що в готелі є все необхідне для хорошого сімейного відпочинку — море, басейни, аквапарк, зелена територія та приємна атмосфера. 🌿☀️ Дякуємо Greenwood Kemer Resort за чудовий відпочинок! Із задоволенням повернулися б сюди ще раз. ❤️

alle maaltijden waren zeer uitgebreid en lekker zeer verzorgd en er werd voldoende en goed bijgevuld al zat het hotel vol er was voldoende plaats aan de zwembaden de glijbanen aan het zwembad achteraan was voor onze kleinkinderen uitstekend je kon er ook verschillende snacks krijgen de all inclusief was zijn geld dubbel en dik waard wij gaan er zeker terug heen met onze kinderen, kleinkinderen familie en ons beiden

Недавно мы отдыхали в отеле Greenwood Kemer в Турции и остались очень довольны. Нас быстро заселили, а приятным сюрпризом стало приветствие в номере — открытка и фрукты. С самого начала чувствовалось внимательное отношение к гостям. Персонал очень вежливый, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Многие сотрудники говорят на английском и русском языках, поэтому никаких сложностей в общении не возникало. Номер был чистым, уютным и комфортным. Уборка проводилась регулярно. Территория отеля просто великолепная. Здесь есть большой бассейн, аквапарк, мини-клуб, снэк-бары, рестораны, кафе, магазин, спа-центр, тренажерный зал, парк и сцена для вечерних мероприятий. Все расположено очень удобно, поэтому до любой зоны можно быстро дойти. Каждый день проводились различные спортивные и развлекательные мероприятия: йога, аквааэробика, водный футбол, степ-аэробика и многое другое. Аквапарк дважды в день принимал гостей, а мини-клуб работал ежедневно. Особую благодарность хочется выразить команде мини-клуба. Наш сын с огромным удовольствием посещал творческие занятия, прогулки, рисование, катание на «банане» и другие развлечения. Каждый вечер проходила детская дискотека, где всех маленьких участников награждали за активность и достижения в мини-клубе. Это было очень приятно и мотивировало детей. Сам мини-клуб отлично оборудован: есть детская площадка, батутная комната, творческая мастерская, игровая зона с PlayStation и комната для просмотра мультфильмов. После детской дискотеки каждый вечер проводилось красочное вечернее шоу для взрослых и детей, а затем начиналась дискотека для всех желающих. Благодаря этому вечера были интересными и насыщенными. Также хочется отметить спа-центр. Массаж был замечательным, а персонал — очень внимательным и профессиональным. Вообще в отеле очень тепло относятся к детям, что особенно важно для семейного отдыха. На территории можно заказать экскурсии, а также катание на парашюте или «банане».

Hotellet var det bästa jag har haft, vi har haft en fantastisk upplevelse i hotellet. Personalen är väldigt glada och hjälpsamma. Animationen var det bästa av alla… vara barn har inte varit uttråkad en moment. Kvällens show var trevligt och roligt att titta på. Maten var väldigt fin och god. Rummet var fin och städat varje dag. Vi alla var ledsna att tiden på var boende tog slut.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Unfall , Rezeption organisierte gleich ein Auto und fuhr uns gleich ins nahegelegenen Krankenhaus . Er wartete bis wir fertig mit der Behandlung waren. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Familien freundliches Hotel, obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war, war nicht viel los . Nur beim Essen im Restaurant haben wir bemerkt wieviel Gäste im Hotel waren.

