値段相応ではあるが、設備が古い。

La struttura era in una posizione strategica ed era molto silenziosa, nelle aree comuni era sempre disponibile sia acqua calda che fredda, frigorifero e microonde, la comunicazione con l’host è stata eccellente mi ha anche fornito 2 topper per il materasso perché i letti inizialmente erano duri e scomodi con un rivestimento in plasica che faceva sudare ma grazie all’host il nostro soggiorno è migliorato

La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, in particolare quando mi è stata consegnata la prima camera i mobili vicino al letto presentavano polvere, ragnatele e spazzatura lasciata dagli ospiti precedenti, quando ho segnalato questa cose mi è stato risposto che dopo il check in non erano previste pulizie aggiuntive se non al costo extra di 15000 krw e quando ho risposto che la camera avrebbe dovuto essermi consegnata già pulita cose che non era avvenuta non ho ricevuto più risposta, di fatto me la sono pulita da sola. I servizi come lavatrice e ferro da stiro erano funzionanti solo al piano inferiore (la prevede 2 areee comuni in cui questi servizi si posso usufruire 1 al piano inferiore e 1 al piano superiore) al piano superiore nell’area comune non funzionavano ne le prese ne la lavatrice

예약한 방이 사진과 동일하였다. 사장님의 답변이 빨랐다. 기본 용품들이 준비돼 있어서 좋았다. 전체적으로 이 가격에 예상한 것 이상이 있었다고 평을 내리고 싶다.

The location, the price and the staff. The room has private bathroom, that was very basic

We were in the second floor, under the roof. So the roof was very low, really very basic accomodation, I woudn't stay more than one night.

Clean and neat, amenities are complete

I booked very last minute so the price was a bit high but thats okay, i love the stay

他們的密碼都沒有更換，以致調換房間時，半夜有人開門進來，我只能請她跟管理者聯絡，因為她的房間被更換，但收到的訊息，是我這一間的密碼。

很難聯絡上管理者，我一直沒收到密碼，從下午三點多，一直等到下午六點多才回訊息，我嘗試加他的line，他的IG，都不成功，原來他以為我是續住同一間，但我的訂單是不同房型，後來只能讓我續住原來的房間，卻給另一住客這房型的密碼，半夜被人闖入。

Good location. Hosts very accommodating, allowed me to check in early which I appreciated greatly after a long haul flight

因為住的是一樓 有一點半地下 而且設備老舊不說 公共空間有些地方有灰塵 說實在 有些不必要的書籍 櫃子 其實可以不用擺出來 只是徒增灰塵而已 更跨張的是 我第一次住到 一進門就有小蟑螂出現的民宿 廁所也是天花板木板分離 還有一個不知名的行李箱放桌下 不知道是誰的 也不敢動它 總之下次是不敢再來了

除了其他房客發出的噪音，都很滿意。

The room and the toilet were separate, so had to lock and enter a password between the room and toilet were awkward

Convenient place to stay coming from Gimpo airport late at night.

As others have mentioned the bathroom did not have good ventilation and there was some questionable stains (probably mold) growing on the ceiling. Was not a big issue for just a night’s stay.

近くのコンビニで変換プラグを買うことができて、困りませんでした。トイレの便器も清潔で、ベッドも清潔でした。タオルとドライヤーとシャンプーリンスボディソープは備え付けで、使わせていただきました。

戸締りがちゃんとできているか怪しい自動鍵で、自室のドアに隙間光が見えるのとエントランスの鍵が閉まり切らずに「ピピー」となって手動でちゃんと閉めないといけないところは微妙かなと思います。男一人旅だし治安も悪くなさそうだったのでいいですが、気になる人は気になるかなと。

Location near subway, interesting and cosy area. Easy to find and self-check'in. The shared kitchen is big enough. No need to see others.

The only little thing I don't like for this trip is the noise from other rooms. The walls are paper-thin Some other guests don't keep the silence (or sometimes it is impossible due to closing the doors). A bit dirty in our room. Very old-school, needs refurbishment but for such price it is understandable.

My room was on the first floor, and the musty sewage smell was noticeable throughout my entire stay. On top of that, the shower area was so cramped that it was difficult to use comfortably.

La ubicación y la habitacion

The location is good, not too far from the subway station. I walked back during it seemed okay. The baggage drop and check in process is easy. Its good for introverts. No need to meet any staff.

The only little thing I don't like for this trip is the noise from surroundings. My room is located in the ground floor. When the others customers come in and out the guesthouse. They do make some noise but its not the big deal.

The location was very central.

The room was very dated and aesthetically unpleasing. They desperately need fresh paint and updated bedding.

ปกติไปพักบ่อย มีรอบก่อนหน้ากับรอบนี้ไม่โอเคเลย อากาศหนาวไม่เปิดฮีทเตอร์พื้น น้ำอาบไม่ร้อน จนต้องโทรแจ้งพนักงานถึงเปิดให้ ไม่เข้าใจว่ามีลูกค้าเข้าพักทำไมไม่เช็คและเปิดไว้ นี้จะอาบน้ำคือรอน้ำร้อนไม่ร้อนสักทีจนต้องโทรแจ้งพนักงาน ไม่ขอโทษสักคำ ปกติชอบพักที่นี้ประจำนะ แต่ต่อไปคงต้องลองหาที่ใหม่แล้วละ

Convenient location, low price, clean kitchen

Firstly, “Reception” is just a storage house off to the side. Got into my room and it smelled humid and to my shock when I looked further into the room I see a wall covered with mould. I hope the window to ventilate the room and find that the bug net is completely covered in filth. The ventilator in the bathroom doesn’t work and the sink drains at the back onto the floor. There is no sound proofing so I can hear my neighbours chatting and laughing away in the middle of the night. I wrote to the staff using Booking and received no reply.

