Hommikusöök oli kesine, valik väike. Kohvimasinakohv oli 3in1, mitte päriskohv. Asukoht meeldis, kuna meie jaoks oli oluline näha kohalikku elu. Palju sai ringi jalutatud.

A good hotel in a great location. Mustafa took good care of us and we could count on his help in every situation.

The staff's attitude is incredible.

The neighborhood it is in is not good. If you don't open your window it smells bad, and when you do it is very noisy from early in the morning

Very helpful and friendly staff. Gym, open appropriate hours. Room and Wi-Fi was excellent. The in-house restaurant had a good view and a relaxing environment. The Mid-Mar Hotel is within a short walk to the Istanbul Fair Ground, which was the reason for my visiting Istanbul.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. A special thank you to Mustafa, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. He made our experience even better and made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Le bruit, le manque d'isolation, le quartier le petit déjeuner peu varié et peu goûtu.

A well-positioned hotel, the room was super ok and the breakfast delicious.

I parked the car in front of the hotel (where there were a few other cars from the same country as me) and left the key at the reception as I was asked. After I returned from the walk, my car was nowhere to be found. Of course I panicked because the other cars were there, in front of the hotel. I was told by the reception that my car had been moved somewhere behind the hotel because the owner wanted the spaces in front of the hotel free. They couldn't tell me why this rule only applied to my car and not to the other cars. It seems that the owner's wishes override the rights of the customer at this hotel! Another major minus was that the spa was not functional, and I booked this hotel precisely for this facility. So, in conclusion, upon departure I was left with a bitter taste that I chose this hotel

Higiene impecável do quarto, banheiro, toalhas e lençóis. A cama era muito confortável. O funcionário Ahmed foi muito atencioso e nos atendeu em tudo que precisamos.

Frigobar era do tipo que funcionava sem compressor (Peltier), e não gelava muito. O teto do banheiro estava com a tinta descascando (quarto 114).

I had an extended stay at MidMar Hotel and it truly felt more like staying with family than in a hotel. What makes this place exceptional is the people. At the reception, Ahmed, Metehan, Omer, Mustafa, and of course the very kind and well-mannered Eren, were outstanding. Always welcoming, respectful, and genuinely helpful they consistently go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. Their attitude and professionalism really make a lasting impression. A special appreciation for the housekeeping team. Housekeeping Manager Asel is doing an excellent job maintaining high standards. The ladies on her team are polite, hardworking, and always smiling you can clearly see the care and effort they put into keeping everything clean and comfortable. Also, a big thank you to the restaurant staff, especially Denise, for her warm service and attention. The hospitality in the dining area is just as wonderful as the rest of the hotel. The hotel has a very welcoming atmosphere even small gestures like offering tea at reception make you feel valued as a guest. The only minor point is that the room lighting is a bit dim, but honestly, the kindness and service of the staff more than make up for it. I originally chose this hotel because it was close to my dental clinic, planning to move elsewhere later but the warmth and care from the team made me extend my stay. Now, whenever I visit Istanbul, this will always be my first choice. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates genuine hospitality.

While I loved the overall hospitality, I did find a couple of things could be improved. The gym and jacuzzi timing wasn’t ideal. The jacuzzi only starts later in the afternoon, whereas many people myself included would prefer to use both the gym and jacuzzi earlier in the day. Also, the hotel’s lighting system was quite dim and mostly sensor based, which made it feel dark and a bit gloomy. Some may not mind, but I personally would have preferred brighter, consistent lighting. Despite these points, the staff’s warmth made up for a lot, and I’d still return!

