Ils ne m’ont jamais répondu au téléphone Je me suis rendu à l’endroit j’ai attendu 2 heure à la porte et il n’ont pas non plus répondu à la porte Il ne m’ont pas remboursé Et il a fallu que je me trouve un autre hôtel très déçu de cette endroit et que Booking n’est rien fait pour moi

Reservation tardive mais honorée rapidement. Personne au téléphone très patiente avec moi qui parle tres mal l italien et l anglais On a reussi malgré tout à se comprendre 👍

Ottima posizione zona tranquilla,la colazione era possibile farla sia al bar che in camera,personale cortese

Mi è piaciuto molto perché è ben gestito, é minimalista ma offre abbastanza almeno per quelle che erano le mie aspettative, orazione base in camera e anche presso un bar esterno molto valida.Posizione strategica.

Migliorerai al.eno per la mia stanza, la televisione o meglio i telecomandi e la tapparella che era bloccata.

Mi sono trovata benissimo, l'appartamento è molto carino e pulito, in una parte di Roma elegante e tranquilla Ci si può muovere a piedi e raggiungere i punti principali della città con facilità.

Really central, good value. Not too noisy at night. Great communication. Nice clean sheets and towels, sachets of shower gel plus a soap dispenser in the bathroom. 😊 nice modern bathrooms which although small seemed recently updated. All good value for the price.

Hard to find (not very clear signage at the entrance), and we arrived late on the Sunday due to travel delays, so it was difficult to get in as there was no one on the desk and we couldn’t get through on the phone. We had to wait till other guests arrived who let us in with their front door key. The rooms were clean and spacious, each with a decent en suite shower room. the owners had v kindly put stickers on each of our booked rooms so we were able to get in. Also we were grateful for the bottled water and juice cartons and courtesy biscuits and jam/chocolate spread in each room. The beds were a little hard and my kettle wouldn’t work for some reason. And we couldn’t safely keep the shutter on the balcony door open but having said that the air con worked well. The owner was helpful and let us store our baggage during the day and was very kind to us when we arrived back a bit later than planned to collect it.

Purtroppo il bar per la colazione era chiuso, ho telefonato per avere spiegazioni e non ho avuto risposta ,se non un messaggio alle 13. Sicuramente la giornata non era iniziata nel modo migliore

La colazione "inclusa". Un caffè ed un cornetto! Ho chiesto la correzione nel caffè, ma era da pagare extra. Allorché ho preso il cornetto e l'ho mangiato in un altro bar (visto che dovevo pagare la differenza, ho scelto di andare dove mi piace). Poverini, x qlc centesimo!

Il bagno non aveva un buon odore. 2 consigli, oltre al nescaffe sarebbe utile anche avere del tè e (per rendere più confortevole il riposo) un nuovo materasso!

La ubicación y la comodidad. Aunque el arribo fue traumático dado que cuando llegamos no había nadie en la recepción que nos recibiera con las llaves del apartamento, esto nos hizo perder mas de 4 horas buscando el sitio, pues llegamos allí varias veces y nadie respondió el citófono, por lo cual pensamos que ese no era el sitio, no obstante, en el panel de los citófonos aparecía el Vatican Rome. Esto es muy importante para que lo revisen para futuros visitantes. Es necesario que haya una persona encargada de recibir a los huéspedes.

Que no hubiera nada para el recibo de los huéspedes, eso fue toda una aventura

The room was being cleaned every morning, the staff was nice and really helpful, every morning there were fresh bottles of water and some snacks. The location is amazing- safe, calm and what is the most important- near vatican city. If you are sightseeing rome, and you are looking for place just to sleep this place is the best choice.

Well the breakfast was not as imagined - small croissant and coffee. Nevertheless for me it was enough ( i ate quite often in the city).