Холодний, сирий номер на першому поверсі бунгало псував трішки настрій, хоча і прибирання було кожного дня

Nous revenons d’une semaine dans cet hôtel et, dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Il y a de vrais points forts, mais aussi quelques éléments qu’il vaut mieux connaître avant de réserver. Le gros point positif est sans hésiter l’espace aquatique. La piscine avec les toboggans est vraiment géniale pour les enfants, et la grande piscine est également très agréable. En juillet, l’eau était à une température parfaite. En revanche, nous avons trouvé dommage que les piscines ferment de 12h à 14h, puis définitivement à partir de 17h. Comme nous nous levons plutôt tard et dînons souvent en soirée, cela limite beaucoup le temps où l’on peut réellement profiter des piscines et des toboggans. Côté restauration, les avis dépendront probablement des goûts de chacun. Personnellement, j’ai apprécié l’agneau et certaines spécialités turques proposées. En revanche, au fil des jours, les repas deviennent assez répétitifs. Beaucoup de plats sont très gras, très en sauce ou fortement épicés (avec notamment de la cannelle dans de nombreuses préparations), et les intitulés des plats ne permettent pas toujours de savoir ce que l’on mange. Il y a finalement peu de plats simples. Nous avons aussi été déçus par le choix très limité de fruits frais, surtout en plein été, alors que les desserts sont très nombreux mais extrêmement sucrés. Les jus de fruits ne sont clairement pas des jus frais et leur goût est parfois très éloigné du fruit annoncé. Le café est correct sans plus. Concernant les boissons alcoolisées du all inclusive, elles ne nous ont pas convaincus, aussi bien au niveau du goût que de la qualité. Enfin, il faut parfois patienter longtemps pour certaines préparations comme les pizzas. Le principal point négatif pour nous concerne la clientèle, majoritairement russe ou originaire des pays de l’Est, ce que nous ne savions pas avant de réserver.

Die Sauberkeit der gesamten Hotelanlage. Der Zimmerservice (mal wurden keine Betten gemacht, mal gab es keine neuen Getränke, es wurden auch mal frische Handtücher vergessen,...)

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful mountains and greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. 🗻🌊 Activities throughout the day, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable. 🧘🏻‍♀️💃🏻🏐🪩 Hardworking staff, who were always polite and willing to help. 🤍 The beach is within walking distance, but it’s a pebble beach, so bringing or renting water shoes is a good idea.

Food variety ( The food became repetitive after a few days. Although there was a decent selection, the quality and variety could be improved, especially for longer stays) Sunbeds ( Finding a free sunbed by the pool or by the beach could also be difficult during peak hours, as many were reserved early in the morning) Weak air conditioning ( One technicians came to fix the air conditioning, but after it was “fixed”, was slightly better and kept leaking water) Russian oriented (The hotel is very heavily oriented toward Russian-speaking guests. Most announcements, entertainment, and activities were primarily in Russian, and much of the atmosphere catered to that audience. As international visitors, we sometimes felt overlooked and found it difficult to fully participate. It would be great if more attention were given to English-speaking guests as well) Room cleaning (The room cleaning was inconsistent. While towels were replaced regularly, the room itself was not always cleaned thoroughly, and some days it felt like only the basics were done. Sheets were not changed, just ironed!) Annoying vendors( One of the biggest downsides was the constant pressure from vendors inside the hotel. Staff promoting massages, photography services, leather goods, clothing, and other extras approached guests repeatedly throughout the day. While it’s understandable that these services are available, the persistent sales pitches became quite annoying and took away from the relaxing atmosphere. It would have been much more enjoyable if guests were allowed to approach these services on their own without feeling pressured.)

Номер был на первом этаже и из-за этого там было очень влажно и воняло как в старом подвале сыростью. Ремонт про который писали в одзывах наш номер не видел. Запах в номере к сожалению испортил впечатление об отеле.

Amazing hotel specially for water park and my son and me enjoyed a lot.

The hotel was very crowded and full of children, and when some foods, especially sweets, ran out, they didn't refill them or it took a long time. For example, sushi was served once and ran out very quickly and they didn't bring it back. In general, when the hotel is very crowded, you might be annoyed in the restaurant.

Дуже затишний готель, чарівний доглянутий сад, співають птахи, смачна та різноманітна їжа, чистий пляж, аквапарк відокремлений від інших зон відпочинку - мрія кожної дитини. Особлива вдячність за гостинність та турботу Юлії guest relation. Дуже велика карта коктейлів. Готель за рівнем набагато кращий багатьох п'ятизіркових, працює на UAI

Хороший отель на свои 4 звезды отлично отрабатывают. Питание вкусно и разнообразно, анимации для детей достаточно, для взрослых тоже отлично. К морю действительео 5 мин. И територия отеля ухоженная и зеленная. Рекомендую!

