excellent location and service. Just a shame there is no lift but the reception gave me a room on the 2nd floor as i had some very heay cases.

Plumbing can do with some upgrading.

They didn't give me the access code so i couldn't enter. The next day they refused to refund the money. Total scam behavior.

Good location, decently sized room.

We woke up the first morning with wet pillows because there was a leaking roof directory on top of the bed, given the humidity problem the whole room smelled weird. There were ants everywhere, they even got on the bed from time to time. The shower and toilet hadn't received a deep clean in a good while, there were soap stains all over the walls.

Size of the room and fridge

They gave us a weong room and did not correct this on time. I booked a second room for the night for which i didn't get the access code. The next day they refused to pay back the extra room.

Bed was veel te hard

room are normal, but price is matching for the rent. Most of room are clean but I don't know for all room. I stayed at this hotel for 3 times included this time and I like those rooms, and also the location is quite good at the downtown area.

One thing to address as no housekeeping during my stay, but it's fine. Nothing much to mention for this part.

The location was good and the bar attached to the hotel, although it was not run by the hotel, was very nice and they did good food although only in the afternoon and evening. The room was clean although a little tired.

The wifi stopped working for 4 days and the staff appeared not to be able to get someone to fix it. I had to book another hotel room as I had an important long call I needed to make. It was fixed eventually. There was no key for the safe in my room so I could not use it. The staff seemed very junior and not really able to help with problems other than making a phone call. The hotel is a little run down.

Great location. The room was spacious and clean.

Water pressure on the shower was a bit low, specially at night

La camas eran duras e incómodas, en el baño habían filtraciones de agua y cucarachas. El check out era a las 9 de la mañana y necesitábamos irnos a las 8, en conserjería no había nadie y no nos devolvieron el dinero de la garantía de las llaves (300 bth)

Au premeir abord les commentaires negatif ne manquent pas sur cet hotel et je me permet d’en rajouter un… nous sommes arrivé dans une chambre digne d’une prison, remplit d’humidité ou il etait pratiquement impossible de respirer et encore moins d’y dormir (ne parlons pas de la salle de bain qui était digne d’un hamam). Il y avait également beaucoup de bruit dans l’hotel et je soupsonne la présence de souris dans les murs ! le lendemain matin nous avons été parler au personnel qui n’a strictement rien fait malgré les messages envoyés via messenger. Mon copain et moi qui ne sommes pas des personnes difficle habituellement, on ne vous recommande pas du tout cet hotel.

Man får vad man betalar för, jag hade inte förväntat mig mer för priset. Bra läge, trevlig personal, sängen va väldigt skönt. Nya handdukar varje dag och gratis dricksvatten.

Jag tyckte inte rummet kändes fräscht, vilket är synd för det hade kunnat kännas mycket fräschare om det genomfördes en grovatädning från golv till tak.

The location

Staff were nit interested and room was only cleaned and remade after 5 days and had to complain to get it done. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned and was covered in shower scum.

Room was clean, Staff cannot speak English but they are helpful with a phone Translator, Close to bars, restaurants and a 7-11.

Wifi can be poor depending on your room and the time of day. Motorbikes are not well maintained, Check to see if they are registered as two I were given had expired registration, Not only is this a fine when the Police check (and Police stops are daily!!) but it also means your travel insurance is void in an accident.....so check!! This hotel is a favorite with back-packers who get drunk, come home late, slam doors, talk in corridors and generally couldn't care less about anyone else except themselves. Expect to have your sleep disturbed.

Greedy owner . Bad receptionist. Rooms never get sheets washed. They just look at it see if it's dirty or not. Room service never knows your door. Showers are broken. Low pressure showers. Receptionist super mean. Receptionist tells customers smoking is okay inside room so later they can catch you with a 5000 baht fine. All the balconies are connected to each other which means any random guest can come inside your room by simply walking over to another balcony with no walls or any barricades. I truly believe if you sleep outside in the street you have a better service than staying here.

I was bitten by so many bed bugs I could not sleep. The bathroom tiles haven’t been cleaned in weeks, the water pipe was broken and water was coming out under the sink on the floor. The room floor had hair and dirt. Gross!

The bathroom ceiling was very moldy, thick black mold all over. The shower pan is clogged, the water just stands there. The room is smelly! Maintenance is required here, the room is quite neglected, and so is the entire hotel.

The receptionist made me pay for a key deposit then made me pay for it again when I left scam artists do not stay here again and advise anybody who does stay not too

Beds were firm and curtains didn't block enough light to sleep in.

Vi bokade dubbelrum (dubbelsäng) standard. Vi fick ett på plan 4. Stort rum med mycket utrymme. Det är ett gammalt hotell, väggarna har fläckar. Vi fick trasiga handdukar. Det var slitet men rent. Städning varje dag om man så önskar. Bra tryck i duschen. Ac fungerade utan anmärkning. Liten kyl. Mycket hård säng men det verkar som att det är standarden i Thailand oavsett hur många stjärnor hotellet har. Eluttag på en sida av sängen. Eluttag i badrummet och stor spegel. Svag belysning. Moped uthyrning på hotellet. Nära till allt men ändå mycket lugnt område. Prisvärt, hade allt vi behövde.

The place itself is good, clean, excellent location. However, the hotel staff need to improve. I arrived at 1.40 and was firmly told check in was at 2. Fair enough. I reported my safe was closed so I couldn't program it. After being told to come back in 15 mins, I was then told it was broken. No plans to fix it, it just remained broken. They require a 300 Baht deposit for the key, but when I went to check out no one was on the desk. I waited as long as I could, another customer told me he saw the desk girl leave a while ago and hadn't returned. I saw 5 people in the few minutes I was waiting in the same predicament. I gave up as I needed to get to the airport. I imagine this is a nice little scam for the desk people to make a few hundred Baht a day by just not being available knowing people have to leave their keys and not get their deposit money back. A shame, as it was a nice place but I would not return.