La ubicación es excelente muy cerca de la estación Hongik negocios, supermercados, cafeterías, restaurantes, si llegas antes del check-in tienen un espacio en recepción para poder guardar el equipaje, las instalaciones muy bien los espacios compartidos.

La habitaciones 302 si eres una persona de estatura considerable vas a tener cuidado los techos muy bajos, el baño no había papel higiénico todo lo demás bien.

平時到韓國旅遊都住這裡，房東回覆訊息很快速，距離三號出口需要走一段路但不算太遠，價格實惠。

Está ubicado en el barrio de Hongdae a pocos pasos de bastante restaurante y de la calle peatonal, el ambiente de la zona es muy bueno. El servicio de guardamaletas es auto gestionable y muy conveniente para dejar tus maletas antes o después.La comunicación vía WhatsApp es muy ágil y sin bastante rápidos..y flexibles con guardar tus maletas. Puedes usar una pequeña área de cocina en ambas platas, nevera, fuente de agua y lavadora. Las señoras de la limpieza son muy simpáticas y nos ofrecieron cambio de toallas en varias ocasiones, pero el cuarto no tiene limpieza, solo por informarlo.

Nos tocó la habitación 201 y la verdad que es muy ruidosa al estar junto a la entrada, el baño está fuera de la habitación aunque es de uso privado mediante código númerico. Quizás tuvimos mala suerte o la oferta que ofreció Booking era esa habitación, otras como la 203, 205 se ven más tranquilas.

Easy to get to and check in as it was all on your own terms, no messing around at reception. Easy check out and for a small cost room and facilities were great!

Lots of warnings and fine threats in the hostel, which don't convey a nice and welcoming atmosphere. If you don't check out in time (at 11) you will be charged 10.000 for every hour and checking out here means that you must leave the whole guesthouse. So you can't check out of the room and have breakfast in the kitchen or wait out bad weather inside (or risk that they'll charge your credit card) Check-in is also only possible from 4 p.m. so the time that you can spend inside the guesthouse building is limited. Food (unopened and labeled) that we put in the fridge was thrown away the same day. Room was okay, bathroom had a bit of mold though.

SISnBRO的位置很棒，跟延南洞保持一小段距離又不會太遠，不會因為週末晚上的人潮受到影響，距離地鐵站也不會太遠！

最不滿意的地方沒有！只是浴室的門有時候鎖不上，但我是單人房就其實沒有太大的影響～

The location was the only plus of the room - also that they let us do early check-in.

The room was a bit disappointing. The floor was constantly wet, like if there was a broken pipe. The bathroom had mould all over, and the bed was very hard as well. They were covered with a plastic sheet, which made them very noise when moving at night.

Location is good! 5 minutes to station.

The neighborhood

Everything? Lack of cleanliness, honesty, black mold all over the walls of the room and the bathroom, which was a safety hasard. The room didn't look like the picture , the building look like it was collapsing on itself with all the cracks and the bending walls. The kitchen was good, it had everything we needed and more. Nonetheless, the owner was quick to respond ans switched us to a "better" room even though it was twice as small for the 4 of us. Would not recommend even though it's cheap.

Location was ok. It is 10 minutes to Hongdae district by walking. There was water dispenser which serves hot and cold water. They provided us to leave our luggages before check in and after check out.

Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable. There was a plastic foil under the duvet cover. (They probably didn't remove the plastic mattress packaging during transportation so that the bed wouldn't get dirty.) It made a rustling sound at the slightest movement. That's why I woke up at least 5 times a night. Also, the bed was very hard. The bathroom was provided with an apparatus attached to the toilet sink and was small. I can't say that I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room.

The perfect place if you want to stay in a terrible sharehouse masquerading as a guesthouse with people who are in Seoul for a good time not a long time. The "private" rooms feel worse than dorm rooms, with messed up curtains and no floor heating (which every place in Korea has). The fire hazard radiator installed right under the plug (just as dangerous as it sounds) makes the room so bone dry that I was bleeding from my nose during the whole stay. Thr bed is so lumpy and hard, I would have preferred to sleep on the floor. The soundproofing is insanely bad, where you can hear people whispering in the hallway as if they were right beside you. Every step anyone takes in the building creates reverberating booms for that earthquake experience. Oh and the cherry on top! The "private" bathroom advertised on the booking screen was OUTSIDE THE ROOM, ACROSS THE HALLWAY!! It had a lock that required a password every time we needed to use it, but was still technically "private" because of said lock. What a joke. All the amenities were dirty because it seems the responsibility to clean was on the guests and not the staff, who's main concern was banging loudly on your door at 11 am checkout time on the dot, not a second later. The location, although again, technically a 10 minute walk from hongdae station, that's exit 3, which is the furthest from any major fun areas. We went our drinking to the main areas and had to take a taxi back because it was more than a 35 minute walk from there. This whole thing feels like a scam, delicately dancing the line of blatant lies with their "technically correct" advertising. The interior is littered with ads from neighborhoods shops with questionable services which gave the full experience of living in a dingy popup website full of ads.

My bathroom was separate from my room, but not far just across the room. The other rooms have the bathroom included in the room I think it’s a layout thing not the guesthouse fault perse. For me a little bit far walk to metro but not that far I’m just used to being closerby but the streets there are nice lined with coffee shops and restaurants from local owners mostly.

The location is good near the Hongik Univ exit 3 and you can get most things from the area (food, coffee and convenient stores are just by the roadside of the house). Shower have good water pressure too. Also you can put your luggage before check-in in the reception & overall is in good condition!

It has three storey so if you get second or third storey room it might a little bit inconvenience for you to bring up your big luggage.
