I wanted to change my booking to include breakfast but no one seemed to want to help me so it ended up costing a lot more than we wanted. Disappointed

Great location, room service, premium

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool and play area were perfect for our toddler and family. It’s also wonderful that it is self-catering, especially when you have picky eaters like me.

The actual apartment is a bit outdated but nothing to really complain about. Only thing I didn’t like was that there were no sharp knives and not enough cooking stuff for a self-catering place

The location was a bit painful. Everything you do requires you to be in the old quarter.

Overpriced food and drink

Great size for the price. Location was handy with having a supermarket across the road. The pool was great- big and not overly busy. Likes that it has a washing machine and dryer.

Beds were a little hard. Hallways could do with an update.

The staff were excellent. The buffet breakfast was not included but was really good.

The beds were not that comfortable compared to similar priced hotels and there was alot of noise from the main road below but it is similar across major cities in Vietnam. Not the hotel's fault.

The door had a key lock and we only got one, which effectively made it one person had the key. This is an inconvenience. I had to pay a cash deposit because I only have debit card, and I didn’t have much cash. I wasn’t aware I would have to. Thankfully they lowered the deposit.

The staff are all friendly and helpful! I loved swimming in the pool.

The hotel is close to Lotte Center and Lotte Market. The self contain apartment is clean and spacious with all appliance needed for your stay. You have access to the pool , gym and it even have a golf driving corner.

It is on a very busy street therefore it can be hard to cross teh street.

It may feel a bit old, but the spacious room and excellent facilities are wonderful for the price. I especially loved the washing machine and dryer. The breakfast was delicious as well.

The swimming pool is amazing, we stayed 3 days when we arrived in Hanoi in a 3 bedroom apartment and then stayed 3 days at the end of our holiday in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartments supply the basic requirements in the kitchen but the apartments are clean and worth the money. There is a big supermarket straight across the road with anything you need. Many restaurants in the area. If we return to Hanoi, we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location in the centre of the city, Lotte mall and supermarket straight across the road. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, it was spacious and clean. The swimming pool is excellent. We have booked to stay for another 3 days on our return to Hanoi.

Not many kitchen utensils supplied.

The worst thing of this property is the staffs, the reception team. They brought me a very unpleasant feeling every day during my stay. They were very unfriendly, disrespectful people.

I didn’t like the reception team. They are very unfriendly, unprofessional and disrespectful people. They make me feel so unwelcome. Specially one staff ( a woman) was argued with me on my booking in a very disrespectful way. I booked 3 bedrooms apartment for 4 people me, my two kids and my mom who lives near by, will stay with us only sometimes. When my mother arrived at the lobby, the receptionist stopped my kid and my mom. She asked my kid that we have to pay more 10$ for my mom stay. My kid was panicked by the way they talk and almost cry when she repeated with me. I talked with them over phone and solved the issue at that moment so my mom and kid could be in the room. Next day I had a talk with them about my booking but she continued to argued with me about that was just my booking( only for 3 people) but it wasn’t true. I showed her the picture of my booking choice so she could see there was the only option but she didn’t care about it. I told her should check again with booking.com and we will see. Later on I was so busy with my work and I didn’t have time to call booking.com. The issue was disturbed me for a week. And I still want to talk with booking.com. I really feel bad about it.

Excellent value for money. Spacious rooms. Good location across Lotte center. Great gym. Coffee shop at walking distance for your morning fix

施設は古いが整っているので 快適。部屋は広くトイレは旧タイプだが韓国製の洗浄装置が付いている。付いていない部屋のときはリクエストするとつけてくれる。レストランは美味しい。

It was a great sized apartment and the service was good.

No tour groups pick you up from there. Had to get Grabs everywhere.

The staff at reception should be more well verse with English language, it would have been more easy to communicate. Communication was a problem

This option was the best value for money I have found in a long while. Very responsive staff, quick to solve my early check-in problem. Location is excellent for business travellers and holiday makers alike. Close proximity to several supermarkets, upmarket and downmarket food options, and shopping. And the added bonus was an old-school style sauna, steam room with cold and hot bath and other fitness amenities.

A bathroom need to be renovation and bathtub is draining slowly. Shower curtain is dirty @ the bottom seams.

The location was great!

Quite convenient location, easy to access for cars/bikes. The hotel staff is very well-trained and pleasant. The receptionists are very helpful to help set up my extra bed. The room is large and comfortable with full facilities.

The toilet ran into trouble and the nob just fell off. The drainage of the bath is quite slow, so if I stay too long in the shower, the water might be stuck there for a while. And lastly, the price is quite high.

全般的には綺麗に整備されているアパートで朝食ビュッフェもデウーホテルのレストランを利用できて快適に過ごせましたが、部屋に入って最初に自分でブレーカーをあげなければならないこと、あと朝早い時間だとお湯が出ないのが少し残念でした。

The rooms are spacious and the living area is large and perfect for a large group of family travelling together. The use of the swimming pool and gym and lobby, cafe, restaurant ect of the hotel next door is a very good bonus. Big shopping complexes over the road, Lotte, Vincom

Our son had a medical emergency and needed a coke - it cost VND120,000 which is about A$7.5. You have to walk a bit to get to local restaurants. The grab app forces the address of the hotel next door instead of the apartment, which has caused us a bit of headaches. The price is a bit high relatively to other similar options in the area.

Location is great. The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious.

Construction going on every night by the entrance to the hotel. Entrance to the hotel closed off as painting and repairs were taking place. Pool and ground facilities were not available for the entirety of our stay.

Like the spaciousness. Washing machine is available but without detergent. Convenience of kitchen. Good for family stay.

No Breakfast

The apartment has everything you need. I love the pool, sauna and gyms included. Location is ideally nearby shops, cafe and restaurants, also very convenient to go to the old quarter or the airport.

Breakfast is pricey

The property is quite old but very comfortable. Ask for late check out (about 2pm) but given to 1pm.

The apartment was extremely clean and nice and big. The beds were comfortable. There was a big supermarket across the road in the shopping centre. The fridge was excellent and very cold. The apartment was a lot further out from the Old Quarter than we thought but it was okay, we just got a Grab in and it was very cheap.

The shower curtains in the showers were not good.

チェックイン～チェックアウトまで、スタッフはとても親切で非常に良い滞在が出来ました。部屋も清潔でとても広かったし、設備的にとても満足出来ました。次回ハノイに来る際は、またここに宿泊したいです。

I'm not sure why they don't have washing powder provided for washing machine. I mean who takes washing powder with them on business or vacation?? Maybe if you have laundry business or some kind of fetish for laundry powder but that would be the minority Bed too hard No toaster

This 3 bedroom apartment is outstanding. Excellent size, comfortable for 4 adults, room facilities excellent, great bathrooms, terrific balcony. Staff are outstanding, excellent in all facets or the work. The pool and gardens are legendary, absolutely top quality. Outstanding dining facilities, and the bar is brilliant, I felt pampered the whole time I was here.

My preference would be for another set of keys for the room.one key is not enough between 4 adults.

I have been in and out of Vietnam for business purposes for almost 11 years. Daeha is one of the best hotels I ever stay! This is a hotel (apartment) I recommend to anyone who will travel to Vietnam. The staff is all very professional. The property is very clean. Reasonable price to stay. Lor

The relation price/quality is very good. It is very clean and the services offered are very good.

Location is bit far from old city, although is a very nice area. I also tried to adjust my booking dates and they were not able to help. I ended up paying more than what I stayed for.