Очень понравился отель, особенно хочу отметить и сказать спасибо персоналу, за то что они на любую просьбу и пожелания реагируют, всегда помогают, идут навстречу. Это крайне ценно и важно , чувствовать себя как дома, когда отелю важно чтобы тебе было во всем комфортно. При заселении помогли с чемоданами и все рассказали. На ресепшене бывают русскоязычные администраторы. Есть теннисный корт. Уборка каждый день, очень чисто, приятно.Анимация, развлекательные программы вечером все очень понравилось. Здорово что на море есть снек бар и можно не уходить в отель на обед и перекусить на пляже,,там вкуснейшие лепешки пекут с пылу с жару в определённое время. по территории отеля стоят холодильники с водичкой, во всех барах безлимитно приветливые бармены наливают любые напитки.

Очень страдала без обычных русских или европейских супчиков, типа бульона с яичком или щи, или уха, куриный с лапшой. Здесь только национальные супы какие то вязкие пересоленные или куча томатной пасты и очень жирные.Десерты каждый день практически одно и тоже. А во стальном еда просто пальчики оближешь, много тушёного , мяско рыбка, спасибо. И еще, в Аквапарке очень холодная вода была, для мелких ребятишек я считаю неприемлемо. А в бассейне хорошая.Массажисты, фотографы приставучие, постоянно навязывают массажи. Сами массажи хорошие, массажисты стараются.Тренажерка старое все, ржавенькое, но что то выжать из нее можно😃

The food was varied and delicious. There was lamb, beef, chicken, mackerel, sea bream, trout, watermelon, peaches, plums, and plenty of vegetables. There are also good options for people on a diet. You definitely won’t go hungry. * A special mention goes to the bar menu. There are many cocktails available at the lobby bar, and the bartenders do a great job. * The beach is about a 6-minute walk away, although you can smell sewage on the way. * The Turkish flatbreads near the beach bar are very tasty, and the beach bar itself is good as well. * The hotel has a large green territory where you can enjoy walking and looking at the flowers. * There is entertainment for both children and adults, a good water park, and beautiful mountain views. * The restaurant staff deserve special praise. They work incredibly hard, constantly clearing tables, serving guests, and keeping everything organized. They are truly as busy as bees.

There was a moldy smell, dampness, dirt, and the room looked very worn out. * Mosquitoes were coming from the bathroom. * The rooms are in urgent need of renovation. * The refrigerator was broken, and the electrical outlets were falling out of the walls. * It is true that the disco runs until 11 PM. The noise can be heard even in rooms with balconies facing the opposite side. * My wife found a piece of metal wire in her kebab. Fortunately, she noticed it before swallowing it. This was a serious food safety concern and could have resulted in an injury. * The spa staff were a disappointment. One of the spa employees frequently smoked near guests, aggressively promoted spa services, and behaved rudely. This was unpleasant and unprofessional. * On our last evening, at around 10:30 PM, a man entered our room through the balcony and identified himself as a hotel employee. He said he was there to repair the air conditioner. At first, I genuinely thought it was a burglar. My wife and child were asleep, and the whole family was frightened by the incident. * What made the situation even worse was the reaction from the reception staff. They responded very casually, saying that someone was repairing the air conditioner. However, my question was simple: why wasn’t there any prior notice, and why didn’t the employee knock on the front door instead of entering through our balcony? * I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but I have never experienced anything like this. It was a serious violation of privacy and made us feel unsafe.

