Amazing staff from reception to the team at gate, great food both room service as well as breakfast

They spent big money on renovating all floors and restaurants but forgot to upgrade bathroom fittings which is the main area for a guest to have good shower. The choice and condition of soap dispenser was horrible, it was stinking. Room 110 if someone try to wash hand with the soap he will pile.

I like the stay from every dimension. The staff is fantastic and the facilities are beyond what I paid for. I specially applaude pragathi from the front desk who helped us immensely during the stay. I travelled with my toddler and the attentiveness of the staff is very much liked. The food is very good too.

Breakfast options were good but we felt they lacked coherence. There were non-veg curries/gravies, but we didnt find options to eat them with. But otherwise, a good, solid breakfast.

The day-shift staff were very friendly and supportive, and I really appreciated their service. However, my experience with the night-shift staff was a little disappointing. My brother’s young son had come to stay with us as a guest, and I requested that he be accommodated in our room. Unfortunately, the night-shift staff were not very supportive and did not allow the request. I hope the management can look into this and provide more flexibility and understanding for such genuine guest requests in the future.

This place is like a second home whenever we land in Bangalore. Great team led by Mr Pradeep and Inam really takes care of the entire stay very personally. But it’s high time for some serious improvements, especially quality of beds and breakfast. Beds- they are not medically recommended beds, they are so weak, especially for aged people, not recommended beds. We demonstrated to house keeping manager, but no action taken or a follow up done during our 3 nights stay. Very unlikely! Breakfast- we stopped having breakfast due to poor quality. But my parents prefer to eat breakfast in the property because of the medical reasons, but the quality has significantly dropped and in fact we didn’t have breakfast on the last day even though we had paid for it. Must improve! Air conditioning- this is another issue in some rooms and we always end up borrowing table fan to compensate for poor air conditioning. Shower - in some rooms , shower is really fast and good. But the rooms allotted to us this time had very poor flow of water from the shower. In summary- though facility is renovated, but basic things like quality of bed, air conditioning and shower should be offered for the cost charged. Hope this feedback helps to improve.

The Hotel was neat and clean. The location is in center of the city. Breakfast was good.

There is a neglect as regards the room facilities. The swimming pool was dirty with unfiltered water, there was no lifeguard which is risk for elders and kids and a serious violation. The swimming pool changing area is not segregated and use the bathroom of the SPA.Oddly one needs to traverse the SPA reception to go the changing rooms

The hotel is superb the staff were great and the food was awesome.

We visited Vivanta Residency Road, Bengaluru for an official meeting. We had dinner with our colleagues and the food was delicious in Karavali restaurant. The ambience and the outskirts of the property were very pleasant. Special thanks to General Manager, Mrs. Reetika Kanwar, for her dynamic leadership. The property was well maintained. Location was excellent - we were 5 minutes walk from Brigade Street, Church Street and 10 mins walk from MG road. The hotel on Residency rd is very nice and the staff is very helpful. Rooms were always kept clean. Our room was a good size and we were upgraded to the pool view. The gym and pool facilities were good and all the nearby restaurants were excellent.

I would suggest to put up a sign when the pool is out of service, other than that it was all very nice!

My experience with Vivanta taj has been outstanding. Specially Baisakhi Ram and Anand were outstanding in guest relationship. Taking care of the guest, making them comfortable with the restaurant approach. Need to have such staff which will make Taj a great place to stay.

Service was good. Breakfast was good but the place feels congested. Food options at the venue were great. The location is just a plus point so accessible to MG Road and convenient to get uber rides.

The property gave me an early check in option for a price which was confirmed by property and at the venue there was a delay making it inconvenient.

The SPA was fantastic

The place is amazing and have very good ambience within a hospitable staff . I would recommend it to people with family. Especially their staff i.e Sudhir , Baisakhu and Beni were very friendly and hospitable recommended us the right choices that suit our platelets.

We came in a bit late around 10:30 pm and were floored by the hospitality of Vinoth, Anand & Afreen. They took extreme care from our seating till we completed our meal. Chef Rajkumar enquired after our meal that was very sumptuous and was keen serve was some dessert by which time we were full and very happy that we walked to such an amazing hospitality.