I had a very pleasant stay at MidMar Deluxe Hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and make you feel like part of their family. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed and Eren their hard work, dedication, and genuine care for guests truly stand out. They go above and beyond to build a warm relationship with customers, and their kindness made my stay even more comfortable. The reception hospitality is outstanding they often offer tea and always check if you need anything, which is a very thoughtful and welcoming gesture. The location is also very convenient, with many shops and stores nearby. What I liked: * Extremely friendly and caring staff * Exceptional service from Ahmed and Eren * Warm hospitality at reception (tea and assistance) * Great location with nearby shops What could be improved: * Room lighting is quite dim; brighter lights would improve the atmosphere Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Low and dim lights in room. It’s not a quiet area specifically if you want to open the windows.

It was amazing, every details was worked and it was easy to connect with personal, especially really thanks to mr Mustafa for fast solving every problems

Стаите са вехти.Делукс не е хотела.Не ни дадоха тоалетна хартия и си купихме от магазина. Стаята беше почистена след 16 часа,което е странно.

No parking as in description. Staff just shrugged and promised to talk to the manager. He promised to speak with the general manager. No shower gel and no wine opener in the restaurant of a 4 star hotel. Food was served cold.

Deuxième fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. Le Personnel est toujours aussi gentil et attentionné. Les chambres sont très propres les lit très confortables, je reviendrai certainement encore une fois. L’hôtel une salle de sport d’un jacuzzi dans le sauna et d’un hammam. J’avais la chambre 515, elle était parfaite et silencieuse. Le ménage est tous les jours. Les serviettes sont changés également tous les jours. Je ne peux conseiller sans cet hôtel. Merci pour toute l’équipe et Ahmed. Melissa, Peral

Juste un petit point négatif, c’est le petit déjeuner. Mais pour le prix c’est très correct, on ne peut pas tout avoir.

Foi me dito que o pequeno almoço seria 10 euros (não gostei muito do cardápio) mas foi me cobrado no cartão €12,55. Não é pelo valor cobrado a mais, mas pelo respeito pelo cliente.

Only receptionists were trying to be helpful

The rooms are old and small, bathrooms do not have vent system so it’s always moist and freezing. The spa („pool”) was not working one time we ask, the second time they told that will check and call us but never called. The choice for breakfasts is pretty limited.

That the cleaners threw away my shower cap. And could not replace it. They gave me free coffee and cake for this. And biscuits.

Wir sind aus Deutschland angereist und waren insgesamt zufrieden. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der freundliche Service – unsere Anliegen wurden jederzeit schnell über WhatsApp erledigt. Das war sehr angenehm und hat den Aufenthalt komfortabler gemacht.

Very pleasant staff, especially Ahmed the receptionist who was very helpful, and also the lady at the reception. The hotel has a very good location. It is very close to the Fuar Merkezi, with plenty of restaurants and also two mosques nearby. The room was decent and clean.

The room was quite small. The hotel in general is quite small. The housekeeping was average, with sometimes some parts of the room not cleaned, soap not refilled, or toilet paper not made available. The breakfast was modest with limited varieties and a bit repetitive. The staff at the restaurant weren’t very pleasant.

Minden rendben volt, jó helyen van a szállás, minden gyorsan elérhető. Ahmedet külön megemlíteném a recepcióról, segítőkész, barátságos, bármilyen kérdésben segít.

Les serveuses au 6eme étage pour le petit déjeuner pas un sourire pas un bonjour rien du tout. Une des serveuses léchée les cuillères de service et les remettait dans les saladiers !!! C'était franchement dégoûtant.

The room was clean and very big , also there are so many free activities in the hotel. The staff are pleasant, very helpful, and professional . I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.

The language barrier

Nice hotel. Close to the main airport and Istambul Expo Center. Very helpfull Mr Ahmed and Omer. Recommended to stay.

Oda temizdi çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Lakin yer tadilattaydı ve eşimle bulunduğumuz oda pek konforlu değildi. Yatak ve eşyalar eskiydi. Temizlik tam anlamıyla hazır değildi. Klima çalışmıyor ve çok sıcaktı. Minibar içi boştu. Gerekli tadilatlar ve erişimler tamamlandığında iyi bir opsiyon olabileceğini düşünüyorum.