Stay was good except nobody was there to ask anything (only check in time somebody will be there ) after that no one to contact.Wifi was not working except everything good

Das Einchecken war spannend- ich hätte einen Code gebraucht, den mir ein zufällig vorbeikommender Nachbar dankenswerter Weise gegeben hat. Sobald wir drin waren, war es sauber und prima. An die Telefonnummer kam ich nur, weil jemand Fremdes uns reingelassen hat- und dann war belegt. Fazit: Check-in schwierig, sonst super

Non si è presentato nessuno per il check-in, e chiamando il numero di telefono rifiutavano le chiamate. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un’altra struttura e non siamo stati neanche rimborsati. Sconsigliatissimo

Molto carina e soprattutto funzionale

Quando sono arrivata di fronte alla struttura credevo di aver sbagliato indirizzo, non avevo riconosciuto il posto senza scritto nulla etc.

Very clean. Thin walls and noisy in all aspects. Plumbing very noisy. No management onsite. Breakfast off site a few blocks.

Room was very clean with updated bath and furniture. Walls were paper thin and we could hear neighbors snoring and talking. No onsite dining-had tickets to local cafe for coffee and croisants.

No recepción. It took us over 2 hours to get in property after long flight. No phone response either.Owner non existent. Don't care. It should not be allowed to operate. Breakfast is a cup of coffee and bread 5 blocks away.

Llegamos en la tarde y no hay personal para abrir ni hacer check in. Hay un citófono que nadie contesta.

No receptionist on site. Building was locked and instructions for checking in was none existant. Need to call B&B through whatsapp for them to open door and get further instructions to open inner door. Need to send all informations about breakfast, taxes due and how to proceed to enter the building ahead of time would have change review of the Vatican Rome B&B. Soundproofing of the wall is minimal. We can hear nextdoor opening zipper of luggage.

Nice and helpfull personal. Everything was very good, except the shower-cabin, which could have been bigger.

Lo que no me gusto es que no hay recepción 24 horas. Yo llegue a tiempo pero pensando en un retraso en el vuelo , no había cómo comunicarse con recepción. La Sra que nos atendió fue muy amable. No es HOTEL. Son habitaciones en un edificio. Todo bien limpio y comodo.

Do not recommend!! Where to start, firstly we could not find it and when we did we had to call for them to let us in. First room we were put it was disgusting, the dirt, door had clearly been broken in to and things broken like the mirror. Photos compared to rooms do not compare! Room we were then put in had a clean bed, but dust, toilet smell and dirt again was disgusting. The electric sockets were hanging off and were dangerous. Air con leaked and no one came out to see it, the towels had dirty brown marks and then left us with damp towels that weren’t replaced until we caught the cleaner. Lock came off the door. Would never stay here ever again.

Súper bien, la comunicación muy bien. Excelente servicio y limpio. Lo único la secadora de cabello tiene un solo nivel. Lo demás la mejor atención y muy buena ubicación.

Glad we came here, very impressive collections and buildings. A must see if you are of a religious nature, I’m not but still found it interesting. The place is very clean and well maintained, so it should be given the entry price. Very tiring if it is hot, definitely get skip the line tickets, queues are massive!!

They don't have a hotel manager. Brreakfast is not in the apartment but is a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast is extremely meager. we didn't get breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, nor did anyone tell us that. We practically kissed the door. No one greeted us when we arrived on the first day, the maid handed us the keys and left. Aleksandar, supposedly the owner, never once came, nor did he bother to call and respond to our dissatisfaction. this accommodation should be bypassed. The pictures are fake, the hallway doesn't look like the picture and the beds don't have canopies. The only good thing is that the maid cleans the apartment every day. The maids are scowling and rude, they make too much noise at 8 o'clock in the morning. On the first day, the maid insisted that we pay her all the taxes in 7 days. Big disappointment.

Nice hotel for people who travel on a budget. Very friendly 24h reception. Area around is cozy with many great restaurants.

A bit too far from the metro station and the walk to the station is not very pedestrian friendly in places.