Viajei com o meu filho de 3 anos, e gostamos muito do resort, para crianças é o ideal pois tem muitas atividades como o Kids Club , aquapark e também o show A comida era bastante saborosa . Mas no geral estou muito satisfeito e vou voltar com a família em breve

Deveríam mudar mais vezes o menu diário ter mais tipos de comida, acho que o show deveriam ser mais originais não usarem consequentemente as mesmas músicas e vídeos para as crianças, deveriam mudar um pouco, os quartos deveriam ser mais limpos em detalhe

Из плюсов: Отличный персонал, очень отзывчивый. Хороший сервис уборки, красивая территория отеля

Ужасная плесень в номерах, нам давали несколько, в одном не работал кондиционер. Вернее, они считали, что он работал на 25гр, это был минимум. В другом номере была дикая плесень, при заселении был грязный унитаз. Этот отель не про тихий отдых, шумоизоляция плохая. Вечером до 11 играет музыка. Днем на бассейне также включают громко (это если вы в главном корпусе). Помимо всего прочего, ужасное, кошмарное просто отвратительное качество продуктов и еды. Ребенка нечем было кормить, все в специях, перце, отдельного детского стола нет. Вернее для них макароны - это отдельный стол. Видно, что все продукты с завтрака/обеда/ужина перерабатывают в течение нескольких дней, ‘подают под разным соусом’ Бронировали на 8 дней, на 5 день с утра уже сбежали.

Очень достойная четверка, чисто, уютно, зелено. Лежаки новые, бассейн большой. Аквапарк шикарный. Еда вкусная и разнообразная.

Так получилось, что нам пришлось работать несколько дней из отдыха, потому мы выбирали отель с хорошим интернетом, и здесь он правда прекрасно работал - без перебоев, бесплатный, не требовал постоянно вводить какие-либо пароли, скорость около 200 Мбит/с! Также в номере был стол и стул со спинкой, работать было приемлемо (на фото в букинге - табуретки, переживала на этот счёт). Питание отличное, вкусно и вполне разнообразно, хороший выбор для вегетарианцев. Отдельно отмечу крутые интерьеры лобби, ресторана, террасы, современный дизайн и мебель, эстетически приятно находиться в таких локациях) Турецкий кофе брали каждое утро <3 Также нам понравилось после работы ежедневно играть в теннис - большой и маленький, при этом он был бесплатный, ракетки были в хорошем состоянии. Из номера был вид на бассейн и потрясающие горы🤍

Жаль, что спа открыли только на вторую неделю нашего пребывания, т.к. был конец апреля - довольно холодно в бассейне, и хотелось согреться в сауне. Теннисный стол не был готов сразу, и нам пришлось почти что упрашивать его поскорее поставить, но нашу просьбу выполнили спустя несколько дней)

Я знала, что еду в 4ку. Ожиданий особо не было, но понравились фото на букинге и мы рискнули) Отель после кометического ремонта, не капитального! Несколько зон (кафетерий и ресторан) отремонтированы хорошо. Остальное - косметика, но вполне чисто и приятно. Номера комфортные, но лишь освежили в плане ремонта, больших ожиданий лучше не строить) Белье белоснежное - за это спасибо, ставим + Пляж ближе чем ожидали, буквально перейти дорогу. Комфортрый и с голубой водичкой. Еще хочется отметить персонал, ребята стараются очень. Ресепшн просто молодцы. P.s.продавец шуб и курток в бутике в отеле - просто великолепен! Его нужно приглашать в менеджмент!!)))

И теперь минусы, не без них: - главный - это еда. Оооочень скромное питание. Мои друзья проживая 10 дней уже считали дни чтобы поесть что-то еще кроме однообразной и не сильно вкусной простой пищи... - везде автоматы с растворимым кофе. В Турции я выпила вкусный кофе лишь однажды и вне отеля( - анимания в отеле тоже слабовата. Но тут понятно, бюджет на это ограничен, но точка для развития на, мой взляд. - в спа работают грубоватые мужчины, лишний раз не хотелось идти. А потоленца для бассейна дают только там.

Отличная территория , вкусная и разнообразная еда , приветливый персонал, хороший бассейн. Понравилась отдельная зона с аквапарком , теннисный корт .

