The staff was excellent, the rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The food was very good and the hotel was very flexible to accommodate requests.

The hygiene of the cutlery was poor. Cleaning needs to be monitored for plates and cups

I loved the hospitality of the itc hotels and rhe stafff was so helpful.

10 day stay here at welcome itc hotel was one beautiful experience. The Room was spacious clean all the time and I felt really comfortable with all supportive staff Bidyadhar I enjoyed spending my evening in the gym as well as in the pool. One thing I would recommend is the food.. Top class.. I would surely recommend.

Not a big deal but asked for room cleaning on my 2nd day but was not done. I enjoyed sauna but the floors are not cleaned.

The fitness centre needs more equipment, especially a barbell and free weights

Great service and wonderful location. The staff at reception, F&B, and housekeeping were all wonderful. The reception staff were very very welcoming and very responsive despite us checking-in at 10:30pm esp Rachana and Kaini- they need to be appreciated. Checkout was also handled with utmost precision by Payal, Kaishee, Chirag. The breakfast spread was great- the food was delicious and fresh- the staff very attentive esp Girish, Arpana, Binita, Azim, Nitul. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall one of the best experiences.

The room itself was decent, and the housekeeping staff deserves credit for keeping it clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the food was a serious letdown. The breakfast spread was bland and of mediocre quality across the board. Room service was worse - on our first day, we ordered a couple of items to the room; the order was forgotten, and after we followed up, the wrong dish was sent. As a result, my family went hungry that evening due to sheer carelessness. Escalating the matter to the General Manager achieved nothing - all we received was a templated “we value your feedback” response, with no ownership or resolution, and thoroughly incompetent handling. Worst ITC experience. Will avoid staying here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were incredible—nothing was ever too much trouble. Traveling with seven children can be challenging, but we felt completely at ease the entire time. A special thank you to Murugan, who took exceptional care of our rooms and went above and beyond by arranging complimentary flowers and adorable towel decorations for my daughter’s birthday. We’ll definitely be coming back again!.

Staff is very warm and welcoming. Chef Dharmendra brewed excellent coffee as per personal request. Food is the highlight ✨Best food and service. Special thanks to Sunjoy at reception and Keshav from the Restaurant who made sure that all my requests during the 3 night stay were taken care. Nothing with the hotel itself. But next room guest was smoking and the cigarette smell came ti our room like someone smoke in the room itself. Also traffic in city centre is quite a headache. So be prepared to lose quite some time when going out.

I had a good time, albeit a short one due to the nature of my business trip. Seamless check in and check out experience. I had a rather late check-out but Kaini was warm and accomodating, and efficient, made the whole experience better. Room was great too with a nice view. Overall, a good stay.

I stayed here for 3 nights with friends and family on our trip to Bangalore to drop our kids to boarding school. I reached hotel around 4 pm and booked 2 rooms for my family, so naturally prefer 2 rooms nearby OR atleast on the same floor. To my shock, the check-in staff was more interested in selling me an upgrade by paying extra so that I can get 2 rooms on same floor, which I denied, as generally hotels have to option to accommodate family on same floor without any additional cost. But than as I refused to take rooms on different floor, the staff was able to give me 2 rooms on the same floor and that too the same category we had booked. So, this is very bad policy to pitch upgrade when already have rooms available on same floor, as innocent clients may get convinced to pay extra to keep family together. On next day I had asked for drinking water, which nobody was able to provide for 20+ minutes and then we left and had water on the way. There was one lady as FOM who was quite kind and helpful as she met me on day 2 or 3 and was able to give us some comfortable stay with her help. Rest the other check-in staff was not at all reliable.

1. Breakfast buffet was not ready at 7am when the buffet is supposed to start at 6:30am 2. Housekeeping did not clean out the dustbin in the room. Also, the towel I used was folded wet and left for me to use the next day.

1. I had called in advance and requested for a check-in around 2:30 pm, just 30 minutes before their standard check-in time of 3 pm. I was surprised that they made me wait till 3 pm. How insensitive can this be 2. While the booking was done using my credit card on the booking.com app, they insisted that I swipe my card again. Unfortunately my wife was still out shopping and she had my wallet. They would not process the reservation till I paid. Fortunately I had GPay which I used to make payments.