It was suprising that there was no staff at all. The check in was done with Whatsapp messages/calls with phone using own 4G data. Check in process was very confusing and time consuming. Most of the time WIFI didn't work or was VERY slow. When traveling abroad it is mandatory to have, we never book room with out WIFI. Breakfast was suppose to be in different building all along, but instead of that, we got our "breakfast" brought by a cleaning lady. Breakfast was two briossi buns covered in plastic, two cans of milk and jar of instant coffee. There were rules including that you mustn't change the settings of air condition, guests were not allowed, alcohol was prohibited and so on. The room looks good in pictures but the reality is something else, we didn't feel safe in the room. Check out was impossible to do so the B&B charged credit card without telling us even though we did ask how do we pay the first we arrived. The only good thing was location. Would not recommend.

Good location, everything was clean

Photos in booking and what there is in reality is absolutely different. I got small room without windows… and walls are so thin than I could hear all neighbors till 00:00.. Personal also hardly speak English, only Alexander, it gets hard for people out of Italy.

Sembra una casa di riposo e l'atmosfera è decisamente deprimente, il costo assolutamente non giustificato, la colazione compresa, ma fruibile in un bar lontanissimo.

The location was perfect and it was close to the bus stop and 25 minutes walking from the Vatican City. Metro train station Via Ottaviano was accessible in just 15 minutes. I was traveling with family, so i liked Prati area, it seemed a clean, ideal and safe location to stay.

I think the wall between the rooms are really really narrow, and we would hear people speaking and the noise from the other side. This was the only thing that needs to be fixed

Das Stadio Olympico ist zu fuss gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung. Der Service ist allerdings sehr unpersönlich. Einchecken mussten wir via Telefon. Sprich uns wurde am Telefon mitgeteilt wie wir in das Hotel gelangen. Zudem wurden wir um 09.00 Uhr geweckt und mussten den Zimmerschlüssel bereits abgeben, obwohl Checkout um 10.00 Uhr vereinbart wurde. Das Frühstück bekommt man in einem Restaurant in der Nähe. Es handelt sich dabei lediglich um 1 Gipfel und 1 Kaffee..

Jessica is wonderful person, the location is good, near to metro and historical center. It is a good option for who traveling alone. Just the wifi doesnt work very well.

Went here in November, the Pope made a speech which just topped the holiday off perfectly. Climbed up to the top of the tower in the Vatican for which you need to be very fit. The weather was gorgeous the food was amazing. Get a tour ride on a bike for €20. Great place for a weekend break.

Be warned there is an extra Tax on top of price you paid. Firstly this place is really, really hard to find there is no signage, just a tiny little plaque on doorbell area and there is no staff running it they are there for a few hours in morning and the B&B is shared inside a large building with other places. Really rough area, graffiti, dog mess etc I didn't feel at all safe walking back at night as not much lighting and like i said was really rough area. The mattress was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever tried to sleep on and when I did manage to get to sleep I would be awoken with the noises, is very noisy and the hallway echos, you can hear other people talking etc. Breakfast was not very good, they leave a voucher for a small cafe but they always forgot to leave voucher, in the end I just went to a better cafe and paid for my own.

If you want the real Wow factor, this has got it all. Starting with a tour through the museum of art and sculpture, the amazing frescos, wall hangings and mosaics are just the preparation for the Sistine Chapel. The completion of your visit will be the breathtaking inside of St Peters Basilica. If you like St Paul’s Cathedral in London, this is bigger, better and full of light. You will need a minimum of 3 hours to do it justice and if you do not want to wait in massive queues then get an advance ticket. Be prepared for airport style security on entrance and you may use camera and video without flash except for in the Sistine Chapel where this is not permitted. Clothing must be respectful, shoulders and knees covered.

Pro - Clean. Easy access. Easy check-in. Easy check-out. Con - Beakfast. Locality. Bathroom too small. Aircon/heater did not work.