Wszystko się podobało. Hotel jest dopracowany w wielu aspektach których najczęściej brakuje innym hotelom. W pokojach jest wszystko i co ważne wszystko działa klima TV czajnik czysto pachnąco. Jedzenie jak na Turcję bardzo europejsko i odpowiednio przyprawiane smaczne świeże. Świetne i przyjazne dla dzieci. Nasz oblatek spędził najlepsze wakacje jak do tej pory ze wszystkich na jakich był. Отель нам очень понравился! Чистые и уютные номера, вкусная еда и очень приветливый персонал. Территория ухоженная, детям тоже было чем заняться. Отдых получился комфортным и приятным, с удовольствием вернулись бы сюда ещё раз. Рекомендуем! Соотношение цена качество где качество побеждает. Виды просто завораживающие.

Я не скажу что это не понравилось , но я бы рекомендовала обратить на это внимания . Есть блюда очень острые ( возможно так и должно быть) Влажный кафель на басейне, это опасно . Нужен человек который будет за этим следить. Замена пляжных полотенец 1 раз в день это прям реальный один минус их приходилось весь день мокрые носить за собой .

Территория отеля - прекрасный фруктовый сад! Аквапарк - отличный и для взрослых, и для детей. Детская площадка и детская комната интересные и большие. Персонал дружелюбный, вежливый, особенно девушки-официантки в ресторане. Выбор еды очень понравился, на неделю - шикарно. Красивый вид с балкона на сад.

Сначала нам дали номер с видом на сад, на сцену. Очень красиво, но с ребенком было шумно и невозможно спать. Очень громкая музыка была с 20.30 до 23. Мы попросили другой номер, с балконом на другую сторону, спустя сутки мы получили номер и остались очень довольны.

В целом все хорошо - уютно, хорошая территория для семейного отдыха, свой пляж. Постоянно есть еда и напитки, включая небольшое кафе на пляже. Рядом рынок и автобус в Анталью. Каждый день в номере меняли полотенца. Часть персонала может объясниться по-русски. Есть дежурный врач в дневное время.

Если захотеть придираться, то найдется много небольших поводов. Где-то не супер чисто, где-то мыло забыли положить, где-то пляжных полотенец не хватило, один из лифтов сутки ремонтировали. Но если не искать поводы придираться, то в целом приятный отель, очень приятные цены и отличный отдых! Главное, чего бы хотелось - мостик для входа в воду на пляже, поскольку камни очень режут ноги.

Personeel is heel vriendelijk en willen altijd helpen. Mijn zoon eet geen tarwe en ze gingen direct spullen voor hem halen zodat hij iets kon eten. Er werden leuke activiteiten georganiseerd. De hele omgeving wordt netjes bijgehouden. De familiekamer is zijn ruim opgezet. Het zwembad en glijbanenpark is heel leuk voor kinderen. In de meivakantie is het rustig is het resort, dat vonden wij ideaal.

Buiten het resort is er weinig. Je kunt lastig een stuk wandelen omdat het voetpad snel ophoudt. Het resort heeft een stukje eigen strand. Dit is klein en met een kiezelstrand.

Sehr freundliches und umsichtiges Personal. Zimmer sauber und optimal eingerichtet.

Der Lärmpegel ist relativ hoch (Klimaanlage?).

De aandacht van de personeel ze zijn heel lief . Voraal de receptie word jou verzoek heel snel behandeld . Eten prima als je bent gewent met 5 ster hotel dan merk jij wel het verschil . Vlakbij winkels 3 min lopen naar de zee makkelijk met de bus naar kemer 2 euro per persoon.

Description of the issue: The reservation was made for two rooms under my name. I arrived on August 9, my friends arrived on August 11 around 2:00 AM (including a pregnant wife). Until their arrival, the hotel refused to provide keys for the second room, despite my repeated requests at the reception and explaining the situation. When my friends arrived, they were given a room with a broken air conditioner, collapsed mattress, and a strong smell of food/kitchen. The hotel refused to change the room. Only the next day, after several complaints, they were relocated to another room. The rooms lacked slippers, bathrobes, toiletries, towels were torn, and the rooms were damp and moldy. This caused serious discomfort and ruined our vacation.
